Rejection to Royalty

You did not just make a decision you experienced resurrection Welcome to course video one We're going to be speaking about what just happened to you If you were just born again again for those who are already born again, this is just a reminder So you have understanding it's a very powerful foundational Principle that we need to understand when it comes to our identity, right? So when you said yes to jesus, it wasn't just a religious moment it was a spiritual rebirth literally John 3 3 says unless one is born again He cannot see the kingdom of god. That means What happened to you was not just symbolic. It was supernatural in order to be born again It means you have you have you have to have been born before So if you're already born once which all of us have because we've been born of a mother's womb that which is flesh is flesh The born again experience is not you going into your mother's womb again, but you're being born again from heaven by the spirit So when you come to christ and you believe the gospel and you put your faith in jesus you are now born again So we're going to go into this. Um deeper So you were spiritually dead before christ disconnected from god living by the flesh and under the power of sin We all were before I came to christ. I was under the power of sin. All I knew was what I was Raised to believe the things I learned from different cultures product of my environment family friends Everything I learned was my religion essentially without even knowing I was practicing a religion But when I came to christ, I was freed from that the moment I surrendered repented and believed the gospel The holy spirit filled me just like he filled you and your spirit man came alive So the bible says in second corinthians 5 17 if anyone is in christ, he is a new creation Old things have passed away behold all things have become new i'm going to say it again all things you need to understand this When you came to christ and you received the holy spirit, right? And then you got baptized and you came about that water that baptism represent represented you dying to yourself Everything of your old self died and you were born again And it's supernatural when we when we get baptized by faith in our heart understanding what we're doing It's not the water that makes this supernatural

It's our heart So sometimes people get baptized come out the water get baptized in the holy spirit begin to speak in tongues begin to prophesy I've heard people say that they have they've had visions coming out of the water where they've experienced seeing jesus standing right in front of them or the presence of god will overcome over overpower them and they'll start receiving deliverance and from from demonic demonic bondage and strongholds and Just have an encounter with the presence of god to where they just feel his love Like i've heard so many beautiful things out the water and it's not because of the actual water for baptism It's about your faith in your heart, but all things become new So let's talk about this because some of you are like, okay if all things become new Why do I still feel the same? Why am I still battling depression? Why am I still battling anxiety? Why can't I put down the vape? Why am I still wanting to smoke marijuana? I'm going to explain this you are a three-part being Okay, listen to this just like god is triune, right? One being one god three persons Personhood does not mean human every human is a person but not every person is a human A person has a personality just like angels have a personality God has a personality the father the son and the holy spirit. These are all different persons You got god the father god the son god the spirit all equal But different persons so they they have different personalities, right? Mind will intellect all these things. So just like god is triune in nature. So are you you have a spirit soul and body? Even though it is different, but it's a good example to understand that you have three parts, but you're one Right. Let's break this down Your spirit was made Perfect instantly at the born again experience, but it's your soul. That's who you are It's your mind or willing mind will and emotions that's being renewed daily So again think about it you have your spirit man that comes alive at the born again experience your spirit man is dead It's dead when you come when you're born into the world because of original sin because of what adam and eve did Your spirit is dead right? And then you got your soul. So you got three right? Your spirit soul and body your soul is who you are. So if your name is john, that's your soul. My soul is richard But my flesh is this body suit that will one day die And my spirit comes from god, but again is dead Because of sin, but then comes alive by the power of the holy spirit

So when I give my life to jesus in my spirit, my spirit man comes alive, but my soul That's me. That's my mind my will and emotions who I I am, what I'm conscious of right now, right, as far as me being Richard, my soul needs to be renewed, needs to be cleansed, needs to be sanctified. Again, my flesh will one day die. My flesh is gone. And when we resurrect in Christ, when Jesus comes back with the new Jerusalem and all these different things, we're gonna have a glorified body, but that's a whole nother sermon. But right now, when we die, our flesh goes. So what matters the most? What matters the most as far as us being able to inherit the kingdom of heaven, right, to go to heaven? It's your soul. Your soul is what goes to heaven. The book of Ecclesiastes says your spirit actually goes back to God. So when you die, your soul's gonna pop out of your bodysuit, whether you're in a hospital, whether you're in a bed, whether whatever happens happens, you're gonna see your actual fleshy body. Everyone does, every single person.

Everyone who dies, when they die, they hop out their bodysuit and they'll explain to you how they felt peace and joy. This is for people who have come back, right? They've been clinically dead and come back. They're called NDEs, near-death experiences. But I've always heard, like I have friends that have literally died in hospital beds or car accidents. And they tell me, when you die, you come out of your body and you see your bodysuit. So your body is your flesh. And while we're alive, like right now in these bodysuits, our flesh is our enemy. Our flesh is the opposite of the spirit. Like the spirit of God, the Holy Spirit that made our spirit man alive and now intertwined, now one, we're one with the Holy Spirit, right? Our spirit is the one that wants us to do the things of God. Our spirit is the one who lets us know, who reminds us that we're children of God. Our spirit is the one who's willing, but the flesh is weak. So that's why we gotta stay in the spirit, pray in the spirit, read in the spirit, worship in spirit and truth, right? So your spirit is at war with the flesh.

Now that your spirit is alive by the Holy Spirit, you're at war with the flesh, the world and the devil, right? There's three enemies. And the devil loves to work with the flesh. The world loves to work with the flesh. These are all things that wanna keep you back or bring you back to your vomit. But your old man is dead. Remember when you come to Christ, your old man is dead. Who you were is dead. Your life doesn't become better. You don't have a self-help type of Christianity where you're like, okay, I wanna make my life better. No, your old, who you are, who you were, died. Now you've risen a new creation. It's new desires that what are God's desires? There's no more my plans, my dreams. God, what is your plans and dreams for my life? Because obviously the God who you surrendered to who is your Lord, who is the creator of the heavens and the universe, he has a plan that he already pre-written for you, predestined that now you need to align up with in your soul. That's your mind, your will and emotions. But then you'll say, Pastor, man, I'm going through all these things though. Why do I still have this anxiety or this lust or whatever? Because your soul is being renewed.

Now it's your job to submit yourself, your soul to your spirit man every day. So you'll recognize when you pray in the spirit, which is speaking in tongues, which is a powerful, powerful gift of the spirit. It's a weapon. You start, you could be feeling fleshy. You could be feeling all these things, but the minute you start praying, shakalabu, shabaladere, shit, all of a sudden those things that were attacking you, they go away. And your spirit man begins to pray by the power of the Holy Spirit. And you begin to feel lifted. You begin to feel man power and like, man, I can get through this and boldness. And you'll start feeling different. It's because your spirit is being empowered by the Holy Spirit, which is keeping you up because the flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing. And we have to renew our mind with the word of God. Why? Because we have all these strongholds. We have all these things that we went through in life, trauma, rejection, daddy issues, mommy issues, backstabbings, bad relationships, crazy things that we've seen that we shouldn't have seen. Some of us were adopted. Some of us, our parents tried to abort us.

There's a lot of things that we experienced or we have experienced in our soul, right? Before coming to Christ that needs to get renewed now daily with the word of God. The word of God literally reprograms your mind, changes it so that you can believe in what the word says and not what the world has conditioned you to say. Remember, the things of the world lead to death. We saw it. A lot of us came to Christ because we were leading our own life and following the world. And it was leading to more depression, anxiety, and just torment. And just, how about this? Just feeling unfulfilled. Before coming to Christ, I felt unfulfilled because I had experienced all these things, but I was empty inside. So your soul needs to be renewed with the word of God, washed with the word of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit. And you're gonna go through a healing process. Some of you might be going through a deliverance process and some of you might be saying, how could I even need deliverance if I'm a born again Christian? It's because in your soul, there's probably things still there. Because the Bible says your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Right and you have the Holy of Holies

That's the most sacred place of the temple where the presence of God resided and you've received the Holy of Holies Right and like you have that tabernacle right inside of you. So now I mean that the The Ark of the Covenant inside of you by the presence of God the Holy Spirit resides But you still have these inner courts and outer courts these different areas of the temple if you study the temple that was built by Solomon That needs to get cleaned up things that gotta go demons that gotta come out Is it always a demon? No when I first came to Christ though, because I was in so much witchcraft and fornication and drug dealing and drug using and 29 years of my life. I experienced a lot of trauma and did a lot of things that were wrong But regardless I needed a lot of deliverance when I first came to Christ I would watch deliverance videos and one thing I learned that was powerful was self deliverance Just learning how to get in the presence of God and ask Holy Spirit to show me any area that he wants to deliver me from and eventually what ended up happening is I went through that deliverance process and then I began to Go through what's called I would say it's an identity process Then God began to start showing me my identity and that it's not always a demon that he started showing me the power of truth Standing on truth to overcome the temptation on the outside You know, you need deliverance when it's something internally that you know You're reading the word and you're praying and you're just like man I'm being tormented and I can't stop this thing whether it be porn smoking drinking Sometimes it's you know, it's just just the renewal of the mind and that's all you needed and you don't go back to it But some people might need deliverance from from the things you did in witchcraft It's not it doesn't mean that it has more power Actually, it means the opposite it lost its power and now it needs to come out So the Holy Spirit will show you that he'll take you through a deliverance process It's sanctification and then you'll start growing into maturity on your identity Inner healing. These are all parts of this walk in this process in Christ. It's beautiful That's why Jesus said that you know, your body's clean He was washing the disciples feet your body's clean, but your feet needs to be washed that represents you You're you're born again positionally in Christ by your spirit, man You have everything that God gave Jesus the Father gave the Son is given to you all power all dominion All these things are given to you through G through Jesus because you are adopted in as an heir as a son or daughter of

The Most High God, but you've got to go through your sanctification process So again, your body is dealing with the temptations of the flesh sometimes and you got to grow in the word Not always is it a demon you could just feel it before coming to Christ I would literally be overpowered by the enemy to watch porn. I didn't even know there was an enemy I just I would try in the world to stop porn because I even in the world I knew it was bad the addiction I had for over 12 years. I would try to stop try to stop It never would work I would stop for a few days and go back and it would be worse and I was tormented even in the world But when I came to Christ, I remember When I got when I was born again, I had the most overwhelming temptation. I was but I was in my bed It was one of the first few nights. I was saved and I remember I seen I There's these two shadowy figures by my bed and they were there was a pulsating feeling to watch porn lust woman sex all these things and I remember just Shaken not knowing what to do laying in my bed and I cried out to Jesus because that's all I knew was to say his Name and I got knocked out like I fell asleep. I woke up the next day. I was delivered God delivered me that way It was self-deliverance. I just called upon the name of the Lord. I didn't even know what self-deliverance was I didn't know any of this I just I just wanted to be done with it so bad and that's so important that we flee from fornication We flee from sin The Bible says in the book of Proverbs a man that who covers their sin is gonna be is gonna have a great downfall It's gonna get exposed. But if you confess it and forsake it God will have mercy on you Confession is recognizing your sin and now forsaking it is hating it. You gotta hate the sin You gotta hate the fornication you got to do everything in your strength to run away from it if you're in a relationship Girlfriend boyfriend, and you know that person is unequally yoked. You know, you're not ready for marriage. They're not ready for marriage Don't play with fire be done with it. Cut it off trusting God Start this process. I'm telling you when I came to Christ. I started everything fresh I cut off my girl who was pregnant with my first child. I cut her off not even sleeping in the same bed I stopped we completely got delivered from porn completely by the grace of God have not been back. I stopped smoking I stopped everything pills. I stopped I stopped selling drugs. I cut people off like I went

Radical and that's how everybody should be The Bible says that you have to lose your life when you come to Christ the Bible says that if you don't hate your mother father brother sister friend boyfriend girl for all these people and You cannot be his disciple. Does that mean that you literally have to hate them and be mad? No, what that means in context is Putting nothing above Jesus Some people, and I'm going to say this is for some of you watching, you might know that there's certain things you need to cut off, but you haven't done it because those things you're putting before Jesus. But when you come to Christ, through the sanctification process, the Holy Spirit's going to show you, hey, cut it off, and you have a choice. If not, you'll be one of those people that the gospel talks about, the parable of the sower, that the seed falls in your heart on soil that's thorny, or soil that doesn't produce good fruit because of the trials of the world, because you want the girlfriend, the boyfriend, the sex, the partying, the drugs. You want those things more than God. So just because you've come to the altar, you've gotten baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit, don't get it twisted. Matthew 24, 13 says, for those who endure to the end shall be saved. It's a partnership. Say it out loud, partnership. It's you seeking God and Him empowering you. Some people treat it other, you know, far lefts or far rights. Some people think, I don't got to do anything. I just wait for God to do it. And then they're always bound and in sin. And it's because they're not putting in effort. Faith without works is dead. If you have faith, you actually have to put in a lot of work.

And the work that you put in doesn't save you. It doesn't make you righteous or holy. You receive everything positionally, but progressively, you're going through a process. You got to read the word when you don't want to read the word. You got to pray when you don't want to pray. You got to worship because you have to endure to the end. Endurance is like running a marathon. That word in the Greek for Matthew 24, 13, you have to endure. Someone running a marathon has to put in effort. It's not easy. That's why the Bible says it's a narrow road. It's narrow. Many people think that they're in Christ right now, and they're not. For some of you, you thought that you were in Christ this whole time, and you're realizing, bro, I wasn't in Christ. You might have just experienced a miracle, deliverance, saw one of my evangelism videos online, or got healing, or a friend brought you to church. Whatever it was, you encountered the presence of God, and now you're realizing, bro, what have I been following? The Jesus of the Bible says that you have to give up your life so that you can actually get life in Christ. You got to surrender your life. And that's what you've done when you came to Christ, got baptized, came up a new creation, right? But now, for those that gave their life to Christ, you have a new nature, the nature of Christ. You've gone from being a slave to sin to being a child of God. Some of you are like, okay, you understand that intellectually,

but you don't understand it in your heart. And some of you have been walking this walk out for a long time, but you haven't understood this in your heart, and you can't experience the love of God. Look, I'm telling you, the orphan spirit, the spirit of rejection is one of the biggest killers in people's walks, ministries, with pastors, leaders in the body of Christ. If you don't deal with this spirit now, get your deliverance, get your healing, renew the mind, it can come back and backfire against you. Look at this, Romans 6, 14, for sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the law but under grace. In this walk in Christ, by you following Jesus in your heart, you made that decision, you're no longer under the law. The law has no power over you. That means under the law, one sin was separation, death. But now under grace, if you fall, his grace abounds even more. The Bible says where sin abounds, grace abounds even more. But don't use that sin as a license, or that grace, I'm sorry, as a license to sin. That's the problem. Some people think, and they try to manipulate God, well, I'm under grace, here's my grace license, I can sin, and they live in willingful sin. But what that means to me is that in your heart, you're not following Jesus.

It's fake, and God knows it, and you can't fake the funk. And when things get real in life, you can't say, well, God is not good because my life is not as good as it was when I first came to Christ. No, your circumstance and situation does not dictate or even explain or define the goodness of God. God is good regardless of what anyone goes through. We live in a fallen world where humanity's fallen, where sheep amongst wolves, there's demons everywhere, there's situations that are gonna happen. We gotta go through life and continue to follow Christ and know He's good no matter what happens. And this is important because if you don't understand, again, what really happened to you when you got saved, you'll spend your Christian life striving instead of walking in sonship. Listen, because some of you are lit up on fire. You're like, woo, I'm ready to go. You wanna go evangelize, that's good. You wanna go preach the gospel, that's good. You wanna get in your Bible, that's good. You wanna pray, that's good. But listen, you can't earn God's love, the same amount of love that He loved you before you even saved and you never, when you didn't know Him. is the same amount of love he'll have for you, even when you're an 80-year-old Christian who saves souls around the world.

God's love is not earned, it's free, and it's real and it's authentic because he is love. So he loves you the same way. Some of us have mommy and daddy issues that cause us to try to earn God's love. God, if I do this, you love me more. If I don't do this right and I do fall, you don't love me as much. No, no. If you fall, he still loves you the same. He wants you to get back up, dust it off, by the blood of Jesus, declare the truth, which is that you've been forgiven, and ask God, where can I address this issue or this root to get better so I don't do this again because our relationship means more to me than anything. You see, when we fall short, once we come to Christ, the Bible says that we've made a new creation and we're no longer held to the law of sin, I mean, the law that pretty much convicts us of sin. We're under grace now. So now we don't gotta live like, man, I fell. I gotta go home and pray 80 hours or make an animal sacrifice or go do this and that, evangelize for God to be happy with me. No, he's still pleased with you. He still loves you. He still sees you the same way, even though you sin because of the blood of Jesus, because of what Jesus did. Jesus's righteousness became your righteousness.

You don't have to prove yourself. You don't have to clean yourself up before he accepts you. You're not working for salvation, you're working from it. So you're not fighting for victory. You already have the victory and you're fighting from a stance of victory. So again, there are unfortunately people who use grace as a license to sin, which in my mind, it means that they don't really believe like they say they do. This is for those who really genuinely gave up their life to Jesus and are really following him for real. Look, you are fighting from a place of victory. You already won. So when you fall or you make a mistake, it doesn't matter, you get back up. When you do good or do well, or you're obedient, praise God, but that doesn't make you more of a son or more loved by God. God still loves you the same way that he did before when you were in that sin, or you were in that fornication or adultery or drunkenness or lying before we came to Christ. He still loved you the same way he loves you now. It's just now you're actually a child of God. So you're fighting from a place of victory because of what Jesus did, right? Salvation was a gift, but now you've been saved. You're called to grow in it, to mature, to be transformed, and to be discipled. That's what this salvation process,

or not salvation process, but the sanctification process is. You're being matured, transformed, and growing into a disciple. It is not easy. I'm gonna tell you right now, statistically, most people fall off. You could have big crusades, millions of people, but, and people give their life to Jesus and really repeat after the prayer, but who actually walks this walk out? It's a small percentage. The multitudes follow Jesus, but who really actually continued following him? You see what I'm saying? So you are a disciple. I'm speaking this life over you. You are a disciple. I don't care what your situation is. I don't care how deep you are. I've been the deepest of the deepest, and God brought me out. It was my obedience by obeying what his word says and his empowerment by his spirit. We co-laboring together, partnering, where God got me through this, and I just depended on him. It was by faith. I would get through these trials and tribulations by faith, and this course is gonna help you with that, but you need to know this first. The same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is now living in you.

That means you have power over addiction. You have power over depression, power over the past, power to live holy, power to forgive, power to walk in purpose. You just gotta receive it. Everything from God is by faith in our heart. It's covenant, and we're gonna explain that later, but you are in a covenant now, an agreement. It's a blood-bought agreement. Jesus bought it with his blood, so now when you need help because you're feeling depressed instead of just drowning in your sorrows or going to drugs or sin, you say, Jesus, I need you, and his spirit will come like a mighty rushing wind and free you. You cast that demon out of you. You command it to come out in the name of Jesus Christ. You might throw up a little bit. You might cough up a little bit. You might cry. Praise God. We don't care because we're just being sanctified, washed, cleansed, and growing in maturity. You have the power to live holy. You have the power to forgive those people. Before, you didn't have the power. Now, because you have the Holy Spirit, you have the power to let go, to forgive because God forgave you. When Jesus said it's finished,

he wasn't just forgiving your past, he was unlocking your future. You have a purpose. God gave you a predestined purpose. You gotta seek him to find it. You have a whole walk in Christ ahead of you. That's beautiful, purposeful, amazing, and real. All you have to do is believe and follow. It's not always gonna be candy land. It's gonna be a fight of faith where you have to depend on the Holy Spirit. So here's what I need you to do right now. Start renewing your mind daily in the Word. You need to get a Bible if you haven't already. Download the Bible app, Blue Letter Bible, there's many out there, and start reading the Word. I always encourage, read the New Testament at least three to four times before you even go to the Old Testament. Start in the book of Matthew, read the Revelation, read with understanding. There are great commentary Bibles out there that will break things down. I know a lot of you use Chat GPT. You can use Chat GPT and ask it to give you books and chapters with commentary to break down what you're reading. You need to understand what you're reading. So if you're reading a Bible verse and you're like, what does this mean, instead of skipping it,

you ask Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, give me revelation, and you get commentary of revelation that other people who have read the Bible many times can give you where you look it up, and like I said, you can Google it, YouTube, Chat GPT, and you can ask the question, I don't understand Matthew chapter one, verse six. Give me understanding, and it'll give you the AI, the Google, YouTube, you can look these things up. We have the internet so we can research to really know the Word of God. When I first came to Christ, I was using Bible apps that have commentary to really help me out, and I still do to this very day. The Spirit of God can give you supernatural revelation and knowledge and understanding, don't get me wrong, but also the Lord wants us to use commentary because it gives us revelation from people who have read the Bible many times. It actually speeds us up. Stay connected to other believers. You need to be part of a local church. We'd love to have you at the Rock Central Florida, and when you're watching this video, I don't know how long our ministry will be as far as other locations because we are planning on opening up other locations, but regardless, you need to find a local church. If there's not a Remnant Revival Outreach Center in your local area, find one.

You need a community of believers to fellowship with, and the third thing is you need to kill the old man every day and walk in the new. The old man's gonna try to come back who you used to be. You say, no, you're dead. You declare truth, you're dead. You're not alive anymore. You died, I'm born again. So when the devil comes and starts reminding you your past, you don't remind him of his future because he's going to the lake of fire to burn anyways with all the demons. You know what you do? You remind him of what God says about you. That's what Jesus did. Jesus stood on the word in the wilderness when the devil came with temptation. So when he says, oh, you're just a mess up. You'll never walk this walk out. You're gonna go back to the world. You say, no, I've been born again. I'm a new creation in Christ, and God has empowered me, and he's the one who helps me, the Holy Spirit, to overcome these temptations, and I'm not going back. You might feel like going back, but you say, I'm not going back. This is what spiritual warfare is, and we're gonna get into that later.

It's very important to stand on truth and speak life. That's what the devil hates. That's the sword of the spirit that destroys the enemy. It's the word of God, it's truth. Speak truth out loud. You're not going back to the porn. You're not going back to the alcohol. You're not going back to the fornication. And even if you have fell, you say, well, thank God for the blood, and I'm not going back, and you praise him. You'll get through this, man or woman of God. You're not who you used to be. You're not what they say about you. You're born again, you're righteous, and you're called for something greater. All of you have a great calling on your life, for real, and it's specific, and it's detailed, and unique, just for you, and God wants to reveal it to you, but you must seek him to find. He's a God of truth, and he'll never go against his word. You seek him, you shall find. Let this truth settle in your spirit. The real you came alive. Now it's time to grow. Let's go deeper.
