Your Testimony

In session #7 of our discipleship course on "Sharing the Gospel," Robin Cox and Stephen Canup discuss of how important your personal testimony is to sharing your faith effectively. No-one can contest what you have personally experienced with Jesus, and how He has changed your life. Every testimony is unique. Think about the testimony repeated by the woman at the well, or the man born blind, after their personal encounter with Jesus. Most of the emphasis and time in our testimony should not be to cover so many details of our past because that glorifies the devil. Instead, most of our time should be on how God has changed us and continues to reveal Himself in our lives giving Him the praise and glory due Him.
