Honor: The Currency of the Miraculous I Ken Claytor I Social Dallas
In “Honor: The Currency of the Miraculous,” Pastor Ken Claytor teaches that God does His best work in a culture of honor. While the world often rejects honor, God’s kingdom is built on it. When we honor what God honors, we position ourselves for His miraculous power.

better things are much better I'm just serious no I'm just playing I was mean and selfish and prideful and I didn't know how to be a husband only knew how to be single but how many of you all believe that our God is a God of divine turnarounds who can take your mess and give you a message and so we had a marriage that was headed for divorce but now 26 years later it would have been the worst decision that I'd ever made I was being lied to by the enemy now we have a marriage ministry how many y'all have seen our podcast we do a podcast all two of you guys God bless you guys for being here today we have a podcast called doing life with Ken and Tabitha and it's a marriage relationship podcast and we just we want to help people not be as ratchet as we used to be and so you know we talked about sex and intimacy and division of labor and all these things and you can get it wherever you check out your podcast and we actually just dropped a new book and so if you're a reader any readers here it's called butterfly love you can get it at our website and some of you all the infatuation when you get you first fell in love you had these butterflies it was like he was floating but now it's been replaced with gas and we want to help you we want to help you get the butterflies back again amen and so it's not it's like our story of 25 years of love all of our ups and downs you can check out that book if you so desire honored to be with you guys today I'm not here to preach a message I feel like God's given me an assignment you know I've been in ministry 24 years preached on most continents so many different parts of the world so many different churches I've had the honor to minister to and I know a good church when I'm in one let me just help you guys you got a good church the worship amazing the love and the atmosphere amazing people praying being healed and delivered the work you're doing in the city helping human trafficking the diversity that I see y'all look like heaven it is amazing and what I've learned over the years is that great churches don't just show up on accident they are built by great leaders and you guys have some of the best leaders and pastor Robert and pastor Taylor can we
just honor them today you guys must be like God's favorite because he gave you great gifts value your gifts love on your gifts because they are an anointed couple they look good they good-looking couple they preach they teach they probably both sing do they sing I just made that up I knew they saying they probably dance breakdance they do everything I mean my god but you know what their anointing and their gifts aren't for them it's for you my anointing isn't for me it's for you and so we should just thank God for great gifts amen God bless you I'm excited about the Word of God today like I said I'm not here to teach a message I'm here to stir revival winds I believe that God has called you as a church to steward revival in this city that would ultimately touch the world and you're already touching the world but God's about to turn up for you all and so I'm a revivalist by nature you know from the early church through Azusa Street to Toronto if there is about the revival I'm probably interested in it and I've studied the moves of God throughout the centuries and I'll leave you this one statement to begin this is what I've learned over the years is that revivals come on the hills of repentance it's the repentant church the broken the humble people that sees the greatest move of God's throughout history and so save that statement for the end remember revival comes on the hills of repentance let's pray father we thank you for the power of your presence in this place let those who are sick leave out healed those who are confused get clarity from your word today those who are unsaved let them have an encounter with your love and with your person Jesus would you open the eyes of our understanding that we would not leave this place the same way that we've came moved by the power of your spirit we thank you for the gifts of the Holy Spirit flowing in this place unhindered and we thank you Lord that we receive a word that we're not just here but we'll go out and do force the doers of the word that shall be blessed let those who agree with that prayer shout amen amen I want to begin at mark chapter 6 if you don't mind mark chapter 6 did I show you the picture of my family no can I show it to you real quickly that's them that's
that's that's the Cletus and so my oldest her name is Hannah she's 21 she's a senior or Robert University my middle is a senior in high school and Kenny that's my guy right there my kids love Jesus they really do actually the shirt that I have on my son is now designing this he just launched this company last week and so I said whatever I'll wear his merch you know but and they always do bold stuff like Jesus saves he got shirts like Jesus is coming I'm like hey can you be more subtle that's just where they are though thank God for kids they're on fire a man but anyway let's begin in Mark's gospel Mark's gospel chapter number six and I'm old school any old school people we're gonna read together can y'all read together ready read and Jesus said to them a prophet is not without honor except in his own hometown and among his relatives in his own household and he could do no mighty work there except that he laid his hands on a few sick people and healed them today's message is entitled honor the currency of the miraculous say it with me honor the currency of the miraculous how many of you all want to see more miracles in your life let me see by show of hands okay that should be everybody here who's what is a miracle it's when God breaks natural law with supernatural results it's when God steps into your situation and does what no man can do and I want you to know the same God that did miracles in the Old Testament is the same God that wants to do miracles here today you know there are some who've believed like the miracles and the Bible have ceased I don't know why they believe that but they believe that they've ceased with the death of the Apostles of the Lamb or the canonization of Scripture into all that I say by humbug Because Jesus is the same yesterday today and forevermore. I like to say it like this same God back then Same God right now the same God that parted the Red Sea back then Wants to part Red Seas today the same God that caused the Sun to stand still Back then is the same God that causes sons to stand still today the same God that says Lazarus come forth is the same God That will make dead things come alive again today Same God back then same God right now And what I've learned over 24 years of walking with the Lord in ministry
Is that he doesn't change the scripture says that he's immutable that means that he does not change But sometimes we do Many times when we don't see the healing that we want The breakthrough that we want the victory that we want we have a tendency to kind of get upset with God And what I've learned is that the problem is probably not on God's side of the equation Most time it's on ours So God doesn't change but many times we do and our current culture has become more selfish more prideful more rebellious and more rejecting the spirit of honor Than I've ever seen before and we can't be like the culture of the world when we represent the culture of the kingdom Right, and so my assignment today is to get us to create a culture of honor Because honor is the currency of the miraculous. I like to say it this way We're gonna honor up. We're gonna honor down and we're gonna honor all around. That's a culture You know many times we honor those we look up to will honor the pastor will honor our supervisor will honor some celebrity But we want to honor also the broken and the poor and the in the in the widow and the orphan We want to honor those who are elderly We want to be able to honor people because they've been made in the image and likeness of God So I don't want to have a respecter of person with my honor So my honor is in my heart and I want to give honor away because God does his best work where there's a culture of honor So, what does the Bible say? Let's look at Romans chapter 12 y'all with me today check this out guys Romans chapter 12 and Before I go there, let can I define honor? So write this down if you don't mind, let me see something Honor, what is honor write this down. It means to esteem To value and to give respect to y'all with me. All right, it means to esteem To value and give respect to right to honor someone is to value them highly or to bestow value on them Okay, everybody say value
You know, one of the reasons that people throw away their marriages is because they stop valuing their spouse When you first met you wanted her or wanted him so bad you had this big old ceremony Took his last name, but if you're not careful, you can begin to devalue that which God's called you to value Now instead of building him up or building her up you actually tear them down in your mind You said I can't believe I even married you. I wish I'd have married your brother. I mean you're just sitting around You got all these thoughts man your breath and you take your socks off You know how you do you can just you can be so negative and that's the opposite of honor Be careful because you're devaluing what God's called you to value and abuse is inevitable It's Amazing how when we first come to a church like this we value this church. Oh my goodness The worship is amazing. Look at all of the different people man. What kind of creativity, you know pastor Robert? He preached that word. Oh my goodness. He know what he right not careful you go from being excited in the first row and dancing to go into the 10th row and Especially something happens in the church world because it's just imperfect people that serve a perfect God and Then a fence kind of keep creeps in a little bit or if we move too far from your house. Mm-hmm You used to be in the front row but now you in the 50th row then you in the hundredth row and Then you watch it online and I thank God for online ministry, but there's something powerful about being in the room But what happens is we begin to devalue what we should value over time and Abuse is inevitable. Think about the people that want to throw away the Bible because they begin to devalue Jesus They devalue his broken body. They devalue the blood-stained cross. They devalue what he did on Calvary and all of a sudden Well, I don't know the Bible's been changed by man. Oh, no. No, no. No, don't devalue what God's called us to value It is the living breathing Word of God He died and he rose again so that we can have eternal life and we won't let the message go And so we're not gonna devalue what God's called us to value. And so what does the Bible say about honor? Now we're ready, Romans chapter 12, verse nine. It says, let love be genuine, abhor what is evil, hold fast to that which is good.
It says, love one another with brotherly affection, but underline this part, it says, outdo one another. It's showing what? You got it, class. And there's so many things we try to outdo each other in now and days. We try to outdo each other in all of the wrong things. We try to outdo each other in how big my house is compared to yours, and I got more square footage than what you got. I try to outdo each other in how big my platform is, and I got more followers than so-and-so got, and so, you know, I try to outdo each other in the, how many single ladies say hey? Single fellas say ho. Come on, single fellas, you gotta get more excited, I mean, right? But sometimes we try to outdo our friends before they get married, and the Bible never tells us to try to outdo one another in how much money we make and the vacations that we go on and what we post on social media. It says, but it gives us a commandment to outdo each other and permission to outdo each other in this one thing, and it says, outdo each other in showing honor. Come on, what could your marriage be like if you went home and outdid your spouse in honoring them? Come on, woman of God, what could you do in your marriage if you just went home and says, listen here, I'm gonna outdo you, husband,
in honoring you, and you put on his favorite game, and you didn't talk throughout the game? You cooked him his favorite food. Come on, somebody, I'm preaching good. You let him sit there, you gave him a massage while he's watching the game, not even saying nothing, just gave him a massage, took his shoes and socks off, and gave him a pedicure. Now, that's where someone was like, I ain't touching his feet. Well, that's why your marriage is jacked up. You gotta be willing to do hard things. Come on, y'all. See, a lot of people are, I'll do that for him if he do that for me. That ain't the way it work, Bobo. You gotta sow there before you go there. See, many people wanna harvest in their relationship, but you ain't sowed the seed. There's just something about sowing first. I'm not ready for this. Man, I'm coming for you, too. What would happen, man of God, if you went home and you outdid your wife in just honoring her and turned off the game, listened to the words coming out of her mouth, got a vacuum, washed some dishes, put some babies to bed so she don't have to, and run her a bath so Calgon could take her away? What would happen?
You could change your marriage in one night filled with honor. I'm preaching better than you saying amen up in social. And so, who does the Bible tell us to honor? Check this out. Over in 1 Timothy 1.17, the foundation of honor is seen. It says, now to the king eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. And the church said? Amen. So first and foremost, we are to honor who? All honor begins with your decision to honor God. Do I have anybody in this church that's made the quality decision to honor God? For God I live and for God I die. For me and my house, we shall serve the Lord. Come on, do I got anybody? Because I can't honor other people if I don't honor God. I gotta honor God because, listen, I'm living my life for the audience of one. Y'all don't have a heaven or a hell to put me in. I gotta honor God. I'm gonna honor God in my sexuality. I'm gonna honor God with my money. I'm gonna honor God with my time. I'm gonna honor God, that's why I don't do certain things when ain't nobody else around because it ain't about you. It's about me honoring God. So I lived as a Christian atheist for about 10 years of my life.
I define that as a person who believes in God but lives like he doesn't exist. So I had lip service, but you couldn't see God in my lifestyle. And so I came to a church like this in October of 2001, 24 years ago, and I received the Holy Spirit. I received the power of God. And I was marked in a moment. And over 24 years, I've not even flirted with another woman. I've been faithful to my wife. I haven't used any profanity in 24 years. Haven't drank. And I've been sober for 24 years. I've been a tither for 24 years. You say, why? Because I honor God, that's why. It's not about people. I'm not trying to get into a doctrinal debate, which you can and cannot do. I wanna live my life, a blameless life. I wanna live a holy life. I wanna hear him say, well done, thou good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of the Lord. So I'm staying away from what everybody else is doing. Do I got anybody else that honors God? So the first thing we do is we honor God but now it gives us another category in Ephesians chapter 6 verse 1 it says children obey your parents and the Lord
for this is right and all of the teenagers said amen they quiet in here the parents said amen for the teenagers honor your father and mother which is the first commandment with a promise so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy a long life on the earth so the Bible tells us that we are to honor our parents and this is a command with the promise it means that if you do this God's gonna do something for you and I love this one because it doesn't say honor your parents if your parents were perfect because many times we withhold honor for people we feel like deserve it but we honor our parents because they are in the office of being our parent and we honor them as unto the Lord even if they're not worthy of is this thing on I guess what I'm saying is sometimes listen I get it some of you all have parents and you're first to get saved and your parents one of your parents could be a little manipulative and you know ask for money and all kinds of different things and some people you have to learn to love from a distance it's okay to put some safeguards around your life but whenever you have an opportunity to honor them in a way that's not gonna be damaging to you do it as unto the Lord because when you honor what God honors God will always honor you come on teenagers that means do what your parents tell you to do brush your teeth clean your room do your homework all the parents said amen so we're gonna honor God we're gonna honor our parents Leviticus 19 gives us another category you ready watch this it says you shall rise before the gray-headed and honor the aged and you shall fear your God with profound reverence for I am the Lord so here the Bible is talking about honoring the elderly and how many of you all know older people they deserve our honor our esteem our value that's why we hated Kovac we hated it because it was first an attack towards the elderly community I think the post Kovac Church should be building up the elderly community and valuing the elderly community because we need older people you know a lot of times people who are young they feel like you don't need older people well my grandma she don't know how to get on tick-tock she don't know how to do she don't understand AI but she know how to cook you go to Chick-fil-a every day of
your life do you know how to cook do you have wisdom do you need to sit at the feet of older people let me tell you something listen to me older people who are here one of the greatest lies that you have to overcome is that this is a church for young people and the devil tells older people that because he wants you to go to the old people church I don't understand why white people go to white people church black people go to black people church rich people go to rich people church old people go to old people church the church is not supposed to be monocultural it's supposed to be multicultural he says bring the gospel to the nations to every ethnos and every people group so we need your white self here we need your black self here your brown self and your yellow self because we're better together we need your old self your young self your rich and your poor all together representing the banner of Christ representing to the world this is what love really looks like are y'all with me today and that's why this is a phenomenon right here but we are to honor so if you're an older person we need more spiritual fathers and mothers in this house we need more aunties in them we need some uncles we need some people to be a part of this this congregation so you know in the spirit of honor you know if you're over 75 years old we're gonna start giving you VIP parking in the front because and I have no authority to make this happen but I'm just if you're over 90 you can just run your car through the the lobby doors and and we'll drag you out and put you on the front row because we want to we want to honor the elderly I'm just playing so the Bible tells us to honor the elderly but Romans 13 it takes it to another level of honor who else should we honor and some of y'all y'all not gonna be laughing no more after this one this one's tight but it's right so Romans 13 it says let everyone be subject to the governing authorities for there is no authority except that which God has established and the authorities that exist have been established by God consequently whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves it's quiet up in here today today. This has to do with us honoring law enforcement officers, first responders, soldiers,
and even those who are in public office. And I guess what I want you to hear today is that you can honor those that you didn't vote for. You can honor those that you don't agree with. You can honor those that you don't even like their policy. Because we don't honor them because we like them. We honor them because they're in an office that God has allowed. Now, come on, y'all. We live in a generation that don't do that at all. If you get online right now, the left is towards the right, and the right is demonized, and the left, and everybody's in, but not, that's in the world. It's not in the church. So when we come in the church and we get born again, and we renew our mind, the Bible tells us to pray for those that are in authority. And the Bible says to honor those who are in certain offices as unto the Lord, okay, because God has allowed them to be in that office. I don't know about you, I got questions when I get to heaven. I'm confused about a whole thing, I really am. That means that God has allowed Trump, and God has allowed Biden. Jesus, I got questions. But I am not owed an answer this side of heaven. He told me what to do. To honor the offices as unto the Lord. So I'm not going to tear you down. I don't agree with you. We can have friendly debates, but I'm not going to tear you down. I'm not going to let that spirit of rebellion come on me. I'm going to honor you as unto the Lord and watch God honor me. Are y'all with me today? Right. And so, so far we got four categories the Bible tells us to honor. Let's do a recap class. Number one is God. Everybody say God. Number two is our parents. Say our parents. Number three is the elderly. Everybody say the elderly. And number four is those in authority. Say those in authority. But I want to give you a fifth one, a bonus one for today. And it might be the most impactful for what God wants to do in your life. The Bible tells us to honor spiritual leaders. Our spiritual leaders. The most written category is honoring your parents, but the one that brings the most manifestation of the promises of God in your life is when you honor spiritual leaders. Can I give you a scripture? First Timothy chapter five, verse 17 says it this way. Let the elders who will well be considered worthy of what? Everybody shout double honor. Especially those who labor in preaching and teaching. Do you know anybody who labors in teaching and preaching? If you do, the Bible says they are worthy of not just single honor. This is the only place in the Bible that I have found that talks about double honor. It's the only place. That means that we got to put a premium on this one. Okay. See, many
people are believing for the double portion of the anointing, double the breakthrough, double the glory. God, double, double, double, double, double, double, double financial miracles. Do you have double honor? Or could we be like the world actually carrying a little spirit of dishonor with us, expecting the God of breakthrough to come through for us? It's important that we submit to what God tells us to do. He talks about double honor. And so I believe that we're to put a premium on this one. And this is really huge for the church. You know, as I look at the church in large, I think that we've kind of lost it a little bit, especially in the American church, which I love the American church. This is where I do ministry yet. But when I go to Africa, I go to Brazil and different, there's a fire and there's an honor. And that's why I see the blinded eye open. I see legs grow back in different places. There's a level of honor and we've got to make sure that we don't dishonor what God's called us to honor. People of God, do you understand that there is a real spirit of core in our day? Y'all remember core in numbers? Core was a leader and core decided for whatever reason that he needed to group a group of leaders together and come up against Moses. And the Bible says that when core and these other leaders came up against Moses and started to talk bad about Moses, the ground opened up and swallowed them, their family and their children. And the plague broke out and 14,000 people died. Because whenever you talk about a person whose hand, whose God's hand is on, you're actually coming against God. I'm old school. I'm old school. So back in the day, you know, back in the day we were taught, don't touch God's anointed, do my profit no harm. But now when I get on YouTube, I see people actually building their platform by tearing other people's platforms down. And it is the spirit of core. And I don't have the energy to get in your comment section and try to tell you why your spirit is wrong. I'm just going to wait till the ground opens up and swallows you up. And when you start seeing people. What happened to so-and-so? They were attacking what God is blessing. Listen to me, people. There is a spirit of blasphemy that has been accepted as the norm. Do y'all know what blasphemy is? Blasphemy is the one unpardonable sin. Do you know what it is? It's when you call a work of God a work of the devil. They tried to say that Jesus was casting out demons by Beelzebub. And Jesus says, listen, if I cast out demons by the spirit of a
demon, the kingdom of Satan is divided. But if I cast out demons by the spirit of God, the kingdom of heaven is at hand. And there's too many people that are using their platform and their voice to actually talk bad and call people false prophets and false doctrines and false all of this kind of stuff. You don't even know what that is. And you are attacking the very thing where people are being saved and baptized and the spirit of God is moving. It is the spirit of blasphemy and is dishonor. And when we dishonor what God has told us to honor, we actually dishonor God. So it's time for the church to rise up, to honor up, to honor down, to honor all around for honor is the currency of the miraculous. As I was praying about you guys, I kept hearing in my spirit, the number three, the number three. And I was like, okay, I don't know the number three. And I believe what God is saying is that within the next three years, you're going to see this church triple in size, not just in size, but in discipleship, tripling impact, tripling power within the next three years, get ready. All right. Like some of you all, you kind of know you're a part of a move of God, but you don't know. Like I know I've been in this thing for a quarter of a century. What God's doing here ain't normal. We better cherish this. This is one of those movements that you're going to get to heaven and start slapping hands. Like, man, we was a part of something special in the earth. Wow. Thank God for that. Right. But watch this. We got to protect this culture of honor. You know, people come in from some other stream and some other church and they start whispering and they start talking negative. Do you know what you do? You put a smile on your face, a big Kool-Aid smile like this, and you raise up your hand and you say, we don't do that here. Come on. Let's try it together. Come on. Everybody put up a hand like this. Put a Kool-Aid smile on your face and say it with me. We don't do that. Don't that feel good? You better take your gossip down the street. There's a move of God that's happening. You better take your whispering down the street. There's a move of God that's happening. You better take your spirit of division down the street. There's a move of God that's happening here. Somebody shout, we don't do that here. Honor is the currency of the miraculous, y'all. And so, remember the definition it means to give esteem to, to give value to. I know a lot of people, they love Jesus, but they devalue their spiritual leaders. Oh, are you a man just like I'm a man? You put on your pants one leg at a time. So, I just start jumping in my pants like this so people couldn't say that dumb stuff to me no more. It's amazing. The people that honor Jesus, but they dishonor the church. They dishonor the bride.
They dishonor. You don't need a big church. Why don't you say that about the Knicks? Why don't you say that about the San Antonio Spurs? No, we need a stadium. We need a stadium to watch a sporting event. Come on, we need a stadium for people to get healed and demons to be cast out and the blinded eye to be opened and the gospel to be preached. There should be no building that can hold us. We need stadiums filled with his glory. I'm sorry. They said this was the last service, so I got a little more time. Listen to me. The building season is the blessing season. The building season is the blessing season. The building season is the blessing season. If you are attached to a church that says, we need to raise six million dollars for a building for God's people, you know what you do? Get behind it with everything you got. For the building season is the blessing season, because God will get it to you if he can get it through you. The world ain't given to the kingdom. The world ain't given to the kingdom. So, when God wants to build something, he always looks for people that love him to build his house. Do I got anybody that loves God? So, when it comes to our spiritual leaders, it's time for double honor, double appreciation, double reception, double your prayer life for them. Come on, y'all. This ain't easy. This is warfare. We need some soldiers. We need some people that want a double breakthrough. I need some double honor in the house today. That's biblical. That's right. I'm not talking about overinflated weird stuff where you got somebody running from the back wiping my sweat off. That ain't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about biblical double honor where there's a you for the gift that's in the house. Are y'all with me today? And so in the spirit of honor, can you just help me honor a few people if you don't mind? In the spirit of honor to all of our small group leaders, come on, put your hands together. Man, you open up your homes. Don't get weary in well-doing. Yours is the kingdom. We honor you. All of our team leaders that lead the ushers ministry, come on, all of our parking lot ministry, making sure we get rain, sun, whatever they out there in the parking lot. Come on y'all. All of our kids, church workers. Oh my God. Thank you for kids, church workers, taking care of the next generation, for all of our worship team, ushering in the presence of God, all of our production team on cameras. We honor you. You're worthy of honor today. Come on. All of our tithers, our givers. We don't have lights without you. We don't have this building without you. We don't have new buildings. All of our prayer
warriors, prayer enters in. It opens up the heavenlies. We need more intercessors in the house. We honor you today. We honor you today. And God knows for our lead pastors, the ones who said yes to the call, Pastor Robert and Taylor, we love you guys. We honor you. Thank you for your integrity. Thank you for your character, not just for the last five years, but since you were small children, the hand of God has been upon you. Thank you for the way that you love one another to be an example for other married couples to follow the way that you steward your children in the house of God, for you saying yes in the midst of persecution, no matter what people might say, the hand of God is on you. And we just want you to know we love you and we honor you. Come on. Can we give God praise for the gifts that God's given us? Oh, there's honor in the house today. Y'all be seated, be seated, be seated, be seated. The people are not perfect, but the office is. David wouldn't even cut Saul's robe and Saul wanted to kill David. Saul was not perfect, but he repented because Saul was in an office that David honored and he honored the office because he honored God. And when you honor what God honors, God will always honor you. Say, Pastor, where is that in the Bible? I'm glad you asked. Mark chapter six, verse four, where we started, it says, and Jesus said to them, a prophet is not without honor except in his own hometown and among his own relatives in his own household. And he, everybody say he, could do no mighty work there. Everybody say air. There. Except he laid his hands on a few sick people and he healed them. Healing is not even a mighty work in the scripture. It's normal Christianity. I saw somebody who has a spinal issue being healed today under the word of God. I believe there's somebody who's had a problem in your back, your lower back. God is healing you right now by the spirit of God. Someone who's been dealing with migraine headaches. I believe it's going to be a thing of the past in the mighty name of Jesus. That's not hard for God. That's normal. It says that he couldn't do many mighty miracles there. Who's the he? Jesus, the Christos, the anointed one in his anointing, Emmanuel. God with us. He couldn't do many mighty works. Jesus couldn't do mighty works where? There. The Christos, Jehovah Rapha, he, God almighty, couldn't do what he wanted to do where? There. And it wasn't Capernaum. It wasn't a physical location. He, Jesus, couldn't do many mighty works in an atmosphere of dishonor. Here's the revelation. When honor goes up, miracles go up. But if honor goes down,
miracles go down. You set the temperature. How many of you all are ready for revival? You want to see your families come to Jesus. You want to come to church and see the sick healed, the leper cleansed. Do I got anybody that still believes that our God is not dead and he's not done? Do I got anybody that believes same God back then, same God right now, he's still moving by the power of his spirit. Do I got anybody that believes that if you can make yourself a person of honor, we're going to see the miracle working power of God like we never have before? So Lord, we just say, have your way. Have your way in us. Have your way through us. In the mighty name of Jesus. I want to give you some practical steps. As we close today, I wasn't able to give this to the last service, so if you know some people who went to the first service, give these notes to them. Here's some practical steps. How do you honor your spiritual leaders? How do you honor your pastors? Pray for them daily. Show them by the Spirit, not just the flesh. Communicate good things to them. The Bible says to do that. Tell them when you get a new job. Tell them when you got a revelation. So many of y'all, you just communicate the bad things. Communicate the good things. Share the load with them. Don't just come and take from the church. Come and give. Be the modern day Aaron and Herz. Lift up their arms. Make their job easy. Defend them to others. Defend them to yourself.
I'm not saying debate with people. I'm just saying, hey, we don't do that here. Look for opportunities to bless them, birthdays, anniversaries. Live out their teaching. The greatest way you can honor me as a teacher is just live out what I'm preaching. I've already gotten texts of people who are here now that used to be a part of our church and just to see them plugged in here, when God says, I'm still tithing, I'm still loving Jesus. Thank you, Pastor Ken, for what you did. I'm here now at Social. The best thing that you could do to honor any pastor is just live out what we're preaching. Be easy to lead. Some people are so hard to lead. Do we have to have a meeting with you and give you a PowerPoint presentation for you to be able to follow us? How long are you going to come to this church and not get in the DNA? How long are you going to stand on the out courts, on the outer court when you've been called into the inner court? Got to be easy to lead, but here's my last one. Think quickly where we've missed it. Now, how many of you all, if you were honest, you say this message was for me. Okay. God bless you. All right, let me try it again. How many of you all can say there's been areas of your life where you've been a little dishonorable? You kind of been dishonorable to your supervisor. It ain't the job you want, but at least you got one. You've been a little bit dishonorable to your husband. You said some things you probably shouldn't have said. You've been a little dishonorable to your wife.
How many of y'all been a little bit dishonorable to the president? Just a little bit. All right. How many of y'all been a little bit dishonorable to your spiritual leaders sometimes, your pastors? Just if we were honest. Anybody here? Just a little dishonorable. Remember what I said in the beginning? Revival comes on the hills. How many of y'all want to see revival? I want to see revival, unique outpouring of the Holy Ghost. Can I give us a chance to get it right? Because we are the humble group here. Can we just close our eyes for a moment? And if you know you've been dishonorable, you got it out of the culture, God's going to change it and he's going to give you a culture of the kingdom. And so just in your own way, just begin to renounce. Just under your breath, just say, I renounce the spirit of dishonor. I renounce. I am not like core. I renounce blasphemy. I renounce pride. God, give me a humble, broken spirit. Give me a pliable, teachable heart again. God, I repent. I change my mind and I change my direction. In the mighty name of Jesus, I am a person of honor. I will honor up. Say this with me.
I will honor up. I will honor down and I will honor all around in the mighty name of Jesus. I sense the presence of the Lord in this place. With every head bowed and every eye closed, even those of you all who are online, the greatest thing that you can do to honor God is not to reject Christ. Jesus died so that you and I can live. Listen, and you don't have to be a perfect person to be saved, but you do have to surrender. You have to give up, so to say, and say, I'm not going to do it my way. I want to live life God's way. The most honorable thing that you can do is say that your sacrifice on the cross for me, I don't take it for granted. Jesus be the Lord of my life. And I want to lead you in a prayer. All right. I want to lead you in a prayer. It'll be the most powerful prayer that you've ever prayed. Salvation is not for perfect people. It's just for humble people, and it's available for anybody. The Bible says that if you believe in your heart, confess with your mouth that God raised Jesus from the dead, you shall be saved. I want to pray for you today. So with every head bowed and every eye closed, if you're here today and you say, Pastor, I don't want to believe. religion but I want a relationship. If you say pastor I've sinned in my life, we've all sinned, we've all fallen short of the glory of God, we're all in need of a Savior and His name is Jesus and I want to pray for you today. And so on the count of three, if you say pastor when you pray, pray with me. When I count to three, I want you to lift up your hand and wave at me so that I can know who I'm praying for all over the building, all right. So if you're here today you say pastor that's me, I want to get right with God, I want to be saved, I want to be forgiven, I want to put my trust in Christ. Lift up your hand in one, two, three. Lift it up high, lift it up high. I see hands going up, hands are going up, hands are going up. Acts of surrender, I see your hand and your hand and your
hand, your hands, your hand, your hand, your hand. Online God sees you, your hand, your hand. Hands are going up all over in the balcony, we see your hand and your hand. You can put your hands down and I'm gonna have you pray this prayer with me. Nobody prays alone. Say this with me, say Lord Jesus I come to you today and I ask for your forgiveness. I repent of my sin and Jesus I look to you for salvation. Be the Lord of my life, the Savior of my soul. From this day forward I am fully yours and you are fully mine. And I believe in my heart that Jesus, you are Lord and you're coming again. And so thank you for saving me right here, right now, in Jesus name, amen. Amen. Come on let's give God praise. Come on let's give him praise social. I want to pray over you to receive just a spirit of a revival. Years ago the Lord just spoke to my spirit. He says I've given you an anointing to spark revival. I don't know exactly what it means but I always just pray that wherever I go revival winds increase. So if you're believing God for a mighty move of God and you don't care to carry your cross you just want to be a part of something bigger than yourself. Could you lift up a hand? Because I want to prophesy something over you and your family. I want to declare something over this house and in the mighty name of Jesus I pray that over the next three years will be the best three years. I declare that God is sending and raising up people from the north, south, and east, and the west. Ministry gifts will be birthed out of this house. In the mighty name of Jesus youth pastors come forth, youth leaders come forth. We declare kingdom builders are coming forth in the mighty name of Jesus. Not people that give 10% but people to give 20 or 30% because they love the house of God. I pray that right now God you raise up people that are blessed to be a blessing. God I pray in the name of Jesus that the gift of faith is being imparted right now. It's being stirred up. It's being released right now. The mountains that seemed immovable on yesterday are nothing but a stepping stone on tomorrow. I pray right now that you're making ways in the wilderness. God in the name of Jesus we just pray for even those who are in hospitals getting healed right now. Those who they said were dead coming alive right now. We declare there's revival
winds that are blowing and we expect miracles right now. So I release that anointing of revival over this house that what we've seen we ain't seen nothing yet. God we thank you that you're gonna do it again and you're gonna do it more. More favor, more glory, more of your presence, more breakthrough, more disciples being made, more missions being done, more human trafficking coming off the street. God we give you glory and praise that the devil is underneath our feet. That every generational curse is broken. We're in right here right now. Spirit of addiction we command you to go. Depression we command you to go. In the mighty name of Jesus we give you praise in advance for our kids and our grandkids being saved and baptized in this house. And we thank you Lord that what you're beginning right now will ooze out of Dallas into Texas and ooze out of Texas on up the West Coast and on through the East Coast. Ooze out of America to the nations of the world. Thank you Lord for a diverse house. Thank you Lord for the Holy Ghost moving freely in this house. Thank you Lord for leaders that have integrity and character. Multiply that spirit O God. In Jesus name. Somebody give him praise.
