Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), (Galatians 3:13 NKJV)

“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:” (Deuteronomy 28:1-2 NKJV)

“But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:”

(Deuteronomy 28:15 NKJV)

Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. (Genesis 12:1-4 NKJV)

Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold. (Genesis 13:2 NKJV)

Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. And he blessed him and said: “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; And blessed be God Most High, Who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” And he gave him a tithe of all. (Genesis 14:18-20 NKJV)

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. (Galatians 3:8-9 NKJV)

Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually. (Hebrews 7:3 NKJV)

So He said to him, “Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, a three-year-old female goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” Then he brought all these to Him and cut them in two, down the middle, and placed each piece opposite the other; but he did not cut the birds in two. And when the vultures came down on the carcasses, Abram drove them away. Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, horror and great darkness fell upon him. Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions. Now as for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried at a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.” And it came to pass, when the sun went down and it was dark, that behold, there appeared a smoking oven and a burning torch that passed between those pieces. That the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brethren, I speak in the manner of men: Though it is only a man’s covenant, yet if it is confirmed, no one annuls or adds to it. Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Christ. And this I say, that the law, which was four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by God in Christ, that it should make the promise of no effect. For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer of promise; but God gave it to Abraham by promise. What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:14-19 NKJV)

Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” (Genesis 12:1-3 NKJV)

What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh? For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, (Romans 4:1-5 NKJV)

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. (Romans 12:3 KJV)

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. (Hebrews 11:8-10 NKJV)

You can’t have an inheritance without a testament.

And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1 NKJV)

Faith is a substance, evidence. The evidence of the things that was unseen.

And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who had never walked. This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and walked. (Acts 14:8-10 NKJV)

When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”

(Luke 5:20 NKJV)

For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” (Romans 8:24-25 NKJV)

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:23-26 KJV)

And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:29 KJV)

Today on power in the word that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ He's that they might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith the covenant the unilateral blessing that was placed upon our life was cut with God and Jesus himself and you and I are just exemplify and receive the blessings of it We don't have to do anything to get it All we got to do that believe that Jesus is Lord and the King of King and Lord and we step into that blessing It's not about me doing right or acting right or looking right or giving God. It's about me knowing who I am Welcome to power in the word for many believers. It's sometimes hard to receive the promises of God So today dr. Narsh shows us in the Word of God that we as believers are Recipients of God's wonderful promises with no conditions attached. It's an informative Encouraging and powerful message so you stay with us And so we're going to talk tonight about the promises of God look at somebody and say the promises of God are for me So let's go to Galatians chapter 3 verse 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law It does not say he's redeemed us from sin Having become a curse for us what he's written Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree now how many people in the world have not hung on a tree? Everybody has Galatians 2 and 20 that you were crucified with Christ We were all crucified with Christ, right? You were on him when he got on the tree exactly, right? But think about it just a minute Christ has redeemed us bought us delivered us set us free from the curse of the law Now the Bible says in Romans 18 to that you that the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and from the law of what? So how many of you know that you're past the law of sin and the law of death because of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, but this is Christ has redeemed us from the curse that was on the law now How many of you know how the curse was it was on the law? Now think about it meant before you answer how many of you know what the curse was it was on the law Because this has been taught for so many years and I do not believe it's correct So I'm going to help you understand it a little bit better than that

Me right But the Holy Spirit's been speaking to my heart. That's not correct And you said well pastor. Why do you why you said that's not correct? Well, let's go down to verse 15 of Deuteronomy 28 And it shall come to pass if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God to observe carefully all his commandments and His statutes which I command you today that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you But the Bible said that he's redeemed us in the curse of law now how you can go back and get the curse If you've been redeemed from the curse of the law, it's impossible. So this cannot be talking about Abraham's blessings This is talking if you read the first 13 chapters the first 27 chapters of Deuteronomy is talking about Moses And the curses come from Moses the law came from Moses what he redeemed us from was the curse of the law Now stay with me just a minute because I want to make this so plain tonight that when you walk out of here You can't miss it. Okay So don't don't read Deuteronomy 28 1 through 14 anymore say they were for me if I do this Because that's not what he that's not the promises that he gave Abraham That was the promises that he gave the Israelite people That was the promises he put on Moses that would happen if Moses obeyed the voice of the Lord But you and I are not get blessings because we do obey the voice of the Lord We get it because we're under grace and because Jesus redeems from the curse of the law and all the blessings of the Gentiles are On us because the blessing of Abraham's on us, right? Okay, let's go to let's go to let's go to Genesis chapter 12 verse 1 through 4 Now the Lord had said to Abram get out of your country from your family and from your father's house to a land that I'll show You verse 22 and I'll make you great

So then why won't the bless the curses on his life? Because that's not the covenant he was under He was under a covenant that he didn't cut Because there's difference in cutting a covenant and being made a covenant now watch verse 3 I'll bless those who bless you and I'll curse those who curse you and in you all the families of the earth shall be what? Blast now look at verse 4 and Abraham departed as the Lord had spoken to him and lot went with him and Abraham was 75 years old when he departed from Herod so we see all God said is I want you to do is I want you to leave here now watch this a Covenant I looked up a covenant is an agreement between two people sealed with an oath of blood God's blessings are free because they're unconditional now watch this a Blessing a Unconditional that is that is what is called a promise so now watch this again a Covenant is cut between two people and it's cut with blood Both parties have to do the same part of the covenant for the covenant exists between Jonathan and David remember the story It was a covenant cut and because of that David went back and got Jonathan brought him out a load of bar and it gave Him blessings and looked down for the rest of his life, but he didn't do that with Abraham here Because here's the difference a covenant is between two people But if you I want to go I want you to go to I want you to go with me to Genesis 13 and 2 Abram was very rich in livestock and in silver and in gold So he'd be really rich today with gold fifty two hundred dollars an ounce and silver at about ninety dollars an ounce Now go to Genesis 14 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine

He was the priest of the God of the Most High and he may have you know most highs Elion So we understand that Melchizedek was a priest. He had no genealogy They didn't know who he was all they knew that he was in the likeness of the Son of God So everybody believes symbolically, that's Jesus right under the Old Covenant correct Y'all with me. Let's go to verse 19 and He blessed him and he said blessed be the Abraham of God Most High possessor of heaven and Now who's the possessor of heaven and earth? Blessed be blessed and he blessed him and he said blessed be Abraham of God Most High possessor of heaven and earth now look at verse 20 and Blessed be God Most High who has delivered your enemies into your hand and have given him a tithe of all so we see here that Melchizedek met Abraham and Jesus met Abraham So the gospel was preached to Jesus Ahead of time to Abraham ahead of time because he met Jesus right and the Bible said he had just come back from war and he gave tithe of All to who to Melchizedek now how many of you know that bread and wine always represents communion But it also represents the the fellowship and the relationship which also means communion with God Which is where we get our word konami a from which is fellowship or relationship? So we understand that Abraham had a relationship with Jesus prior to Jesus ever come into earth So I want you to see this thing now because I want you to know exactly everything when you leave here tonight go to Galatians chapter 3 verse 8 and The scripture foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith now. There's neither Jew nor Greek So Abraham at one time was a Gentile because he he didn't worship the God of creation

He had other gods But what's this foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith preach the gospel to Abraham beforehand? Saying in you all the nation shall be blessed. What was the promise? He made him in Galatian in Genesis chapter 12 verse 3 He said all of you, you know, you all the nation of the earth to be blessed How many of us are in Abraham? Why because he's in because Christ was his genealogy. It came out of Abraham So the curses could not be for Abraham God why would Jesus come out of the gym of the loins of Abraham and preach and deliver from the curse if Abraham had the curse On his life. be declared the son of god now watch this, but if you go back to john chapter three you'll find out that abe adam was called the son of god from the beginning the world now is full of son of gods because of the resurrection so he's talking about be made like the son of god, now the word made is a transitional word that also means the same thing as accepted you and I have been made accepted in the beloved we were chosen in christ before the foundation of the world but wait a minute when did christ come into existence see before jesus took on flesh there was no time in him but before time existed he already existed and then he stepped into time for such a time as this that you and i are here for such a time as this and because of that we were the sons of god before we ever got here so this preaches continually because all the levitical priests came out of the levitical tribe but jesus said i'm going to change the priesthood so i'm going to change the law in hebrews so he came out of the tribe of judah so he's a priest forever more that's why he called us kings and priests and we will reign forever on the earth revelation one and six, revelation five and ten, you and i are kings and priests after the order of melchizedek which shall remain forever bible said in hebrews chapter ten verse fourteen with one offering he has forever perfected those that are sanctified in christ jesus my lord help us help us my lord help us, watch this i want you to go with me to galatians three

yet if it is confirmed no one annuls or adds to this covenant now watch verse sixteen, now to abraham and his seed were the now you can exchange that word for blessings if you'd like the blessings made, made, made, made, why? because they made the covenant and didn't cut the covenant the covenant was still through the sacrifices of the blood of the animals but the sacrifice of christ was going to redeem and fulfill the promise that he made to abraham that's why the blood of jesus was so powerful after the resurrection, the blood went all the way back to the beginning and got at him look at this he does not say and the seeds as for many but as one to your seed who is christ look at seventeen and this i say that the law which was four hundred thirty years later so how many of you know the law was after he cut the covenant with his son jesus for abraham that's why the gospel was preached to abraham beforehand cannot annul the covenant that was confirmed before by god in christ that it should make the blessing of no effect. Man, what else you got to hear? Cannot another covenant that was confirmed before God in Christ that it should make the promise of no effect. Now watch this. Watch verse 18. For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no longer a promise or blessing, but God gave it to Abraham by promise. So that blessing was waiting for Abraham to receive it all along for Christ to get here, and all Abraham had to do was believe God, and it was accounted unto him

his righteousness. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5.21, Him who knew no sin became sin, that you and I might become the righteousness of God. Somebody look at somebody and say, I'm just as righteous as God is. Hallelujah! Man was some kind of something. 19. What purpose then does the law serve? God and Jesus cut a covenant together, and the fulfillment started in Abraham, and it was fulfilled in Christ, and it was made a covenant between them two, that Jesus was going to come to earth and die for the sins of the world, and deliver everybody. That's all Abraham had to do, that believe in God, and it was accounted to him his righteousness. And it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator. Let's go back to Genesis. Now maybe some of it will make a little sense. Now the Lord said to Abraham, get out of this country, boy, and from your family, and from your family's father's house, to a land that I'm going to show you. Verse two. And I'll make you a great nation. I'll bless you, and I'll make your name great, and you shall be a blessing. You shall be a what? A blessing. How many of you know that Hebrew word for blessing there is a promise? I've given you a promise, Abraham, that nobody can stop, buddy. Nobody can stop what I've placed on your life, Abraham. It doesn't matter when he got him a Hagar and got him an Ishmael. It doesn't matter. God blessed the Ishmael, too. But if you notice something, when Abraham took Isaac up on the mount, my Lord, Jesus, when he took him up on the mount, and he said, we're going to sacrifice the son.

He told him, he said, we're going to leave you down here. Us two are going to go up there and we're going to worship a little bit. But he gets up there and his son said, where's the sacrifice? God said, he's going to apply himself a sacrifice. He told Abraham, he said, he's going to supply himself a sacrifice. And he looked over in the thicket, and what did he see? A ram caught up in the thicket by the horns. Oh, my goodness, he said, it's a ram. Think about it a minute, guys. You and I are perfect examples of what Christ said. John said, behold, the Lamb of God that's going to take away the sin of the world. Under the old covenant, they searched the lamb, they didn't search the person. They searched Jesus and found he was absolutely some kind of something. And because of that today, nobody is searching me and you. We're absolutely clean without spot, without wrinkle, without blemish. And we're, the Bible says in Solomon chapter 4, verse 8, that we're without a spot, a wrinkle, or a blemish. He said, you shall be a blessing, brother. You're going to be a blessing, Abraham. I got you. That's why Abraham, when him and Lot took off on that little journey. Now I understand why Saber went with him. She knew he, she understood what was going on here. And so he said, he said, Lot, you pick, picture which one you want, Lot. Lot said, I want that one over there that's pretty green, that's prospering. Abraham said, you can stick me in the backside of nowhere. I got a blessing on me, man. I got a promise on me. You can put me in the woods without a suit of clothes. I'm going to get some. Why? Because there's a blessing on me. Why? Because God put a blessing that nobody can stop. Because the covenant was not based on Abraham's perfection. It was based on the perfection of Jesus Christ, King of kings and Lord of lords.

And now you and I are the blessing of that same reciprocals, of that same covenant. That was establishing that one seed called Christ. And now we live and move and have our being in him. Lord, you should be happier than you are, I think. Look at verse 3. I'll bless those who bless you. In other words, look what he said, guys. He said, Abraham, I'll bless those that bless you, brother. But those that don't bless you, I got them too. Why? Because they fall back under the law. What did he tell the prophets? Remember the prophet Baal? He was going to curse all the tribes. He got up on top of a mountain. He saw the form of a cross. Because the tribes lined up like a cross. And he got on top of the mountain. He was going to curse them. And blessings just poured out of his mouth. See, God will bless you with the devil. Hallelujah, somebody. You're afraid of the devil. And he can't put nothing on you because the blessings of God's on you. They're following you around. You're wearing them. That's why the Bible said the blessing of the Lord will make a man rich, not add any sorrow in his life. Come on, guys. We're blessed. God, Jesus, I'm trying not to be so happy. Let's go to Romans chapter 4. But the Word of God's good now. He's good to us. Romans 4. What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh? Verse 2. For if Abraham was declared righteous by works, he was something to boast about, but not before God.

Verse 3. But what does the scripture say? What did you say? Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him for... It was accounted to him for righteousness. Look at verse 4. Some of you need to stop trying to pay God back. You don't owe him nothing. He'd done it way before you got here. Go to Romans 12 and 3. Now I'm going to show you some stuff right here near the end. We're near the end. We're near the end, maybe. For I say through the grace given unto me to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think. Now everybody, but think soberly. Now he's not talking about, he's talking about not being double-minded. Not wondering when you're going through something why you're going through it. It's temporary. It ain't going to last. It ain't going to last. It ain't going to last. Think about it a minute. It ain't going to last. It's temporary. See, if you're trying to figure it out, according as God hath dealt to every man. Now watch this. All the other translations says a measure of faith. But the King James, I believe, has got this right. It's the measure of faith. And the word measure in the actual Greek is the word gift. So in other words, every man has the gift of faith. Mark 11, 22, have God kind of faith. Now, whosoever shall say unto this mountain. You're not a whosoever if you don't say.

To this mountain, be thou removed, and be cast into the sea, and shall not doubt it, but shall believe those things that he saith, those things he saith he will have. Right? And then verse next, verse this, whatsoever you desire when you pray, believe it, and you shall have it. Right? God tells you all the time what to do. You got to say it. You got to say it. You got to say it. Now watch this. Everybody's been given the measure of faith. Turn to somebody and say, I'm full of faith. Now, let's go to Hebrews 11, verse 8. By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out of the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out not knowing where he was going. Now think about that a minute. You don't even leave home if you don't know where you're going. But look at verse 9. By faith, he dwelt in the land of promise. As a foreign country dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob the heirs with him of the same promise. Now, I've went and done the study here. You got to get this. You got to get this. You got to get this. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were not in the tent at the same time. You got to read this. By faith, he dwelt in the land of the promise as in a foreign country dwelling in tents with Isaac, Jacob the heirs with him of the same promise. Now he's giving us some revelation here. Isaac and Jacob were inside him. That's why the Bible says in the book of Hebrews that when you pay tithes or you give, your children are given also because they're inside of you. Oh, you ain't hearing me. That's why you were in Christ before the foundation of the world. That you were chosen in him before the foundation of the world. So the Bible said that here's Abraham and he's in the land of promise. He's in his spot. And as in a foreign country dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob and heirs with him of the same promise.

In other words, what was on the inside of Abraham, we had the same promise that Abraham heard. Now listen to me. I'm going somewhere. You got to stay with me. That's why when Mary went to see Elizabeth. Oh, come on now. Mary went to see Elizabeth and John the Baptist hadn't moved in Elizabeth. So the translators believe that the baby was dead inside of Elizabeth. But as soon as Mary spoke to Elizabeth, John the Baptist jumped inside of Elizabeth. And the Bible said that he leaped inside of it. See, you got to understand something. Until you're in your place, what's inside of you ain't going to jump. And until you're hearing what you need to hear, you don't become a part of what's inside of anybody else. All of us are pregnant with a revelation, but everybody can't speak to our revelation. You got to stay with me just a minute. Let's go to verse, let's go to verse 9, verse 10. For he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and whose maker is God. He was waiting for the city. Turn to somebody and say, he's waiting. You can't have an inheritance without a testament. For there to be a New Testament, the testator's got to die. So Jesus died for the New Testament, but. come back and was the executor of the testament that he died for. So he was going to execute the testament back in mine and your life and make sure what he promised in his word will come to pass. So without an inheritance you can't have a testament. So God promised us a promise which is the actual Hebrew word and also the Latin word that means blessing. It's not plural, it's singular.

Plural means many, singular means abundance. In other words, there's no limitation. In other words, the actual, what does the Bible say? The Bible says the enemy of his family has got to return sevenfold. Sevenfold is perpetual return. In other words, it never stops coming. Look at 29. I'm through after this. And if you be Christ then you're Abraham's seed and heirs according to the blessing. The inheritance you have because of the new testament, you're an heir according to the blessings of God. What did he promise Abraham? Genesis 12. Genesis 12, 1, 2, and 3. You'd be blessed. Everything around you would be blessed. Your children would be blessed. And Abraham believed God and it was accounted unto him as righteousness. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Look at somebody say, if you be Christ then you're Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise. My God. My Lord Jesus. Somebody ought to run or something. Whew, Jesus. I'm telling you, man, the promises of God are yeah and amen, right? First Corinthians 1.20. Blessings of God are, promises of God are yeah and amen. What's the promises? The blessing. Everything's yours.

You've got to see it. Stop with this hoping mess. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. But a merry heart's like medicine to the soul, man. You need to start seeing yourself. See yourself well. See yourself proud. See yourself being blessed. See yourself having a brother. See yourself whole. See yourself blessed. See yourself happy. See yourself joy. See joy in your life. Joy of the Lord is your strength, the Bible says. See yourself goodness. See yourself walking in blessings. Speak of your life every day the goodness of the Lord. Follow your life. Listen, the problems you've got, they're small things. Your obstacles will go away if you'll get bigger on the inside and your problem is outside. 90% of what you worry about, you can't fix. And the Bible says, cast all your cares upon the Lord for he cares for you, right? Think about it a minute. The promises of God, they're yours. Now what you going to do with them? Nobody can do it for you. You got to talk to them. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for your goodness and your mercy. I thank you for revelation, knowledge, and the Word of God that is truth and alive. And Father, I thank you for revelation. And according to Scripture, Father, I pray that you enlighten us with that revelation knowledge of what's on the inside of us. In Jesus' name, and everybody said, Amen.
