A Quiet Prayer for Your Mind and Body (Psalm 46 and 23) | Evening Meditations
No agenda tonight. Nothing to answer, nothing to fix. We read two short Psalms and then stay quiet together. Breathe in on "be still," breathe out on "and know." When your mind wanders, and it will, don't scold yourself. Just come back to the next breath. Mostly silence, with soft music and a calm scene. Scripture: Psalm 46:10 and Psalm 23:1-3.
