Typical org chart stuff is if you get the top job, you go to the top of the org chart, you climb the ladder. Congratulations. Biblical leadership is an upside down org chart. You're signing up to be on the bottom in the servant of all. And so the one who came from on high lowers himself, takes off his outer garments, gets a towel, wraps it around his waist, and gets down on his knees, takes the lowest of lowest positions, and washes his disciples feet. Because this is what it means to be a leader in my kingdom. You are the last. You are the least. And you are the lowest.
