Forgiveness is one of the greatest freedoms Jesus offers, but it is also one of the hardest things we will ever walk through. In this episode, Trevor talks honestly about what it means to receive God’s forgiveness, forgive yourself, and release the people who have hurt you. Forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation. It does not automatically restore trust, remove healthy boundaries, or give someone access to your life again. It means releasing your demand for personal revenge and refusing to let someone else’s sin continue living inside of you.

This conversation explores how unforgiveness can grow into bitterness, anger, slander, and malice, while forgiveness creates room for the Holy Spirit to produce love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self control. Trevor also explains why forgiveness is both a decision and a process, especially when the consequences of an offense continue long after the original hurt. You may not be able to change what happened, force reconciliation, or make someone trust you again, but through the strength and grace of Jesus, you can begin walking toward healing and experience the freedom no one talks about.
