Your mind's being renewed and you're actually walking in the identity and purpose that God created you for. Think about the world. When you're in the world and you're doing things for the world. And you think about, man, what am I really doing? You never have an answer, do you? Especially me. When I was in the world, I didn't know what I was really doing. I would act like I knew what I was doing

because I thought I was doing something because I was doing things better than other people. But really I was just the blind leading the blind. But now that we're in Christ, we actually have purpose and we actually have destiny. We have meaning to why we're living. And it shouldn't be coming to service to feel that way again. It should be you're already in that mindset and you come to service just to add more onto it, to enjoy worship and fellowship with your brothers and sisters. Does that make sense? We can't be a church that's striving to seek God. Does that make sense? We don't strive to seek God. We seek him naturally from a place of love. And tonight's sermon is gonna bless a lot of you because you've been trying to seek God. You've been wanting to, but you don't know how to get to that place of desperation. This is how you break cycles. Because me, man, I don't want to be that guy who's going back and forth. Will God always forgive us? Really? Yes. Does Jesus always forgive us when we come to him? Always? Yes.

I want y'all to really, listen, Jesus will always forgive you when you come to him saying, Jesus, I need you. I'm sorry. He just wants your heart to be postured in a place of godly sorrow. And when you are, your mind will be changed by his word and by the Holy Spirit. Amen. He doesn't want you to feel like you can't come to him. How many of y'all have been feeling unworthy? Oh man, we're gonna break that right now. That's not the identity of a child of God. Just think about a child who loves their dad so much and their dad who loves them so much. But when the child messes up, they feel like I'm not worthy to be your son anymore. Would a good father say, you're right, go away. A good father, son, no matter what you do, I will always agape love you. That's unconditional. That means no condition will ever change how much God loves you. I'm gonna explain this. It's really important that we understand what the word agape. This is not me just saying it from the flesh or just to sound good. You know when people say Jesus loves you,

you know what that means? He agape, he agapes them. It's unconditional. That means no matter what you've done, he still loves you. So think about a father who loves their son or their daughter no matter what. No matter what they do, they're gonna always love them. That's how God is with you, but even more than a physical father. How amazing is that? So does that mean that we go and use that grace and just go do whatever we want? No. You know why? Because there's consequences. Because a good father will allow consequences on their child to wake them up. And is there a point where you can just fully reject your father and go do your own thing? Of course. That's why people who go to hell, they don't go to hell. Because they weren't good enough. They go to hell because they rejected God. They rejected his blood. They rejected his goodness. They rejected what he did on the cross for them and they didn't wanna believe in it. But when we believe in what Jesus Christ really did on the cross for us in our heart, not just saying it but believing it,

there's a revelation that will begin to explode in your heart by the power of the Holy Spirit to teach you more about how good Jesus is. And when you know how good someone is and how much they stand for you, you don't wanna go against them. You wanna love them and you wanna do the best you can, not in a way of acceptance but in a way of love. Does this make sense? I don't do good for God because I want him to love me more. I know he loves me to the max. I don't do good for God because, oh, now I'll stay saved if I do good. No, my good works are nothing to what Jesus Christ did on the cross. I do good for God and I'm obedient. Everyone say obedient. I'm obedient to the best of my ability by the grace of God and my freewill faith decision. Every day with everything I do, I'm obedient because I love God. The Lord, the Holy Spirit told me this a few days ago. He said, obedience is not forgiveness. He said, obedience is not forgiveness. Some people are obeying God, thinking that their obedience will birth forgiveness. No, your obedience is not because of, your obedience cannot equate to what the blood of Jesus has done for you. Listen to me.

What the blood did for you is it wiped. every sin away. Through your faith and following Jesus, your sins are washed. You obey because you love God. If you love me, you'll follow my commandments. You'll obey him if you love him. And loving Jesus, it only can come through him, by seeking him, by coming to him saying, I need you, Jesus, and almost like begging Jesus. And that's what we're gonna talk about tonight. Amen. But first, I wanna do something. Second Corinthians chapter nine, verse 10, if you wanna pull it out. One verse. Second Corinthians chapter nine, verse 10. Beautiful facility, huh? Amen. This past Saturday was amazing, man. The presence of God was so strong in the building. It was just a beautiful service. And we're gonna continue to steward the presence of God in our ministry. Amen. Everyone say, we're not going back to performance. We're not going back to performance. Okay.

You know, you could praise God and do all these things. Two people and one person could be doing it from the flesh and one person doing it from their heart. You understand what I'm saying? God's not looking at how much you jump or scream or, you know, also as a ministry, we gotta grow in the revelation of what worship and praise is. That's two different things. See, I'm not doing this just to preach a self-help message. I wanna grow as a body. I see a lot of new faces. We wanna, I know some of you are guests, but for the ones who wanna actually be part of this ministry, we're a family. This isn't about a show. This is a family, like after this, we wanna get to know you and plug you in and grow with you and hold you accountable. Amen. So as a family, we gotta know these things. This is how we see more of Jesus. He'll come more. His presence, his power, we'll see Jesus move even more. Look it, worship and praise is different. When I'm in worship, I'm in adoration and awe of God. My pastor taught me this a while back because I remember I was at his church and we were doing, it was worship. And during worship, I was like, hey, hallelujah.

He just looked at me and waited. He said, Richard, come here, let me talk to you. You guys saw my pastor, Pastor Robert? He said, Richard, come here, come here. He put his arm around me. There's a difference between praise and worship. And I want you to go learn about that. And I was like, huh? Started studying, like, oh my, I've been doing, I've been in the flesh. Because when I'm in worship, I'm in a posture of awe and adoration to God. I'm not screaming hallelujah and jumping up and down, no. Now, when you praise him, you do that. Does this make sense? Praise is when you're saying, thank you, God, gratitude. And that's the outer courts to get out the flesh. But when you're in worship, there's a posture on your knees, on your face, just in concentration, mind and heart connected to God in one accord, worshiping him, not just singing. You know what I'm talking about? Like, hallelujah. Like, when we all do it together, it's so beautiful. But I used to be that guy during the hallelujah, I used to be like, hallelujah. And I know some of you right here are, and it's okay. It's a loving rebuke. Stop, please. I'm serious, because that throws people off.

When we're connected to God, our hearts and our minds, and the Bible says that the spirit of prophecy is subject to the prophet. So whenever people say, I can't control it, that's a lie. Because the Bible says you have control, that the Holy Spirit gives you self-control. The spirit of prophecy, go study that, is subject to the prophet. That means there's never a time where a prophet must prophesy. I must speak something. No, that's your flesh. Or something else you need to get delivered from. But it's okay, I've been there too. I've been there too. I gotta say something. Then I got the scripture, and oh man, I repent, Lord. Is it okay to say hallelujah? Is it okay to get yes at the right time? Amen. But in worship, we gotta be connected to God. Y'all know what I'm talking about? Y'all wanna do it together right now? Isaac, we're just gonna do a quick hallelujah, okay? Close your eyes. You don't have to stand up, just right there. Hallelujah, hallelujah. And all the waters of the land could have only been the blood. Come on, hallelujah, there we go.

Hallelujah, hallelujah. There we go, there we go. You see that? It's different, right? I'm telling you, the presence of God will just be, whew, he'll come. God is a God of order. If you read the scriptures, he's very, very orderly. He's very detailed from the old to the new testament our God is a God of extreme detail and order he's not religious the heart of the father is always loved but he is orderly. When you put order over his heart that's when you become religious but when you always love but we bring order that's when you get a good structure amen a good foundation so we can't be like the church of corinth where it's a bunch of just going crazy but no order does that make sense so I want to read that scripture who got who has their their um their word of God the word of God out the scripture out second corinthians chapter 9 verse 10 I'm gonna read it real quick stay with me okay look at your neighbor and say wake up yeah someone was falling asleep on that side over there somewhere now may he who supplies seed who's that who supplies seed who's he is that a capital h what does capital h mean jesus right god if it was a lowercase obviously it's not god right so on facebook whenever you're making a post when you say god put a capital g please because what does a lowercase g mean a demon it's okay some of you might have to go edit your post you could do that now all right now may he who supplies seed so may jesus who supplies seed to the sower who's the sower us and bread for food so he supplies bread and seed supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness so jesus is the one who supplies the seed he supplies the bread and he supplies the multiplication but all our job to do or what we need to do is so it the only thing the only action in this verse where we have we have to do something or the only command that we have to take action of is to sow it but when we do he supplies so let's take it back even before we do even the ability to sow comes from god so whatever it is your ability to pray your ability to evangelize and seeds and when you when you witness to the loss

finances anything that we sow everyone say so he gives it to us and then after that the multiplication and increase also comes from him and it's to increase your fruits of righteousness not for you to go do whatever you want with it it's that you can grow in righteousness increase your fruits of righteousness and the fruit of the righteous are trees of life so god wants to increase our increase our fruit the fruit of the righteous so it's trees of life so he wants us to increase so we can sow into others trees of life represent people not just a convert who says i believe but someone who actually gets trees of life represent people not just a convert who says i believe but someone who actually gets radically lit on fire for jesus and actually continues to walk this walk out until the transition when we go to glory so god doesn't give you multiplication so you can get this this money or whatever it is that you're going to get and do whatever you want with it some of you god can't overflow you your life yet because if you did you would go and do that and you would leave the faith money would take you out but the bible says to make friends with unrighteous mammon book of proverbs talking talks about it luke 16 talks about it god can bless you financially unrighteous mammon because money doesn't make you righteous and mammon doesn't just mean money it means material so god can bless you materially so that you can use it to make connections to make friends to fill up your tank with gas to go to the next city to preach the gospel to get a air ticket to go to another city another state another country to get a semi-truck to get a church like this that is not cheap like god will do that when he can trust you in your own personal life because your mind is on the kingdom you're not doing it for self you're doing it thinking kingdom kingdom kingdom kingdom souls souls this offerings on to you lord i want more souls i don't even know how you're going to multiply the righteousness i don't know what you're going to do but lord i trust you and it's on to you and when your heart's connected to god do you think god really cares about how much you give he cares about your heart do you think about do you think god cares about how much you preach the gospel and evangelize i preach the gospel to 50 people today god but your heart wasn't even on him and them. It was all for yourself. The Lord gave me a quick revelation a few days ago,

and I actually posted it on social media. I had friends call me and tell me that they were about to cry. It was the Holy Spirit. I was in prayer and meditation, and just being still in the Spirit, and the Lord spoke to me and said, son, if right now your oldest child was kidnapped by somebody who was gonna use them and abuse them, an evil person, and you had another son come in a vehicle and said, hey, I can take you, dad, because he was your only ride, and you needed a car to get there, but that one son who picked you up was terrible, evil, an adulterer, a smoker, fornicator, dishonorable, would you still hop in the car to go get your other son? I said, yes, I would. He said, exactly. He said, that's how I feel about my children. He said, I'll use anybody to preach the gospel to go reach the lost, even if they're not right with me. That's deep, that's convicting, because evangelism, and winning souls, and casting out devils, and having a church, or worshiping good, or whatever, or playing an instrument, none of that means anything if your heart's not connected to God, but he'll still use you to win others. Hoo-wee, he'll use you behind a camera, he'll use you as a greeter, to usher in his presence

for other people, because that's where our heart's supposed to be anyways, isn't it? When we worship, when we come to church, we should be thinking, how can I serve from my heart? Amen, and as a body, as a corporate body here at The Rock, as we grow in this, we're gonna see God bring even more fruit, because he really has a heart for the lost, man. People are going, the Bible says he wishes that none would perish in hell, but that all would come to repentance, right? That's his heart, it's not just a, I wish that none would perish, no, he's, I wish that none would perish, but all would come to, it's broken, we gotta know the heart of our Father, he's not like, yeah, yeah, yeah, no, oh God, he loves us, he wishes that none would, do you think it makes him happy when people go to hell? You think he's like, yeah, it breaks his heart, it breaks the heart of Jesus.
