[♪ Music ♪ Greetings to you who are listening to me through this tablet. It is the miracle of technology. And through these messages, to be able to encourage you and guide you to know how to walk in the world you live in, which is different from ours. Inside, you are constantly in contact with all the signs, symbols, all the realities and consequences of power. However, we are talking here about how to live a life from grace. And this matter of contrasting power with grace is not something of mine, nor is it something new. Just as the prophet Zechariah, in chapter 4, verse 6, helped the human being to see these two realities as worlds that contradict each other. And, well, let me explain. The prophet Zechariah said, "...not with strength or with an army, but with the Spirit of God," says Jehovah of the Armies. You and I have lived in a world that is formed, formatted by power, by force. Here, power and force only leave two types of realities. You will always have strength and you will use it against others to be able to climb. Or you have less strength than the other and suffer the consequences of that strength on you. So, in society, what we produce as human beings are victims and victims. And we are continuously rotating in that reality. When we are the ones who are the mere, then you have to listen to me and you have to do what I say. If I am not the mere, then you have to listen and you have to do what the other says. And this happens in many ways. If we transfer it to the bosom of our family, which is the first society in which we live and learn how to relate, then we will see men who do not know how to use power. They really transmit it or use it, as they learned from their parents or uncles or grandparents, or sometimes from older brothers. The point is that if I have authority, if I am the head of the house, then, being the mere, in this world of power, I have privileges.
The question is, how am I going to use it? Am I going to use it as I learned it, as I saw it, as they used it with me? So, when I was little, maybe I was the victim, but now, in front of my house, I am the victim. So, you have to listen to me, it's my turn. Obviously, when the years pass, I will be a grandfather and my children will use it with me, or the younger ones will use it with me. This mechanic never changes. We learn at home and we say goodbye to it at home. So, society has to do something to be able to resolve this continuous power struggle between human beings. Well, when you use power excessively over others, institutions have been created so that those excesses of power are paid for, and you are removed from society. They try to train you on how you learn to moderate yourself in the use of that power, and if the time they give you to learn it is over, you learned it, then you return to society again, and this chain is repeated and repeated. So, wherever you are, a good way to invest your time is to learn how to get out of your mind, how not to adapt or re-adapt to using that power, and how to renew your mind with learning a new way of life, where power is not the way that defines me or the place where it places me, but it is the grace of God. The prophet says, not with force or army, but with the Spirit of God. When we talk about the Spirit of God, well, let's quickly go a little bit to the fruits it gives. Through the fruits we will know things. We know the Spirit through His fruits, and the fruit of the Spirit is love. Listen to this. Love, pleasure, peace, patience, kindness, benevolence, faith, meekness, and self-domination. Do you realize a society formed by these things? Do you realize that our family relationships, the man of the house,
even when he has been given power, it is not the power he uses over others, but he begins to use the fruits of the Spirit to generate relationships where there is no imbalance, but, as Jesus taught us, the great one lowers the little one. That is one of the consequences and one of the powerful teachings that Jesus came to give us, that he did not have to cling to being equal to God, but having all the power in the world, he decided to live among those who did not have it. And going down, going down, going down, going down, he was able to become, first, a child. That's how he entered this world, like you and like me. And he became a teenager, and he also became a son, he became a brother of another. For being so, he also became a peasant. He put himself in the position of being persecuted by power, because power persecuted him. He also became a corpse. He wanted to become a corpse. He wanted to let all the power of this world hit him in such a way that it tore his life away. Having power, he did not use it against the powerful of this world, but he became a corpse. And he became a corpse, and after being a corpse, he reached the most infinite, to the final result of human power, he resurrected, giving us an understanding that although power may seem to be winning, grace only waits for it to exhaust all its resources to then rise among the dead and show that no power can with the power of the grace of God. So, it is very difficult to understand this. Today I am a pastor, but I have taken years not only to study it, but also to understand it. But also to see the difference in my attitudes, that I want to control, that I want to gain an advantage, that I want to take advantage of, that I want to be recognized, that I want to draw the attention of others. And on the other hand, the fact that although I have benefits, I am with the one who does not have them. If I have degrees and recognition, not to take them into account, nor to ask others to take it into account to be like them. Being a child when I am among children, being noble when I am among women,
being a friend when I am among men. Constantly, that is, being sensitive when I am with the sick, being close when I am close to someone who is dying. Constantly practicing what power does not practice. Power is always attached to the position it has. But grace always moves, it will always reach the other, it always reaches where the other is, it always equals the other. So, I know that you are in an institution created by power, to control power, and so that you cannot exercise power over anyone. But it is a good time for then, if you cannot use it and you are manipulated by it, stop using it. It is a good time, all these years that you have left there, how to unlearn about power and start to be interested, then, in how grace works, what is the Spirit that gives that grace, how Jesus Christ illustrated it and invited it, invited people to look at it, to see it as an example, so that they really reconsider a lifestyle that, even if it has started in power, ends up being like grace. This is my advice, take advantage of the time you have, look for a way to differentiate a whole life that is based on grace. nourished and totally permeated by the power to detach yourself from that story and start living a life in freedom. A life where you don't have to move from victim to victim, victim to victim, depending on the circumstances in which you live. Learn to get out of that story, to get out of that vicious cycle and start living from grace, where you can make yourself free, just like anyone else, share with all human beings in this world and not worry about saving power to always have an advantage over others. Deny your advantages. Don't cling to the things that this world offers you. Get rid of them. Get rid of them and walk with Christ, the one who did not cling to anything else but his Father. And that is a relationship between Father and Son, a relationship of grace, of which we can learn, of which I have learned and I encourage you to learn too. A hug. God bless you and I hope you pay attention to these words because, like me, it can change your life. See you.
