A city founded by King Herod, Caesarea Philippi is north of the Sea of Galilee. Paul set sail from Caesarea and was imprisoned for two years there too. But before that, Caesarea is where God used a Roman Centurion to expand the gospel and make available the Holy Spirit to all people.
