Fruit of the Spirit | 4-in-7

Now, today, we're going to do a thing we called Four in Seven, where we're going to have four of our amazing servant leaders, we call them our dream team, who are going to come and they're going to share a word of God today based around this theme, the fruit of the Spirit. Because if you came here today wondering what God is like, here's what the Bible says, you will know them by their fruit. Now, if you want to know, when we finally got around to buying a house really late in time, at 43 years old, my kids got some seeds and they planted it in the backyard. Four days later, our youngest, Kingston, six-year-old, is like, Daddy, which one's the mango tree and which one's the tomato tree? And I said, I don't know. But if you wait, you'll be able to find out because you will know the tree by its fruit. And here's how you know God. God says that the fruit of my spirit, who I am, is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control. Is there nine or eight? I got confused. Anyway, I'll check it out. So over the next five weeks, we're actually going to be sharing a series on the fruit of the Spirit. And here's why I encourage you to come. Because over these next five weeks, and some of you are doing the math, how are we going to do nine in five weeks? Well, we're doing four of them today. And you're going to find out who God is so you can know what to expect as you get your life planted in Jesus. The fruit of your life will be these things that we're going to be talking about. Amen? And so right now, the four and seven, I want to invite our speakers to come out. This is some of our amazing Dream Team.

Come on, make them feel welcome. This is Chuli, who leads our Next Gen Team, our youth and our kids. PJ, who leads Freedom Groups alongside his wife and serves on our Set Up and Pack Down Team. We got Vangie, who's part of our Traduccion Team. Spanish translation leads an amazing group. And then we got Gabe as well, who's also part of our Next Gen Team. And the youth love their leaders. So here's how they're going to do it. They're being given one of the fruit of the Spirit. And they've got seven minutes to share with you from that topic. But here's what I want you to do. When they get up to preach, I want you to shout them down. I want you to cheer them. I want you to make some noise. Because it's going to be absolutely phenomenal. I've obviously heard the messages. And it's going to bless you. And you're going to experience God like you've never seen before. So they only have seven minutes. So there's going to be a ding if they go over. So they're going to do something that I'm unable to achieve every single week. And that's preach the time. So you guys ready for this? So when they get up and when they finish, how are you going to cheer? That's what we want. Hey, why don't you stand on your feet and welcome our first speaker this morning. It's the one and only PJ! Wow. I love you guys too. Good morning church.

So my name is PJ. I get the privilege and the honor to serve here at History Makers. I'm part of the amazing dream team. So this morning we're talking about the fruit of the spirit. In Galatians 5, Paul starts listing the results of healing to our flesh. But as we arrive in verses 22 and 23, he explains the fruit of the spirit. The fruit, result, or product of healing to the spirit. In verse 22 says, but the fruit of the spirit is goodness. I'm going to stop there because that's what I'm going to be focusing on. Against such things, there's no law. I've sometimes heard people make such a fact that fruit here is singular. In both Greek and English, the word fruit can function as a collective singular. As the fruit in the bowl, whether it be one kind or several kinds, it still can function as a collective singular. As we look at the fruit of the spirit one by one, you notice the concluding sentence that Paul says to the Galatians. He says, against such things, there's no law. Paul points out that the flesh needs to be restrained in verses 19 and 21. That without restraint, the works of the flesh, it begins to reveal itself. And unless it's sustained a little bit by the law, it goes to its full manifestation. But when we walk by the spirit, we automatically begin to manifest these characters of God in these nine virtues. And when there's virtue, there's no longer any need for law. The spirit makes the law obsolete. We often look at the fruit of the spirit as a personal character trait, and it must be. But it's likely that Paul intends that the Galatian church has to put them in practice in the Christian community. In the light of what Paul says in Galatians 5, verse 15, he says, if you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out. or you will be destroyed by each other.

Paul also exhorts the Ephesians congregation, saying in Ephesians 4, 30 and 32, says, and do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. So we're speaking about goodness. In one of the versions, it says it's generosity. It is a positive moral quality characterized, specialized by the interest of the welfare of others. Goodness is that you care about the wellness of others. This has come from the compound word agathos. We're in the Greek, does it mean good? This word is closely aligned with kindness. The difference between being that goodness is the more all-embracing quality, describing one's character. Goodness does not exist apart from a concrete expression. Christians are described as full of goodness. In Romans 15, 14, it says, I, myself, I'm convinced, my brothers and sister, that you yourself are full of goodness, filled with knowledge, and competent to instruct one another. In Ephesians 2, 10, it says, for we are God's workmanships, created in Christ to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Paul concludes the Galatians with this exhortation, it says, let us not become worried in doing good.

For at the proper time, we will reap a harvest, if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have the opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong in the family of the believers. Some of you know my stories. If you haven't, we're gonna be launching freedom groups pretty soon, there's more info to come, and you'll hear more of my story there. But as long as I could remember, as young as I could remember, all I knew was life of crime and drugs, and I adopted that life early on in my life. As my dad goes to prison, as me being a teenager, I didn't know the goodness of a father. I have a daddy, I had a father, I didn't know the goodness of it. So he goes to prison, as I become a young adult, he comes out of prison, and I really didn't get a daddy, I gained a business partner. So as I grew up, I didn't know the father, so when the goodness of God arrested me. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two. My lifestyle was, all I saw was a jail cell, or a grave. I could smell the grave, but the goodness of God arrested me, and I could recite Psalms 23, where it says that he led me to the valley.

That he made a table in the presence of my enemy. And that he always, always followed me. It's an assurance that he will always follow you. It says that goodness and love will always follow you. Not maybe, not if, not if I do good. It's an assurance that surely he will follow you. How many of us know that God first does it to you, and then he'll do it through you? So he has accepted his goodness, so if his goodness follows me, why not let it work through me? So if his goodness is following me, why not let it work through me? Why? I wanna say that again, because a lot of times we stop at the following, and we have to do good to others. Here at History Makers, we say it like this, we choose joy, we love people. Two action points, when it's hard for you to love somebody this week, love them anyways, because God loved you. Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Because God loves you. James 4, 17 says,

therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not, to him is sin. We have to remember that at some point, someone was good to us, gave us clothes, he helped us financially. We cannot forget where we came from. We cannot forget where we came from, and you have to let it go through you. So if you haven't had a chance to accept this goodness, this love, this mercy, to follow you, you have a chance at the end of service. This is your day, today's your day. Today's your day to accept that love, to embrace you. Amen? Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Hola. Buenos dias. My name is Benji and I am honored to share the word of God with you this morning. I just want you to understand how amazing our Spanish translation team is and that's the team I'm honored to lead. Shout out to my whole team. I'm Vanessa who's up there interpreting for us today and our beautiful Hispanic community. Now before I start, I want to thank our pastors for the opportunity that you're giving us to speak into the life of our church. Thank you for your trust and your commitment to develop others. So today I'll be talking about the fruit of the Spirit, love, which is the first one mentioned in the list of verses and it stands out as the cornerstone upon which all the others are built. Now, how does love grow in us?

It grows by becoming new. N-E-W. The first one is nourished. 1 Corinthians 3.16 says, Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you? So love is a byproduct of the Spirit of God in me. Now, just like this orange tree that you see here, it's a byproduct of the fact that this tree is planted and its seed carried the orange fruit it produced. So the seed of God in us through the Holy Spirit carries the fruit of love. So then love isn't something that you have to try to become because abiding in Him and being rooted in Him will produce the fruit of love in our lives. Now, we must allow room for the Holy Spirit that's already in us and we must nourish ourselves with the Word of God to allow the fruit of love to be produced. Number 2. E. Exposed to the Son. S-O-N, not S-U-N. In Galatians 3.13-14, Paul tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law on the cross so that the blessing given to Abraham might come on us through Christ Jesus. So it's all about Jesus. Allow room for the Son of God to come in your life because Jesus is love. When it says in 1 Corinthians 13.4-9, love is patient, love is kind, etc. you can replace the word love with Jesus because God is love as written in 1 John 4.8. Now, Jesus is all these things that you see in the Scripture and He has given Himself for us to restore our relationship with God. If you've never had your relationship restored with God today is your day to do that at the end of the service. Now, number 3 is weeded and watered. Like I said before, the seed of the Holy Spirit has been planted in us just like the orange seed was planted into the ground to produce the orange tree. So my question for you today is what weeds do you have in your life?

What weeds have come your way? Perhaps weeds of bitterness, weeds of sadness, weeds of resentment, weeds of unforgiveness, weeds of shame, weeds of guilt, weeds of sickness. And I surely have experienced a few of these seeds. Let me tell you that I almost lost my life in 2023 and by the grace of God I'm standing here. But I was watered by faith in God and the people around me. My relationship with my immediate family and my church family who prayed for me, who visited me, who listened to me, who supported me through my whole rehabilitation journey which I'm so grateful for. Now, what causes weeds to grow is when we get sick, when we get hurt, when we get sad and this causes these weeds to come and choke the fruit of the Spirit which is the love of God. Now, I also want to share with you that one of the hardest moments of my life was when my 17-year-old son went to prison 16 years ago. Now, without giving you any details, you can only imagine what I felt as a single mother. All the lies of the enemy were speaking over my life and the guilt and shame that I attached to it because when he went to prison, I also imprisoned myself because the truth is that some prisons are made of walls but other prisons are made of thoughts. Thank you. I don't know what you're going through, but maybe stuff has happened in your life that you didn't expect or that you didn't deserve. But I declare today that today, God is about to weed out all that's in your life. Every shame is about to go off your life, sickness is about to go off your life. You might have come here with a hard heart, a callous heart, even a cynical heart, but

God is going to allow the rivers of living water to flow through you to flush out right now every wound in your life. I felt I was on top of a building and someone could have pushed me off, but when the fruit of the Spirit of love is in you, you don't push people off roof, we lower people through roof to Jesus. I will not let shame push me off the roof, I will not let fear push me off the roof, I will not let sickness and sadness push me off the roof. We forgive those who have hurt us, but we first forgive ourselves, and when the enemy tries to put lights on us, and when the living, let the living waters of God come and dig out every weed, let God do the weeding and let the Holy Spirit do the watering of life and truth over your life. Maybe you're here today and you want to push yourself off the roof because you made a mistake. Come to Jesus because love doesn't push. Maybe you're here today and you're annoyed at someone and you're like, I want to push them off the roof. Don't do that. Instead, lower them down to Jesus, encounter them with the love of Jesus. Here we lower people through roof to Jesus. Why? Because He's the way, He's the truth, and He's the life, and we'll do anything, short of sin, to reach people, to love of people, and to free people. This is what we do, and this is who History Makers are. Wow. Vangie. Today, I'm going to be talking about the power of gentleness, and when we think of gentleness, we typically don't think of the word powerful, at least I didn't. For the longest time, I thought that gentleness was a weakness. I felt like it was easily overlooked, disregarded. I limited it to being quiet or soft-spoken, but as I continued to mature in my relationship with God, He taught me what true gentleness was and the power that's behind it.

What He's taught me is that when we operate in the fruit of gentleness, it has the power to confront, to connect, and to consecrate. And a scripture that really captures the power of gentleness is John 8, and it's a really popular story in the Bible where the Pharisees bring a woman to Jesus who's committed adultery, and they were basically telling Jesus that she needs to be stoned to death for what she did. And starting at verse 5, it says, in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such woman. Now what do you say? They're talking to Jesus. They were using this question as a trap in order to have a basis for accusing Him, but Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with His finger. And when they kept on questioning Him, He straightened up and said to them, let any of you who was out sinned be the first to throw a stone at her. And again, He stooped down and wrote on the ground, and at this, those who heard began to go away, one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left with a woman still standing there. And Jesus straightened up and asked her, woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you? No one, sir, she said, then neither do I condemn you, declared Jesus. Go now and leave your life of sin. Gentleness has the power to confront. It does not shy away from confrontation. Jesus confronted, but He didn't condemn. When you define the word confront, it means to meet someone face to face with hostile or argumentative intent, and Jesus redefined what confrontation looks like. He could have been easily harsh with the Pharisees because He knew their intentions were not good, but He gently confronted the Pharisees. He said, let any of you who's without sin be the first to throw a stone at her. In the same breath of being. gentle in response, he challenged them. The woman is still there standing in

front of Jesus, still totally guilty on all accounts, but again Jesus still didn't use this as an opportunity to condemn her. He says, neither do I condemn you. How have we been resolving issues with people in our life? Have we been leading with condemnation instead of gentleness? See, I'm a part of the Next Gen team here at History Makers Church. Shout out to you team. And there has been many times where our pastors had to sit with us co-leads and confront us about a few areas of improvement. Guys, we deal with kids and teens, okay? There's a lot we need to confront. Bring your teens to youth next Friday. But our pastors confront with so much gentleness that the confrontation that we have with them, it's actually encouragement. Like we leave there feeling inspired to keep doing better, to keep growing, to keep improving. Proverbs 15 one says, a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. And that's the power that gentleness has. Gentleness is the basis of the cross. We all deserve to be stoned to death for our sin, but Jesus confronted our sin when he died on the cross and we no longer have to live in that condemnation. He applied gentleness to us, to what we should have been punished for. And instead he connected with us in a relationship with him. Gentleness has the power to connect. See, Jesus used that opportunity with a woman to connect with her. He didn't excuse her sin, but he gently called her to live a transformed life. He said, go now and leave your life of sin. The way we respond can not only change the trajectory of a conversation, but it can change the trajectory of someone's life. Gentleness creates a bridge that allows us to form powerful connections with people that can transform their lives. John 15 eight, it says, when you bear much fruit, you are my true disciples. And friends, we don't bear this fruit just for us. We bear it for other people so that when they see the fruit in their lives, they can take a seed of that fruit and now plant it in their lives too. My coworker recently sent me three pictures of plants and she said, I think of you every day as all these plants came from your plant. See, I had this big plant in front of my classroom and every day I would water it and take care of it and it just grew and grew and grew. And every day my coworker would pass by just

complimenting that plant until one day she came over and she started to cut the branches off that plant. She took some branches and she took some leaves off of it. She pruned it and she now put it in her own soil. And those plants began to grow and those plants began to thrive. Friends, that's like us because the plant was pruned because when we allow God to prune us, he is able to plant us and we're able to grow and the branches from our lives can reach and impact others. Gentleness has the power to consecrate and consecrate just means be set apart for God. Having gentleness in our lives sets us apart. It's a surrendered heart posture before him and when we operate in gentleness, we look different, we sound different. In John 8, it was saying that the Pharisees, they were trying to trap Jesus into saying something that they could use against him. It was a setup to get Jesus to respond out of his flesh. And how many times does the devil try to do that to us? Using people to get us to respond out of our flesh by reacting and responding out of our emotion and our thoughts. And in 2nd Timothy, it says, gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change their hearts. Then they will come to their senses and escape the devil's trap. Friends, gentleness is a way to escape that trap that the enemy tries to set up where we lash out on people, where we're harsh on people, where we respond out of our own self. Gentleness causes us to surrender our point of view, our train of thought, our argument for the sake of that person's soul. And gentleness can't be manufactured. on our own friends. it's not easy. that's why we have to go to the secret place. that means spending time with jesus. you gotta put yourself there. you gotta plant yourselves in his presence in that secret place because then that secret place turns into a secret garden and jesus is the gardener and he's tending your heart and he's pruning your heart and he's watering those seeds in your heart so that we could grow so that we could blossom so that we can become effective for him when we choose to say yes lord i put myself there put in me a gentle spirit god give me your fruit let me bear these fruits in my life so that i could impact not only myself but others around me in jesus name come on give it up some more

what a word what a word well welcome church how you doing i have the privilege today to talk about the fruit of the spirit that we call patience patience it's a tough one how many of you guys need some work with patience perfect let's do it see i they say i'm pretty good with patience because um i date a latina okay she is half colombian half uduain so if you know you know if you don't somebody prayed for you all right somebody prayed for you i did get consent for that joke okay i had to i asked her she just wanted to make sure i said she's uduain too but i get to practice patience as well because i'm part of the next gen team and and we get to hang out with your youth and your kids and um it's just we get to do a beautiful thing so thank you for bringing your kids but today we're going to talk all about the power of patience the power of patience see as i did more research about patience just like any of us i i went into some deep research i went into chat gpt okay and and i looked up what does what is patience really because some people would say i'm waiting some people would say i'm being patient patience is the ability to accept delays calmly while waiting can involve feelings of anticipation anticipation i said that wrong but the word that matters is and feelings of frustration so when i read it i'm starting to see that emotions are attached to this that if i'm just waiting it feels like i'm putting some weight on myself and that's why i'm getting frustrated because i i'm thinking i can control the situation see the truth is that i could be patient in everything that's happening because the weight isn't on me i could trust the weight is on god so i don't know what you may be waiting for right now but i want share a story with you of a lady that was waiting on healing it's a story that's found in the gospels of a lady that was bleeding for 12 constant years and i don't know about you but the way i want to compare it is that she was physically bleeding but i'm sure all of us are bleeding from some point in our life it may be financially it may mean mentally i don't know what your situation is but just like the lady in this story i promise you that healing is on the way that healing is right here for you see i want to start in isaiah 40 31 and it says but those who start trust those who trust in the lord will find new strength somebody say new strength they will soar high on wings like eagles somebody say eagles if you know you know i'm an eagles fan go birds they will run and not grow roary they will walk and not faint church i'm believing this for you today that any situation will not make you faint but you will come alive there will be a new breath in you see this story that we're going to share is all about it reveals what god does through our

patience it's so vital to what we want to believe as christ followers because it actually says in the bible uses the term long suffering to describe patience and implies enduring discomfort or adversity without giving up a powerful aspect of faith in order to have faith in the things that jesus is going to do in your life we have to remain patient i can't be frustrated i have to trust that he's going to handle it see in this story in mark 5 it starts with a woman in the crowd had suffered for 12 years with constant bleeding 4 380 days she had suffered a great deal from many doctors and over the years she had spent everything she had to pay them. But she had gotten no better. In fact, she's only gotten worse. I don't know what situation you may be in your life that you just, it keeps getting worse. It just keeps getting worse. But I'm here to tell you, if you continue and you do what this lady did next, if you just reach out, he will heal you. He will deliver you. He will be faithful to his promise. See, it says right here, she had heard about Jesus. So she came up behind him through the crowd and touched his robe. For she thought to herself, if I could just touch the robe, I'll be healed. I want to ask you guys, what's consuming your mind? Are you reading the word so that you could have thoughts of Jesus? But are we so consumed in other things in the world that we don't have thoughts of Jesus? See, it takes one thought. We need thoughts of him. And once she reached out, it said that immediately the bleeding stopped. And she could feel in her body that she's been healed for this terrible condition. Family, I want to tell you today that if you just reach out, you will be healed. If you do reach out, if you're patient in this walk, he will heal the situations that you thought would never be healed, that maybe have gone for 12 years, just like this lady. But if he did it, then he'll do it now, right? He'll do it now. And he said to her, daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering's over. I'm believing that this year is going to be your well year. I'm believing this year is going to be your peace year. This year will be the year that suffering's over. You have to believe it. Be patient in the process. See, one of our core beliefs here is that God is good. And I get to believe and I can have faith that he will keep his promise because he is good. See, three benefits of hope and patience is that patience produces perseverance. I don't know what situation you just feel like you're stuck in, but perseverance is persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. What's your stance looking like in the middle

of the wait? Does it look frustrated with your hands crossed, not understanding, not wanting to understand? Or does it look like it's open to receive the things that God has prepared for you? What does your stance look like? Because I'm here to tell you with prayer, that should always be the stance. You won't be phased, but you'll be far more prepared. Far more prepared. What does preparation look like? It looks like prayer. When you're anxious about the future, pray to the one that holds the future. It's prayer that does it. God wants so much for you, but we have to be prepared. See, some of you probably have the gift of perseverance. We need you at History Makers Kids and Next Gen Scene. All right, we need you. Come and join the team. Number two is patience produces peace. Peace is freedom from disturbance and tranquility. It eliminates distraction. If you're anything like me when I'm in the middle of the highway in Miami, it gets frustrating, right? And I think I know more than the GPS, so I start to go a different way, and now I'm frustrated because it added like another hour, right? We do the same thing in our life. But imagine if we listened to the voice of Jesus and continued in the path that he gave us. It eliminates distraction. It produces peace in our life. It says in John 10, 27, my sheep listen to my voice. I know them, and they follow me. Listen to the voice. Believe in the voice. Not that voice, all right? That was on purpose. It's a little distraction, what happens in life. So listen to his voice. He won't lead you astray. He'll lead you to where there's peace. And point number three, the last point is patience produces progress. Wherever you may feel stuck right now, I'm telling you that God is there in the middle preparing you. You're not stuck, you're in preparation mode. You're not stuck, you're in preparation. See it doesn't matter how fast you go if you're going the wrong way. Direction is way more important than speed. Slow down, listen to his voice. There's a promise coming your way. So what's the best direction to go? It's wherever he's going. It says follow him. So in this moment, there's things that I've been praying for that I'm patient for. I need healing in my family's life. I'm sure there's somewhere that you're bleeding from, and I promise you if you just reach out, if you're patient, God will change your situation. Thank you, church. Come on, church, make some noise. You guys are awesome. So, so good. Come on, can we thank these guys?

Before you go, don't go just yet, just give me, give me, I don't even need seven. Give me six minutes, watch this, six minutes. It's actually difficult, isn't it? You guys did so well. The older people did well. Just need some maturity in our life. It's awesome, you guys did exceptional. Hey, from the start, PJ brought it out that there is something in our life where if you've never experienced the goodness of God, maybe you're here today and like PJ, you didn't have, watch this, a good earthly father or mother that represented Jesus. And because of that, you've walked away from God. I want you to know that you have a good, good father who has good, good things for you. And all he's been doing is waiting for you to answer the invitation. Today's your day to encounter a good father, amen? Maybe like Vanjie, you're here and stuff has happened in your world that has put some shame on your life. And you find yourself at the edge of a proverbial building and you wanna jump off because you're like, I'm done. I can't believe this has happened in my life. Hey, God wants to meet you there. He actually sent these four people today. Do you know when the guy was crippled, he couldn't get to Jesus,

how many friends lowered him through the roof? Four. What a prophetic picture that today you don't have to jump, you don't have to get pushed off the building, no matter what mistake you have made, God is waiting for you. And we're gonna lower you to the love and unconditional love of Jesus Christ here today. Maybe like Julie, you're in a position right now where it feels like, man, I'm being cut, I'm being pruned. God's not pruning you because you're bad. He's pruning you gently because He loves you. What she didn't tell you about her and her husband, you saw them up here dedicating a baby, but they had to wait five years, unable, test after test, couldn't get pregnant, couldn't get pregnant, couldn't get pregnant, no, no, no. And there was a pruning that was happening in their life. But what she could have gotten was hard-hearted. No, no, no, she remained gentle. She remained soft. And that's why God, there is something happening in the waiting, God is working. Someone say, God is working. While I'm waiting. And then Gabe came and brought it home, that patience, that God has started to send the answer as soon as you prayed. And some of you came here looking for the answer.

And I wanna tell you, 2,000 years ago, the answer came. I don't know who came in here bleeding in an area of your life. It might be financially, it might be relationally. It's like, I just, I don't know if He loves me. I don't know if He, listen, God loves you and God has the answer for you here today. And listen, He said that the woman was bleeding for how many years? How many? And the Bible says that when she went and she's bleeding, she's tried the doctors and it got worse. But when the Bible says she touched the hem of his garment, she was healed. Do you know what the hem represents? My grandfather was a tailor. The hem is the last thing they do on a garment because it represents the finished work. I wanna tell you that before you even started, God finished the work of your salvation and the work of your strength. It is a finished work that God loves you, that He's for you and He's not against you. But watch this, watch this. Here's what I wanted to get across to you. How long did the woman have the issue? 12 years. So if today's 2025, 12 years ago was how long? 2000 and what? 2013 for the mathematicians.

So 2013, she gets sick, but she doesn't get healed till 2025. But I wanna tell you, God sent the healing as soon as she had the issue. She just had to learn how to wait on God. Watch this. Because the Bible says that when she touched the hem of the garment, she was healed, but Jesus wasn't going to her. Jesus was going to Jairus' daughter who was sick and in her bed about to die. And on his way to healing Jairus' daughter, this woman with the issue touched Jesus and he was patient enough to allow her to interrupt his plans to bring healing. But even, watch this. Here's what I'm trying to get across to you. Jairus' daughter, you don't know how old she was? 12. What does that mean? That as soon as this woman got sick in 2013, God allowed this little baby to be born in 2013, this little girl Jairus' daughter. Because God knew that Jesus was going to go to her. And so Jesus has sent the, God has sent the answer for all your troubles, all your worries when he sent Jesus on the cross. And I want to tell you, God has been working on it and you've been waiting patiently. And today is your day of salvation.

Today is your day of strength. This is the. moment where you encounter the God who was working it out from the beginning of time and the Bible says here's how you touch the hem and here's how you encounter Jesus. The Bible says if you believe in your heart and you confess with your mouth you shall be saved. I don't know where you're bleeding from today but God wants to stop the bleeding. He actually wants to stop you going down to allow you to go up and so maybe you once followed Jesus and you need this Jesus because you need some more of this in your life. You need some more of the good fruit in your life to be overflowing, to be pouring out in your life. You can't get the fruit unless the root goes down into Jesus. With every eye closed and every head bowed, if you're here and you need to accept Jesus Christ, the Bible says if you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth you shall be saved. You are going to heaven and you will experience heaven here on earth through Jesus for every situation you face. So if you want me to include you, listen, if you want me to include you in this prayer of salvation, would you just lift that hand up high? I'm not gonna ask you to come down to front but I want to see that hand. Awesome. One, two, awesome. I'm so proud of you. Three, four, five, six hands going up, seven hands, eight, nine, ten hands, eleven hands going up, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty. Come on Jesus sees heaven celebrating. Twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, twenty-four, twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-seven, twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty, thirty-one. Come on, clap those hands. Thirty-two. God is in this place and sons and daughters are coming home to experience the love of the Father. Let's pray this together. Let's say dear God, thank you for sending Jesus to find me and forgive me. Today, I follow you. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and make me new and may I bear fruit that proves I am your child. Today, I'm saved in Jesus' name. Amen and amen and amen. Come on, clap those hands in this place. Amen. Amen.
