He Is a Rewarder: The Call to Diligently Seek God
n this stirring and faith-building message, Pastor Richard Lorenzo Jr. unpacks one of the foundational truths of the believer's walk: that without faith it is impossible to please God, and that those who come to Him must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). He calls the church away from a casual, half-hearted pursuit of God and into a posture of genuine hunger and intentional devotion.
At the heart of the message, Pastor Richard draws a clear distinction between simply acknowledging God and diligently seeking Him. To seek diligently is to pursue God with consistency, urgency, and the whole heart — not only when there's a crisis, not only when it's convenient, but as a way of life. He reminds listeners that God is not hidden from those who truly want Him; He responds to the seeker who refuses to be satisfied with distance.
And to that seeker, Pastor Richard declares the promise: God is a rewarder. He is not a withholder, not a disappointment, not far off — but a faithful God who honors those who press into His presence. The reward, he teaches, is found not merely in what God gives, but in God Himself — in deeper intimacy, revelation, and relationship with the One who is worthy of the pursuit.
This message will ignite a fresh hunger in you to seek God with everything, and to trust that your pursuit of Him is never in vain.

It's something that the kids have been working on for a minute, for a few months now. And it's not easy to get a bunch of young ones to concentrate and focus, but by the grace of God, amen? It's going to touch your hearts. Just as you're watching the play, look for Jesus in it. Look for Jesus. He's going to reveal himself through it. I believe that you'll have an encounter with the Lord in your life. Let's all just sit down and I'm going to welcome up the children's ministry leader. Come up here, Nani. Come up here. So Nani is an amazing woman of God.
She directs the children's ministry department. She's been doing amazing work. I'll tell you this, if your children are in the any department of the children's ministry, they're well taken care of. She's very orderly on point and she really loves Jesus. And a lot of these kids have been growing, I mean, getting discipled through the ministry. One of them being my children, not one, but my children. But yesterday my son, I was on the couch just chilling after Kissimmee and we had a powerful time out there, amen? It was a great time where the Lord moved, souls were saved. Man, it was just powerful. And I'm just, I'm resting. I'm with my son just resting, just chilling. And he just out of nowhere says, dad, I want to get baptized. That's six years old, right? He's back there. He can hear me. But, and I honestly, I was, I was like hesitant. Like, I don't know. No, no, no, I'm not going to, I preach against that baby baptism without them knowing the gospel. Right. And I was like, why do you want to get baptized? And he was like, oh my heaven dad. And I, I got my wife, like Carlene, and she's like, come on, sit down. So I was giving him the gospel and he understood and all that. It just touched me.
Cause I know that it's not, it's not just because of me and my wife, it's because of what they're being taught. Amen. And he, the children of the children's ministry are really being taught to love Jesus, to know him. And you guys are, you guys are about to see a, a manifestation of God's glory to the children. Amen. Amen. Oh, hello. Amen. Yeah. Just to piggyback off of what Pastor Rich said, the Lord has really been moving in children's church and through this Easter play, he's been glorified the entire time from beginning to end. And he's going to continue to be glorified through this play now and just even back on the recording. And it's been so amazing. I just want to remind you guys that this is not, this is not a performance and we've, we've taught the children this, that this is worship unto him and that, that, amen. He's, he's, he's, he's really moved. He's really moved. I know he's already pleased and he's going to continue to be pleased and he's so proud of his children. And, um, it's just been such an honor to really teach them why Jesus came down lower than the angels of God in the flesh.
And, and he just moved through his children and it's been so beautiful. So I do want to say thank you to the Lord. Um, and I do want to welcome up Trelawney. Um, she is one of our narrators. Trelawney you can come up. Um, Amen. Trelawney, Trelawney wrote a poem about the Lord for Easter and she will be worshiping the Lord through that poem. So yeah, we can start. He loves you, and He loves me. He's the one who set us free. He came to save humanity. Jesus died for us on Calvary. He's the Creator, the Savior, and the King. All our praise we will bring. He's the one who gave us meaning. Jesus Christ is the only name we'll be singing. Nails were pushed into His hands. Everyone thought it was the end. Crown of thorns beating into His head. I'm so grateful for the blood that He shed. Jesus showed us so much grace. One day we'll see Him face-to-face. How great was that sacrifice that He gave. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, overcame the grave. Audience cheers. Before we tell the resurrection story, we must understand who Jesus is. He's the Son of God, sent by the Father because He loves the world and wants to save us.
For the Word says in John 3 16, For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Jesus healed the sick, showing God's power and His love for people. Jesus brought hope to those who were hurting. He showed God's love to those who were broken. Jesus lived a perfect life. He never sinned and obeyed God in everything. His mission was to save the world, even though it would lead them to the cross. Before the Last Supper, there was a woman named Mary. Mary brought expensive oil and poured it on Jesus' feet to honor Him. This was her way of showing love, worship, and gratitude. She has done a very beautiful thing to me. Mary didn't use her words, she used her heart. She showed Jesus that He was worthy of honor and love. This moment showed that Jesus was preparing to give His life. After this, Judas went to the soldiers. He chose money over his relationship with Jesus. Judas agreed to betray Jesus, but even in this, God's plan for salvation was still moving forward. Thank you so much! When it was more than food, it showed God's plan to save the world. Take and eat. This is my body. Jesus was preparing to give his life for our sins. This cup is my blood. Jesus knew he would suffer, but he obeyed God because he loves us. Friend, do what you came to do. Even though Judas betrayed him, Jesus still showed love. I had a little trouble on that one. I'm sorry. After the last supper, Jesus went to a garden called Gethsemane.
He was deeply sorrowful because he knew his time was coming. Father, not my will, but yours be done. Jesus chose God's will over his own, showing perfect obedience. Right there. Right there. You go. Judas led the soldiers into the garden to find Jesus. Even in this moment, Jesus stayed calm and he did not fight because God's plan was at work. He gave himself so that the world could be saved. Amen. After his arrest, Jesus was brought before the leaders who accused him because he said he was the son of God. Are you the Messiah, the son of God? The leaders were furious, but Jesus never sinned. He showed patience and love. Even in this trial, he obeyed God, knowing his suffering was part of the plan to save the world. I'm going to try and run again. Yeah. This way? Yeah. Okay. Then Jesus was brought before Pilate, the Roman governor. Pilate knew Jesus had done nothing wrong, but the crowd demanded his death. Are you doing king of the Jews? My kingdom is not of this world. He is telling the truth. His kingdom is spiritually, not earthly. I find no guilt in this man. Even though he was innocent, Jesus obeyed God's plan. He accepted what was coming, showing perfect love. Jesus was forced to carry his cross. His body was weak, but he continued because he loved us and obeyed the Father. Along the way, Jesus showed love even in suffering. He forgave his enemies. The cross is not a symbol of defeat. It is the greatest act of love the world has ever seen.
After Jesus was put on the cross to die, his body was placed in a tomb. A large stone was rolled in front of it. Everyone who loved him was very sad. It was a quiet, dark time, but even in the sadness, God's plan was not finished. Death could not hold Jesus. The cross is not a symbol of defeat. It is the greatest act of love the world has ever seen. After Jesus was put on the cross to die, everyone who loved him was very sad. Everyone who loved him was very sad. Jesus was forced to carry his cross. His body was weak, but he continued because he loved us and obeyed the Father. A large stone was rolled in front of it. Everyone who loved him was very sad. On the third day, some women went to Jesus' tomb, but the stone was thrown away. Jesus was not there. Do not be afraid. He is not here. He has risen, just as he said. Rabbi, do not be afraid. Today we have seen the greatest truth ever told. The story of Jesus. He came to the world in love. He lived without sin. He gave his life on the cross for us. Ephesians 1.7 says, In him we have redemption through his blood. The forgiveness of the sins. His blood was shed so we could be forgiven. Made new and brought back to God. And on the third day, he rose again in victory. Matthew 28.6 He is not here, for he has risen, because he lives. We have hope and we have a new life and we are never alone. And this truth is not just something we hear. It is real and it is alive today. Jesus is alive right now. His love still saves. His power still moves. And his blood still cleanses. For John 1.7 says, The blood of Jesus Christ his son cleanses us from all sin because of him we have victory So we so as we celebrate let every heart be filled with joy because Jesus is alive He is risen and he is worthy of all our praise all our worship and all the glory Pour the cross what you've done it was morning of, morning of, what you've done what you've done, the power of your blood was pouring out Pour the cross what you've done it was morning of, morning of, what you've done what you've done, the power of your blood was pouring out Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you

Thank you. Hallelujah man, wow. We love you so much Jesus. We thank God that it's not just information Lord, but you give us revelation. That through information about who you are, you take us deeper into revelation by your spirit Lord. That the veil's been torn, so now we know what we read in a deeper way. Thank you Holy Spirit, that you're in this place right now revealing Jesus to all of us. That through these children, we can have an encounter with you. Oh Lord, you don't need a lot. All you need is faith. Oh man, we love you so much Father. Man, the Lord gave me a word a few days ago. I was on a consecration in North Carolina, just spending time with God. It was one of those, I would say, Holy Spirit driven let's go moments. And we went to where I always go, North Carolina, spend time together for about 48 hours. We got a lot of a lot of important things coming up. The Lord just wanted me to spend time away from everything. And I asked him what he wanted me to teach this this Sunday. And he gave me such a powerful
passage to read and just revelation I believe is that's gonna touch a lot of you tonight. It's not a popular message that's preached on Resurrection Sunday but it is tied to the resurrection. But before we get into that, I just want to ask who brought up all this witchcraft? If you brought it all up and you're getting rid of it tonight, I want you to come to the front. It won't take long. But hallelujah, man. Praise the King, man. That's amazing. You know, we expose a lot of witchcraft and I make videos, you know, exposing witchcraft regularly. And it's, I know it's uncomfortable for some people. And I know in the beginning of our ministry it made a lot of people weirded out. Even some people say this is not of God but you'll know a tree by its fruit. And we've seen so many people come out of witchcraft and be lit up on fire for Jesus. Because the Bible says in Ephesians 5 11 to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather yet expose it, right? Expose the darkness. So again, I know that a lot of it's new to some people and they're like, man, I was never involved in that and I get it. But there are people who are stuck in that like I was. Who are deep in it. Who believe wholeheartedly that what they're doing is the truth. And they've never encountered the truth, Jesus. So when I expose darkness and we and we put these videos out, they're touching those people who are in their apartment alone with altars everywhere like I was. Who don't know the truth. Who come across a reel or a video and encounter the presence of God, the glory of God. And have the confidence to give everything up. So I just want to say like again, it's it's not the most popular type of ministry exposing witchcraft but it's definitely something God is doing in this last hour with New Age and the occult and all these false religions. Islam, Buddhism, all these false religions rising up where people are trying to say let's let's just put everything together. Let's let's bridge the gaps and everything in this one world order. This this everyone come together. Everything's the truth. No, there's only one way, one truth, and one life. And that's Jesus Christ. Amen, my brother. What'd you bring up? Oh, it's your wife? Cool, man. Take the microphone. Okay. What's your name, by the way? I'm Ivan. Ivan. Rich. Wife, what's your
name? Destiny. Nice to meet you. That's your baby, obviously, right? Yes, sir. Come on, man. How's your baby? He's nine months. Nine months, bro. Nine months and two days. Nine months and two days. Come on. So what did you guys bring up? So yeah, so we brought all this. Wow. This is mostly mine, and this is hers. But I actually had a lot more witchcraft, but I threw it all out months ago. And you know, we had this sitting in our garage. We just moved, and we were debating on bringing it up because we've been out of it for a bit now. Okay. But last week when the sister in Christ who gave he she brought up her that Egyptian thing. Yeah. She had been away from it for a while. So we were like, you know, that's a sign from God to bring it up. To get a testimony. It meant because you guys were in it, right? At one point. But praise God that you guys got out of it. You guys are both saved, filled with the Holy Spirit. Amen. Yeah, but you were in it, right? Yeah. Yeah. Tell me about it. How long were you guys in the yeah So for me, I think she should tell her separately because it's a whole different thing But for myself, I think in like 20 20 20 21 My cousin put me on to the power of now Self-help book. Yeah, and then I was in self-help for Since then honestly up until last year But then I got into witchcraft shortly after I don't really remember how I think I just got drawn to it By that whole thing. Like, you know, you can help yourself. You don't need God you are Exactly. Exactly exactly self-help when we can't help ourselves. We can't we need Jesus Yeah, we do right and then that self-help like you said open it and it sounds so innocent it opened up It's like a gateway to witchcraft. Yeah, and man so much darkness came in through that. I can't even begin to describe That's your life started. What happened? Yeah, everything just started getting darker You know, like I would read one book could then be looking for the next book Like yep, it's just it's just a spiral downward and then you you're meditating with crystals thinking that you're getting the energy of whatever Protection and man, it just I almost I almost did ayahuasca. It was crazy. Thank glory to God that I didn't but praise God Yeah, got really dark and God drew you in. Yeah, actually. Yeah, it's one year ago today on Easter. So what what yeah, of course, of course, yeah testify Yeah, so I got into witchcraft because when I was younger I struggled with really major depression and self-harm and so my family really brought me into it to try to help me with that stuff and Before, you know it I was praying to Buddha's doing medicine ceremonies And I got a revelation actually recently that we replaced Jesus God the Father with mother earth and believing that the universe has the power and I really you know it's a fight with though with that belief system and Everything so I'm always really grateful that I got out of that you got out of that like so you used to believe that like Like like it was all part of Christianity. I it was like like like the belief is that it's there's like Everything leads the one like how do I say it like everything leads to different name basically But it's all the same thing. Yeah. Yeah, like I've heard that a million times like they'll say that
Oh, yeah, you believe in Jesus. I believe in Enki and Noah and Anunnaki and it's the same thing because you see in Africa They were doing this in it, but it's all deception. Yeah, like whatever works for you Yeah, exactly. Whatever works for you and then but then if you but that type of Theology, it's like okay. So I guess Satanism Makes it so I guess gangbanging I guess all these things that we would judge and say are demonic if that's the if that's the you know, the basis of people's arguments that everything leads to the truth and There's so many things that me and you think are terrible that don't we know don't lead to God So there has to be one way and we know that now that one way is Jesus There's only one way so that's powerful that God brought you out of that and look how like I mean like I was the same as me, you know, I had all these different things and There's always like a new thing, right? It's always like okay this now and this now you're never satisfied Like you always praying to the earth like I did that like yeah on our knees and pray to mother earth and I would Sacrifices. Yeah to mother earth and pray under the moon and praise the moon and I would go to parks and play and pray To trees. Yeah, I'm dead serious and I would I would lay out and meditate and I would just look trees and all like this is so good like not knowing that the trees are telling probably telling me hey what are you doing don't stop get up right and I was always so relieved to like when I got out of that to know that my God has a name like I can just come on one name above every other name come on amen praise God and you guys are married I have a beautiful blessing bro look at that look at that smile man praise God bro praise God I'm happy for you guys and this is gonna help somebody if not many people online right now who are watching who think that they can pray to the earth they can pray to trees they can pray to rocks maybe you think Oh self-help books you know like I just got to depend on getting my own self better the only way that you'll have true life is to actually give up your life surrender your life surrender all your dream everything that you they thought that you had going for you and say Jesus it's you and and then that's when you actually gain life that's when he starts to reveal your real life he gives you life you give up your life you actually gain it if you try to keep your life you actually lose it you don't add Jesus to your life almost like some icing on top of the cake to make what you want better
he's not added to your life your life dies under that water and baptism and you rise a new creation in Christ born again of the womb of the Spirit so anybody watching online them to bring it bringing all this witchcraft to the front if it encourages you you can come here or anywhere else you don't have to even come here if you if you want to come here and testify it's gonna help people amen we don't do it for a clout we do want to go viral and we do want people to click on it because then they'll give up the witchcraft we do it because we want souls to get saved delivered and come out of deception and we want every video to go viral for the glory of God every viral every viral video will bring glory to the Father amen so thank you guys you guys want to here I'll open it for you you guys want to get rid of it come on let's give God some praise as they get rid of it look at that self-realization all the chakra balancing all that stuff man I'll leave that right there man this is amazing huh every service man God is bringing people everyone say thank you Lord Jesus man this is it right here we don't need idols we don't need rocks we don't need any of that to to find truth in life we just need Jesus man get to know him and commune with him everyone say commune man we got cigarettes at the altar vapes at the altar you guys is it giving up witchcraft to her yeah thank you I became a born-again Christian last summer I was baptized and last September okay I grew up in a very strong Bible believing family but after just a lot of family conflict I would hear things about my dad's side of the family and one of the things I remembered my mom saying is well there are a few things my grandmother and her parents were both an Eastern Star yeah my dad was for those I don't know that's free masonry for the woman's side but I didn't know that my dad's dad was a Mason says so my dad's side of the family has the ancestors from the Mayflower you know the just very early back back back early colonial you know English it goes on Scottish right masonry yeah and so I grew up understanding that that was wrong and I knew my dad like understood that as well and they were kicked out of their Baptist Church and all that but well so I was born second I have three sisters
I'm the middle my older sister was you know a year and a half older than me when my mom and dad announced that they were pregnant with me to my aunt and uncle basically now after studying just you know the spiritual warfare of this all I think it was they were basically saying like oh was this planned like you know poor Julie So that's my older sister. But I was telling Amber, when she greeted me, of how I'm here to break my generational curses. Because just like the gentleman who's up here, my dad was addicted to self-help. His dad died when he was 12. Unfortunately, my dad died when I was 25. I'm 34 years old. And I- You want to get free? You want to get free? Those strongholds have not been broken. I was delivered from many things last summer. And I wasn't able to find a good local church. Like you said, you have to be plugged in. You have to be around people who love the Lord and want to preach the gospel and evangelize. And like I said, I grew up in the faith. I grew up in church. But I was corrupted and led astray. It's crazy, because I came up here. And I've been watching your ministry for a long time, street evangelism. I even remember your testimony being shared. But I saw this, the evil eye, the nazar,
which I found out about in Istanbul when I went there. And I started crying. I was right there. But the reason I started crying is because I got a tattoo of it back here. Wow. It cost me almost $30,000. But it's removed now. Wow. My goodness. And what you were talking about, just saying I had to just go to North Carolina. I need to understand and commune with God, what he's meaning to speak through with me. I knew I had to come here for Easter. But my aunt and uncle, my aunt, my dad's sister, sorry this is so long, guys. She lives in West Palm Beach. And so I came for their Good Friday service in Easter morning. So I just got here from a bus. But that's how I learned about just how deep the masonry side was. And they were volunteering all this information to me. I was telling my mom, I know I just have to go there and find out what is going on. And any time I went to a psychic, any time I went to a reiki, spiritual healer, or anything, it was like they couldn't even get information about my mom and her side of the family.
It was only my dad's side of the family. Like, oh, well, I think my mom is covered by the blood of Jesus. I know my dad's family still has those strongholds that are affecting me. And I know that my dad, as I learned about that, I'm here to break that curse in my family. Amen. I'm going to ask you a question real quick, OK? This is so good. So let's say right now I was sick and I had a bunch of diseases in my body. And I'm going one by one to get them healed. Like, one by one, I got to get this healed. I got to get this healed. And I'm going through this whole process of getting healing. You know, like, it's going to take time, right? But what if instead of going through a process to try to get this healed, out of nowhere, I just get a complete new body? That's what I'm praying for every day from God. What the Lord is telling me is that for you, is the enemy is deceiving you to make you feel like you got to put a bunch of work in to get your freedom. And I keep seeing Galatians 3 and the Spirit, and the Lord keeps showing me, he became a curse to break every curse. But listen, real quick, through that revelation, through that revelation is how I got my freedom,
is when I really believed what the Word, like, when the Lord showed me I became a curse to break every curse, not informationally, and we're going to talk about that in a second, but revelation. When it hit me, like, oh my God, like, I'm trying to fight to get to Jesus when I already am here. So these lies are under my feet. Yeah, the enemy, it's his footstool, yeah. And yours now, because you're in Christ. So right now, I need some woman of God to come up here. We're going to pray for her right now. The thing I did bring up that I just wanted to just, is that I had pictures of where I did have the tattoo. I was doing all these kinds of things, and it's gone now. It literally is gone. I have no evidence. And the day that I booked the flight to come here, I saw a girl in CBS wearing the evil eye. I'm like, you want to know something? I used to wear that too. And you know. She's like, oh, well, you know, I grew up Christian, my dad's a preacher or whatever. And I just, I'm in, you know, I got it in a mystical shop. I'm like, try wearing it for or not wearing it for just a day or two. See how you feel. I actually got a tattoo of it removed. And, and, you know, I understand that that's just something I need to break. And I know that I overthink this stuff. Look at me, look at me in my eyes. Look at me in my eyes.
Hey, pass me that mic real quick. I'm praying for you, okay? It's okay. Look at me in my eyes. Look at me in my eyes. It's okay. Look at me in my eyes. Open your eyes. Open your eyes. I want you to say this. Say every curse. Come on. Look at me in my eyes. Don't look away. I know it's the, it's the presence of God. Just look at me though. Because you didn't come here for no reason. You're going to get exactly what you came for. You came to the right place. Okay. So just, I want you to, I want you to say every curse. Say every curse. Let me pray. In the name of Jesus, every unclean spirit be bound in her temple. Every unclean spirit be bound, be bound in the name of Jesus. Say, say every curse, say every curse, say every curse. You got to believe it. Say every curse is broken by the blood of Jesus. Come out of her right now in the name of Jesus. Every unclean spirit come out now, come out now.
Come out of her right now in the name of Jesus. Every unclean spirit come out now, come out now. Every unclean spirit come out now. Every unclean spirit leave, leave. Come out, out of her now. In the name of Jesus. Come out of her all the way, all the way, all the way. I'm going to fire the Holy Ghost. Leave her, leave her now, leave her now. Come out of her. From freemasonry, out of her dad and mom's side, all the way back to Adam and Eve. Jesus broke every curse on the cross. Out of her stomach, out of her head, everything leave. Leave, out in the name of Jesus. There it goes. Out in the name of Jesus, out in the name of Jesus, out in the name of Jesus. There we go. Everything leaves. No more. She's not leaving with any more. Galatians 3 says that Jesus became a curse to break every curse. There it goes. Come out now, come out. Let's go all the way out. Yes, you have no legal right. She's the daughter of the king. You have no legal right. In the name of Jesus, put your hand on her stomach. In the name of Jesus, everything leave, everything leave. Everything out the mouth, out the mouth.
Go, go, go, go. All the way out, all the way out. Every unclean spirit and the strong man, everything has been lying to her, tormenting her. In the name of Jesus, leave, leave, leave, leave, leave, leave. Everything go to the pit, go to the pit. Everything leave, everything left, everything left. In Jesus name, everything that's left, go, go, go. Fear leaves, religion leaves, anxiety leaves, witchcraft leaves. And even the things I didn't mention, every demon has no power over Jesus. Thank you, Lord, for your word that says who the son says free is free indeed. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Everything leave, keep praying for her. Put your hand on her. Come over here, pray. Keep praying for her. She's going to get her freedom. Keep praying for her. She's going through a deliverance process. Keep praying for her. No tongues, pray, pray deliverance, pray deliverance. Stay right here. There we go. Keep getting freedom. She didn't come here for no reason. I'm going to tell you something. People who are deep in witchcraft or deep in that generational stuff, like they go through a process of deliverance. How many people here went through a process of deliverance? You know what's the biggest breakthrough in my deliverance process was knowing that Jesus positionally already defeated the enemy.
The minute I caught that in my spirit, the minute it hit me, it was like this. It was just like this. If the enemy can convince you that Jesus can't free you, you lose. It's a lie. So it's through revelation. And we're going to talk about that tonight, that the resurrection power of God can move in your life. She came all the way over here on a bus and all these things because the Lord brought her here because she's desperate. And I'm going to tell you one second. This is why we expose darkness. It breaks my heart when I see people say, oh, they're doing it for cloud and all that. But I've learned. I've learned. I don't even care. It's for this. It's for people who are desperate that need freedom. Maybe you weren't in witchcraft. Maybe you have no idea what's going on here, but this is why would this woman come here and fake this? Why would this woman be here at this altar screaming and shaking and come up here in faith to get her freedom on our resurrection Sunday to fake it? I don't even know her. This just shows us that there's people out there who are bound that need freedom. And I'm going to say this too. That's a man, my brother and I love. him so much out in Dallas, Pastor Mario, he was never in witchcraft, but I gave him my testimony as a friend and we spoke about it and he, he saw my process. And because of that, he had a burden on him to go reach the people in witchcraft.
So you don't have to be in witchcraft or come out of it to, to help people who are in it, bro. It's, if you're a saved, sanctified, filled with the Holy Ghost saint, if you're filled with the spirit of God, people need freedom, work, I don't care if they're in, I wasn't super deep in Islam. I learned about it. I studied it, but I wasn't super, I still reached the Muslims. I wasn't a Jehovah's witness. I wasn't a Scientology, but I'll go wherever people are in darkness to bring them out with the light of God. And we should all be doing that. So never look, I'm going to say this, don't downplay people's process and what they're going through just because you didn't go through it. I feel that in my spirit just to say this, she can't, like there's that's that, that right there. It just solidifies that we just going to keep doing it. We're going to keep exposing darkness and God's going to keep being glorified. Thank you, Jesus. We love you, Lord. Hey, Kenny, throw out the other stuff and then close it up. Thank you, bro. Are we going to get in the scriptures and she's going to continue to get her freedom. Amen. She didn't come here for no reason, man, I'm going to tell you, and people like that are the most radical, the most on fire saints because they're forgiven to have the revelation of how much they're forgiven of. People wonder why do you do all the things you do, bro? Why are you going to these witchcraft stores? And always because I know what I've been taken out of. It's the revelation of how much I've been forgiven of.
And you have been forgiven of a lot just like me, just because you weren't in witchcraft or Freemason or whatever it was, doesn't mean that you weren't deep in a pit as well. One sin separates you from God, one. It's a revelation of the gospel that gives you the boldness and desire to go reach the lost. It's a revelation of what you've been pulled out of. You get a revelation of the gospel. You don't want to live in compromise. You don't want to live lukewarm. You don't want to live for the world because you know what the world has. If I'm telling you, mark my words, in the next year or two years, she's going to be winning so many souls on fire, not caring, unashamed. That's how it works, bro. Look at the apostle Paul. Look at the apostle Paul. High ranking Pharisee gets one encounter with the Lord and three years as an apostle amongst the apostles who work with Jesus. In three years, never even walked with Jesus when he was walking the earth, but was commissioned by God and was on fire to the point where he rebuked Peter, someone who walked with Jesus for being fake. That's crazy, huh? So we're going to get into, if you want to pull out the scriptures to Luke 24, verse 13. And again, this passage just touched me, man. On my consecration with the Lord, it brought revelation that changed me. Revelation changes. Everyone say, revelation changed me. Say revelation changes me. On this sanctification process, the only way that we can change is through revelation. It's not information. When the Bible says that, that the word of God renews your mind, it's not informationally,
it's revelatory. The word of God has to become revealed to you by the spirit of God. That's why a Muslim can read the whole Bible from front to back and memorize the scriptures and never be changed. It goes to show us that we need revelation. And guess who gives you access to revelation? The Holy Spirit. And the only way that you can have access to revelation is through communion with God. So you can read all you want informationally and memorize verses, but still have no revelation of the very thing you're reading. And again, we see this with the apostle Paul, who knew the Torah front and back, but had no revelation of the Christ until Jesus reveals himself. Everyone say revelation. Reveals himself to him on the way to Damascus. And then he understands, oh my goodness, I've been persecuting the very Messiah that the Torah speaks about. That's amazing to me. So when we came out of the darkness, we realized, oh my goodness, I've been an enemy to the very God who created me. I've been working for the kingdom that goes against the very God that loves me, that the very God that's created me in his image and likeness, I've been going against him for all these years. And when you realize how much you've been forgiven of, you cannot stop talking about Jesus. You can't stop talking about Jesus. Man, we love you. you so much, Lord. So I'm going to read through this passage and I'm going to break it down, okay? Y'all there? Luke chapter 24, verse 13. We're going to have it up on the... Okay, perfect. All right. And behold, on that very day, two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, which was 60 stadia from Jerusalem. So 60 stadia is about seven miles. And this is after the resurrection
of Christ. Jesus already resurrected from the dead, okay? So Jesus, everyone say, is already resurrected. At this point, he already rose from the dead. He already completed the works on the cross. And these two men were talking with each other about all these things which had taken place, speaking about what happened to Jesus. While they were talking and discussing, look at this, Jesus himself approached and began traveling with them. This is the resurrected Christ approaches these two men who are talking about him and starts walking with him for about seven miles. But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. And he said to them, what are these words that you're exchanging with one another as you're walking? And they came to a stop looking sad. One of them named Cloapas answered and said to him, are you possibly the only one living near Jerusalem who does not know about the things that happen here in these days? And he said, Jesus, to them, what sort of things? And they said to him, those about Jesus the Nazarene, who proved to be a prophet mighty indeed, everyone say a prophet who proved to be a prophet, lowercase p mighty indeed. And and in word and the sight of God and all the people and how the chief priests and our rulers handed him over to be sentenced to death and crucified him. But we were hoping that it was he who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happen. But also some woman among us left us bewildered. We bewildered when they were at the tomb early in the morning and did not find his body. They came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that he was alive. And and so some of these of those who are with us went and went to the tomb and found it just exactly as the woman also had said, but him they did not see. And then Jesus said to them, you foolish men and slow of heart to believe that all that the to believe in all that the prophets had spoken, was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to come into his glory? Then, beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, he explained to them the things written, everyone say written, about himself and all the scriptures. So Jesus now has given them the gospel from the Old Testament, from the Torah, all the messianic prophecies that Isaiah spoke about, that Ezekiel spoke about, all the messianic prophecies. He's revealing to them, revealing it to them scripturally because they know this, and he's revealing it to them informationally.
Verse 28, and they approached the village where they were going, and he gave them, and he gave the impression that he was going further. I'm gonna say this again, and they approached the village where they were going, and he gave the impression that he was going farther. So he was giving the impression, even though he knew that they would stop him, that he was going to keep on going, and so they said, and so they strongly urged him, saying, hey, stay with us, for it's getting toward evening, and the day is now nearly over. So he went in to stay with them. Look at this, and it came about when he had reclined at the table with them, that he took the bread and blessed it, and he broke it and began giving it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and then what happened after they realized it was the Messiah, the Christ, he vanished from their sight, and they said to one another, were our hearts not burning within us when he was speaking to us on the road while he was explaining the scriptures to us? And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem and found eleven gathered together, and those who were with them saying, the Lord has really risen and has appeared to Simon. Look at this. They began to relate their experiences on the road and how he was recognized by them at the what? What does it say right there at the what? When was he recognized? At the breaking of bread. Man this thing it just really wrecked me because Before I even got into the scriptures because I've read this passage so many times The Holy Spirit was just downloading Revelation to teach me why he wanted me to teach this on Resurrection Sunday You know Sunday's a day where many people come to church from all over the world People who never go to church decide to get get dressed up, right? No problem to get dressed up. Amen. Come to the house of the Lord looking good And they come and they and they're ready and they're the whole year They've been doing their own thing or though the whole last few months. They've been doing whatever but they come on Resurrection Sunday because we're told on Sunday go to church and And they'll worship and they'll clap and they'll say he's risen and They'll and they'll they'll they'll do all the church stuff But they have no revelation of the very God that they're praising They have no revelation of the very God that they say they know It goes to show you look man like
these men These two men walking on the road to Emmaus They knew about Jesus they even defended Jesus They even defended Jesus They knew about the Old Testament prophets and everything that the prophets spoke about Jesus of Nazareth They knew about the Messiah. They they understood it because even Jesus was giving it to them informationally They understood it. They got it the gospel which is in the Old Testament Was preached through the mouth of Jesus, but they had no revelation of the gospel It goes to show us that in this time period there's many people Who will hear the gospel even memorize it informationally and even sometimes preach it But like I said earlier, there is no way that you can Access revelation where the blinders were are taken off of your eyes to know Jesus There's no way that you can know Jesus unless you commune with him And where does that go all the way back to what's that letter? That's that what's that word that starts with the letter I intimacy Jesus of Nazareth the one who rose from the dead is Walking with these two men who know about him But can't recognize that it's him standing right in front of them and the scriptures say that their eyes to see the revelation of Christ was kept from them and who kept that revelation from them God It goes to show you again that in This last hour and when when did the last hour start guys on the day of Pentecost? Bible says a lot in the last days. He'll pour his spirit out on all flesh, right? The outpouring of the Spirit was on the day of Pentecost. So we've been in the last days for over 2,000 years Nothing new is under the Sun what we're seeing now in this hour is the same as it what was happening over 2,000 years ago We're seeing the persecutions in Africa. We're seeing that we're seeing people getting killed for the gospel We're seeing the same the very false religions perverting the gospel. We're seeing the lukewarmness. It was happening over 2,000 years ago We're seeing the religion. It was happening over 2,000 years ago. Nothing new is under the Sun we're not in like
2026 is not any any any more different than than 2,000 years ago in and 50 AD or 60 AD the same things that are happening. Now. We're happening then to You even see in the scriptures in Revelation chapter 2 in chapter 3 Jesus even gave us the seven different types of churches and over 80 percent of These churches were told to repent and unless they repent their lampstand would be taken from them that lampstand is Jesus It's the presence of God in their church. It's it's the light of God. It's it's God being in there It breaks my heart when I see people saying I've never Encountered the presence and the power of God ever before and so I came to your church and I've been to so many churches It blows my mind because I think in my mind like like how do people? Go to church and not encounter the power and the presence of God How can you even call yourself a church if God's presence and power is not there if someone's presence is not there that means they're not there If I'm around Carlos and he feels my presence, it's because I'm here So if the presence and the power of God is not in the church and wherever God's presence is his power will also be there So if the power and the presence Presence of God is not in a church. It's not a church of God. And it's something that is not popular. People will say, oh, you're mean, bro. And I'm not trying to make our church better than everybody else's. There's many churches where God's power and presence is in there. There are many. But according to the word of God, the majority of church buildings or churches that we see now need to repent. And some of them haven't. And because they haven't,
their lampstand has already been taken from them. And we know this, guys. You can have a huge church and lights. There's nothing wrong with having a big church. There's nothing wrong with lights and painting and nice audio and all these things. It's beautiful, excellence. We should do it for the glory of God. But that doesn't mean that God is there. We all know a tree by its fruit. And again, this is not a popular message because people come to church once a year and they wanna hear something that will tickle their ears, make them feel good, and allow them to stay in their sin the whole rest of the year until the next Easter Sunday comes. It's not popular. Following Christ is not popular. This is not about denomination. This is not about, I was at a barbershop today. My kids were getting a cut. I was getting a cut. I was talking to the barber. He only speaks Spanish. And I was trying to explain to him that we're a non-denominational church, but I didn't know how to say non-denominational in Spanish. So I'm trying to explain it. And as I'm explaining it, I'm letting him know as much as I could, we're not Pentecostal,
we're not Baptist, all these things. And they had to pull out the translator. And he's like, oh, I get it. But I realized there, when you talk about Christianity, it's always tied to, oh, we're just like this or we're just like this. And there's so many different varieties of Christianity. And that's what confuses people. And we've even, Brother Joe, like we've been called a church of Acts, a book of Acts type church, right? Right? But the book of Acts is the very blueprint for how the church is supposed to be. So it doesn't make sense to me. It doesn't make sense why we're just known as the book of Acts, radical church, that you're just, that's just like your denomination. You guys are just radical and we're not, but we're okay over here on this side. No, the entire body of Christ is supposed to be radical. Jesus didn't resurrect from the dead just to give us information. That's what he teaches on that road to Emmaus. He's teaching these two people. He knows he's gonna reveal himself, but he's teaching them that it's not about just knowing everything about God. It's about an intimate relationship where you commune with God.
That's what the breaking of the bread is. When we eat the body of God, it's access to intimacy with Jesus. That what he did on the cross, that him taking on a body and giving himself in as a perfect sacrifice, enduring punishment that none of us could endure. Oh, think about this, right? If Jesus really wasn't the Messiah, who in their right mind would go through the physical beating that he went through and continue to go through it? If I wasn't the Messiah and I was claiming to be the Messiah, the minute they take out that nine tails whip and hit me one time, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Stop, stop, stop. Right? I'm done. That hurt. I'm gushing blood. I need 20 stitches. But he shut his mouth and endured 39 of them and then picked up that cross. And the same very people who screamed, Hosanna, were saying, crucify him. I spoke about it. We just had Holy Week. Every day is something special. It leads to what Jesus did on the cross.
Every day, Sunday, they're screaming Hosanna because he just rose Lazarus from the dead after being dead for four days. And the word spreads all throughout Jerusalem. And now Jesus knows it's time for me to show up, not hidden, not in secret, like he was doing during his three and a half years of ministry in and out. Now he shows up on a donkey. You know why he did it to fulfill Messianic prophecy? He did it to fulfill prophecy. And he comes on the donkey and they're putting the palms down and their robes and their Hosanna because he just rose Lazarus from the dead. So they're thinking, if he just rose somebody from the dead, he's the one that's gonna save us from the Romans. He's gonna take us out of Roman persecution and we're finally gonna be free again. where we can rule ourselves and we're going to come out yes he's the hosanna but then after monday and then tuesday and then wednesday they start thinking like what's going on this guy's cursing a fig tree now he's teaching in the temples and wednesday we know it's five wednesday judas goes and and betrays him for for chump change then thursday comes he's washing the feet of the disciples and now the pharisees have the whole week to start putting these lies in people's ears we're gonna arrest him i can only imagine after wednesday when judas betrayed him the pharisees started spreading that word oh he's gonna save you watch we're gonna arrest him we're looking for him right now we're gonna arrest him and we're gonna show you he's not your savior and they're probably like well he rose somebody from the dead on well let's go see and then thursday night jesus gives himself in
and they're watching and then some of them go to peter you were you were with them too no i wasn't no i wasn't no ah he's not the messiah he's he's not the savior and it was real easy for the pharisees to say hey i told you if he was your savior he would free himself right now and destroy us if he was your savior he would have let us slap him around and mock him and then they say you're right hey crucify him crucify him crucify him and jesus stayed silent the entire time and endorsed suffering for us and then went upon the cross and took the sins of the world and felt the full separation that the most separation that any of us could ever feel he felt he received all the sins of the world to the point where he cried out father father why have you forsaken me he felt the separation that sins the sins of the world brings he endured it and he died and he was buried then you got silent saturday everyone's still i told you he's not the messiah oh you were right forget him let's kill the followers that were with him too and then you got the disciples hiding in the corner what are we gonna do they're gonna kill us too and the entire time everyone's doubting and the disciples are doubting jesus is in hell taking the keys he's in the head freeing the captives in abraham's bosom the spirit of christ well they're doubting him and then on that third day on sunday resurrection sunday by the power of the holy ghost he rises from the dead and he leaves that tomb but he shows us something that even though he's resurrected there are still going to be people who don't know him even though his spirit is poured out on all flesh and he's completed the works on the cross and he's risen from the dead and he's fulfilled the messianic prophecies that all the prophets spoke about there will still be people who know him informationally but don't know him relationally there's still going to be people who defend god who say i'm a christian i believe in jesus but have no relationship with him they don't commune with him they don't know him jesus did not resurrect from the dead so we could just know scriptures without actually knowing who the scriptures are speaking about the only way our mind can renew where we can understand who jesus is by communion this is why we have so many false religions this is why we have mormonism this is why we have jw's we have all these false religions when when you're filled with despair remember when i got saved and i got baptized in the holy ghost i remember being like oh my god like there's so many false religions god there's no way are you serious and going through each one
each one telling my wife's about something new every week like yo this is false look right here the scriptures and they know the scriptures too but they don't have revelation so they can't understand because only god can give you revelation right only god allowed their eyes the blinders their eyes to see through the breaking of the bread through sitting down with jesus not working not walking sitting down with Jesus and communing with him face to face that is when God said here look now it's the Messiah vanishes that's a whole revelation for resurrection Sunday like God didn't resurrect just so we can go to church on Sunday and get all dressed up and just then go back to the world and not know him God didn't die on that cross Jesus Christ of Nazareth Jesus the Nazarene and it's crazy because you read that passage they called him a prophet with a lowercase p they didn't see him as Lord and there's so many people out there that see him as a self-help teacher they see him as someone who can just make their life better or they see him as the one that's going to free him from roaming captivity let's take it even deeper the one who's going to get you a better job the one who's going to get you your wife or husband that you've always wanted do we come to Christ for the things that he can get us out of or give to us or do we come to Christ because of what he did who he is and what he did for us that's the gospel message that I'm trying to teach you something because there's people in here tonight who are going to actually give their life to Christ what were they just singing oh the cross what you've done it was more than enough right it was more than just the cross was more than enough then why do we give up on God the minute we don't get what we want it's because you're moving just like they did Hosanna Hosanna oh you don't save me crucify him Jesus I praise you I didn't get what I prayed for I'm going I'm going back to the world I'm going to this religion I'm going to this practice or I'm going to this idol people give up on God all the time it was a revelation and this is going to happen not just over 2,000 years ago but even today even today
even today you can know all the information about God JWs know that the the the Mormons know that all these you know how many people know the Bible informationally but don't have access to revelation they can't hear the voice of God and it goes to even show you that Jesus who's preaching to them was teaching them allowed them to burn in their hearts but listen they still couldn't see him why it goes to show you that someone who knows God can preach to you while you're burning in your heart but if you don't commune with him you don't have access to revelation either listen if your version of intimacy is listening to people preach and teach only or instagram reels or or when someone else that knows God more than you comes around and teaches you'll burn within your heart but you still won't have access to him it's God teaching us something that he doesn't just want us to hear about him he wants us to sit down and break bread with him this is why I preach intimacy so much because it's the only way you'll be able to endure to the end this is the real version of Christianity and I'm telling you something in this 2006 to 2030 period I really believe that intimacy with God is going to become very popular and that's where we're going to see revival break out I feel it I feel it where denominational barriers are going to break they're going to break but people are going to continue to come out of witchcraft and continue to come out of all these things because they're going to have encounter like on the road to Emmaus with Jesus and they're going to be just lit up on fire what happened right after they had that encounter they went hey hey he really did resurrect for real he did he resurrected before they were I don't know man right like thought he was gonna free us bro how many Christians I thought he was gonna come through here for me you go to church yeah I used to go to church but you know like this thing happened and yeah I don't know about I don't know I don't know so what do you think the biggest attack of the enemy is going to be I've been teaching this all week to my to the flop what was the accu what was the accusation of Job um what was the accusation Satan had against Job transaction of course he worships you you gave him all the things he has guarantee if you take it away he won't serve you anymore did Job stop worshiping God no he kept worshiping God he got caught up in condemnation cursed the day he was born but he didn't stop worshiping God still had to repent but it goes to show you that Satan's gonna accuse you and me of the very same thing Bet you if I take this away, they'll stop serving you
Bet you if they don't get what they've been praying for for the last two years or the very thing that they did pray for That you blessed them with guarantee if I take it away for a little bit. They'll stop serving you Because of transaction Serving God for what you can get instead of serving God for who he is So this resurrection Sunday, this is my heart for all of this It's what the Lord put on my heart when I was in prayer time with him speaking communing breaking bread with with Jesus by his spirit He wants you all to know At this walk in Christ It's supposed to be intimate and without intimacy There's no other way on that narrow road and And tonight people who came that you know Maybe you came because you see me online or you see the church online and you're like man I don't really go to church, but it's resurrection. It's Easter Sunday with it This is a great excuse to come here to come to this place. I've been seeing online. I'll come here Maybe you came here like that, but God drew you here He drew you here because he doesn't want you to just know him through social media or through somebody else He wants to know you intimately. He's so in love with you That he's walking with you right now on that road to in my in my house. He's walking with you And he's revealing himself to you through that Instagram real just like he revealed himself to them through the scriptures He's revealing himself to you through all these little things where you know, man God has shown me all these things but just because he's showing you things doesn't mean you know him He wants a relationship with you for real He wants you to sit down daily weekly all the time and put him first priority and commune with him Not while you're doing things he he didn't reveal himself to them on the road he revealed himself to them when they when they sat down and They broke bread So again, some of you have been lacking intimacy maybe some of you in here haven't prayed to God in that secret place along with him for years and Again, maybe you came on Sunday because it's Easter Sunday and you want to just be in church. Well again
I'm here to let you know that Jesus Christ really is alive. He really like listen to me real quick He's genuinely alive. Do you know what it means? Do you know what it means where he's like? I don't think y'all understand. He's literally alive like he can show up. No, I'm serious If he wanted to he can show up here right now and reveal himself to us like this and it'll freak you out You'll be on the ground Shaking some of you probably dropped dead Too much for your flesh. I'm being serious God can reveal himself to you and just a glimpse Because those men only had a glimpse can change your life. You know, the glimpse is boom. That's it. That's glimpse That's it. And you'll be done. You'll be undone. You'll be gone. You'll be oh my god He's actually alive Like he's not just fantasy guy in heaven who's floating in the clouds Wait, he's actually alive. Oh my god. He's alive That's what makes our God the most powerful because all these other gods They're not alive Listen to me They're in the spirit as spirits Jesus is actually in his glorified body Are you listening to me? He's alive He's in a body that's glorified Well, he can come here right now and show himself He can go to Africa and show himself to to a mother who's weeping Because her family just got killed he can do whatever he wants at any moment To somebody who's in their prayer closet praying and crying on their face He can show up in a glimpse and change their entire life and they'll become the next mighty man of God to the nation Whatever he can do whatever he wants He can mark you in a moment He's alive he's real he's not fictitious he's not fake he's not And you can experience him
Love him so much man, and I want people here to know him. I want people here to encounter him every service That's what revival is where you encounter him That's when dry bones when they come alive is when is when you what you thought that you know a dry bones represents religion It's religion Those religion that that that oh, I'm going to church and I'm doing I'm saying the right things, but I don't know him he wants those things that come alive like in the book of Ezekiel and it only comes alive through the breath of God the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit you have to receive the Holy Spirit You have to be born again and or get filled with the Holy Ghost That's the only way be filled with the Spirit daily pray always like this is like direction in the Word Where if we read it informationally, we'll never do it. You know, I was just talking to Pastor Joel about this, because I was actually talking to my wife about this two weeks ago. We were in the scriptures, and I forgot what book we were in. I think it was Corinthians or Ephesians. I forgot. But we were talking about faith. Isn't it crazy that faith doesn't even come from us? Where's there a light switch at? Ah, there's none up here. Yeah, I gotta step here. Think about this. If there's a light switch right here, and I'm in the dark, that electricity, did I manufacture it? Did I create the electricity? Where does the electricity come from? A power plant. So the power plant is not me. The electricity, I didn't even manufacture it. The only way that light can come into the room is if I do what? Turn it on. When we come to Christ, we didn't manufacture faith, and we're not the one who gives the faith. It's God who's the power plant, and that electricity, that faith comes from God. But we have to make the choice in our hearts to turn the light on and believe. We have to. So I can't conjure up my own faith. I need the Holy Ghost. But I have to make the decision through every single trial I go through, where I don't understand, or I don't want to go through it because it hurts, and I'm suffering, and I'm wondering why God. I have to go to God and say, I don't know what to do, but I believe, and I'm turning on the light, and that's when the Spirit of God stirs me up in communion with Him, and gives me the ability to keep going like nothing's happening. He's the only one, and that's how He manifests His glory. That's how He reveals Himself is through the trials and tribulations, through the suffering. That woman who came up here, came on a bus and all
these things, came up here undignified, looking crazy in front of people. She doesn't even know because she has faith that God gave her. She's been suffering, demonically tormented, not knowing what to do, and just came here in faith, came to the altar, grabbed the mic, not knowing what to do, shaking to get her freedom. And I'll tell you something, God honors faith. He honors faith. He honors it. He honors it. I could have turned her down. I could have said, no, you don't have a witchcraft item. Go sit down. I could have said, oh, no, yeah, yeah, whatever, like I don't, but God honors, not me, God, and through me, He honored her faith, and she got her prayer. It's by the grace of God. So there's people in here tonight, you need to repent. You need to turn back to following the way. You need to go back into that secret place. You need to commune with God. He's calling you like the prodigal father with his arms out. I always say this, the prodigal son, when he came home, the prodigal's father ran to him and kissed him on the neck. He ran to him. The prodigal son walking back like condemned, and the father ran and kissed him and threw a party. So God ain't mad at you. God's not mad at you. He's not with His arms crossed. He's not looking at you like you're nothing. No, He's in love with you, and on resurrection Sunday, especially today, right, He wants you to experience His resurrection power, and that only comes through true turning on belief, turning on that light, and if you believe, you'll repent. If you believe, you'll surrender at this altar. This is the whole purpose of why we do church, guys. Look at me. I'm not here to do church so that we can have people in the attendance and look all good for video. I'm dead serious. No, no, no. I used to be against this a lot. I used to preach against this till God rebuked me. I used to say I hate the church buildings. I hate it. It's all fake. I was religious. I used to be against the buildings, not knowing that it has nothing to do with a building or if it's outside. It's the heart. It's the heart. Whether we're in a building, whether we're downtown Orlando, whether we're in Kissimmee, it doesn't matter where we go. Our heart has to be connected to God, so if you know your heart needs to be connected back to God today, you need to turn on that light switch so He can fill you with His love. I want you to right now stand up and come to this altar. Stand up, and we're going to pray for you. Come up here. Come on. Let's praise the King. Come on. We love you, Jesus. Hallelujah. special day for me too. My six-year-old son's gonna get baptized. Man, that's crazy.
Thank you, Jesus. And two years ago, my wife had a dream about this. I didn't believe it. Crazy, huh? Our resurrection. Look at this, man. This is beautiful. Come on up. Come on up. The Father's here waiting for you. Come on up. This is amazing, bro. Hey, guys. Yeah, that's fine. Hey, Barry, we got a big old open space over here too. Yeah, y'all can come over here too. I can come right over here on this side too. And I promise you, how many of y'all came because it's Easter and you just were like, I want to go to this church because it's Easter? Raise your hand. Be honest. Cool, man. Okay. Not as much as I expected, but what's up, man? How old are you? You're eight? Seven. Let's go, man. Let's go. All you have to do is understand the gospel. I'm going to give you the gospel, okay? Listen and believe it. That's it. At seven years old, I've met people who were filled with the Holy Spirit at seven, six, five, ten, all that. How many people here were filled with the Holy Spirit at a young age? Amen. Trust me, God's not worried about your age. The Bible says it's actually better to get saved in your youth. Man, all these years I could have of serving Satan, all these years of deception, all these years of lies, I could have saved all that time and given it to Jesus. Yeah, He redeems the time, yeah, He redeems the time, but I just think about that sometimes like, man, all right. And is that it? There's nobody else who wants to come up? It's Resurrection Sunday, man. It's a lot of people, man. This is powerful. This is good. This is what God wants. This makes Him happy. Thank you, Father. The Bible says you are saved by grace through faith. And it's faith in the gospel. It's believing the gospel and truly making that heart-felt decision to follow. Did those two men believe the information that was being given to them by Jesus? Yeah. Did they believe that Jesus was a mighty man who walked this earth? Yeah, they believed all that, but they didn't have revelation. The Bible says you must believe in your heart and confess from your mouth, right? Romans 10.9. Believe He's Lord. Confess the Lord Jesus Christ. Believe He rose from the dead. Acts 2.38 talks about repent. Believe the gospel. And this is that gospel message. The gospel means good news. Everyone say good news. Man, I wish it was great news because it's great, great news, good news, amazing news, the best news. Great news, good news, amazing news, the best news.
First, the bad news is that we've all fell short. We've all sinned. And one sin separates you from God forever. One sin produces death. And that death is not just physical. It's spiritual. Because of sin, we have an expiration date on our body. Because of sin, we live in this fallen world. Because of sin, we go through hardships and all these things that God never intended for us. I was just talking to Joelle about this. God never wanted us to suffer, but now even through sufferings, God's able to use that for His glory. But He never wanted, His plan was never for it to be this way. We chose. We chose for it to be this way. Everyone say we chose. Humanity since the garden with Adam and Eve, we chose to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, to know and do things apart from God, the tree of life, Jesus. Jesus always wanted communion, relationship where He leads us, where He's, where He's the bridegroom, we're the bride, He's the husband, we're the wife, He's the leader, we're the follower. But Adam and Eve decided to lead themselves. And when you lead yourself, just like these self-help books, leading yourself ends up in catastrophe. You realize that you can't lead yourself. You'll always end up confused. You'll always end up needing something new. Doesn't matter how successful you are in worldly terms, you'll be more and more empty and it'll all be a facade. It'll, especially now with social media, it'll all be dopamine that you get from a social media post making yourself look like you're happy when deep down inside you are empty. Oh my goodness, it's all fake. The only way you can be fulfilled, the only way is through the supernatural presence. of God entering your temple and giving you a revelation of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to set us free from that sin because one sin separates you from God forever and he knew that and we've sinned so many times. He had to come and enter a body, the Son of God, the only begotten Son, meaning equal to the Father and the Spirit and character and nature and essence, equal to Godhead, one God, three persons, Jesus, the second person of the Godhead, borrowed the womb of Mary, was born into this world and had to go through everything that we've been through. He lowered himself, he stripped his authority, lower than the very angels he created and he lived a perfect life. He had to learn like us, use the restroom like us, eat and drink water like us, sleep like us and the only way
that he could make it for those 33 and a half years was to be connected to the Father by the Spirit. He showed us the pattern, God in a body, showed us the pattern, the way to live so that when he finished his ministry we would have revelation of what to do on this planet while we're here in so glory. We say thank you Jesus. He didn't have to do that. And at 30 years old he was baptized in the Jordan River by John the Baptizer, started his ministry after the wilderness and we know what he did for three and a half years. He preached, repented, the kingdom of heaven is at hand, the kingdom of God is at hand and he let everybody know, finally it's time. And all these people thought well I guess you're gonna free us from Rome like David, like the Old Testament prophets. You're gonna free us from Roman captivity. But that was never the issue. Throughout the entire Old Testament God would constantly free his people and they would go right back to idols. Free his people and they would go right back to idols. Because it wasn't a physical issue, it was a spiritual issue. And finally Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Savior, the Messiah, after three and a half years of ministry, demonstrating. The book of Acts chapter 2 verse 22 talks about it. He was attested by God. He was proven and he was he was demonstrated. God was demonstrated through Jesus Christ. God being real was demonstrated through Jesus Christ through miracles, signs, and wonders. Acts chapter 2 verse 22 talks about. He went and he healed the sick and he casted out devils. Just like we saw right there. And he raised the dead and he did all these great things. And the multitudes followed him and the multitudes left him and they were all there for a quick fix. Heal my daughter. Heal my son. Heal me. Okay I got what I needed. I'm gone. That's why only one leper came back and thanked him. But nine of them left. That shows us that people, majority of people will prostitute God. They'll come to God for what they can get and then leave him again. And finally Jesus gave himself in. This is the whole holy week. He gave himself in to be betrayed. We know the story that the kids just just came up here and beautifully demonstrated and and he died. He died a gruesome death in Golgotha and he was buried and he rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. He overcame
sin, death, and the grave. So now our sins, this is the good news, that were accounted to us, that required justice. Just like if we if we go and get a speeding ticket or we we hurt somebody or we or we commit a crazy unlawful act. We have to go before a judge and there's a sentence or a fine. There's something, there's a consequence that comes with our with our with our actions that are legally wrong. And the realm of the Spirit, God set it up the same way. One sin. One. If you've ever lied, if you've ever cheated, if you've ever stolen, had covetous, covetedness or envy or jealousy in your heart, that one sin is complete separation from God for eternity. One. And we've all sinned so many times. That's why the good news is that Jesus Christ, the Christ meaning not his last name, the anointed one, the Christ, came to earth to go through what he went through so that we could have access back into relationship with the Father through his blood. The blood that he shed when he was carrying that cross, when he was being whipped, when he was sweating blood. That blood is a perfect blood. And he did not deserve to go through that death because he never sinned. We deserve that punishment. We deserve all that that he went through. That's actually what we were supposed to take. But Jesus went through it so that we wouldn't have to go through it. And his blood wipes all our sins away when we believe that he's our Lord, when we believe he rose from the dead. And not only that, because he could have just stopped right there. He rose from the dead so that we could have resurrection power over sin, over the world, over compromise. And that resurrection power, the only way to have life that comes from that resurrection power is through communion. So God made it simple. I've always just wanted you. It's a love story. I've always just wanted to be with you. He did all that to go down to one thing. I love you and I want to be with you. That's communion. He just wants to be with you. We don't seek God and commune with him so that we don't, so that I'm just, I'm just here in the secret place so I don't go to hell. I'm here in the secret place so all these bad things will happen to me. No, that's transactional. We seek God because we want to get to know him. That's why the Bible says, John 17, 3, this is eternal life that you would know him. This is eternal heaven. It says this is eternal life, meaning this is the, I'm gonna rephrase it, this is the purpose of life. Not just for now, but even from when we're
in heaven in glory, it will still be this eternal that you would know him. So even in this lifetime, we're going to get to know him to the best of our, the most we can. But when we get to heaven, we're still going to be getting to know Jesus. We're still going to be learning about the infinite God who created the heavens and the earth. And what's going to be so great about it is we're not going to have to deal with sin. No more looking in a mirror to see Jesus. We're going to see him face to face. No more having to deal with all these things we deal with now. There's this flesh and all these things. We're going to be in glory, in heaven with God and the new Jerusalem and the new earth and the new heavens, all these things will happen. And we're actually going to go back to the very thing he wanted since the beginning in the garden. So we got to go through this whole life. So go right back to the garden. Oh, Jesus. So if you, again, if you believe he's your Lord, meaning you believe he's God, he's the highest power, Jesus. Not just saying out of your mouth, I believe he's Lord, but understanding what Lord means. Lord means that he is the highest. He's the Lord of Lords. Like the scriptures say, he's the alpha and the omega. He's the beginning and the end. He is God. He is literally the highest power. There's no one higher than him. You believe that Jesus is Lord and you believe he rose from the dead. The only way you can believe that is if you believe he died on the cross and you repent. You make the free will decision to turn on that light. You flip that switch and you say, I believe and I'm following. Boom. You make that decision. That electricity that came from that power plant will light up your whole life. And you'll never be in the dark again. This is the gospel. God wants to be with you. So if this is what you want for real in your heart, now that you understand it fully, and you want to make that decision tonight to give your life to Jesus on resurrection Sunday, 2026. I want you to raise your hands and close your eyes. You're raising your hands in victory. And I want you to say, and everybody online do the same thing. If you're giving your life to Jesus, you can put a one in the chat. And I want you to just raise your hands, close your eyes, focus your heart on Jesus and say, Jesus, I believe you're the highest power. You are God. You are Lord. You died on that cross. You were buried and rose from the dead on the third day by the power of the Holy spirit. Say, Jesus, I repent of following sin,
following the world, following myself. And I turn to you, keep your eyes closed, put your hands down. Now I want you to put your right hand on your heart and I want you to say, Jesus, I want to love you more than life itself. Give me a desire to commune with you for the rest of my life. I want to know you. I want to experience you. I want to be with you. Okay, stay right there, prayer warriors, get ready. I'm just gonna pray this prayer, and I believe some of you are gonna get touched right now, filled with the Holy Spirit. So Father, I pray right now in the name of Jesus. Prayer warriors, you can start laying hands. I pray right now in the name of Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, that you would fill every vessel in this place right now. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Fill them with your love and power, Lord. Deliver them on this Resurrection Sunday. Only you, Jesus. Only you, Jesus. Fill them, Lord. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Fill them with your peace. Thank you, Holy Spirit, that where you are at, every chain breaks. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there's freedom, there's liberty. Where you're at, Holy Ghost, every chain breaks by the ruach of God. Every chain break. Every demon leave, every demon of condemnation that tries to make people feel like they're not worthy,
I break that power in the name of Jesus. Holy Spirit, give them a fresh wind, a fresh fire. Lord, I pray that they would have revelation of sonship, revelation of their identity in you. And we just bless Your holy name And we just take time to remember How you gave your life for us On this resurrection Sunday, not only did you come to life you rose out from the grave But you also brought us with you And we thank you my God That you resurrected us You've resurrected us back to life We were once dead, but now we're alive in Christ Jesus We Say thank you Jesus, and we love you in Jesus mighty name. Amen Hallelujah, hallelujah. Thank you Jesus So what we're gonna do family is Now we're gonna transition into communion and we're gonna take communion as a family. Hallelujah And so What we're gonna do is we're gonna have Everybody go up if you're still standing like anybody who's at the altar cannot just please have you go back to your seat this moment Anybody who's still at the altar So We're gonna have communion being passed out I'm gonna pass it out You already have it passed out So What we're gonna do instead of passing out exact one second real quick one second. Hold on What we're gonna do instead is we're gonna have people come up So I just want everybody right now to just listen to me and then we're gonna invite everybody up by sections. Okay So before we partake in Holy Communion I Just want everybody right now to just stand and join me because I need your undivided attention, please stand and join me If you already have a bread and cup that's fine And before we partake in communion, I just want everybody right now to take a brief moment just to examine your heart Because communion is holy
And I don't want anybody to take communion in an unworthy fashion so we're gonna take time and we're gonna take a brief moment of silence So that whatever you have in your heart Whatever, you know between you and the Holy Spirit you can lay it down at his feet And I strongly suggest if you in this building or even watching online If you feel in this moment that you do not want to part ways With anything in your heart that you know, the Holy Spirit is nudging you to let go. I Kindly ask you to refrain from partaking in communion So, can we just have a brief moment of silence You In Jesus name Amen hallelujah, so Communion as you guys know it's very near and dear to my heart and The bread represents the body of Christ that was broken for us You see in the scriptures When we went against God we became unrecognizable It's what the scripture teaches us. It shows us that we were Unrecognizable in the sight of God we lost that image in that likeness so Christ came and The Bible says he was beaten so bad. He was disfigured. He was marred more than any of the sons of man to ever walk the earth. His body was brutally beaten beyond being recognizable. And what happened? The moment he became unrecognizable, sin was able to finally enter into his body. You see him becoming unrecognizable, it symbolizes how we looked in the spirit when we walked away from God. And so the moment he became unrecognizable, that's when sin entered his body because man could not recognize Jesus as the Messiah. But I tell you, sin and death recognize Jesus as the Messiah. And the moment he lost, he decided to lose that image and to give us his likeness,
to give us his image and to take on ours. The Bible says that they couldn't even tell if he was a male or female, they couldn't even recognize him. That's how bad he was beaten. And in that moment, finally sin was able to enter into his body. He took on the sins of the world. He took it inside of himself to destroy it once and for all. That's what the body represents, him breaking his body in pieces so that we can have life and life abundantly. The blood, we are now washed because of the blood of Jesus. This is the blood of the new covenant. Take of this cup and drink. You see, when Jesus was on that cross, he said, I thirst. He was thirsty. Why did he say I thirst? When Moses struck the rock twice, right? Water flowed through, but you ever noticed something? Moses' staff, Moses' rod always represented what? Judgment. So when God told Moses to speak to the rock, but instead he hit the rock, God was already prophesying that his wrath would be poured out on his own son. And even in the midst of Moses' disobedience, he used it because he knew that he was going to pour out his wrath on his only begotten son for us. So when Jesus was on that cross and he said, I thirst, it was because from the son of man burst forth living water. From the son of man burst forth living water to feed and to cleanse the entire world from Jesus. He cleansed us through his sacrifice. So as we partake in communion, I want us to truly meditate on that. I want us to truly have our hearts fixed on what Jesus Christ did for us. And to know that not only did he die, but he rose, he's resurrected and he's alive. He rose and we now have life because of his sacrifice. So with every eyes closed and every hands raised, King Jesus, we remember what you did on this beautiful, beautiful resurrection Sunday. And as we partake in communion, you said, do this in remembrance of you and what you did. So we remember right now we meditate, Lord, on the fact that because of your sacrifice, now we too have risen from the grave. Death no longer has a hold over us. Rejection no longer has a hold over us. And the lies of the enemy is destroyed in the name of Jesus. Because of your sacrifice, we are no longer slaves to sins, but now we are slaves to righteousness. We have no obligation to serve sin, but now we are obligated to serve you, the master of the universe. So we say, thank you, master. Thank you, King. Thank you, lover of my soul. And thank you, my best friend. We love you, Jesus. And amen, amen, and amen. Hallelujah. So what I'm going to have is the first section here,
right here. First row, we're going to have all the first row. We're going to come, we're going to go by rows, by rows, by rows. You're going to come, you're going to grab the bread and the wine. And I want you to just take communion amongst each other. I want you to take communion amongst each other. As a family, and then we're gonna close our service, amen? All right, so I can have, can I have the first row come up? First row come up, come on. Everybody along this first row. Just come up. Yep. From this way. Everybody on this side as well too. You're sitting on the first row, where the second row come up, you can now begin. So we're gonna have two sides going. This whole section now, come up. Come up, next section, next row come up, let's go. Just keep coming up. Thank you. Nah, I'm not gonna take it right now. Good. Whenever you get your cup and bread, I want you to just find a friend, a family member, whoever you're with, and you guys can go ahead and take communion together amongst ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪
