And when the temptation of the enemy comes, we must be prepared and know that we can have victory. But today I come to talk to you about the battle against satanic lies. Maybe it affected your marriage in such a way that maybe now you are suffering the consequences. There are some of you who possibly had a liar that affected so much the environment of your work that they even kicked you out of your office or the place where you were working. Some of you may have lost money. There are some who tell you, come with me, invest, I will give you so much money,

and they told you a huge lie and you lost money. Maybe you remembered that person in that moment and you say, thank you Pastor Julio for reminding me of that bastard. Have you thought about it? Have you put that person in your mind? And I want you to think about it now. Is that our true enemy? No. Our enemy, the devil, is a liar who cannot tell the truth. In the passage that I am going to share with you today, the context is that the Lord Jesus is there in the temple and there are those types of people who believe in Jesus to a certain extent and they agree with what He is sharing and there are others who are religious, the Pharisees, the leaders of that place, of Judaism, those religious people who knew the Scripture and they are totally against what Jesus is saying. They oppose the word of Jesus. And there is a dialogue here between Jesus and these people. And although today we are going to focus on John, the Gospel according to John chapter 8 verse 44, I want us to go to the Scripture and we are going to focus a little further back to read from verse 31 to 33 first. And the scripture says in this way. Eso es lo que Jesús está diciendo. Satanás y la verdad no coexisten, no hay comunión. Número cuatro, él es un mentiroso. Es un mentiroso. Ahora quiero que pienses una vez más en la persona esa que te arruinó algo en tus relaciones personales. En tu casa, en tu escuela, en tu trabajo. Piensa en eso. Si esa persona viene y se acerca a ti y empieza a conversar contigo, a decirte algo. Tú ya sabes, es un mentiroso. ¿Le vas a creer? Por favor diga que no. ¿Le vas a creer? No, no le vas a creer. Ya sabes que te va a mentir. Pero te quiero decir, querido hermano en Cristo, hermanita en Cristo. Aquí hay un problema espiritual muy común entre el pueblo de Dios.

Y ese es el problema espiritual. En lugar de tener... discernimiento para identificar las mentiras del enemigo que llegan a nuestra mente, somos más propensos a creer lo que él ha dicho, no a ponerlo en duda. ¿A qué me refiero con esto? Así como podemos identificar a alguien que ya nos ha hecho una tremenda en nuestra vida y podemos decir, a este tipo no le creo ni una palabra más, no lo voy a dejar entrar a mi vida porque sé que la intención de esta persona es mentir, arruinar. La mayoría de las veces el pueblo de Dios se cree la mentira del diablo y nosotros decimos, uh. Ahora, hay ciertas mentiras que las mujeres creen y otras que los hombres creen. Las mujeres, por ejemplo, se creen la mentira y dicen, Dios realmente no es bueno. Dios me está privando de algo. Necesito la aprobación de otros para tener valor. No soy una buena madre o esposa y ahí está el diablo diciéndote la mentira y tú te la estás creyendo, mujer. Mi esposo es responsable de mi felicidad. Si mi esposo fuera diferente, yo sería feliz. Mis sentimientos me dicen la verdad. O sea, lo que yo siento, esa es la realidad. ¿Qué mentiras creemos los hombres muchas veces? Yo puedo manejar mi vida sin Dios. Mi valor proviene de mi desempeño laboral. Ahí te va una, una más, ahí te va. Uh, nadie se va a enterar.

Mi trabajo define quién soy. Ahí te va esta, buenísima. Me merezco algo mejor. Yo soy merecedor de algo mejor. Podría ser más feliz con alguien más. Este es el diablo, diciéndote la mentira. Te acuerdas cuando estaban los anuncios allá en México Que decía, decía este anuncio, que no te engañen. Lo que no se puede contar y se tiene que hacer a escondidas No puede ser bueno. Es vergonzoso.
