A Delicious & Storm Proof Life

No. Hey, I'm just here to remind you that when life isn't horrible, it's actually pretty good, so if you just don't think about how horrible it is and think about how good it is, then, uh, then it gets- it gets better, even though the horrible stuff's still there. It's still happening. There's still a lot of good stuff. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Hang on, I'm getting cooked. What it is, what it ain't, it's time to put another one in the- Living in a van down by the river. Tell y'all with a tear in my eye. It's time. What's going on, Pando land? My name is Trevor, and I'm a part of, uh, I actually have the amazing opportunity to volunteer as the, uh, lead pastor here at Champion Church and just to be a part of y'all's life. And if you have not subscribed to the channel, what are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? It's early, uh, ooh, ooh, it's early when I'm getting this done today. I'm actually a day behind, so I think it's probably going to go up a day late for y'all. Usually I try to get it up on Thursdays, my apologies for that. It's just, um, you know, life is always lifin'. Life is always lifin'. But if you've never been here before, I'm actually going to kind of just jump into it pretty quick today. Uh, usually I do a little bit of rambling, a little housekeeping, uh, just stuff that's going on in my life, in the church's life. This weekend, which will be May 31st, this Sunday's, uh, when I'm filming this, it's, it's Wednesday. Um, but I don't know why that matters, but whatever. Um, oh, you know what else matters is the size of my, sorry, the size of my forehead on this video. So let me do that. Uh, anyhow, what was I saying? This weekend is our four-year church anniversary. So four years ago this weekend, we launched Champion Church with a heart just to help people champion every single season of their life. And then about six months ago, we had the amazing opportunity to come here on the Pando app and be a part of all of y'all's life. And it just blows my mind what we get to do. Uh, if you have not subscribed to the channel, do so. And here's what you do when you say that, like, hey, I'm going to disciple along with you guys. And, and meaning this, and maybe you've never heard that term, uh, in Christianity, discipling is just growing in your relationship with Christ.

Growing and seeing who God is forming you to be as a child of God. Now, obviously we believe in Jesus. We believe he is the one and true way to the father. But even if you're like, hey, I don't know if I believe that man still stick around. I encourage you to hear what we have to say. See a part of what we're doing. Like I said, I usually do the, just this kind of like housekeeping opening up. We'll usually take a ride on some type of motorized something. And then I'm going to teach. And then we do just a bunch of videos on the back half of this to try to bring some joy into your life. So yeah, I think that's about it for me. Got some really cool pictures again this week. Rick G's always, always given us some great stuff. Uh, Oh yeah, man. Look at that. That's awesome. Absolutely. Uh, down there and union CI union CI is where that is. Uh, who else? Somebody, Oh, on the couple of episodes ago, my whole family was sick. Uh, and got this really cool one from echo and the whole graceville faith-based program. Get well soon, man. Thank you so much for that. Um, I feel like Taz mania and devil right now. I feel like my, my torso, especially this one. I feel like this area of me is, is, is rounded and vivid, uh, in this area. So I got to get, well, I was training for the marathon, which was my one and done. I started eating so much. The issue is I don't train for that anymore and I still eat just as much. And then Keith sent this in as well, man.

How cool is this? Absolutely great. Just incredible job. Incredible job. Thank you so much. So anyhow, um, speaking of letters and stuff, expect to hear back from me about eight months. If you write me is just wild right now, just in life. Um, and so, yeah, I think that's about it. I think we're going to jump into, I'm trying to think of anything else going on. Really doesn't matter. I've got to get going because, uh, I got to work. So if you don't know, uh, our church is completely volunteer base, 100% volunteer base. I have a normal job. I work a normal job. I work outside. Most of the time, if you're in the South, if you're down there in Louisiana. Indiana and the swamps or if you're here in Florida like I am we're in Northeast, Florida Just south of Jacksonville in between essentially Daytona and Jacksonville is the best way to describe it if you're not familiar with, Florida and maybe let's just say South, Texas or Down there in our Kansas. I imagine it's it or, Georgia Alabama Roll tide or whatever it might be. Here's why I'm saying all those states Do you understand what humidity is like and it is alive and well in Florida right now? I have this thing when I'm working outside. I call it um a Three pair day essentially I go through three pairs of clothing the whole day That's how hot it is out down here, and it's just man. You know and here's the thing I was talking to My cousin the other day right before we we were recording his podcast show that he has on YouTube and stuff You know we were talking sometimes. This is easy to complain I don't know about you guys and girls them ladies and gents It's easy to complain about things and sometimes you have to step back and just realize man

You know what like God's really good, and so for me. I never want to complain about my work I never want to complain about how hot it is or how quote-unquote you know a busy I might be or what I don't know why I say it like that, but it's everyone's like oh, I'm busy I'm Bill Z. I'm Bill Z. And it's like everybody's friggin busy. You know what I'm saying, but what am I talking about? Oh I? Just want to be saying I'm like you know I'm glad I could I could pay my bills I'm glad that that God has given me an opportunity Maybe sometimes that's good to just remember like it's easy to complain But sometimes it's really good to just turn your heart back and be like Lord Thank you that that I'm able to do this. Thank you that you've given me this opportunity Thank you that you have laid this this great Life in front of me, and you might be like yeah, but I'm sitting in Department of Corrections Yeah, but are you still breathing then you still have a purpose like that's what you have to remember like you still have Something you can champion in this season through Christ say yeah, okay sure you're behind bars. You're behind the fence. I'm not I'm not Lowering the significance of that, but I'm just saying your life isn't over either And maybe it's some just chubby kids sitting in Northeast, Florida Early morning before going to work just to remind you Maybe you hear nothing else in the whole two-hour show that we have but you hear listen you are alive on Purpose man you have a purpose you are here for but you found this video out of thousands of videos on this app Or even on your tablet you found this one come on, man Maybe you just need to hear that ma'am sir ladies and gents that hey listen you still have a purpose now You can't maybe change what you did, but you can let God change your heart right now and redirect your future wherever you are so All right, let's jump into it today. We're talking about a delicious A delicious and storm-proof Life I've been trying to put some tornado videos in here as well Just kind of talking about that storm-proof life and that kind of deal But a delicious and storm-proof life part two if you're like hey What do I do in following Jesus this video is exactly about that let's jump into it So so

so so so so so so so so all right here we go we're going to Luke chapter six again we're going Luke chapter six going back to that today remember uh if you don't have a bible maybe uh there in your prison or jail or uh detention center or work camp or faith-based camp well i would imagine if you're in a faith-based camp you would have one that doesn't make sense uh but anyhow uh you can always at the bottom of the pando app is a little bible button or whatever you can click that there Luke chapter six y'all know what last week ma'am i forgot my prime oh not this week is that ice pop baby it's that ice pop we're talking about a delicious and storm-proof life and here's why because in Luke chapter six Jesus gives his definition of a good life now all of us every single person watching this whether you are subscribed to the channel which it should be or you're not every single person that is watching this right now and every person you know desires to have a good life like all of us do and there's nothing wrong with that like every person wants to have a good life now how we might define that good life could be totally different right so like i might define good life different than you might define it or somebody in your pod might define it or maybe one of the officers that you see at Every day might define it. Like everyone might define their good life differently. And even Jesus would define what a good life is like. And he would name two things, good fruit and a firm foundation. Good fruit and a firm foundation. And that's why I'm calling this a delicious and storm-proof life.

Because good fruit is, man, that is the delicious side. Oh my gosh, do I love something delicious. And then also storm-proof. Like everybody goes through storms. There's no exception. No one gets out of that, of not having to deal with storms and that kind of stuff. Everyone does. But you don't all have to collapse. Like sometimes storms would just hit us so hard that man, it just seems like everything collapses. See, storms are inevitable. Collapse doesn't have to be, essentially is what Jesus is saying. And how he defines a good life is good fruit and a firm foundation. Luke chapter six, we're gonna go to verse 43. And here's what it says. A good tree can't produce bad fruit. And a bad tree can't produce good fruit. A tree is identified by its fruit. Figs are never gathered from thorn bushes and grapes are never picked from bramble bushes. A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart. And an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. Now, this is kind of part two of what we talked about in the last episode. In the last episode, I think I called it,

I forget the title sometimes I give these. I think it's called the toughest question. If you've not watched that, go back and watch that one as well. But something I said in there is like, listen, here's the reality of it. Most people, and I'm not saying people haven't been wrongfully accused and that kind of stuff. Most people, you're sitting behind bars because of something you did or you're a part of. And I'm not throwing stones, so please just hear my heart, right? There is something that happened that maybe you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. And again, I know this isn't everyone, but I think most of you would say like, yeah, listen, like some of my actions, maybe led up to this, maybe some things were assumed, or maybe I was just a part of it and I wasn't fully a part, whatever. Let's not get all in the nuances of everything. The point is this. Some of you, and this isn't for everyone, some of you have done some really serious things. Now let's just call it what it is, man. Like let's not, let's not each other anymore. Like let's just be honest, okay? Like some of you have done some seriously wicked things. Now here is the crazy part. Your heart can still change.

Other people may not believe that about you. You may not even believe that about you, but you, your heart can still be changed by Jesus. That's how good he is. Like his love is so good, it could even change your heart. You're like, yeah, but the news articles that were ran about me and the things people said about me and the things I did. Okay, he can still change your heart. You might not be able to change what you did, no, but you can change where you are right now in your heart with Jesus and just see, man, what is he going to do with my life if I give it to him? What could he do? I've seen what evil can do, but what can Jesus do now if I give him my heart? What can he do in and through my life? Like what could the creator of all do? And now listen, I say that because it says an evil person produces evil things out of its heart, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth will speak, right? So here is the point that I want you to get though. Your heart can change. Jesus can absolutely come into your life and change everything about it. And you can be, as the Bible says, a complete new creation. And now listen, if you've never given your life to Christ, the Pando app makes it incredibly easy.

As a disciple, let me get that prime. Sorry, my bad. I don't mean to cough in y'all's ears, especially people who have headphones. As a disciple of Christ, what that means is we're just growing in our relationship. You don't need to get it all together. You just need to give it all to him. That's the best way I know how to say it. It's kind of cliche, but it also is true. You don't need to have it all together. You just need to give it all to him. Say, Lord, I'm, your boys, ah, ah, I don't know why I just did that, but somebody who doesn't like me is like, oh, I just put that voodoo on Trev. Listen, your little tricks ain't gonna work on me. Anyhow, sorry, Jesus, let's get back to the point. God can absolutely change your heart. He absolutely can, man. Listen, you're like, yeah, you don't know me. I don't, I don't, I wish I did. I'd love to get to know you, you know what I'm saying? But like, the point is he can change your heart. You're not too far gone. If you were, you wouldn't be watching this right now. If you were, you wouldn't be watching this right now.

So I encourage you, if you haven't given your life to Jesus Christ, do so, and then disciple with us, man. I think we're adding about 1,000 people every single week to this Champion Family to help you champion every season, even right there where you're restarting with your heart, with your life. Life all that kind of stuff. Okay. All right now back to Luke chapter 6 I just wanted to say that Every time I read it because it's easy to believe that you can't change and listen You might not be able to on your own but Jesus through his grace. You absolutely can All right. Now, let's go back to Luke chapter 6 verse 46. This microphone is all jacked We had to use it the other day for something else and it's like all messed up and I can't get it, right? Okay. Anyhow So why? Watch this question from Jesus so why do you keep calling me Lord Lord when you don't do what I Say now we said this last week and I want to say this again because you might not probably use that word Lord a lot It's not just something that comes up in conversation. So here's how we would define Lord Okay It means ruler master and king To call Jesus Lord is to recognize he has the highest authority in our lives and we're meant to trust follow and obey him so essentially Lord is How do I say this every single person again, let's do one of these again how we talk about a good life Every person watching this there is a throne in your life. If you think of your life is like a kingdom there's a there's a throne in your life and what and Something is sitting on that throne and it dictates what the rest of your life does like whoever your king is whoever your Lord is maybe think of it like in as a Boat like a boat has a captain and whatever that whatever that captain is doing is where the boat is going That's what sits on the throne of our life. That's a Lord if you will All right, so there is something now sometimes our Lord might be our emotions our Lord might be our trauma our Lord might be

Our issues or our sin our Lord might be pride our Lord might be ambition our Lord might be money our Lord might be a Thousand different things and but every single person has a throne in their life that a Lord Sits on and Jesus says listen if you follow me He will save you from the separation that your sin calls between you and God He can forgive you and will forgive you and bring you into the family of God But he also wants to be your Lord He also wants to be your king and he says listen Don't call me something that I'm not if you're not gonna do what I say. That's what he's saying here And so we've been talking about like, okay. Well, what what did he say? Well, let's keep reading Jesus says I will show you what it's like when someone comes to me listens to my teaching and then follows it. That's key He says listen come to me give your life to me get to know me and then follow what I say That's what Jesus says like that's the difference of him than many other religions I would be willing to bet all of them. Most of them would say this and that's a blanket statement Well, you've got to do the right things Then you can try to get to know the God or enlightenment or whatever And then you're able to approach him Jesus flips all that on its head and he says listen I have come to you. The question is will you just turn my heart to me Jesus left? Heaven came to earth for us. He's like, will you turn your heart to me? Will you come to me? He says and listen to my words like get to know me, right? And then he says now do what I say So he says listen turn your heart to me get to know me through our words Thank God Pando has thousands of videos to help you do that. And then he says now walk these things out. What will happen is Here's what you'll notice as you go to him and get to know him You're still gonna start seeing these things in your heart begin to the only way I know how to say It's almost like this trigger. So when you're going through your life, you're gonna have this moment Do I choose my way or do I choose God's way? Do I keep myself on the throne of my life or do I put Jesus on the throne of my life as my Lord? He says come to me give your life to him get to know him listen to his words and then do what he says Let's keep reading just for sake of context

It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays The foundation on solid rock when the floodwaters rise and break against that house it stands firm because it is well built but anyone who hears and doesn't obey is like a person who builds a house right on the ground without a Foundation when the floods sweep down against that house, it will collapse into a heap of ruins Okay, so that's where we get the delicious the good fruit and then storm proof of firm foundation that if you go to him get To know him and do what he says. Listen, no matter what life throws at you You are going to get through collapse does not have to Happen. So as I looked at this this question of Jesus, why do you call me Lord and don't do what I say? I sort of think it will do even know what he says, right and I broke him into four different things now I want to say this This is not a list of things again to do right to get to know him and then eventually be accepted by him He has already accepted you if you give your life to him He invites you to get to know him and then that's where you begin to walk this thing out because you start to see This is the type of person he made us to be like these listings of these things to do by G I counted 49 of them There might be more might be less these listings of commands of Jesus if you will It's not like he's like I'm God do this because I said so that's not it at all. It's like this Hey, this is how I created humans to live in this beautiful way, and I'm inviting you into the greatest life that you can imagine. And you're like, yeah, but it's kind of hard to imagine that, Trev, because I'm sitting behind bars. Again, I'm not minimizing that. But what I'm saying is the gospel doesn't stop at that gate. The gospel doesn't stop at those bars. It doesn't stop at that work camper, whatever it might be. The gospel of Jesus still works for you. He doesn't say, hey, listen, all of this is true unless you're in jail. All this is true unless you're sitting in county. That's not what he says.

This is still true in your life right now. And he says there is a beautiful way to live where he sits on the throne of your life because you have come to him, got to know him, and you begin to walk out what he says. So what does he say? I broke it into four categories, and they're all relationship. Number one is do life with God. We talked about that all in the last episode. I encourage you to go do that because it starts with that. It starts with doing life with God. If you get that part messed up, you miss so much. I'm not going to review all of that. Again, you can just go back and watch that in the last episode. That was called the toughest questions. And then here's the thing. What happens is, as you begin to draw near to him, Jesus never separates our relationship with him and our relationship with people. He never separates our relationship with him and our relationship with people. Matthew 22, verse 37 through 39 says this. Jesus replied, you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important. Notice that. He's like, imagine Jesus looks at you and is like, okay, listen, listen, listen, listen. Here's the most important thing you need to know. Love God with all your heart. And you're like, okay, awesome. He's like, that is the most important. And you're like, okay, awesome, awesome. And in the last episode, I made that very clear how to do this.

And you're like, okay, great. And he's like, all right, just as important. You're like, okay, love your neighbor. He says a second is equally important. Love your neighbor as yourself. Here's the thing. Jesus never separated our relationship with him and our relationship with people. In fact, I believe some of the clearest evidence of what Jesus is doing in you and I is revealed in how we interact with people and how we speak to people and how we do life with people. Now, this is going to look different from everyone. Literally, we have those that are discipling with us here at Champion from Alaska to Maine, down Florida, Arkansas, Texas, you know what I'm saying? Literally, all 50 states, we have people that are discipling with us, okay? So, that being said, we have people from Texas Death Row, shout out to all of you. Love that we get to be a part of what you're doing right there where you are, so shout out to y'all. Then we have people in a faith-based work camp, right? Echo that sent this in to help my family get well soon. Listen, from Graceville Faith-Based Work Program, we have people sitting in counties, sitting right here in the same county that I'm sitting in right now, St. John's County. You're sitting in the detention center, which is about that way from here, right? Now, we have people sitting in prison. You're facing 60 years right now. We have people in AGSAG. Good Lord, hooked on phonics. We have people in CM. There's all of these different people that are watching this right now in Department of Corrections. So, your interaction with people is going to be different. But the point is this. Jesus never separates your relationship with him and your relationship with people. And you might only have a relationship with a CO.

That might be it. You might have only a relationship with that bunkie. You might only have a relationship with those few ladies that are in the same work program as you are in. You might only have these things. But the point is this. He never separates our relationship with him and our relationship with people. And what he says is, are you giving people good fruit from your life? Can people taste and see that the Lord is good because of your life? This is the thing that we have to just be honest. That God calls us to be respectful. God calls us to be honoring. God calls us to be truthful. God calls us to be a person of integrity. God calls us to be someone that is encouraging, not constantly draining. I say it like this. You have to ask yourself, I have to ask myself this. Is my life adding to the people around me? Or subtracting from the people around me? about through this. I'm talking about my family that I live with, my co-workers that I work with, those that I'm around and just in my own social community settings. Is my life adding to people or is my life draining from people? Because Jesus never said, hey, love me, but you can deal with people however you want. That's not what he said. He said, listen, as equally important it is to show God's love to your neighbor. And that's difficult, especially where you're sitting, because how you treat people causes a lot of like trickle down effect essentially. Now again, like I've never been in jail. I'm not trying to pretend I have been. I haven't. Now I read all of y'all's comments, your letters, all that kind of stuff. So I get an idea for sure. Like I can picture stuff, but like I get, I shouldn't say I get, I read what y'all say oftentimes of your safety is at risk of how you treat people. So I'm not minimizing this, but again, I'm not going, I can't lessen what Jesus said because you're not exactly sure how it fits where you are. He will show you how it fits even where you are. I wrote down a few things like,

can my perspective have God's kingdom like all over it? Can my responses have God's mercy and God's love? Just, just all over. Can people tell I'm a person of faith by the joy that I carry? Can people tell I'm a person of faith by the words that come out of my mouth? Let me say this. I mean, I'm not throwing stones. Can people tell I'm a person of faith by the amount that I actually maybe apologize to someone and say, Hey, I was wrong. Or do I always have to be right? Like, do I always have, I was talking with somebody about this the other day at work. I, I, I was wrong at something I said, and I was pretty adamant. I was right. And y'all know what I'm talking about when you're like, no, I'm right. I know I'm right. And like, you're betting everything. You know, you're betting the house on it. Like, Oh no, I'm right. I know I'm this. And Oh, I thought it wasn't recording for a second. I am. I was like, Whoa, like, Oh, obviously I am. And then, and then I realized I was wrong. I was like, Hmm. So I said, Hey, listen, that's on me. I was wrong. I'm sorry. And I was like, I'm sorry. Even got like super hot about it. And it, listen, it hurt my pride. Cause sometimes my pride likes to sit on the throne of my life. Sometimes my ego likes to sit on the throne of my life. Sometimes like, like me just being like, no, I know what I'm talking about. Likes to sit on the throne of my life. And sometimes I have to realize I don't know everything. And I know I don't know everything, but I don't need to pretend I do to people around me. So I'm accepted by them. I can people tell them a person of faith because I actually asked for forgiveness and say, I'm wrong in things. That's ma'am. This is where the rubber hits the road. If you will, this is where it gets serious because like Christianity is not this dominating religion. Christianity is one that breaks walls down by having good fruit in our life and being salt and being light and other people's life. What does salt do? Salt brings flavor. What does light do? Light enlightens. It brings, um, brightness to people. Maybe I should say like that. I wrote down eight things. Well, let me say this beforehand. I said, because of Jesus as my Lord, am I becoming the kind of person that brings life to others? Am I becoming the kind of person that just, am I life giving or am I just life draining? Like when people see me, is there like, man, thank God they're here. Or is it like, Oh God, they're here. Am I contributing to people's lives or constantly Am I contributing to people's lives or constantly draining from them? I wrote down eight things. Can I be someone others trust even in, in that County jail, in that prison, in that work camp? Can I be one that others trust? Can I encourage fellow inmates in their growth? Like, can I

let God speak through me to encourage other people? Or do I always have to be further along than them? Can I show patience and kindness and conflict? And I get it. And the DOC that's dangerous, but listen, man, this is what Jesus said. Can I seek peace even in a tough environment? Jesus says to be peacemakers. Can I grow in self-control when things feel out of control and chaos? When I thought this was going to happen, but all of a sudden we got put on lockdown again. Can I still control my emotions when I thought this was going to happen, but this didn't happen? Can I still control my emotions? Can I offer genuine forgiveness when wronged? Can I be someone who listens without judgment? Can I help others see hope even when it feels far away? Loving people is not just avoiding hatred. Loving people is something that is tangible through the fruit, the salt and the light that comes from my life because I have come to Jesus. I've gotten to know Jesus and I'm walking in his ways. I wrote it down like this. In the book of Galatians chapter five, you'll see the fruit of the spirit. Love, joy, peace. What is it? Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We're not gonna go to it, but I encourage you to go read it. Luke chapter five, it would be starting in verse 22. He goes verse 22, 23, gives you the fruit of the spirit. And then verse 24, it talks about, man, you're gonna have to deny your flesh. And then it says, be led by the spirit. And so I see that as I listen, God will produce these things in you, just going to him, getting to know him, and doing what he says. Fruit begins to happen, right?

That's just how it happens. Like you can't do it yourself is how it happens, but you've got to deny yourself. It says, deny yourself. And then it literally says, and then be led by the spirit. So there's gonna be these moments where you're like, man, I've given my life to Christ. I'm getting to know Christ, right? Through his scripture, through these videos on Panda, all of that kind of stuff. And then you'll see it happen in life, man. You'll see it happen. And it'll be this moment. Do I do my way or Jesus's way? Am I going to crucify my flesh or am I gonna be led by the spirit? Because here's what I've learned. If you're gonna love God and love people, it's gonna be impossible to live for yourself. It's gonna be impossible to live for yourself. That's the next thing. Now, what did Jesus say? He said, listen, anyone who wants to follow me, deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow me. That's Luke chapter nine, verse 23. I'm gonna wrap it up with this because I'm out of time for today. When you deny yourself, it says, pick up your cross and follow me. Yes, cross crucifies the flesh.

Flesh is your selfishness. Somebody say, I don't want to use all this like too much Christianese. Flesh would be your selfishness, right? But the cross was also why Jesus came to the earth. Think about that. It was his purpose. So when I deny myself and I pick up my cross and I follow Jesus's ways, guess what I'm actually doing? I'm actually picking up my purpose. Like, yeah, okay, you're sitting in jail. Okay, so what are we gonna do? We're gonna wait till we get out. We're gonna wait for X amount of time. Some of you are not getting out. So like, what are we gonna do? Well, we're gonna pick up our cross. And when you do so, you're actually gonna pick up purpose. You might not even realize it. You might just say, hey, you know what? I'm denying my flesh. I'm not doing what would serve me best. I'm gonna turn to Jesus here. You'll actually see purpose in it. And that is what God uses. Like, that is how you champion every season. That is how you walk with Jesus. And you can see it happen in your life right there wherever you are.

A couple of things that we know about denying our flesh is we deny our selfishness. We take up our cross. And then here's the thing. Jesus says in Matthew 6, don't get so selfish that you're so worried and eaten up with worry. Worry has this level of selfishness to it that I don't think is talked about enough. Because what happens is, is you begin to remove Jesus out of the equation, and you're only focusing on me. You begin to remove Jesus out of the equation and God out of the equation, and you're only focusing on what can I do. And when it's all on you, worry will begin to overtake you into a way that was, for me at least, sends me into a tailspin. I deal enough, and I've been very open about this on this show, I deal enough with chronic depression. And I know this, Jesus will heal me one day. There is no doubt in my mind. I have good days and I have bad days without a doubt, just like anyone would. But I know if I get into selfishness, man, it's like pouring gasoline onto any just ounce of depression I might be dealing with in that moment, and it creates this tailspin because I've separated myself from Jesus. I've told him, hey, get up out of the seat of the throne of my life.

Let me sit here and let me control this. And I realize I can't. And then this tailspin begins to happen of worry. And I just say that, man, I hope that helps you because, man, that's just not the way to live. There's just a better way to live. And I see it in my life multiple times that when I remove him as Lord and King and I put myself back there, worry begins to create this tailspin in my life. Now, again, this isn't a list of things to do. He's not like, go love people because I'm God. No, first of all, I don't think he talks like that. He's like, listen, I've encouraged you to love me, meaning God, and love people because that is the beautiful way of life that he has created for all of us, even you, wherever you are. I don't know why, strong on my heart is North Carolina today. Strong on my heart is North Carolina. I know there are some of us that we all were able to connect out of North Carolina a little bit a couple months ago, and you guys are just on my heart big time, out of nowhere, just on my heart. my heart right now. And so maybe this is what you need to hear. You're not too far gone. He's saying, hey, come to me.

Get to know me, listen to my words. And then start to notice the spirits leading, where you'll be able to decide, me, selfishness, or Jesus and my purpose of what he's created in me. I appreciate all of the encouragement and love, and I read all the comments in letters. I read them, it only takes me eight months, but I read them, and it means a lot. It means a lot. I love hearing from y'all's family members. We say it a lot around here. We got the oar here, because we say Champion Church is like a boat, and everybody rose in one way or another. And even y'all in the DOC, you might row, because you let someone back home know, like, hey, there's this church that's encouraged me. Go subscribe to their YouTube. Or maybe you let somebody know that you're, they just got moved into your pod, or whatever it might be. Or they just got brought into the work camp. You let them know, hey, this church has been helping me. I'm discipling along with them, whatever it might be. Everyone rows in a different way, especially this weekend. It's a four-year anniversary. I'm from cotton-picking Camden. Collard green-cooking Camden, son. Cornbread-baking Camden, baby. And y'all know it would never fail, every summer your classmates would go north. Then they'd come back to school with a accent. So you see them in school, they like, yo, what's up, son? What's up, money? I used to be like, why you talking like that? You been gone for two weeks. What you're not gonna do is act like you're from Brooklyn. That's what you're not gonna do. You know, I've learned some things. My wife and I, we've been married for 12 years. I'm gonna share something tonight. Yeah, that's clap-able. That's clap-worthy. 12 years. Yeah, I'm gonna share something about my wife here quickly, too. Since she here tonight, she need to hear this. My wife do something to get up under my nerve a little bit, Pastor, and I think I wanna share. I'm gonna get it off my chest tonight. Y'all, my wife can't seem to answer her cell phone. When I call. Oh, y'all, she got all these excuses. She got it on vibrate. I left it in the car and y'all, I'm a man of solutions. I'm about solving the problem.

So I went to my wife's phone and I changed the settings. I changed my name from Mike to Jesus. I took the number out and everything. Just Jesus show up on the screen. You imagine when that phone rang, she looking at the phone with Jesus on it. She answered the phone. So my Lord, is that you? I'm on another line like, no girl, it's me. What you're not going to do is answer the phone when the Lord call, but you don't answer when I call. But one thing I've learned about being married, my wife and women, I think you should, in general, they see stuff around the house, but they don't say anything. They just chronicle it in their mind. And it get to a certain point and then they want you to do something about it. But when they want you to do it, they want you to do it. When? Right now. Right now. And that's a problem y'all. Cause the brother ain't gonna do it right now. We're going to probably do it after we finished watching the game first thing in the morning, but not right now. So women, I'm going to help you help your husband stay in the spirit cause we don't be in the spirit all the time. I got a simple solution to that problem. Let's say for instance, you want your husband to do something. You're going to ask a question. You probably want to take out the trash. You're gonna say, honey, can you take the trash out for me please? That's a reasonable request. But the problem is he not going to do it right now. So if you use my little technique, he going to be moving like this right here. You take that same sentence and add these two special words. You say, honey, can you take the trash out for me please? Big daddy. Big daddy. Can't no grown man sit still? When his wife say big daddy, he like trash, trash in my pocket, trash in the car. Hey dog, you got some trash over there. Hey, hey, tie it up, put it on the corner. I'm gonna come by and I'm gonna pick it up.

Yo, I had $200 worth of groceries in one arm just like this right here. Yeah. Now brothers don't go home and try to flip it to my big mama. Can you warm up a plate of food? No, don't do that. There's some topics that, you know, when you, when you look at them on the face of them, they're not humorous. You know, there's certain topics that you like. Oh, that's not, that's not really funny. Like death. Death typically is not a funny topic except for that morbid person in the back. That's right there. That's most people don't laugh when I say that death is not usually a funny topic, but in Clarksville, somebody seems to find it a little funny. But the way we talk about death, I find it to be quite interesting. Have you ever heard someone say he died a very untimely death? Don't we all do that? Anybody around here scheduling no deaths? You got a death on the calendar for next Thursday. You know, even the words we use, we try to soften the blow. We say stuff like they departed, they passed away, they expired like milk. A few years ago, there was some storm chase that died in the media kept saying the same thing. Said they died doing what they love to do, but then they started making up stuff. They probably are in the big tornado in the sky. Y'all and that got me to thinking cause I wouldn't want to die doing what I love

to do. You wouldn't want me to die doing what I love to do. Can you imagine going to a comedy show and a comedian just pass out on stage and die? Y'all be like, he died doing what he loved to do. He probably in the big comedy show. in the sky. What's up, Pando Land? You might be thinking, Trev, wait a minute, Trev, why are you jumping in here like this? Because I got to tell you, man, life's just been lifin'. And I don't just say that, it's just, it's been incredibly, incredibly jam-packed and honestly a little overwhelming just with work stuff. And as Chasen, he graduates from the little fifth grade into that sixth grade tonight as well. And one thing I've learned of being a part of y'all's life for the last, you know, almost six months, is if I'm just straight up with you guys, most of you, most of you ladies and gents, most of you, are forgiving. And so listen, I recorded the message you just watched, what, a couple, I guess it was technically yesterday morning, because this is later Thursday afternoon. If it tells you anything, I'm eating lunch, I'm at the King's Burger right now, I'm at that BK, I'm at that hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us, I'm at that Burger King late in the afternoon, and I actually haven't eaten all day, which is very rare for me. I am starving. No fishing this week, I can promise you that. Anyhow, anyhow, just, it's been incredibly, incredibly overwhelming at work. And I filmed yesterday morning before work with all intentions of editing and getting stuff out, and it's just not been able to happen. I just have literally not had a break at all. And yeah, I know, I know I'm working right up to Chase's little graduation thing tonight, so my goal is I'm going to try to get this out this evening or like after the graduation

thing or tomorrow. It really just depends on how it goes. So number one, I just want to say, hey, I'm sorry, like my seat that I play, I got to tell all of you all, like we all row. It takes all of us rowing. It's our four-year anniversary. I haven't even thought about Sunday yet, and it's Thursday afternoon. That's not good. Even saying that out loud, I'm like, woo! But you know, my seat in this is just volunteering that I row in this way, right? Like I row in creating the content and getting it together and ripping stuff off YouTube and all that. Sometimes when it doesn't go how you want it to go, you just need to do the next right thing.

And so the next right thing right now is to get a Whopper. The next right thing right now is to film and say, hey, guys, I'm sorry I can't put together a full two-hour show like I normally would. How's it looking on radar? Yeah, it looks great on radar. It's got like a boundary, like, ingested into it. Just beautiful, beautiful supercell. And look at it rare. This thing looks amazing. My name is Freddie McKinney, and I'm a storm chaser. I'm just fascinated by weather. Ever since I was a little kid, thunderstorms, tornadoes, really all kinds of natural disasters and weather events. This thing's looking pretty impressive here. Switched off of it there for a second, it's got a nice mesocycle, and it looks like just to the west of Clear Lake, South Dakota right now. I work with the National Weather Service. As a certified weather spotter, they get live reports from me. They usually tune into my live streams. It's my responsibility to let as many people know that there's a violent tornado headed their way. The ability to get that information out is what saves lives. It looks like the severe storm threat for today

is going to be just south of North Dakota, so that's the good news. The bad news is, South Dakota getting in on this and the potential for some tornadic development as well. We're late to the supercell thunderstorm. We're late to it, but we are closing in. You can see our location right here, and the supercell's just to our southwest right now. I wonder, this thing might drop. I'm chasing with my best friend, Eli. Moving in for the close-range intercept. The great thing about Eli is, is he trusts me. It's tough to find people that trust me because I am a bit of a maniac. Hey, that's weird. Huh? What is that? I have no clue. Is it rotating? Because I can't really look at it closely. It is. It might be a funnel then. It looks like one. If that thing is spinning hard, that's a funnel. We got to cook. All right, what's up, guys? Today, I'm accompanied by Lauren and Caleb. Caleb was on the chase yesterday, and now we're accompanied by his wife, Lauren. And I'm friends with both of them, so it's just extra fun for me today. So I'm pumped to have them with, and yeah. Okay, anyways. My name is Tanner Charles. I've been chasing for 15 years, and I am really blessed with what I get to do. My plan for the day is to get there and document whatever storm may form in the area. That's the mission, and be a helping hand to anyone who needs help. Come on. Drive like a grandma, Tanner. Oh, I know. You got to pour it. As we were sitting there in the vehicle, just looking at all the models, there appeared to be two targets, one in Minnesota and one in South Dakota. We decided to head towards South Dakota. Lauren, you're going to handle on stream. Ready? All right, here we go. That way? Woo! There we are. Nice cone. I'm hoping you get closer. All right, let's get closer. Right in front of Freddie. God dang it. We're going to get right next to it. We got one. Oh, yeah, rapid rotation.

Tornado horn. Look at the rapid rotation on the right side. Tornado trying to drop right now. If you're watching the stream, we're going to try to get really close to this tornado. I don't know if it's going to drop or not, but we have this road here, and this is going to be our opportunity to get extremely close if it does drop. This is approaching Clear Lake. If you know anybody or you live in Clear Lake, Iowa, you got to take cover. This is really, really... South Dakota, right? Did I say North Dakota? You said Iowa. I said Iowa? South Dakota, not Iowa. Wow, it's getting big. It's getting big. This thing might put down an absolute beauty. We're moving in for that close-range intercept here. We got a couple of little tires that have been fizzling up and down, and this one here is really starting to take off. We're starting to think this is going to be the one. My name's Randy Hicks, and I'm a tornado trainer. chaser. I've been chasing storms for 33 years. I mean, I do it because I love it. It's my whole life. You've got to have guts, you've got to have courage, and you've got to be

willing to take chances. My chase partner, Bryant, is in the car. He's on the radar. There we go. It's ours. There she's tornadoing. Come on, you're almost there. Big cone. Yep. All right, you just keep shooting it. There she goes. What a beast. Dynamic pipe. Wow, look at that thing. Debris, lots of debris. Oh, my God, that's a powerful tornado. It just sounded like she's going to get damn close to us here real soon. Holy crap. Got a car coming straight ahead. Dude, you better not block my road. I'm going to run you right over. Get out of the road. Don't sit in the middle of the road. Some of the younger chasers don't have a clue. They just get a mile from it, start screaming and then running 80 mile an hour as fast away as they can. They go into a complete panic mode. And once panic sets in, fear sets in. Once fear sets in, then right behind that, stupid decisions, which can cost you your life. This guy's about to get munched. Right in front of us. Come on, over here. Come on, come on, come on. Right here. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. People are stupid, man. You want to dance with it, you dance with it. You don't come running over me. Look at that. Debris everywhere. Fortunately for the Clear Lake Tornado, it was in open fields, crops, stocks. Not a lot of properties were getting hit. If it was hitting structures, of course, it would be doing extreme damage. Tornado's right there It's going to pull me off the road and into this shit. I don't know if I can. Big tornado. It's right there. Look at that. It's right there. We are getting very strong wind right here. I got to shoot for this. Unfortunately, we lost our back glass. Window up, window up, window up, window up. There she is right again. Thank you. I'm chasing with one of my best friends in the whole world, Jack. He flew all the way from the UK to chase with me. He's never seen a tornado. I'm one of the younger chasers, and so, you know, everything is a competition, especially with all these other content creators out there. You have Freddy and Tanner. I love them to death, but I have to see the thing, and I have to have the best shot.

I have to be able to encounter that story. I have to show them that, like, you know, I'm not just a little kid. There it is. My goat. Dude, it doesn't wait for Freddy McKinney. It waits for Will. Oh. Come on, it's moving left. As we're really, really close to these vortices, suddenly that boundary surges in front of us. And if this tornado makes even a tiny little deviation, this could kill me. This could kill us. Guys, in the car. It's right there. Re-falling, re-falling. Get in. Come on, come on. It's coming at us. Keep filming. Keep filming. Go, go, go! Out, out, out, out! Out the window! Debris! Yeah, we can tuck him behind it and get out right here. We can tuck him behind it and get out right here.

Hold on, I'm keeping my window down so we don't get too close. We're so close. We're in full draft. Oh, it's right there! Holy ****! It's right there! Holy ****! Connor! Let's go, baby! Let's go! Let's go, baby! Look at this thing! It was the next generation of storm chasing with the live streaming. There's definitely a competitive edge. Best shot of a tornado is right up on it, just like where you can witness its true power. Let's go! Come on! Go! Whoo! Violent! It's getting violent! We are about a mile away from it right now, about a mile. I am Brandon Kopik. I am a full-time storm chaser. I work with a major news organization. Here it comes. The reports get relayed to the National Weather Service, who issues the tornado warnings, upgrades the warnings to emergencies and such. Look at those vortices dancing, guys. And it's getting strong. But inherently, what we do does save lives. What a ****! I've been a storm chaser for 30 years now.

It's definitely a lifelong passion. I grew up a science nerd, and I became obsessed with weather at the age of 5. We are here in the Dominator in full-blown tornado intercept mode. We built the Dominators to get inside of the tornado and measure data that other people cannot safely collect. The hardest part is always showing up to every storm on time. Whoo! There you go. I see it now. We were a little bit far out and had to drive and close pretty quickly to get in position for an intercept. Let's get it. Go up. Go, go, go, go. You got it. We got a lot of east. Look at that thing go. The Dominator 3 isn't a fast-moving vehicle, per se, even though with the turbo in there, the vehicle is a lot heavier. It's up like 13,000, 14,000 pounds, and it's a little bit hard to be as mobile as we'd like. The storm is going to be capable of all hazards. I did have to put the pedal to the metal there for a little bit. We can get it. We just got to keep going. I wasn't missing this intercept for anything. Whoo! We got ourselves a violent tornado on the ground approaching Gary, South Dakota, right on the Minnesota border, right on the Minnesota border here, guys. My concern is, is if this thing moves into Gary, it's going to be a very bad kind of tornado that is capable of destroying entire towns.

Oh, my gosh. Look up. Yeah, look up. Look up at it. Look at the tube overhead. I got it. That is surreal. This is the most insane tornado I've ever seen. The way it behaved. It's a wreck. It's the most insane tornado I've ever seen. The way it behaved, its erratic movement, the shape, the longevity. It just, it went through multiple different phases throughout its life. Let me zoom in on this motion. It's absolutely surreal, dude. This thing is so cool. It is. This thing is so cool. This is one of the cooler tornadoes, dude. Look at the inner vorticity. Look at the inner vortex. It's like this inner tube inside of the outer tube. It's like a tornado within the tornado, and you see it dancing in there. There's little vortices orbiting around. Like, it's fluid. It's alive. Dude, what is going on? Want to get a better shot? There's so many chasers. I know. It's crazy that it's late June in South Dakota,

and we have this many storm chasers out here. It's nuts. Yo, Hunter! Wow! Look, there's Freddie. Yo, inside, inside, inside. Look at the vortices. Okay, I'll film out the window again. Breathe, breathe through the nose. It almost feels like it's alive. Like it feels like there's a monster in front of you, and you're trying as hard as you can to document this monster while not getting eaten. The best tornado ever. This is the best tornado I've ever seen. Oh my god. That is a joke. That is a joke. What is that? What is this? Toti, Toti, Toti. Dude, this is genuinely the coolest thing I've ever seen. Dude, honestly. This might be turning into a tornado of the year, bro. It's still moving east. We are very close to Cary. We're right by Cary, South Dakota. The wind speed in tornadoes of this magnitude often exceed 160 miles per hour and can reach that 200 mile per hour threshold. This is an upper echelon tornado, and you only get a couple of these a year. This is when the tornado takes this hard left turn,

there's no heading. Straight for the road that I'm on, and so are my friends. Oh my god. It's going to cross the road. Go, go, go, go, go. Come on, we can get it, we can get it. We need the closest shot. I just like, this thing is in EFI, you know? No way they're about to intercept this. How low is it going to go down? We're okay, we're okay, we're okay, we're okay. Feel it. Look at it. Look at it! There's people in there, I think. Oh no. Oh my god. Steady. Dominator's in there. Right there, right there, right there. Up front, up front, up front. We were just in time getting into the Gary tornado. Look at that! Oh, right above us! Right above, look! Right above. Look at it! It looked like the perfect tornado intercept just to get inside of the tornado and measure that hard-to-achieve surface wind data. You see that? Coming at us! Coming right at us! Get out of here! The Dominator is built to withstand winds of up to EF4 intensity, but it's not a guaranteed survival in these tornadoes.

A lot of work! We're back again! Wind's coming off. Hold on! This sucker is in! We're freaking close! We're getting sucked into it! We're getting sucked into it! Here we go, the poles, here we go, the poles! I'm just trying to thread the needle. I'm trying to get as close as I can get to this tornado while not getting killed by it. Yeah, all right, I got to get around. The Dom passed the road. All right, I got to get around. The Dom passed the road here. Holy crap. I'm trying to get my close-range intercept of this thing, and the Dominator is sitting in the middle of the road, blocking it. It's up, it's coming. Oh, my gosh. Oh, no! We got a crash! We got a crash. Connor and the Dom just crashed, bro. They got to stay away from my back end! We do have big blind spots on the Dominator, especially off to the side. I cannot believe that in front of one of the craziest tornadoes both of us had ever seen,

that my idol, Reed Timmer, and the Dominator crashed into me. My car is going to do a little bit worse off than the Dominator, considering, you know, it's an armored tank. Someone sitting behind us like that is insane. I think any time you try to pass behind the Dominator with its reverse lights on, you know, that's what can happen. You might get bit. All right, but are you OK from the Dominator thing? Yeah, I'm in panic because the Dominator was backing into me. Crazy things are converging here. It's making it difficult for everyone. Coming for it again! Woo! Woo! Suddenly, I saw the road open up, and I saw an opportunity to intercept this tornado. We have an anemometer on top of the Dominator that measures the real-time wind speed inside of a tornado and the pressure fall. That's a violent tornado. Are you kidding me? We don't want it to wobble on us. It's too strong. It's really strong. Sabrina, crane back! Crane back! Holy! This is the craziest thing I've ever seen! Oh, my gosh, we're almost in it.

Almost inside the tornado. It might come back at us. Be careful. Wait, did you get it? I got a little bit. No. No, but he's trying to come back at us. Here's Brandon. Brandon, you might want to get out of here, bro. You might want to go flat. I really hope Brent's okay. Brandon, we got to go, buddy. I get east out ahead of the tornado, and everybody else remains west. I am virtually by myself on the side of the tornado that you typically don't want to be on. Guys, it looks like it's moving east. It looks like it's coming at us. At that point, the tornado's crossing the road. My friends are worried about me, whether or not I'm about to get hit by this tornado. This tornado was violent, and the raw power seeing it in my roof camera, I just see this white flash back and forth, and I realize that it's my Starlink. The mounts are breaking. Starlink's about to get locked. Oh. Starlink just got sacrificed. Oh!

Are you kidding me, dude? All right. You on the drone? Yeah, yeah, yeah. On the drone, boys. That's crazy, dude. She's fighting the wind. That's when you can see it's slowly creeping towards the house. Wow, this is bad, and I just start praying. Lord, please keep everyone safe during this right now in Jesus' name. Hey, I don't know if anybody got a copy, but it might be hitting houses here shortly. Yeah, I see these structures. I really hope it doesn't. This is a violent tornado. This is the kind of tornado that easily kills somebody, and it's heading straight for these homes. This is the strongest tornado I've ever seen in my life, bro. Oh, isn't this headed towards Gary? Yes, it is. Oh, no! It's really close. Keep going, keep going. This doesn't look real. This is the greatest tornado footage I've ever shot in my life. Brake, brake, brake, brake, brake. Hey! Sorry, man.

I'm so sorry. Oh, my God. Thank God. Eyes on the road. Lost in the trees, guys. Lost in the trees. Still on the ground back there. Oh, no. It's going straight for that house. Oh, Lord, no. I just threaded the needle between them. When you watch a tornado miss three, four houses along a highway, I'm thinking this is the perfect tornado. It's not hitting anything. It hits trees. It hits earth. It doesn't hit people. They're okay. They're gonna be okay. I would say in this moment, it's sort of a thing where I'm no longer a storm chaser. I'm a human, and I really feel like there's, like, golf balls in your throat. It just sat out, dude. This is a violent tornado. At 200 miles per hour, the kind of damage that's done is catastrophic. A house will be completely level. Nothing left. It'll be swept clean from its foundation. Look at it!

Look at it! I've never seen anything like this in my life. I'm watching it tear these trees. Gosh, I really hope there's not a house there. This isn't a pretty tornado anymore. It's a destructive tornado. It may not be hitting houses yet, but it poses danger to lives. Oh, my God, look at it! Oh, my God, it's throwing them! It's throwing them! Do you see that? Oh, my God. I started seeing debris, and this did not look like debris from a barn structure. This looked like a whole entire house. The house was hit. Get everybody over here now! You just saw essentially death happen in front of you, and now you have to make the decision to bring yourself and people that you love towards it. Driveway, driveway, driveway, we have to. everybody who showed up here big old props thank you to everybody who showed up at this house and started pulling people out of rubble everybody is accounted for only a minor ankle injury powerful powerful tornado finally the tornado it starts to rope out that funnel starts to constrict and it takes a left turn away from the town of Gary and inside I just huge sigh of relief as I know that this tornado is nearing its end and the town of Gary is going to be okay so I get even more excited after all these years these days so the excitement doesn't go away the passion only gets more intense with age and that's why we have no choice but to continue to chase we're gonna wrap up the stream here but guys we're done with the chase here that was one of the most insane just tornado chases of all time so just absolutely insane hopefully we help you know just warn some people out there you know help the warning process help save some lives you know potentially and yeah it was just a crazy day hopefully everybody's okay just crazy man just crazy so anyway take care everybody whoa what a crazy chase today was literally career like a career chase I yeah one of the most incredible chases I've ever been on like in my 15 years but yeah this is definitely one for the record books I have never whoa oh my gosh what a crazy day I'm so blessed I get to do this peace peace out everybody oh my god thank god it's a day where mother nature and life it really tests if you're serious you know I went into it wanting to prove myself and wanting to do the perfect thing but there's no such thing as the perfect thing you can just do what you think in your heart is the best thing to do and that the day was done correctly it's not perfect and there will never be a perfect day but we did the best thing we could best thing we could hey one of the things I forgot to mention because I know some of y'all are NASCAR fans and maybe you already heard this Kyle Busch passed away unexpectedly last I think last Thursday it was he I guess he had pneumonia and then it turned it turns he got sepsis or whatever and he passed away so for us it was wild my dad is a huge NASCAR fan I've said that before in other episodes and my great

it's wrong it's just not right and my body's changing in ways I never warned you about man I'm getting these new eyebrows growing in feels like fiber optic cable or something growing in my head like honey I got guitar string growing out of my head out what's I got all this ear hair growing just out of my ear got ZZ Top in my ear hole now thanks Lord I see a lot of older guys you don't need a hearing aid you need a weed whacker that's what you need in your life be hearing Dolby in no time soon worst is I'm getting these back hairs growing all over here in my back it's just terrible yeah I know my kids are like daddy put on a shirt that's disgusting my wife's like what's wrong with you I don't know I'm turning into a hobbit I don't know why don't you go get me a comb precious they took out a mortar I had to go to the eye doctor I haven't been the eye doctor in 20 years man but I can't see so I went to the eye doctor It was horrible, man. Man, they, well, they had all these tests that you do, and which were fine, but they had this one test at the end, which I'd never heard of. It's called the glaucoma test. It's where they shoot a puff of air into your eye. I'd never heard of that. Doctor's like, yeah, Mr. Hawkins, we're gonna do the glaucoma test on you now, okay? What we're gonna do, we're gonna put your chin in rest. You're gonna look through that hole.

And what we're gonna do, we're gonna shoot a puff of air into your eye. Why? We don't know. It's what they tell us to do in high school. Like, all right, you're the doctor. Like, put my chin in the rest. I'm like, all right, I look through that hole. All right. We're gonna, oh! Did I do it wrong? Do I have glaucoma? No, you're fine. Here's your eyeball back. It shot out in the parking lot. That's the first time in my life I had a puff of air go into my body and out of my body at the same time. Yeah, you don't need to read it.
