The God of Not Yet | Taylor Madu | Social Dallas
Join us for SG Summer as Pastor Taylor shares a powerful message, The God of Not Yet. Through the story of Hannah, we’ll discover that when God hasn’t said “yes” yet, He hasn’t forgotten us. In the waiting, His presence is still near, His promises are still true, and His timing is still perfect. What feels like a “no” may simply be God’s “not yet.”
you have some expectation for God to do something tonight well there's a no gathering like social girls summer it's just different it's just different when the daughters of the Most High God get together and I don't know if you've been rocking with social girls for a long time or if this is your first time ever but can I just say you're welcome we've been praying for this night we've been planning and preparing and we're believing God's gonna do something awesome if you're new to social you might not know that we have a word that we come around every single year and our year our word for this year is trust not shaky trust not ratchet trust but confident trust in the Lord any lady's got confident trust in the Lord so just to remind ourselves of the word we read Hebrews chapter 10 verses 35 to 37 and pastor Tatum let me sneak in today just to bring the word of the year our scripture of the year so can we read it together SG summer is that cool now if you see some ladies that got a memorized that just means they've been here for a long time don't be impressed but we gonna put it on the screen but you don't go till I say so yeah yeah yeah so then you will receive all that he has promised for in just a little while the coming one will come and not delay y'all sound good sounds real good I don't always get the privilege to do this but tonight I've been given the privilege to introduce my bride it is the greatest joy and honor of my life talk about trust I get a front row seat to watch how God has trusted her with this trusted her with a gathering like this when it was just 50 women in a room and trusted her with thousands and you need to know that before there was a social Dallas there was a social girls she has always had a burden and a call to gather women and for them to encounter Jesus so I just want the record to be straight this isn't something that we just have pastor Taylor do because she's the co-pastor no this is a call and a mantle that is on her life and I'm gonna spend all my days celebrating that call on her life and if you've been around her just for three
seconds you will know that nobody loves like she loves she is gonna preach tonight and I love the way she preaches some people preach what they know some people Pete preach what they believe but she preaches what she lives so come on ladies you have a responsibility tonight not just to listen but to lean in come on I want you to have hunger in the atmosphere and pull stuff out of her she didn't plan on preaching come on social girl summer put your hands together for Pastor Taylor as she comes to bring the word thank you Lord thank you Lord thank you Lord I get so overwhelmed in the best way in these moments because as Pastor Robert said it started with an idea of let's gather some women in a room and let's talk about Jesus I love people and I love Jesus and who knew that 50 would turn into 240 into 350 into social Dallas into where we are tonight and it's so special simply because Jesus is here what's also special is that he's there because we're streaming tonight and there's people all over the world watching from their living room from their cars and the same presence that is in this room is there right where you are We're streaming on the Pando app to the women and the presence of God is not just here but he's there and the power of God's presence is that in a moment when his presence shows up every demonic spirit, every spirit of darkness, of anxiety, of fear, of attack, it has to bow at that name and his name is Jesus and he's here and I'm gonna continue to remind us all night long that at that name, at that name, can we just say the name of Jesus? Can we just say the name of Jesus? The name that you call on whenever you're on your knees at night desperate to see God move, the name of Jesus, where demons run out of a building, they run out of a home, they run out of a car, when you say the name of Jesus, that name is the sweetest name I know. That name has changed my life and that name is available to you. So I don't know what you came in here with but I know that Jesus is here and so I'm excited and I'm honored that you would join us. If it is your first time, can you give me a wave? I'd love just to see. Whoa! A lot of first-timers. Welcome, welcome, welcome. We love Jesus here. We get down. We're pretty
spontaneous, you know, just pretend like you're in our family living room, pulling up a chair, get a coffee, lock in because we're about to dive into God's Word. Who's ready for the Word of God tonight? And we're gonna have us a time. We're of course gonna end with worship because there's no worship like Social Girls Worship. Can we just say it? How many of you brought your Bibles? Can I also just say I love Jesus, we know that, but I also love my husband, our pastor, who is the greatest man. He's the greatest father, the greatest husband, and I love that he champions women. I mean, we are here tonight because he allows us to have a seat at the table and I just, I love him for that and I am who I am today because of him and so I don't know where you're sitting, but I just adore you and I am obsessed with you. Okay? Dot, dot, dot. Fill in the blank, okay? After Social Girls Summer's over, we're gonna have us a time in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. I've been working on this Word, y'all. I've been working on this Word and I'm like, whoo! Okay, but we're here. We're here. Let's lock in. Taylor, lock in. Okay, back to the Word. Samuel, if you brought your Bibles, I will say that it's a long text and so I summarized it a bit and jumped a few verses, but if you could follow with me on the screen. First Samuel 1, there once was a man named Elkanah. He had two wives. The first was Hannah. The second was Peninnah. Peninnah had children. Hannah did not. Jump to verse 6. Because the Lord had closed Hannah's womb, her rival kept provoking her in order to irritate her. This went on year after year. Every time she went to the sanctuary of God, she could expect to be taunted. Hannah was reduced to tears and had no appetite. Her husband Elkanah said, Oh Hannah, why are you crying? Why aren't you eating? And why are you so upset? Am I not of more worth to you than ten sons? So Hannah ate. Then she pulled herself together, slipped away quietly, and entered the sanctuary. Father, thank you for tonight. Thank you for this Word. Thank you that no matter what journey we're on, no matter what background we come from, no matter who we are, you invite us to sit at your table. And I pray that your Spirit tonight would be present in this space, and that you would hit every single heart, every single soul in this room, and that we would leave here today by the power of your truth, by the power
of your Word, we would be set free and never be the same. In Jesus' name. Everyone said? Amen. You can be seated. So the greatest joy of my life is being a mom. I have been a mom of three for quite some time, over a decade. And something that I have observed over for the years is that the Madu kids on the block love fair. Okay, F-A-I-R. Not going to the fair, like fair. They want everything to be fair. So if Pastor Robert and myself go on date night, they think they deserve to go on date night. If Pastor Robert and myself go on a trip, they think we owe them a trip, right? If we go shopping, if I go shopping, hallelujah, we love shopping. They think it's only fair if they go shopping. And so they love fair, and if it ain't fair, they don't want it. So here's some things that they presented to me and they want my approval and my affirmation. One would be since they were about three, four years old, they feel like they deserve to sit in the front seat. Well, you're an infant, so no, you cannot sit in the front seat. And they get upset about it, but they finally have made it to the front seat, hallelujah. But for years and years, they would get so mad at me because they could not sit in the front seat. Well, now they're at the age where they feel like it's only fair that they get a cell phone. Because mom and dad have a cell phone,
so they, of course, are mature enough at 11, 10, and eight. They can have a cell phone, right? No, absolutely not. And they'll never get a cell phone in Jesus' name, not even when they're 40. I'm gonna tell them no, no cell phone. And the latest one is their attempt to drink my energy drinks. Wild, right? Let me tell y'all a story. So, you know, we're in public venues, right? And we one day went to Gilley's. This, let me give you a little background information. So we went to Gilley's, and they didn't clean out the fridge from the night before. So my son had this great idea to go in the fridge. We had no idea. He got one of the energy drinks, drank one of the energy drinks privately. After church one Sunday, we headed to Children's, because my son had drank an energy drink. We had no clue. He started sweating, couldn't breathe. And then he went to the ER. He lived, hallelujah. We're so grateful for that. But come to find out, he drank an energy drink. And I've been telling him, I told you, I said no. And I told you so, because look at the outcome, right? But I have, I find myself consistently telling them no
to things that they want so badly. I love my kids more than anything in this world. I want them to thrive. I want them to develop. I want them to mature. I want them to grow. And their anger and frustration and disappointment because of my no will not make me change my mind, because I know what's best. And here's the reality is that some things I say no to, it's a flat out no. It's a forever no. However, some things aren't a forever no. They're just a not yet. And so today, I find in our texts, we see a not yet moment. How often in our lives are we asking God to do something and he is saying, not yet. I want a boyfriend, not yet. I wanna quit my job, I'm sick of it. And God says, not yet. I want you to open up that door in Jesus' name. And God says, not yet. I want you to shut that door. Please, please, God, shut that door. And he says, not yet. I want you to take that thing, fill in the blank, just take it away. And he says, not yet. I want parole.
And he says, not yet. I want you to heal my child. Then he says, not yet. In today's text, we see Hannah, she wants a child so badly. And God, his actions are saying not yet. So not yet creates a tension in our walk with God because we know God is good all the time, right? All the time, God is good. We know God is capable. But if he makes me wait, is he still worthy? Tonight's title is The God of Not Yet. Threaded throughout this story of Hannah are not yet. moments, Hannah, an incredible, precious, worshiping woman, Hannah's life reveals to us that you can walk in God's grace, be favored by God, be faithful to God, and still face seasons of suffering. Hannah's name, it means grace, and that actually makes a lot of sense to me because it took a lot of grace for Hannah to be able to endure what she did. But on the other hand, Hannah also means favor, and this confuses me a bit because in today's society, there's a phrase, favor ain't, favor ain't fair, and that's, you know, I got the upgrade, favor ain't fair. I got the ring on my finger, favor ain't fair. I got the new car, favor ain't fair, and it's something that we celebrate. However, when we take a look at our text and we take a look at the word of God,
especially in today's story, favor is quite literally not fair because Hannah's name means favor, and yet you look at her situation, and that doesn't seem like it's favor. But Hannah teaches us a lot tonight, and I wanna take you on this journey. Hannah's life teaches us that God's favor isn't always fair. We love favor. We sing about favor. We ask for favor over our family, over our relationships, over our church, over our businesses. Favor, favor, let it follow me. But what if you're asking for, what you're asking for leads to what Hannah is facing in our text today, a situation that is not fair. See, Elkanah had two wives. The first was Hannah. The second was Peninnah. Peninnah had children, and Hannah did not. So let me set the scene for you. I would say this is like a episode of The Bachelor. If I was Hannah, it would be an episode of Jerry Springer. The Lord said, let me create Taylor thousands of years later because if I put her in here, I'd probably get kicked out of the Bible.
I'm just letting you know. It says that Elkanah had two wives. That's first and foremost the problem. But the first was Hannah. I can't prove this, but it seems that if the first was Hannah, that means I can imagine that Elkanah and Hannah get married. They are in love. They're living life. They're having family dinners. They're having date nights. They're making love. Hannah goes to get pregnant. They make love again. Hannah goes to get pregnant. They make love again. And Hannah is struggling with infertility. So in that time, that was such a big, big, big, huge deal because children were everything. And so now you see that Penina, the second wife, she comes in on the scene. Oh my goodness, wow. So now another woman comes in on the scene. I was talking to my Evie girl last night, actually reading the text too, where she was like, oh my gosh. Mommy, imagine. You know how you and Daddy go to bed? Imagine you're in the bed with Daddy and another woman gets in the bed.
I said, oh shoot. Then she said, and then Mommy, guess what? I said, what? She said, you know how when you wake up in the morning, Daddy comes in and he gives you a kiss and he kisses me, Bubba, and Remy? I said, yeah. She said, imagine another woman. He kisses another woman. I said, oh my God. Am I manifesting? My head is spinning. Are you kidding? And this is what is happening in our text today. And Hannah is having to face the reality that she can't give what her husband needs. She can't give what her family needs, but Penina can. And so they're now gathering at family dinners and Penina's children are laughing and playing and running and passing the food and brushing their teeth and doing all the family things and Hannah sits in the middle of it. Her safe place has now become her stress. Her safe place has become her strife. Her safe place has become her sorrow. Life is highlighting Hannah's lack. Some of you can relate to Hannah. Another invite to the baby shower. You wanna get pregnant so bad. You go to Target, another gift, not for you,
not for your baby because you long for that, but for someone else's baby. Having to sit in church or sit at home or sit at your job with your betrayer in the room. Watching your friend's marriage thrive and soar and prosper as you watch yours fall apart. Hannah is watching this unfold. She's in the middle of it. Her heart aches, her heart longs. Hannah cannot conceive and yet her name means favor. I'm confused. Favor doesn't always equal fear. The favor of God can be all over your life and you can be right in the middle of the lowest, scariest, most painful season of your life. When I think about favor, we see favor mentioned for the first time in Genesis 6 verse 8 where it says, but Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. That's awesome, right? Until you really think about what Noah went through. Like Noah found favor, we get that. He was saved, that's awesome. But think about what he went through leading up. The loneliness, maybe the humiliation. He's called to what, build a boat because water was gonna fall from the sky, which water had never fallen from the sky before. He's building a boat. They hear the hammer day in and day out
and people are coming, what is he doing? What an idiot. God told me and yet he remained faithful. Well then, he gets on the boat, the time has come and God shuts the door. Maybe he felt fear, maybe he felt ashamed because people were being left behind. He could hear the screams of the people as the earth was filled with water. Guilt, what did Noah feel? Over a year on that boat, what, that's favor? And yet Noah had favor. He found favor in the eyes of the Lord. Luke 1.30, we see, but the angel said to her, do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. Oh, she gets to carry the Savior of the world. That's incredible, but do you realize what she had to endure to do that? Isolation, embarrassment, alone, afraid, and yet favored. When you say yes to Jesus, you say yes to being social. Let's take it up a notch. When you say yes to Jesus, you say yes to a life of dying to self. And dying to self can feel unfair. Hannah prays 1 Samuel 1.11. If you'll take a good look, hard look at my pain. If you'll quit neglecting me and go into action for me. Hannah has a moment where she feels forgotten by God. God isn't answering me, so he must be neglecting me. Number two, God's not yet is not neglect.
Hannah is being tormented. She can't stop crying. Imagine something that you long for so badly, take it up a notch, someone mocking you, someone putting it in your face. She is crying, she isn't eating, she's so full of sorrow. Her mouth, it says her mouth is moving, but no words are coming out. Have you ever been at this place of sorrow? I know when I was 17 and I held my lifeless baby boy, I remember they would tell me as I gave birth and he was stillborn, I cried and I cried and I cried and I prayed and I prayed and I prayed. And I cried more and I remember them coming in and telling me, hey, we made you food, Taylor, you gotta eat. And I couldn't eat because I was so sad. I was so disappointed, I was so full of shame, so full of hurt, so full of, God, how could this happen? And some of you are like Hannah today. You're so sad, your heart, it hurts and you're overwhelmed with grief and sorrow. And I first wanna say I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry for what happened to you. I'm so sorry for what they did to you. I'm so sorry that it happened and it played out the way that it did. I know you're hurt and before I try to give you any advice, I wanna just say I'm sorry because you're human. Yes, God is our strength, we understand that.
Yes, he is trustworthy. But you're human and you're hurting. Grace allows us. to sit in our sorrow. Grace doesn't allow us to settle in our sorrow. I have a tree, surprise, surprise. I have many trees. And you cannot plant fruit trees in your yard in Texas because when Texas winters come, they'll destroy your fruit trees and so you have to plant them in a pot. And so I have a lemon tree and I planted it and I move it around and one day I set it on the grass where I thought it was pretty and watered it, took care of it through the summer. And little did I realize that as I was watering it, sitting it on the grass, it was actually settling. And so as it was settling, whenever the winter came, I went to move it but it was stuck. I couldn't move it. The roots had actually grown down through the pot and went into the ground and I could not move it because it was stuck. It was settling. And in the same way, some of you, you're sitting in your sorrow. And you don't even realize you're actually settling in your sorrow. And today is a call, I don't want you to get stuck in your sorrow.
You're watching online and you're in your home and I believe God's presence can meet you there. But you're staying away from the house of God because the enemy has you in isolation. Of course, because you're grieving and you're sad and you're full of sorrow and I understand that. And there's a moment for that, you can sit in that but I don't want you to get stuck and settle in it because God has so much more for you. How many of you today are in need of a miracle? Somewhere in your life, you need a miracle. Raise your hand. Look at these hands, y'all. Look around the room. And all of a sudden, when you see other people in need of a miracle, you feel strengthened in that because you're not alone. And the enemy wants you to stay at home. He wants you to stay away from the house of God. He wants you to stay, don't join that connect group. Don't get into community because he wants you to feel alone and yet we're strengthened and we're stronger in community. There's some miracles I myself am believing God to do. I desperately need God to move on my behalf in some of my relationships. But he's given me a not yet and I don't know why but I'm gonna continue to trust him and believe that he is a God who can restore. I have loved ones in my life who need freedom. They desperately need freedom and I know that God can do it.
I know that God can meet them right where they are and I'm contending and some days, I don't even feel like praying anymore but then something in me awakens and I say, no, don't stop, hold the line, hold the line because maybe it's a not yet but it doesn't mean it's no forever. I believe that God still, he is still doing miracles. The God of not yet. Y'all, we need millions of dollars for this building. Not yet but I believe, hey, it's gonna come all of a sudden. It's gonna come all of a sudden. I believe it, I believe it. It's gonna come all of a sudden because God loves 75220 and he's gonna make a way and I don't know why it's not yet but I know that the resources are coming. Not yet, we all deal with not yet moments. Year after year, y'all, we prayed for a building. We were growing, exploding, thousands. The world is watching and we need a building and I would always say, well, if God wanted us to have a building, he'd give us a building. And so as of now, we're in these venues and I know there's a reason we're in these venues. A few Sundays ago, you saw us do cardboard testimonies and there's one individual, he's backstage, I love him and he walked out and he had a cardboard testimony.
It said, worked at Gillies. Do y'all know Frank? We love Frank. And as you turn it over, worked at Gillies, gave my life to Jesus when Social Dallas came. But if we had a building, then we wouldn't have met Frank. So God gave us a not yet to lead someone else to him. So our not yet led to someone else's salvation. Can we just pause and celebrate for the not yet moments in our life? I know you can't see it, I know it's hard, I know it's a little uncomfortable, I know, I know. I'm trying to get you to see that there's beauty in the not yet. It's easier said than done, but I wanna help you shift your perspective. So while you're waiting for it to come to pass, you know and you have a confident trust, doesn't mean it's no forever. And if it is no forever, it's okay because he's trustworthy and he knows what's best. How terrible of a parent would I be if I let my kids get what they want when I knew it wasn't good for them? But just because they were throwing a tantrum, I was like, you know what? No, no, you can have it. That'd be bad parenting. We have a father that loves us and he knows you want it. He knows the desires of your heart,
but he also knows what's best for you. And not everything good is God. So trust the process. Trust the not yet. In the story today, it's interesting because we know the end of the story because we're reading it. Hannah doesn't know the end of the story. Hannah's living it. So we know it's a not yet for her. Not yet, I made a whole sermon out of it. But all she sees is a no. Year after year after year, she goes into the sanctuary. Elkanah, Peninnah, the kids, said hours, roughly seven hours to Shiloh, which was actually a place of rest. So she was going to a place of rest to really be tormented. How terrible. The sanctuary of God and being tormented in the sanctuary of God, how terrible. And she's favored. I'm intrigued with how Hannah deals with the hardship because Hannah's response to this was worship. Hannah teaches us that God's presence is our peace. Verse nine through 11 says, so Hannah ate, then she pulled herself together, slipped away quietly, and entered the sanctuary. Being tormented, mocked by Peninnah,
it says, because the Lord had closed Hannah's womb, her rival kept provoking her in order to irritate her. This went on year after year. Every time she went to the sanctuary of God, she could expect to be taunted. Peninnah, making fun, rubbing it in her face. This is the Bible. Hannah, you pregnant yet? Oh, you're pregnant. Hannah, you pregnant yet? Oh, you're not. Making reels, mocking, laughing, stirring up division. That looks pretty familiar. Let me tell you something. The devil will always mock God's plan. Period. When it's God's will, God's plan, you will find the devil mocking. You know who the devil uses? People. So you better watch your words. I don't wanna be used by the devil. This is a call to watch what you post, watch what you say, watch who you mock. Are your words stirring up division? I'll be careful, because we know as our pastor said, and as the word says, God hates one who stirs up division. And so, Peninnah, stirring it up. We see it in Genesis. Did God really say you must not eat
from any tree in the garden? Mocking. All the way to Genesis, the enemy appears, God's plan is happening, it's unfolding, and then we see Satan. Did he really say? You must not eat from any tree in the garden. Are you really 46 and not married? Does Social Dallas really need $6 million? We need about $50 million, so there's that. Actually, quite literally. Because you know what? We wanna bring heaven to earth. I don't know about y'all, maybe other people are settling for a mentality that is just enough. Oh no, my God, streets of gold? I'm going to 75220 and I'm bringing the best, because they deserve the best. They deserve God's best. I'll never forget when we were feeding and our family went and got food, the Holy Spirit said, you better not get anything less than organic, because you got organic, they get organic. Absolutely, 75220 deserves the best. And $40 million, $50 million ain't nothing for Jesus. $6 million, you wanna mock? Keep mocking. My God, I feel this thing. Penina, you stay busy sowing seeds of division, and I'll stay busy in His presence. Oh, my God. Thank you, Lord, because Your presence is good.
Your presence, there's fullness of joy. I have everything that I need in Your presence. Penina, get out of here, Penina. Some of y'all, you're so distracted by the Peninas. I can't even say your name, Penina. Look at me, Penina. Penina, for real? Next time they try to come at you, come for you to Penina. We already know. We recognize you, Penina. Spirit of Penina, you gotta go. Because I'm going into His presence. Because in His presence, I got everything that I need. I need you to affirm me. God has already affirmed me. Penina. I told y'all, don't put me in the Bible. You see what I'm saying, PK? Don't put me in the Bible. Stop looking at what they're saying. Stop responding to their ignorance. Hannah. She pulled herself together. Despite her pain. She got out of bed. Get it, girl. She did her hair. Put her makeup on. I'm making this up in my head. She laced up her boots and she put on her backpack. She slipped away quietly. She didn't respond. Because she knew her confidence came from the Lord. Confident trust. Sounds familiar. We see it. Okay, Hannah. Hannah's got some confident trust. And she entered into the sanctuary.
The presence of God is our peace, y'all. In verse 6, we see that Hannah was reduced to tears and had no appetite. In verse 18, it says, then she ate heartily, her face radiant. So the gap between verse 6 and 18 was Hannah being in God's presence. Because if she goes inside not eating, weeping, gets into His presence, and then leaves heartily, her face radiant, she's smiling. Y'all, she's not pregnant yet. What happened between verse 6 and verse 18? You know what happened? Is Hannah got into God's presence. And whenever you get into God's presence, every single thing changes. That's why we're a house of presence at Social Dallas. Because we understand we can't build this thing without the presence of God. Are you kidding me? We can't do this without the presence of God. The presence of God will always have a place here. Hannah eventually goes away. Her and Elkanah. And she conceives, and we're so grateful, and we celebrate that. Hannah, what a woman. What a leader. What a powerhouse. Hannah, living in the not yet, we can learn so much from Hannah. Tonight, I want everyone to stand to your feet. I want to get us into God's presence. We're already here. He's already here. But I do think there's something powerful about recognizing the not yet in your life and believing God for it, but also living in the reality that even if, even if, because Hannah didn't know she was about to become pregnant,
but she got into his presence, and her countenance changed. And that's my prayer for you tonight at Social Girls, is that you would get into his presence. Because he is the answer. He is the way. He is the truth. He changed my life. And he can change your life. I don't know what season you're in. I don't know what you're walking through. I don't know what baggage you're carrying. I don't know. I don't know what you're going through. to believe in God to do, but I know I've seen him do it, and I've looked back and said, oh my gosh, he did it. And there's still some moments, as I said earlier, I'm still waiting, and I can't wait to see it come to pass. And until then, I'll keep worshiping. Until then, I'll keep my hands held high. I'm committed to following Jesus. I'm committed to trusting Jesus. I'm committing to hold it, holdin' the line. God, get us into your presence. So tonight, I wanna take a moment where we sing, and may your faith rise up. Tell your soul, tell your heart to believe again. You are not neglected. You are not forgotten. You are so very seen. His eyes are fixed on you.
And he wants to meet you right where you are today. So before we go into that song, I do want to give you an opportunity to give your heart to Jesus. Whether you're watching online, Social Global, Pando, whether you're in the room, the reason we're here is for you to meet Jesus and to receive him as Lord. So we're not sugarcoating, we're not playing no games with anybody or the devil. We're gonna do this, we're gonna lock in. You're the reason that we're here. You know, every time I step on this stage, every time I come into Social Dallas, it's very easy to get used to it, because it's what we do. But I always think, serve today like it's someone's last day. Preach today like it's someone's last day. Love today like it's someone's last day. I don't know, I don't know, I don't know your story. I don't know what is next in your life, but I can't help but declare that he is good and he is faithful and I've tried every other way and yet I've always been led back to Jesus because he changed my life and he can do it for you. So right now, every head bowed and eyes closed. And if you want to say, I want to choose Jesus today, can you raise your hand and keep it high? Thank you so much, thank you so much. Hands are going up all over this room.
People choosing Jesus. And I want you to repeat after me, Jesus, come into my life. Forgive me of my sins. Help me to follow you. Teach me how to love you. Set me free and give me the strength to follow you all the days of my life. In your name, amen and amen. Can we celebrate as heaven rejoices? Can we celebrate that heaven is growing and hell is shrinking? Hallelujah! This isn't normal, it's no small thing. Heaven is rejoicing, welcome to the family. You're the reason that we're here tonight. Welcome to the family, thank you, God. And for those of you that are in the not yet season, this room is filled with faith, I gotta believe it. There's strength in the sisterhood. There's strength in community. The enemy does not want you in this space with other women, other people following Jesus because he knows the strength that is released in this room. And so I'm gonna invite the prayer team, absolutely, Pastor Honey and the team, to come. And there's people right here that want to partner with you and agree with you for your not yet season. But even from your seat, we're gonna lift up
and we're gonna declare out what we want to see come to pass and we're gonna believe that in Jesus' name, he's gonna give you strength for the not yet season. He's gonna give you a new level of endurance for the not yet season. And we're also gonna believe that if it is according to his will, you will see it come to pass in Jesus' name. So let faith rise up in this place tonight. There's a reason you're in the room. Let faith rise up and may you leave here transformed. May you leave here encouraged. May you leave here knowing that Jesus loves you and he is for you and he is with you. Jesus, be exalted in this place today. Let faith rise up. Come on, tell your soul. ♪ Rise up in me.
