When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor. You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, (Psalms 8:3-6 NKJV)

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, (Ephesians 3:20 NKJV)

He did this that He might clearly demonstrate through the ages to come the immeasurable (limitless, surpassing) riches of His free grace (His unmerited favor) in [His] kindness and goodness of heart toward us in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:7 AMP)

(1) Immeasurable: As boundless, Vast, Immense

(2) Limitless: Infinite

(3) Surpassing: Going beyond the Limits, going beyond your range or capacity.

Grace in the Greek means,  “ The divine influence upon the heart and it's reflection in the life. A benefit, gift, favor.”

Kindness means “favor.”

For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield. (Psalms 5:12 NKJV)

The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. (Psalms 103:8 NKJV)

Mercy is to “ bow one’s neck only in courtesy to an equal.”  

To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound]. [Isa. 61:1, 2.] (Luke 4:19 AMP)

Favor is to endorse, support, assist, to make it easier, to show special privileges, or to be featured. What does to be featured mean? To give special prominence.

And Jesus increased in wisdom (in broad and full understanding) and in stature and years, and in favor with God and man. (Luke 2:52 AMP)

So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man. (Proverbs 3:4 AMP)

You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come. (Psalms 102:13 NKJV)

But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” (James 4:6 NKJV)

Humble means "resemblance similar in appearance and character”.

Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, (I Peter 5:5, 6 NKJV)
