We should grow in is not giving super long replies For real like just like let's get it going like I know you guys want to express yourself and that's good But less words just more straight to the point so we can keep going. Amen. I Love it that we express ourselves, but let's I want to get through teachings. Are y'all ready? Was that mean? Oh, that wasn't me. Okay. Did y'all feel that too? Okay, I hope I'm not the only one I just want to make sure I thank you Jesus I've been praying for more compassion Hallelujah. All right So we're gonna go back to Luke 15 11 Actually, it's verse 12 and the younger of them said to his father father Give me the portion of goods that falls to me. So he divided them to his livelihood So the younger son's first sin wasn't the partying it was wanting the father's stuff more than the father How many of us in here have been transactional and have been that younger son, come on, that's everybody if you're not raising your hand You're probably lying or you're just not listening to me Listen, amen. I'm gonna call some people to do some jumping jacks all right, watch the orphan spirit being born in real time the younger son looks at his father and sees a resource not a Relationship we've all done that where we look at ABBA as the resource guy the resource God the one who's gonna give us what we need for us to live our lives here on earth When it has nothing to do with our own lives has everything to do with him That is a cultivation, is it something we have to constantly fast for?

I feel like to say this, fast for, some of you haven't fasted longer than one day, and God is calling you to fast, amen? Fasting humbles you, it brings you to a place of revelation and humility where you're like, wow, I have been off in this area, and thank you, Lord, for bringing me back where I need to be. So when he says, give me my portion in Luke 15, 12, in that culture, during that time period, asking for your inheritance while your father was still alive was like saying, I wish you were dead, I just want what's yours. Some people don't want God to be Lord, but they want him to be savior and resourcer. They don't want him to be Lord over their life. Just like they wanted Jesus to save them from Roman captivity, but they didn't want him as Lord. They didn't want to follow his ways, they just wanted him for what he could give them, the miracles, the healing, the deliverance, but we have to see Abba as more than just what he can give us. Is he a provider? Yes, but what are we praying for when it comes to provision? I want y'all to be honest. Three quick hands, not a long paragraph, what are you looking for right now? What are you asking Jehovah Jireh

to provide for you in your life right now? Go ahead, Neil, quickly. Direct your path, powerful, amen. Anybody else? More experience with God, powerful. And wisdom, okay, great things. Go ahead, Melissa. A husband, you're married, from the comeback from Mexico, amen, sorry. Yes, amen, that's good. Anybody else? I know I said three, go ahead, Leo. Experiences, love, amen, go ahead. Dying more to yourself. These are all great things. Do we see this in modern Christianity? Not really. Do we see this in even ourselves sometimes? Not really, I mean, my prayer list, sometimes I have to revamp it because it's all about me, what I need. And I realize as I'm praying, okay, Holy Spirit, you're not on this right now. I feel like I'm praying in the flesh, what's going on? Okay, it's probably because I'm talking about me too much. Yes, God provides, but what are we praying for when it comes to him providing for us, right? I think when we're less self-focused and we're more him-focused on his desires and his mind and his will,

the things that we thought we had to pray for, we don't have to even pray for, they just start getting answered. Again, it's a cultivation. You never just catch it. You have to constantly just remind yourself in fasting, in praying, all these things that you're asking too much. That's the orphan mentality, which none of us in here are orphans, amen. Raise your hand if you're an orphan. Raise your hand if you have the orphan spirit. Thank you. Why are you raising your hand, Jacob? Why'd you have, I'll tell you this. If you know you have the orphan spirit, why haven't you casted it out? I've noticed real deliverance happens when people don't know they need it and it comes to a revelation and then they get that prayer in that moment or whatever it is. But if God doesn't want you walking around thinking you're bound by a devil, most of the time that's just the enemy lying to you to try to get you to believe in his word instead of God's word. What does God want us meditating on? Who the son sets free is free indeed when it comes to deliverance.

And then if God brings something to the surface and we realize it, what does he want us to do? Believe that he wants to set us free right there and then and that's it. He doesn't want us thinking you have a demon, now you need to wait two weeks for so-and-so to pray for you. That's not even the character or the nature of God at all. That's not even his character. What kind of father would want his son or daughter to be bound by a devil waiting for so-and-so to pray for them? Does that make sense? Again, a lot of times, it's the enemy lying to you. And I say this for people on SOR. Here, some people are waiting to come to the rock. Maybe you live in a different city, state, or country and you're thinking, man, if I come to the rock and someone lays hands on me, then I'll finally get my deliverance. When you have the same Holy Spirit that I have and you can pray right now and get delivered yourself, it's called self-deliverance. Everyone say, I am a child of God. I am a child of God. And who the son sets free is free indeed. And who the son sets free is free indeed. Is deliverance real? Yes. But I think sometimes we over-spiritualize it.

That's why Jesus, you see even Jesus rebuking them when they were over-spiritualizing it. Y'all know when that happened? What did they say? What was happening with the 70? What was going on when they were talking to Jesus? So let's. What was going on, like, emotionally? Super excited and freaking out. Remember the first time you cast out a devil, if you have? Don't you feel like, oh my God, I have power. You always had it, but now you're seeing it manifest because of faith. And that's how they were moving, they were thinking, oh my God, we have power. And Jesus had to correct them. Don't rejoice because the demon submits your name, or the name of Jesus, but rejoice because what? Your name is written in the book of life. So what should we be focused on and rejoicing on? What does it mean that your name's written in the book of life? That you're saved and you're a son, you got it, you made it. You made it, you're good. So does God want us meditating on us needing more and more in deliverance? If God brings it to the surface because you're operating in a characteristic or attribute of a demonic spirit that maybe you can't see, but then it comes to the surface, what do you do?

Repent, renounce it, get your freedom, and then who the Son sets free is free indeed. But if you don't wanna repent and you wanna keep whatever it is, let's say it's lust or pornography or whatever it is, and you wanna keep doing it, well then you can bet that you're probably dealing with some type of oppression, and until you repent and really want to be freed, you'll keep dealing with that oppression. Does God want you to have that? When people are dealing with oppression, it's because they don't wanna repent. It's not even that hard, it's just truly in your heart hating it and being like, I'm done. But some people wanna repent 50 or 60%, but not 100. That's why godly sorrow leads to repentance. Yes, his love leads to repentance, but godly sorrow, who's supposed to have the godly sorrow? Who's good? So his goodness leads to what? But then it says godly sorrow leads to repentance, so who's supposed to have the godly sorrow? Godly sorrow, his goodness, perfect match, freedom, change. When we realize, oh my God, I hate this God, you hate this, I don't want this, you don't want this, I'm sorry, Lord, I thank you, and then his goodness comes in like a mighty Russian wind and frees you. It's that connection in your heart with God's will and your will, you catching it and being like, man, I don't want this, you don't want this,

thank you, Lord, and you'll get your freedom if you need freedom, if it's a stronghold breaking, if it's a spirit loosing from you, whatever it is, it doesn't even matter what it is. You don't even need to know the intricacies, just know that you're freed and you've repented and focus on the great commission, knowing that you're saved and that other people need to get saved, amen? That's not hyper, what is it, over-spiritualized. Any type of spiritual thing in Christ. Is this walking Christ supernaturally? Yes, very, but let's not focus too much on giftings or those type of things that God doesn't want us to focus on. It's like praying for healing and someone gets healed. Does God want us focused on that for the next two weeks, freaking out about healing? He wants us to focus on him, the healer. Like prophecy, you get a word of knowledge. Is it powerful, is it exciting? Yes, but then does he want us focusing on that for the next month? He wants us focusing on him, the one who gives us the ability to prophesy. That the gifts and all these things should point you to Jesus to where you want him more, where you want him more. Think about it, it's kind of what we're talking about. People wanting the resources

rather than the one who gives the resources, right? Wanting the gifts or wanting the things God can give you except and not wanting him. That's an orphan mentality. Does that make sense? Let's focus on Jesus for real. Like in your heart, do you really have a desire and a yearning and like an excitement to wanna get to know him more? Who knows Jesus 100%, okay? Do you think that there's a lot of things you don't know about God's character, nature and who he is? All of us, right? Yeah, so we should have a desire for his righteousness. Are you positionally righteous? Washed by the blood? Okay, then why does the Bible say to hunger and thirst for righteousness? Are we hungering and thirsting for righteousness to be saved? We're hungering and thirsting for righteousness because we know we're already saved and now we wanna become like him. Now I'm like, man, I want to understand his righteousness which is immeasurable, infinite, can't understand it. But I know that I can grow in understanding as he reveals. So let me hunger and thirst for righteousness to be like Jesus. Let me seek his kingdom and all his righteousness. Let me focus on Jesus and who he is so I can become him.

And like Matthew 6, 33 says, everything else will be added. What does the Bible say about those who hunger and thirst for righteousness? What does it mean to be filled? Like, let's break it down in layman terms. What does it mean to be filled? Satisfied, what does that mean, satisfied? What is that feeling of satisfaction? Let's describe it. In the back, what is that feeling of satisfaction? Somebody in the back. Huh? What does it mean to not be satisfied? You're thirsting for what? Like, think about what, let's talk about it spiritually. So if you hunger and thirst for righteousness, you'll be filled, you'll be satisfied. So what does it feel to not be satisfied or filled? Let's break it like simple words. Turn, let's, go ahead. Like, let's just, okay, how many people have felt that? Unsatisfied, what do you feel? Discontent, what do I feel? I feel like I need something to make me feel good. So then what do you do? Some of you will probably go to food. Let's be honest. Come on, have you ever felt that in your bed or when you get home or driving in the car, all of a sudden a wave of something hits you

and then you start going back to your old ways? You start getting those thoughts, right? Food, oh, this would taste so good and make me feel better. Let's be honest. Y'all know gluttony is a really, it's a serious sin. It's not like it's like something we just laugh about. Like, for real, like, it's not cool to just like, let me pull over to McDonald's at nine o'clock at night or in the drive-thru because I'm just, I wanna feel good, you're not even hungry. And you're killing your body and you know it's terrible and then you're just doing it to do it. Come on, let's be real. That's just like watching porn. Some of y'all are like, no, it's not as food. It's, bro, it's gluttony. You have to stop that and take it serious for real, even if you're skinny. Some of y'all think, well, I'm skinny though. Like, it's spiritually what you're doing is you're making McDonald's or Chick-fil-A or Checkers or whatever it is, an idol. That's your new presence. Now your secret place is McDonald's because you ain't telling nobody you went. Right? So think about it. So satisfaction, what do you run to when you feel hungry and thirsty? Do you run to another woman?

A relationship? A man, a relationship? Pornography? Alcohol? The Bible says not to be drunk. I could have a few drinks. Come on, let's be honest. So being satisfied is when the presence of God fills you in such a way where none of that, none of those things even matter. You're not even thinking those things. The devil can't even shoot you with those things because you're filled. You ever been in the presence of God and you get out the presence of God and you feel like a million dollars? You could be tired. You could be hungry. You could be going through whatever you're going through and you still are satisfied. Does that make sense now? Satisfaction should primarily come from who? From God. Now, let's say, for example, you go to a restaurant and do eat a nice meal. Is it okay to be satisfied as you cut through some steak? Yeah. But onto the glory of? You should be so filled that as you eat that steak, you think about him.

I'm serious. As you're eating that steak, you're like, ooh, this is so good. You ever had that? Like, you eat some food so good, you're like, I love you so much, God. That steak ain't your idol. He's number one. Does that make sense? So you can eat good. But I know for sure God don't want you to go to McDonald's. He wants you eating healthy, man, like onto the glory of God. He wants you not drinking wine, but he wants you drinking of the Spirit. Have you ever been so thirsty from working out, you drink water and it feels so good? And you'd be like, thank you, Jesus, for this water. You get a great workout, you're like, thank you, Jesus, that was a great workout. Because you're putting him first, he's with you, you're walking with him. What are some things that satisfy you where you thank God for it? Playing basketball. Win a game? Thank you, Jesus, I won that game. Go ahead, Leo, what'd you say, video games? Drawing? Because you're doing it onto the glory of God,

and as you draw, you're like, wow, God, that's so powerful. It's what I just did, but you graced me to do it. It's a communion, go ahead, Drew. Washing the dishes for your wife. You're doing it, you're like, God, thank you, Lord, you gave me the opportunity to love my wife, amen. Come on. Worshiping outside at night. God has given you breath to even worship, because people are dying every day. That's powerful, go ahead. Bro, when I get eight hours, I wake up. I say, God, thank you. Wow, like I love you, God. And I know it's God's. He'll give me a good sleep, like when you wake up and you feel like you could do everything. What else? Yeah. Yeah, she said using the bathroom. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I do that all the time. She's saying because there's people that can't use the bathroom medically the same way we can. Bro, I think about that all the time. I look at my hands and feet, I'm like, dang. I start like low-key like having to pray because I'm like, I don't want to feel guilty

because there's people that don't have feet and hands. And I'm like, God, thank you. I'm just, and I started feeling the fear of the Lord. At any second, I can get into any type of deal where I don't have feet and hands anymore. And I'm like, God, like, unless it's your will, but please, I don't want that. And I start crying and I say, thank you, God, that I have feet and hands and I'm alive. You ever got to that point of reverence for God? A few more, come on. Just go, just say it. I can't hear you. Work, having a job because people don't even have jobs. They don't have, they can't even make money. Getting home in a car or however it is. You get home or you're just like, man, I have a place to actually live. I'm not homeless. Like my mind is right to be, yeah. Your bed, I love my bed. I thank God every time I lay in my bed. I say, God, all I need is this bed. I'm bedding some, like, just to survive. Like, I just need my bed, Lord, I like good sleep. Hot shower, you got the, you see what I'm saying? Right, you're smelling all day. You got a bunch of sweat and you take a hot shower, some good soap, shampoo, clean your face, get out. You feel like a million, you're like, man, I feel so good.

And you start giving God praise. So we can do things unto the glory of God. And it's okay to feel satisfied by other things, but he should be your primary satisfaction. When you are going through something where the devil's trying to make you feel dissatisfactory, you need to go to him because he's your satisfaction. Amen. And the son was not satisfied with the father. He was trying to get the satisfaction from the things the father could give him. So an orphan would rather be a slave he can control than a son he has to trust. Look at this, Luke 15, 18. I will arise and go to my father and will say to him, make me like one of your hired servants, right? So on the way home after he squanders everything, everything, he wasted everything, he still had an orphan mindset, a transactional mindset where he thought, okay, I'm coming home. I'll just be a servant or a slave because he didn't know that he was a son. How many people have messed up and you fell and you come back to Christ thinking that you gotta start working your way back to righteousness or working your way back to being good with God? Come on, that's an orphan mentality. God is not mad at you. He's not pissed off. His wrath is not on you.

The fullness of God's wrath was placed on the? Jesus on the cross. So then I don't have to worry about God coming down with wrath. Then why do things happen when I'm in compromise because you're reaping what you've sown? But even through that sowing process, God's heart is broken and he doesn't want you to reap it. So even as you're sowing bad seed, God is still trying to get you to uproot it through repentance. Isn't that amazing? The entire time, Jesus is right there, like come on, trying to give you signs so that you don't have to reap a harvest of what the devil wants you to reap. So we have to see God the right way. Like God, you're not mad at me. You just want me to repent. So I don't reap what I've sown. But if we look at God like he's a distant, mean father, you know what it's gonna cause you to do? To do the wrong things. You ever seen a son who has a father who's always beating them or abusing them? It makes them wanna do worse things. So whenever I see a Christian who's in compromise knowing that they're wrong but continuing to do it, they don't see the father rightly. They see him wrongly.

They're like the bad son who thinks they're getting beat by their father when the whole time it's them getting beat up by the devil because they're reaping what they've sown. And then those people usually are going through patterns of the same things for years. Why does that happen? Because they don't see him rightly. But if they saw God as a good father who loves them, then they wouldn't do those things because they know how much he loves them and how much he doesn't want them to do it either. And even if they do do it, he's gonna be right there walking them through that process trying to get them out of it. He leaves the 99 for the one, right? Does Jesus leave the 99 for the one? But does it mean we go and we rebel like the one? Why would you if you know how much he loves you? It doesn't make sense. Why would you want to rebel against someone who loves you? Someone who's still gonna chase you down. Someone who's still gonna fight for you. Someone who's still gonna have his hand on your life. I've seen Christians in compromise for years. They leave the faith, leave the faith, and God still has his hand on them and protects them through a process and brings them back home. And it could have been way worse

than what happened to them. I've seen it, bro. I've seen the mercy of God. He's so merciful. You have to see God like that, man. Everyone say he's good. Good. So the younger son, he was trying to earn his keep as a worker, then receive his place as a son because a servant knows the terms. A servant can earn it. A servant never has to take risk of being loved. That's the orphan's counterfeit safety. If I can earn it, I can't lose it, and I never have to be vulnerable enough to be just loved. But the father interrupts the speech. He never even lets the boy finish the hired servant part, the robe, the ring, the sandals. Every marking of a son, not a servant, go on before he can negotiate himself down. That's a beautiful, beautiful thing, and that's how the father does it with us. We come back home after being in compromise. Robe, ring on our fingers, sandals, everything we need, clean you up, kiss you, throw a party. He's not mad at you. He's not holding onto it like it's a grudge. The next day, he's not trying to remind you about it. Who's trying to remind you about it?

If you've truly repented in your heart, you have nothing to worry about. You can look at it, you can look at God and say, I am washed by the blood, I am refreshed. Thank you, Lord, and continue to move on. But do you think Satan will try to remind you? Yes. So what should you do? Let's talk about that. What does a son or daughter do? When they've fallen, they've repented, and the devil tries to remind them. Go ahead. Speak truth. Let's be more detailed. What truth? Give her the microphone. What would you do right now if you fell and the devil came at you, stand up, stand up. I want you to actually do it right now. If the devil came at you right now with lies and you repented, what would you start saying? That I'm a daughter, I'm chosen, I'm loved by the Lord. You're a daughter and you're chosen, but what is the devil trying to attack you with? Guilt. Condemnation. So how do you fight guilt and condemnation? There's specific ammo for those attacks. Telling him about the cross and what he did for me.

What about the cross? That he died for me and that his blood washes me clean. Blood, the blood. The blood fights guilt and condemnation. You remind the devil of how he was defeated. So when the devil tries to come and make your fall seem so serious, you remind him of how Jesus defeated that seriousness. And you say, your blood wipes me, like Jesus, your blood wipes me clean. You defeated this on the cross. You knew I was gonna do this over 2,000 years ago. Thank you, I'm forgiven, Lord. You're not even mad. Now that atmosphere is dismantled, it falls. Does that make sense? When we speak truth and identity, we have to be specific against the attack. Y'all know what a counterattack is? When someone attacks and you counterattack, you have to counterattack rightly. Yes, you're chosen, you're a daughter, but let's go deeper. What is he trying to attack you with? Thank you. Somebody else. If right now the devil is trying to condemn you, how are you gonna tackle him? Just go quickly. I learned this verse recently and I love it.

These two verses, Romans 8, 33 and 8, 34. Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died and furthermore has also risen who is even seated at the right hand of God who also makes intercession for us. And I see Jason nodding his head because I heard him say this the other day. Who shall make a charge against God's elect? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? And I like to say, who shall bring a charge against me? It is God who justifies. Amen. Oh, no, I was just about to say like what Melissa said, like the entire word of God, it's like it's written as if our name was written on it. So like I replaced like the words, if he says like Israel, I'd be like Jason. Like I say my name like in that place because like it's my promise too. That's good, bro. Yes. So what he's talking about, it's good. He's talking about the Old Testament because you see God speaking to Israel, right? When he brought them back from captivity or like when he would free them and all these things. But we have to see that, okay, Israel, like that's God's chosen people, right?

Now we're his chosen people. So we can declare that character of God, that nature, that truth of God over our lives now. So the whole Bible is ammo, bro. It's the sword of the spirit. Does that make sense? It becomes so. We're alive and active when we have faith in it. Everyone say, I have faith. I have faith. Who in here has crazy faith? Amen, me too. I love it. What are you having crazy faith for right now in your life that God showed you? Since you got crazy faith, what are you having crazy, go ahead. You're having, so you're having crazy faith to have more love? You already have it. Say, I have crazy faith knowing that I have love. Knowing that I already have a crazy amount of love. Amen, that's faith. Because faith is the substance of things hoped for, it's the evidence of things unseen. Go ahead. Amen, the same way. It's gonna all come together. It's just like, you just know it, right? How many of y'all just know it,

like that we're gonna have a building soon? How many of y'all just know it like God is moving, and like you just know it, every service that God's gonna move, right? You just know it. You know that you know that you know. Deep, there's a witness inside of you, right? Like I preached on something, there's a witness where you're just like, I just know. That unity of faith is how things happen. The physical reality only can come if the spiritual unity in a house is birthed, is in the hearts of the people. I mean, look at the Tower of Babel. They had a lot of, they had a lot of spiritual unity for the demonic. They had a lot of faith. But then that's why God had to come bring that thing down. All right, how many of you keep offering God a hired servant version of yourself, trying to earn a place he's already given you as a child of God? How many people in here have been doing that, trying to earn their way? Stand up if that's you. SOR, put your hands up, your digital hands. Okay, if you've been trying to earn your way, so then say this, Jesus, I'm not an orphan. I don't have to earn anything. I receive everything because of what you earned. Say you earned it by your works.

Your work saves me, not my works. I am saved by grace, through faith, not by works. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen, be refreshed in Jesus' name by the truth. You felt the warmth of God come over you, the love, the electricity of God, the spirit of God, the breath of God, the anointing of God, the energy of God, the energia in the Greek. Energia, I don't know how to pronounce it in Greek, but it's literally, yeah. All right, Luke 15, 28, but he was angry and would not go in. Lo, these many years I have been serving you, I have never transgressed your commandment at any time, and yet you never gave me a young goat. This is the older brother. So you can be the one who never left and still carry the heart of an orphan. So you could be the person who's never backslidden, never backslidden, but still carry an orphan mentality. That's the religious crowd. There's two orphans in this story, and the second one never left home. So listen to the elder brother's language. These many years I have been serving you. And that word in the Greek is for serving is the word duoleio, and it means I've been slaving for you. So he's standing in his father's house, an heir to everything, describing himself as a slave.

He kept every rule and never once knew the father's heart. He thought love was wages. He was owed for behavior. And that's the church orphan. Faithful, moral, serving, and quietly bitter because deep down he believes the father owes him and has been holding out. He was as fatherless in the house as his brothers was in the pig pen. Come on, I feel like this is another one for some people in here. You might look at other people and be like, I've been doing more in God's house. I deserve more. I've been serving faithfully for this many months or years. Why hasn't God, why haven't I been in this position or that position? How many people have been attacked with that? Come on. They got married and they've been courting for a few months. I've been waiting for a husband for years, God. What's going on? Almost making it seem like I've worked to earn this and they already have it and they didn't work for nothing. It's an attack. Come on, we've all been attacked with that, right? I've been attacked with things like that. I mean, it's the devil, but that's an orphan mentality. We can't look at it like that. Orphans compare and compete.

Orphans will look at others and say, I can do better and I'm gonna earn this and you can't. And God loves to confound the wisdom of people who think like that. I've seen it a lot. We can't earn anything. You know what pleases the Father? Faith. In what? In what? In Him. His promises. So then how do we receive anything from God? The Bible says if you don't have faith and you're double-minded, you can't receive anything from God, right? So then we receive things from God simply by faith. So you're thinking that you can earn your way into a marriage when the person who's been saved for three months only just had faith that God wants them to be married. I'm not saying that's every person. Don't take it and be like, Dane, I don't have faith. I'm not saying that's every person. There's a process and a timeline for everybody. God is sovereign. He knows best. But do we question that? Do we just trust? We trust and we believe and we have faith and we say yes.

Does that make sense? Go ahead, bro. Mature faith. Yeah. I think mature faith is trusting God's character and trusting his essence and his nature in every situation, even when you're feeling like things might not go that way, but you still just continue to move because faith is a what? An action. Faith is not perfectly having the feeling of, I know this is gonna happen all the time. Faith is moving even when you don't feel that. Does that make sense? Faith is action. It's belief in action. I know someone has faith like Abraham. When they go up that mountain to sacrifice their son Isaac, I believe he was freaking out. I don't believe he was like smiling. Like, oh, I can't wait to go do this. I believe he was like trembling, sad. What's gonna happen? I love you, God. I'm just gonna do it. I've been waiting all my life for my son and now you want me to kill my son. Want me to kill my son. That is intense, bro. I've been waiting for a son.

Fell into compromise because I was waiting for a child. Had to literally, my wife got rid of my son because, Hagar, because of the compromise and now my son comes, the promise, and now you want me to kill my son. Not just tell him to leave, but kill him. And he got moved. I know for a fact, emotionally, he was not smiling. But he kept going. Jesus, was he emotionally smiling in the garden before he went to the cross? He got so emotional that he literally said, if you could take this cup from me. So is faith feeling good all the time? It's movement, even when you don't feel good. So mature faith is continuing to trust in who God is, no matter what you feel, no matter what comes, just continuing to move and just believing enough to keep going. Because when you don't have faith, you don't move. It's simple. When you don't have faith, you're not gonna move. So whenever someone says, I believe, but they're not moving, I know they don't have faith. Does that make sense? Go ahead, Neil. I'm not looking to contradict what you're saying, but also Psalm 46.10, it's also you bring it to him, you trust him for the results, and you be still and know that he's God.

And just, I've brought this situation, I've brought this circumstance to you, Lord. I'm not gonna strive in it, I'm gonna be still and know that you are God, and it's in your hands. Is that release from your heart to be still and let go? It's hard to do. Because you could have faith and still be like being tormented in your mind. It keeps you, that'll keep you in peace when you get to that point. But you have to internalize that scripture. But he wants us to let it go and trust in him. Like a dad, it's hard, but it's not easy. The casting down sometimes will be like a lot, like it'll be 10, 20 times a day. Have you ever been through seasons of warfare where he's constantly casting down thoughts? You're at war. And you ever been through seasons where you just don't have, you're just like on cloud nine, where everything's like, yeah, and then all of a sudden, boom, boom, boom. Time to fight. That's warfare. Make sense? Was someone raising their hand? Sorry, go ahead, Chanel. The what faith? Oh, the Hebrew, yes, yes. The three Hebrew words, yeah.

Nature of God type of thing. Sorry. Even if it doesn't go how you think it's gonna go. Exactly, because when we're stuck, that's so good, you know, because when we have faith and expectations, what can happen? Then we feel like God failed us. Exactly, so we don't have faith in faith, we have faith in God. So like, oh yeah, man, I've seen that, man. Like, because if we have faith and expectation, and the name of God showed me, we've all done it. When we look at what's happening, this is what God's gonna do. And God loves to do what we are not thinking. Because his word says that. He's gonna do more than we can think or imagine. So I believe it's okay. Maybe God, you're gonna do it like this, like that. But ultimately, Lord, I'm thinking all these things, but you're gonna blow my mind. I love you, thank you, Abba. Release it. Release it and go to the gym and work out. Release it and go read the Bible. Release it and go get some food and chill out. Release it and come to church, let it go. And then when the attack comes back, release it again. Just keep releasing that thing.

And just walking in purity and just walking in... Identity. In peace. We have to have peace, man. I've seen the devil, me moving in faith in seasons, but being tormented through the whole season. And God still moves. But then I realized, bro, like I could have had more peace if I just would have trusted, if I would have just casted, that's the word, casted these cares to you. It's crazy, man. Look at this, Luke 15, 31. And he said to him, son, you are always with me. And all that I have is yours. So the father's answer to both orphans is the same. Everything is already yours. So the father goes out to both sons. He runs to the younger, comes out and pleads with the older and to the elder orphan, he says the very thing that would have helped him years ago if he'd believed it. Son, and that word in the Greek is tekon. And it means child spoken with tenderness. You are always with me and all that I have is yours. So the elder brother had been living like a hired hand right next to him. You are always with me, he never received. I don't wanna work for God like that. I don't wanna be working for God like a slave when he said I got you, you are always with me and I'll never leave you or forsake you

and I've given you everything to be mine. And I wanna live with that peace in my heart so that the things I do for God is not coming from a place of slavery. How many people in here have been moving like a slave? Be honest. Who's been moving like a slave? Repent, just be like, I'm not a slave. Right now, just be like, I'm not a slave. Say, God, I got everything. I say, full inheritance, full love. Say, I'm good, that's it. You just won the battle. You know, sometimes it's that simple. You don't gotta quote a scripture. Teaching three, how the orphan thinks. Okay, so you don't behave your way out of the orphan spirit. Again, you cannot behave your way out of the orphan spirit. You get your mind renewed out of it. You heard what I said? So you can't work your way out of the orphan spirit. You actually have to renew your mind. Renew your mind. Renew your mind. We can't work. It's just a simple mind renewal. It's the truth. Romans 12 2 and do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. So two people can stand at the same altar, sing the same song, serve in the same ministry, and one is a son and one is an orphan, and you'd never tell that the difference from the outside. The difference is invisible. It lives in the thought life. The orphan thinks, if I don't make it happen, no one will. If I rest, I'll fall behind. If I fail, I'm out. The son thinks, my father has me. My place wasn't earned, so it can't be lost. Same actions, opposite operating system. And Paul tells us exactly how the orphan gets freed. Not by trying harder, but by renewing the mind. The word for transformed, again we know this is the word metamorpho. It's the same word used when Christ was transfigured on the mountain of transfiguration. A change of form that starts on the inside and it works its way out. This is why you can cast out an orphan spirit and they can drift right back if the mind never gets renewed. The demon left, but the orphan way of thinking stayed in the house. So, how do we renew our mind? I want to hear it in layman terms. I don't want to hear like, I want you to explain to me how I can renew my mind if I'm a one-day saved Christian. By reading God's Word. Just reading it? Reading on it and meditating on it as well. What is meditation? I'd say just like thinking about about it, pondering on it. Pondering on it. Yeah.

That's good. Sitting there and like, letting it hit, right? Yeah. Letting it saturate your mind. That's good, bro. That's good. It's really good. Building consistency and writing things down. What you're dealing with, write it down, and then the opposite. What a word says. It's actually very powerful, having a journal. How many of y'all have physical journals? How many of y'all use your notes as your journal? That's what I use. I use my phone and my notes. Same thing. When you write things down, it just, it's different, bro. I don't know how to explain it. It's like, you write it down and then you look at it and you're like, it's a song. Yeah, bro. You're like, oh my gosh. Like, and then you read it like a few weeks later and you're like, wow, God really broke me through. I was really going through it. Wow. So writing down the truth of what God says. Amen. What else?

Another form of meditation is actually inviting him in a practical situation, practical invitation. Like a practical invitation of the Lord into the situation? Yeah, in that moment. Explain that, how you do that, Pastor. So it's like, in that moment when something is happening, it's easy to just forget and to go off your own strength, your own understanding, your own will. But it takes actual practicality to consciously remember the Lord. So it's consciously taking that time and inviting him and saying, you know what, God? Like, you spoke this word. In this situation, help me to understand what you mean. Lord, I invite you right now. Lord, I need you right now. And it's just like understanding that you are living a lifestyle of communion with your best friend. You know? Yes. It's like always just communion with them. And that helps you renew your mind in that situation when the devil's trying to rewire your mind? Yeah. You ever feel like when the atmosphere hits, you'll be chilling, boom, and it goes straight for the mind? Straight for the mind. And it's like, you start feeling, and then it's like you feel the pressure,

the physical, spiritual pressure, but then the mind starts turning. And then you have to immediately realize, like Pastor Bridget's saying, God is with me right now. What do you say about this? And then, and you can actually hear the Holy Spirit saying, you know that's not true. You know that's not true. That's not me, you know that, but you still feel the feeling? And then it becomes like a little battle. And you're sitting there with pressure. Pressure. What do you do? How do you fight? I need, I need, I need, I need, come on Fred, what do you do when the pressure's hitting? This is funny, cause this actually happened to me yesterday, last night, for like the first time in a while. And I was just getting hit with like feelings of like past things, like the things that I used to enjoy in the world. But I just sat there and I was like, no, I'm a son of God. Like the Lord set me free. I'm made free. Who the son sets free is free indeed. Like I started speaking that over myself. I'm like, you're not going to steal my destiny.

You're not going to make me go back to these things. And then it was like a weight just lifted off of my head. Like it was an actual pressure. Like I felt it in my head and on my chest. But as soon as I finished saying that, it just like lifted off. And I haven't thought about it since. The attacks were out. Yeah. The attacks, especially we just got back from Philly. Yeah. They know who was in Philly. Y'all saw what happened in Philly recently? Yeah. Y'all didn't see what happened? Yeah, that was crazy. Go look into it. The city literally physically got turned upside down. Bunch of thunderstorms and stuff like that. Y'all didn't see that? Cars being flipped, like buildings being torn down. Y'all haven't seen it? Two days ago. Yeah, so just best believe, bro. The attacks, when they come out. I was in the Spirit yesterday praying. I was praying and I saw a siren in the Spirit. I saw a police car and the Lord said start interceding. Interceding for the church. Anybody else get attacked last night?

Nobody? You could feel the pressure? Yeah. The devil, it's warfare. But it's like we just have to fight. And as you're saying that, Fred, I kept hearing the weapons of my warfare are not carnal. Because the carnal weapons are what? The other things in the world. But now they're mighty through God, right? So now it's like, okay, I gotta cast down all these things. This thing is trying to exalt itself. Because think about what the knowledge of God is. The knowledge of God is that voice that that's not me. But then that thing is trying to say, no, I'm more powerful than that. And that thing is not just two seconds sometimes. It's like sometimes it's 15 minutes of a wrestling match. Sometimes it's an hour and a half. Where I can't talk to nobody right now. I need to fight. You ever felt that? And then the next attack is to get you in that pressure to be around people. Because now you start shooting for the enemy. I know this from failure. And it pisses me off, and I'm like, dang. So now I've learned, if the pressure is that strong, I need to step away. I need to go to a room.

I need to go somewhere real quick. Hold on. And the enemy loves to shoot those atmospheres and those darts right before something divine is going to happen, too. But the wrestling match is not always 30 seconds. I'm just being honest with y'all. It's not. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time, and it's OK. An orphan thinks, I don't want to lose this opportunity. Of some things, God will bring it back around if he needs to. It doesn't matter. I'm not freaking out. I can take time off right now to get in my car or in my secret place, or just step away from where I'm at, go to my break room, the bathroom, to just pray until that pressure lifts, and then go back. Does that make sense? Because the enemy wants you to, like, I've noticed this, too. I've been attacked with this, where the pressure hits, and I think, I'll be all right. The Lord says this, and I can still feel it, but I don't address it. And then I'm dealing with that oppression the whole day. And then you forget that it's even there, because it becomes normalized, until you get in the presence of God and realize, oh, my God, I've just been washed. Wow. Ever experienced that?

And you didn't even know, and you're like, oh, my God, this whole day, because I didn't address it within that time frame that it was happening. So don't let the enemy try to stick on you the whole day, on your head and back. A lot of people who come to this altar for deliverance, not even inside their soul. It's a demon attached on them, but they don't know the word. And you just, you ever seen that? Praying for deliverance, you just, on their head, and they're just, oh, I feel light. Demon wasn't even in them. Loose, in Jesus' name. Loose, and you'll start being more spiritually sensitive where you can actually feel it. You can feel where it's trying to hit. You ever felt like your head, you ever felt your head getting attacked, like literal, like physically, like tingles? A lot of times, that's a witchcraft spirit. You got to get that thing off you, in the name of Jesus. Sometimes you can feel on your back, like a heaviness. Sometimes you can feel it on your chest, anxiety. Sometimes you can feel like a literal body part just randomly starts hurting. Don't think it's you. You better, in the name of Jesus, whatever. I'm serious. Unless you really got hurt, then you got to pray for healing, in Jesus' name.

But like, yeah, the Holy Spirit will show you these things. Some of y'all, how many right now, how many people are like, what the heck is he talking about? Please, I hope that you guys, OK, cool. Spiritual warfare 101. It's real, man. It's real. We just got to fight. Look at this. Fear is the native language of the orphan. I'm going to say it again. Fear is the native language of the orphan. Perfect love is the only thing that translates it out. We know this, 1 John 4, 18. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. What does that mean to you? But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. What does that mean to y'all? Meditate on that for a second. What does that mean, unless you got it? But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. Microphone to somebody, please. I feel like, man, that's so good. He who fears has not been made perfect in love. Like, being fearful, you don't understand the love of God. So you, it's like, in knowledge, you know that God loves you, but in your heart, you don't receive His love in your soul, in your nature.

So that immediately is going to drift you to fear and to start doing things in your own might and strength, which ultimately is going to place you in quicksand. It's going to get you a future that you want to do, and it's going to collapse, because it's made out of bricks. When God has been there the whole entire time, wanting to, like, wanting you to experience and be and mature and grow in His love so you can depend on Him more and more. That's why I say this. Pastor Joel, Pastor Benji, Pastor Carlos, I've been walking with them for years. Y'all don't understand how mature they really are in the Spirit. Y'all, I'm telling you, they walk, and they've been through warfares with me. A lot of things that we've been through, and they walk in that love. And I'm saying they're younger, but don't get it twisted. They really walk in maturity of faith and love and hope because of the experience. Perfect, that word, you know what it means? Mature. So how do we mature in love? By going through the things, but knowing what? God. Loves me. I'm a son standing firm and not getting taken out. You have somebody that says I'm supposed to be. I was supposed to work this job at BJ's. And they said God told me three months later, they quit because they say God didn't tell him that.

What what usually is the issue? Fear. Something happened where the devil was able to shift their mentality. To make them think God never said that and and literally steal their blessing from them. This is my wife or this is my husband a year later. I want divorce. I thought God told you. What happened? Fear. The Rock is the church that God has ordained me to be. I'm in covenant. I love it. Two months later. You get a correction now. Everybody's your enemy. We've seen that a million times. They look at us. I love you pastor. The next day false prophet. Oh, I get that boy. I can see it. Like I'm so used to it. That's not a lot of people but I see it the orphan spirit. I'm submitted to this covering. I'm honoring but then the next month now, I got like it's an orphan spirit. And so they deal with that that that fear they're not going to ever be able to walk as a son and receive the blessings of God. Does that make sense? We have to know what God has told us in his presence. And when we know we stand firm and best believe the devil is going to try to steal it, but he won't if you're perfected in God's love in his truth. Trust me. Oh man, that enemies always trying to steal.

I know he's trying to steal my marriage. It's honest to this ministry trying to steal my friends. He's trying to steal everything in my life, but he won't it don't mean he's not going to attack. He's gonna attack. No weapon formed against you will prosper. I've had a million weapons formed against me, but they're not going to prosper. I just got a thug it out and get through the season and stand in my identity and boy, we go. We don't come on top come up on top Jesus. We're going to we're going to come up together and you're going to you're going to be you're going to be glorified. You will vindicate me. You will you will show up and show out. All I got to do is stay low and let you purify my heart to take out the reason why even care so much because I shouldn't and grow me strong and then in the back end when I don't even care no more because I've been purified you vindicate me and you show up and show up. Oh, I love the process of God. That's God bro. That's his character. He's going to put you through things where he just wants you to stay silent and pray and trust in me. And you just got to go through the fire and it hurts because you want to speak. But you stay silent. Let God handle it and trust me. He always that's his nature. Just like he's a God of love. He's a God of vindication. He's a God like he's a God of justice. But stop trying to do it yourself. Stop trying to get your own justice. Don't do I've tried never works. You might feel good. And then all of a sudden you realize you messed up.

Shh, wait, let God handle it. And even if it's a year six months three months, he's going to come through in the back end. Trust me. Because his his vengeance is way better than anything we can do. It's it's perfect. Fear is the native language of an orphan, right? So look at this. The orphans fuel is fear, fear of rejection, fear of not being enough, fear of not of being found out, fear of being left. And he says the cure is not trying harder to stop being afraid. The cure is being made perfect in love. So filled with the father's love that the fear has no oxygen left to breathe fear and the revelation of love cannot occupy the same room. When have you ever been in the glory and the presence of God and felt fear? Fear the Lord. That's different. One cast the other out. You don't fight orphan fear with willpower. You starve it by feasting on being loved. The orphan keeps asking. Am I enough? The son already heard. This is my beloved and whom I am well pleased. Before he did one single thing. So which fear shows up most in your relationship with God and people? I want to ask that SOR SOR family. Put your video on which fear shows up most in your relationship with God. Is it rejection fear of man failure abandonment exposure? What would it look like to bring the exact fear this exact fear to the father instead of managing it alone? And then when you actually are vulnerable and you open up and you realize, wow, it wasn't even that serious, you start to not only understand the character of God more, but the character of Satan more. And I think the Lord has put me in a place to, to, to see that there are other people and you know, fellow believers that are around and that he's placed in my life to walk through healing and trusting because though I say, and I do trust in the Lord, there are situations where it's like, do I really, it's kind of like, you know, I believe Lord, but help my unbelief. Yourself is how you'll actually assume that God sees you. So what have you caught recently? What has the Holy Spirit showed you? A version or a characteristic or a way you see yourself that you found out later that God doesn't see you that way. Like what has the Lord revealed to you has been, I guess a viewpoint that you've been seeing God wrongly? That you realized it was just yourself. This is something that God has been really speaking to me about.

Everything you're preaching is like just so on point with what me and my husband, I wish he was here right now, have been, like God has been revealing in my heart is that I have a lot of fear mindset, fear of failure, perfectionism, like if it's not done the right way, then God's not pleased and what God has been showing us through his grace and through his mercy and just through his character is that even though everything has happened and everything like that I go through on a day to day, like he just in the most loving way has been just doing things and moving and doing these little things. Like I'll give you an example. My husband loved this one. We went to the beach and the parking on the sand was like ridiculous. It was like $30 to park on the sand. He's like, oh no, we're not paying for that. And I'm like, we got all the kids, like we got all this stuff, like please. And he's like, no, no, we don't got $30 to park on the sand. I'm like, okay, all right then. And I said out my mouth, I was like, oh then we got it bad if we don't got $30 to park in the sand. And mind you, like we had it for other things. He just didn't wanna spend it on that. And so as soon as I said that out of my mouth, I kid you not, like probably 60 seconds,

he gets a notification on his phone that he got a sale in his like course, that he has his online course for $500. Like in that exact moment. And he looks at me and he's like, God loves you, bro. Like you can't tell me I can't park on the sand now. We just got the, like, you know what I mean? And it was just like, I was like, dang God, like you're really a daddy's, like I'm a daddy's girl. Like you love me so much, like you're my dad. And that was just a small moment of things that have just been happening in like small ways and big ways. And just like the ways that God has been showing me, I'm here, I see you, I love you, I'm pleased with you. And there's nothing that I can do better or that will make me earn more of his love. And I think that revelation has changed the way that I have peace. I have peace now. Like I don't have to earn his love. I don't have to earn his acceptance. So when I look at other people are like, even he wants to use me for a platform. And I'm like, I don't even want the platform. But he's like, I wanna use you because you went through things that other women need broken off of them. And like, your life is gonna represent that.

And so before I could not be vulnerable in that way. Like now knowing how much he loves me, and like, all I care is that you're pleased with me. I'm gonna do it because I don't care how people are gonna look at me. I know that you love me and you brought me through this because you love me and you love your daughters and you wanna see other women also catching what I've caught. So it's just been like so crazy. The orphan doesn't really have a giant problem, he has an identity problem that makes everything look like a giant. A son sees the same land and says, my father said it's mine. So the orphan disqualifies himself before anyone else gets the chance, then projects his self-rejection onto God and calls it humility. So in the Hebrew, the word for grasshopper is the word chagav.

It actually means locust, something small and easily crushed underfoot. So how many people in here have been calling yourself a grasshopper in a place your father already called you an heir? So it's like he broke it off of me and showed me that it's literally just a way that I perceive myself. Like I would have never, ever in my life done this, ever. But it's like, because of his love and his grace over my life and the revelation that he's blessed me with, I'm not able to do it boldly because I know who my Father is. Because you're carrying a dead man's, like your old, the dead person's perspective. Like that person's dead. Yeah, I think like you gotta really see it right now. Like that person's dead. You're new. So like, it's exciting. You know what I mean? Like you were driving around a broken down hoopty, now you got a, I don't know, a Bentley. Like you have to have been a Bentley when you got born again. Like now it's like, regardless of what you used to be, like this is the truth, it's a fact. That you're bold, that you have courage, that you're courageous, that you're a daughter. Like this is like, regardless of what

the old man tries to rise up in you, you just say nah, like you're dead. I'm a new creation. Who just started clapping like that? Amen. Amen. So like, you're not overcoming it, you already overcame it. Right now it's, I already overcame it. It's done. You don't have to work your way into overcoming. The Bible says you're more than a conqueror. So just walk in it. Does that make sense? Does that make sense to y'all minds? Just walk in it, don't take 10 days to like conjure it up in your own strength because it'll never work. It's the simple click. Like a light turning on and off. I counted it up between bills, work, my business. yada yada and then I'm like well what does God have God what you got on your mind and he just said one word salvation and when I looked it up salvation literally means Yahweh or Yeshua I mean and it was like mind-blowing because I'm like bro my mind's everywhere and his mind is in one place and I've just been experiencing his peace from last night to now just because I'm just focusing on that and it's when I first became a Christian it was so easy that's why it's like that honeymoon season it's like what happened why did I leave that when he wants it to be like that all the time first love yeah how many I remember when you were in um I don't know high school for four years when you were a freshman were you already thinking about graduation I was don't you remember how you already thought like I'm gonna graduate so when I'm about to be I'm gonna be 18 and do my thing right like I'm gonna be no more control over my life I'm leaving my house I'm about to have all these plans I'm gonna do the like you and you just have to go through high school to get to that to that point right so it's like and think about how you got through high school you did a lot of times it's like I can't wait till I graduate I can't wait till I'm out of here I feel like that in this world like I already made it to heaven I can't wait to get out of here like my mind is focused on I'm gonna get I'm gonna get out of this prison of this world and while I'm here I'm gonna reap havoc to the enemy's kingdom and I'm when I get

Now we've earned the right to forgive. I believe the process is the clicks along the process, but people stop at the click and it never goes on. Yes. So they never even get to the process. But think about the process of what we're going through is all, it's a bunch of clicks. You catch this, you catch this, you catch this, you catch this and you get out of that season. You get out of it. Yes, you're right. Like people think that the one thing it's like, just imagine like a whole room full of like on and off switches. Yup. And the devil's going off, off, off, off. And we're just on, on, on. And we get through, but some people get to the, Oh my God, this is not on. I got to wait till it turns on. And they're just sitting there. It's a process. You don't get it. That's it. That's literally right here. I saw like a whole room with a bunch of white light switches. It's just like me turning everything off with their fingers on the light switch. It's a process. You don't get it right there. Like so it's on, on, on, on. That's good. On, on. Oh, that's good. I didn't think about that on, on, on, on, on out the door next season, next grade level. Now you got, now you're going to sixth grade.

Now you're going to second grade. Now you're going to college in the spirit. See pastor Benji's right. Stop making everything a process. The precept is not the process. The process has precepts. Does it make sense? It's like, think about it. I just seen it. Thank you Lord. Think about like a staircase, like the one case. That's the steps. That's the season. But some people just make one step and stay right there. It's like every case is a new season, but the season comes with steps. You got to move. So look at this. The orphan hoards because he believes there isn't enough. The son gives because he knows the father owns it all. Matthew 10, eight says freely. You have received freely. Give the orphan lives in scarcity. There's not enough love. There's not enough room. There's not enough recognition. This is why we have a courtship process at the rock because we believe that people should be processed through courtship before they get married. Because if they still have that orphan mentality, what happens when they get married, that person becomes their God and they'll do anything they can to protect that love. Even if it means leaving, I've seen that haven't been processed from that orphan spirit, get married. And now they were on fire serving in the church gone. That's why we believe in courtship and going through a process. Not, and I don't, I don't think everybody believes in the same thing. Not everybody wants to go through it. You have your own decision to make, but courtship is to, is to turn up that fire. So those things can get processed out. So when you do get married, those little things can't take you out of your assignment. You ever seen that the spouse or like the girlfriend or boyfriend that's so clingy and can't, I can't like when, once they find that,

like once that person they get into that relationship, they, they protect them almost like they're their God and nobody can get around. And then the friend can't even go hang out with his friends anymore or her friends anymore. And it's like controlling because what are they really protecting? They're protecting the feeling they feel with that person and they don't want to, they feel like they're going to lose it. They don't want to lose it. So you can't idolize a spouse. So an orphan comes back in hordes with holds gets threatened by other people's blessing because an orphanage, because in an orphanage, another kid's portion means less for you. But a son lives from the father's account and his father owns everything so he can actually celebrate the person the orphan would envy. And here's how it plays out. The orphan is stingy with praise territorial orphanage with praise, territorial over position, intimidated, intimidated by gifted people. The son hands out honor like a man who cannot run out because his supply isn't the people around him. It's the father above him. Generosity is the orphans because generosity is the orphan spirit's kryptonite. So again, freely give and without payment you've received freely. Give. So where does scarcity show up in you? What are you guarding right now that you need to release? For some of you, it might be your spouse. For some of you, it might be your finances. For some of you, it might be your serving. Cause I felt it internally. And I was like, I need, I need prayer or something. I just gave them to Jesus. And boy, did I feel the most amazing like encounter with love. And then I just actually was able to love them more and trust God and still be a good father, but trust God. So I just look back at your past and think about it. Like, dang, is it because of that? But God, your character is so good and I'm serving you. So I sanctify this home. If you're in the world, then you have something to worry about because the devil will be all up in your house. But one believing spouse sanctifies the, even an unbelieving spouse and the children. One, and bro, I got me and my wife, we're both believers. So we were good. We're protected. I remember one time, my son, Arthur, he had a swallowed up. He was two.

He swallowed the circular batteries. The ones that can kill you. That was a big test for me. I remember like driving to the hospital. He's fine. I mean, he was good the whole time. And I was just researching it like, dang, in the next few hours, if he doesn't get it out, like he could die or have gastric issues. And just being like, I had to release it and say, God, this is your son. Whatever the outcome is, I had to release it from my heart. And it was a quick surgery. They got it out. They just had a little thing. They got it out. He was good. But it tested me, man. It tested me a lot. And I saw my heart on it. Like I'm trying to be God in their lives. I'm not. What happens if I go? What happens if God takes me to heaven? I gotta trust that God got them regardless. And that's what I prophesy over them every day. Speak over them every day. Every time I pray over them and anoint them with oil, that's what I say.

You're God's son. You're God's daughter. I declare it and see it and release them daily. And it gives you peace. So do that every night, okay? Every parent should do that. Speak the destiny that God has shown you for your child. You should know the destiny that God has for your child too. God should show you. Has God not shown some of you? You need to ask him. like I even brought it up and they came and they told me that they had visions of me like doing the podcast, even dreams. But it's like every time like I would try to like move forward and execute upon it, like something else would come up. Okay, like now I can't get the camera. I'm like, Holy Spirit, I don't even know how I'm finna do this because like I used to do a TV production class in high school, but I'm like, I don't even know how to edit, but like he just told me I got everything. Like, and like, even what Carlos had said at our leadership meeting, like God will endorse all those things. Like once you just release it, like, and even if it doesn't happen, I'm like, I'm okay with it, Lord, but I know you want me to do it because I don't want to do it. I literally have cried to him. It's like, God, I don't want to do this. Like, I don't even like talking. I don't want to be seen on camera. I don't like hearing my voice. I'm like, it's not about me. It's about you. Like, nevertheless, like your will be done. Like being dead to it.

Starting a ministry comes with a lot of sacrifice. Remember that, but it's definitely well worth it. Souls will be saved.
