I don't know what the economy does if it goes under I'm going over Hey man, cuz this word says my beloved brother We should blow my whole thing to be proxory and healthy even there's your soul process See the way you think it's what's gonna show up in your life The hidden man on the inside of you'll give you peace in situations circumstances Welcome to power in the word So many people view themselves as one dimensional the truth is we live in a body But we're really a spirit Today Dr. Nars examines the eternal nature of our spirit and how our spirit is not subject to flesh and blood It's an eye-opening perspective, so you stay with us and We're gonna talk about the hidden man and What is the hidden man? We're gonna see this tonight first Corinthians chapter 2 verse 14 Say with me, please But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God for they are foolishness to him nor can he know them because they are Spiritually discerned How many of you know that the spiritual things of God cannot be understood by a spiritual dead man If we're not born again by the spirit of the Lord and don't you understand something the Holy Spirit did not give you a new spirit He recreated jurors You were spiritually dead to not be able to discern the things of the spirit But when he quickens you and made you alive your spirit did not get a new spirit It is not another city. It is not the Holy Spirit working in you. It's your new recreated spirit The Holy Spirit speaks to the spirit that's on the inside of you But it's your recreated spirit. Your spirit could not understand the Holy Spirit before your spirit got recreated Are you with me? So we talking about this hidden man? We got to understand who we talking about here We're not we're talking about that man that was once dead. Have you ever know that every one of you were spiritually dead at one time? When you were born into the earth you were spiritually dead

But when Jesus resurrected you became spiritually alive Whether you're accepted it or not Because if the disobedience of one man made the many sinners who was at Adam then the righteousness of one the the resurrection of one man made many what? Righteous so the obedience of that one man named Jesus made everybody righteous How many of you know that you need to be upset with Adam not not Hitler Hitler just kids six million Jews Adam killed everybody You need to understand that you were born dead in Adam When Adam sinned you immediately become dead before you ever created You were created dead But he quickens you and made you alive in Christ the same meaning that Adam took out is the same meaning that Christ brought back Right first Corinthians 15 22 and Romans chapter 5 verse 19 So you got to understand that you've been quickened and made alive So now he has a right to speak to you and your spirit listen to me your spirit you can trust Your recreated spirit you can trust now now watch this before we'll receive eternal life The spirit is dominated by spiritual death before you received spiritual life. Your spirit was dominated by spiritual death This means it was impossible for you to understand the Bible That's why when people come to me in the day and they say well faster, you know, I read the Bible and I don't understand it I question that because spiritually dead people the Bible says can't understand the word of God So do I questions people being born again? That's not for me to question, but I just know what the Bible says and The Bible says that it's impossible for a lost man to understand spiritual revelation Why because this is the Bible is under spiritual revelation. That's all it is the part of man That's recreated is his spirit your body ain't changed your mind ain't changed The only thing is changes your spirit and he didn't give you a new when he recreated the one you had Are you with me? So it's not the Holy Spirit. I hear these people say all the Holy Spirit is talking to me all the time No, it's really your spirit talking to you because your spirit has been born again now Right, okay. Let's see what the Bible says. Let's go. Let's go to Ezekiel chapter 11 verse 19 Then I will put them I will give them. I will give them. I will give them He's prophesying this hundreds a year before Jesus died and resurrected then I will give them one heart I will give them I'll give them one heart and I will put a new spirit within them and take the stony heart out of the flesh and Give them a heart get to give them a heart of flesh. So what's he prophesying here?

He's saying he's gonna give you a new spirit now if you go look up that work is the transition of a hair So what's he gonna do? He's gonna renew the spirit that you had inside of you. He's gonna make your spirit that spiritually dead alive and quicken. That's why so many people said God said. You ever notice getting around people saying God said to me, God said to me, God said to me. A lot of times you don't have, listen, I'm gonna shake you right now. You ready? - I'm ready. - Your spirit's been recreated. The Holy Spirit is only gonna give an affirmation of what your recreated spirit's already telling you. So the Holy Spirit speaks to your spirit that speaks to your intellect. But the Holy Spirit don't speak to man because the Bible said that the spirit of man is the candle of a Lord. In Proverbs 20, 27. The spirit of man is a candle of a Lord searching all the inward parts of the belly. So what is he saying? The spirit of man is the what? Is the lamp that the Lord speaks to man with? So he's gonna speak to us through a recreated spirit. How many of you know that God couldn't speak to you before you got born again? Okay, let's go to John 17, 22.

Now all this will make sense. The glory which you gave me, I have given them that they may be one just as we are one. So now the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit is all inside of me, right? So my recreated spirit has been recreated. So I'm a new creature, old things have passed away and now everything's new to me. So I've become a new creature, what's become a new creature? Just my spirit man. So my spirit man is what I can listen to. How many of you know that your spirit is your conscience? That's why I learned the old covenant, they could never have their conscience cleansed and removed because they couldn't be born again. So the moment that you accepted him and became a new creation immediately at that point, you got the nature of God and you received eternal life. Eternal life is not a place we're going to. Jesus never told anybody how to get to heaven, but He told them how to enter into eternal life. See, I believe eternal life is like peeling an onion and you go deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and life gets bigger and bigger and bigger 'cause the Bible said life has been swallowed up in death, right? How could life be swallowed up in death if death was bigger than life?

The very thing that you fear is the very place you receive your reward. 'Cause you can't die, 'cause the part of you that's been born again can never die 'cause you've stepped into eternal life. If you really believe that, you won't fear what's coming. You're already gone through what's being. So you understand it, where you're heading is the destiny place that you're just passing through. That's why Paul said, "I'm just a messenger passing through here. "I'm an ambassador for Christ." In other words, you and I have been sent from heaven to be ambassadors on earth of a heavenly kingdom. That's why the Bible says in Luke 1721, "Love here, love there for the kingdom "is on the inside of us." We some kind of something. Turn to someone, say, "I'm some kind of something." John 14, 17, "And the spirit of truth "whom the world cannot receive "because it seeeth him not, neither knoweth him, "but you know him, for he dwells with you, "and he will be in you." Now, how many of you know under the old covenant, the Holy Spirit never rested in anybody. They didn't even have the Holy Spirit, right? They didn't have the Holy Spirit? So when Peter walked on water,

that's a pretty big deal with the spirit of God, not in you. I heard a story today. I've really been into how powerful our words is, a great basketball player being Pete Mehrvich. Some of you may not even know who that is, but anyway, he scored over 3,600 points in NCAA, average 44.1 point a game in college basketball for three years, four years. But he told everybody when he was playing basketball, he said, "Here's what's gonna happen to me." He said, "I'm gonna be in the NBA for 10 years, "and then I'm gonna have a heart attack and die. "That's what's gonna happen to me." He was in an NBA 10 years, 40th birthday, two days later, he had a massive heart attack and died. Why? He spoke that thing into existence, guys. What would happen if the church would speak life? What could you do? What would be your limitations if you speak? Death and life are in the power of tongue. Bibles don't say death and life are in God. The Bible says the power of death and life is in your tongue. Proverbs 18, 21. So how powerful are you? What's on the inside of you? How real are you? So the spirit of God is not only upon us, which is the Greek word for epic, but it's also in us.

You live and move, and now you have your being in him. What's he trying to say that your spirit that's been recreated has the same spirit inside of you that Jesus had that resurrected him out of the tongue. That's why when he was resurrected, you were resurrected and you were all in one. That's why he said, "Lord, let them be one as we're one." The word one there is the word unity in the actual Greek and it means you can't tell them apart. Let's go to first Peter chapter three, verse four. First Peter chapter three, verse four, stay with me. How many of you know the hidden man? Watch this. And let it be, but let it be the hidden man of the heart. He calls it the hidden man of the heart. What the recreated spirit is on the inside of you. That which is not corruptible. Even the ornament of a meek and a quiet spirit, which is of sight of God, of great price. But let it be the hidden man, underlying hidden man. That's who you really are. You're not your flesh. You're not what you I'm not what you see I'm not even what you what it you hear. I am what my spirit says I am That's the part of you that's eternal. That's the part that has the nature of God That's all that's all eternal life is the nature of God Me and you have the nature of the father inside of us now Do we understand that really do we really understand that we're not nothing but the nature of God And he gives us a title for the recreated human spirit. That's what he's talking about. You're recreated human spirit I've heard people say well pastor, you know, we had eternal life before we got born again That is absolutely not true Because the only thing that has eternal life is the nature of God. I'm not trying to knock you hail theory

You know cuz we grew up you gonna burn forever Right That's what we were told we're gonna burn forever But you can't you can't even find Jesus ever preach tale and you can't find Paul ever preach tale is eternal as eternal damn nation It's not in there. And so what am I trying to say to you? I've said it myself I said you know you had eternal life before you got born again But that's not true because there's nothing in eternal life except the nature of God God that God's nature is the only thing that has eternal life Find it anywhere in the Bible that you can have eternal life without without God You can't find it Now I hear people say preach all the time you're gonna have eternal damn nation But the Bible said he came to give us eternal redemption Glory stay with me stay with me. Let's go to Romans chapter 7 verse 22 For I did light in the law of God. How do I delight in the law of God? After my inward man in other words my spirit is the lighting after things go Your head ain't gonna want God your head ain't gonna walk God When you start to try to serve the Lord and live for right in your head You can't do it because the Bible said I delight in the law of God. What is the law of God? It's the word of God. It's not the Ten Commandments After what the inward man the inward man is the recreated spirit is the part of you. That's the lighting and wanting the things of God That's the battle that's going on in your life your head and your spirit is the battle that's raging in your life And we've got to understand that the hidden man is what's been recreated. Nothing else has been recreated Everybody is so busy to say, you know God spoke to me. Tell me where Jesus ever said the father spoke to me. I Will say he would probably hurt him He did say the only thing I say is what the father says and the only thing I do is what the father does When did he hear him? Did he hear him all the time? No, he didn't Because how many of you know that Jesus come and preached the righteousness under the law And he come to fulfill the law Nobody preached grace until after the resurrection because there couldn't be any grace There couldn't any be any new covet until after the covenant to the test tater died

What did Jesus preach the one who came to cut was committed adultery He said honey where she added the honey. Where's your condimmers? I don't have any condimmers He said well, I don't condemn either gun send them or everybody knows John 3 16 forgot I said love the word games on them. I've got some who believe him. You're not passionate about it, but nobody knows 17 Seven things that I didn't come in the world to condemn the world But through me the world might be safe and then he also says in first John chapter 3 that if you heart don't condemn me Then God said I'm greater than your heart. I don't condemn you either and the Bible says if your heart's not this And condemn me then you have confidence with God See the reason we don't believe God's gonna do it because we have condemnation in our life and the Bible said Romans 8 1 there's no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus So we understand that our spirit's been recreated and we're a new creature and old things have passed away But hold all things come new. What really happened? What really took place does it lose it today and get it back tomorrow? No, you got it forever When you understand who you are so he said I did a lot in the law of God in the inward man and look at 2 Corinthians 4 and 16 For which cause we faint not but the outward man may perish the inward man say the inward man There it is again. That's the hidden man. That's the recreated spirit. It's renewed day by day by day by day by day It's kind of like Romans Romans chapter 12 verse 2 Be not conformed this verbally transformed by the renewing of your mind Let me tell you some if you can have a renewed mind that means that means you had it perfect one time If I renew a magazine subscription that means I had it before So Romans 12 and 8 12 and 2 says be in our performance will be treasured by renewing of your mind So at some point time you had a perfect mind. Well first Corinthians chapter 2 verse 16 tells us mean you have the mind of Christ Amen, and what's the proverb 23 7 what's every man thinking in his heart? That's what he is. What are you? Who do you say that I am? Who are you? Who really are you you a new creature, right? No things about new species ain't never been nobody like us That's why the world can't figure us out. That's why that's why the world listen. I'm gonna go there no great inventions was created by a world, by a nation or a country that didn't have the righteousness or didn't God wasn't preached in that nation. Why? Because intellect,

intellect, since knowledge is what the people don't understand. The witty inventions and the revelation and the deep things of God is on the inside of a recreated spirit. He said, "I'm a man of heaven, wisdom, in Proverbs." He said, "A land of wisdom, a draw, that thing out of him." What's on the inside of us? Great inventions, great creations, manifestations. Why do you think so many Jews have won a Nobel Prize? Because they know this word. This word will bring life to you. This word will change who you are. It'll make a poor man rich and a sick man well. Amen. It'll broke home and make it together. Why? Because God wants to do that in you, because he wants you to do it through the recreated spirit. He wants to speak to you and manifest you and manifest. See, he wants to reveal himself to you. And the only thing that a lot in the law of God is your inward man. You need to stop listening to this gourd. It's got Ephesians chapter three. I'm telling you, man, you can't listen to your head. You can't listen to your head. Your head is going to mislead you. Your feelings are going to lie to you. The real you is on the inside. Nobody sees the real you. They see how you act and everybody thinks that's you. But if we knew how to listen to the man on the inside, the inside man would know exactly who we are all the time.

That's why the sons of Sip and sons of Sip has said, you know, Paul I know and how do you know Paul? How do you know Christ? He said, but I don't know who you are. The devil knows who you are. Next time he gets around sight, Pete's here. Use your name. It's got Ephesians chapter three verse 16. That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory that he might be strengthened with might by his spirit, by his spirit where in the inner man? In the inner man. How many of you know you're recreating spirits to man you need to listen to? You listen to me. If you learn to listen to this man, you won't flare off. You won't jump out there. You won't say stuff. 'Cause this man right here is going to keep you in check. You're recreating man is going to keep you in check. Say he's going to keep me in check. Even when you don't want him to, the hidden man is the part of us that's recreated and receives eternal life and becomes a new creature. Let's go to 2 Corinthians 5 and 17. I want you to see this. I know you've read it many times, but a lot of times we just read it.

Now there's a therefore. What's there for? We need to find out what that for was there for. Because there's a reason that it's there for. If any man will be in Christ, any man be in Christ, are you in Christ? Now how many of you know that I spoke to you and I told you this the other day, that in Christ means after the resurrection. If there could be any sin in you, then Christ couldn't have resurrected. The sin there had to be made for him to get up. That's what declared him the son of God. He was the son of man prior to that. You can find that in Romans. So, are you in Christ? Now if you'll notice that's a little M. It's not a big M. Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature or a new species. How many of you know that God, what Adam was is not what you are. You're greater than what Adam was in the beginning. Old things are passed away. So your old man is gone. Why are you dealing with him? Here's what I hear all the time. Well, I tell you, Pastor, I'm saved, but I'm dealing with that old man. No, you're not, he's gone.

Seriously, he's gone. Well, that's just my nature, Pastor. That's the way I act. No, it's not, he's gone. Your sins are cast away, your old man's cast away, because you haven't learned to listen to your spirit man. 'Cause the old man's gone. And behold, all things are new have become new now. Everything's new to you. Why? Because your spirit's been recreated. It's because we don't understand who we are. The Bible says the old man died. And if you be dead, your life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians three and three. Now watch this, let's go to Ephesians chapter one verse seven. Now this is powerful right here. Now this is in the American standard version. I want you to see this. In whom, now who's in whom, who's it talking about? In Christ, we have our redemption. How do we have our redemption? Through his blood, not through your confessions. Not through you asking. Matter of fact, asking for forgiveness is not even in the Bible. not your asking. In Christ we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses according to how, how did it come according to the riches of his grace? Based on his unmerited favor, mercy is when you didn't get what you deserve and grace is what you get when you what you don't deserve. God you got to understand that this religion is killing folks confessing

something ever 13 seconds. I'm telling you Paul never confessed another sin after he got born again on the Damascus road and if your confession can remove your sin that he didn't need his blood. If it took blood to cover him under the old covenant it takes the blood of Jesus to cleanse us and mop us away and make us all under the new. It's not your confessions. It's his blood. His blood is the answer for redemption. With one offering, Hebrews 10, 14, with one offering he has forever perfected those. I love what the Amplify says. It says cleanse completely forever. It's the blood of Jesus. You know they'll hold a Baptist church using nothing but the blood. They had it man. They didn't understand it but they had it. It's truly the blood and eternal security. They had that too. Okay go with me to John 15 and 5. I'm divine and you're the branch. He who abides in me and I and him bears much fruit for without me he can do nothing. Now how many of you know that there's a there's a vine and then the branch is off the vine. Now where's the fruit? At the end of the branch it ain't at the end of the so he's not doing it. We're producing the fruit. He's divine and we're the branches. Now watch this. You got to get this because you got to stay with me. The branch is a part of the vine and the vine is a part of the branch so the two were one. So when he was praying in John 17 right before he's prophetically speaking in John chapter 17 when he was praying the prayer he said let him be one as me and you're one. What was he really saying? Let us all be one. Now I'm gonna really shake you right now. How many of you know everybody in the world really won? Think about that a minute. How many people saved guys? Jesus delivered every single person. They just hadn't discovered it yet but they are not gonna get it with us. Tell them they're going to hail. They're gonna get it when they see something in our life that they want to be a part of. We're in the advertising business. I'll tell you God spoke a revelation to me this past Monday night. He said to me he said son the only reason there was so much healing in the four gospels he said he was advertising Christ. He was in the advertising business. Think about it. Those people that did listen those disciples didn't have the Spirit of God in there going around healing folks. Won't even

born again and we can't even get nobody healed and we born again. Think about it. I don't mean that critical. They let's be real here. They went out and they cast out devils and they prayed for the sick and they got delivered and they come out and told you and said look man Damon's bow to us and we ain't got the Spirit of Lord in us. He said don't get impressed with that. Get impressed at your names in the book. What was he really saying man? Your name was written in the last book a lot before the foundation or he had you before you ever knew you were had. Tore he beat a God. He was some kind of son. Listen to him. Listen to him. The second Adam the last Adam had already done his business before the first Adam ever did his. The last Adam had already come before the foundation of the world and accepted everybody in Christ because he knew the first Adam was going to miss it. Ain't God good? Isn't God good? God is good. He'll take on nothing to make some kind of son. Watch this. Go meet Ephesians chapter 1 verse 6. Everybody loves his scripture to the praise of the glory of grace by which he made us. He made us. He made us. Accept it in the book. What part of us is accepted? He's not as much interested in your flesh as he is your spirit because if he got your spirit and it's been recreated you're born again. Even we're back in the 60s. People couldn't even enjoy their life because people were telling the world's going in. So a lot of kids in the Pentecost Church didn't even go to school and didn't even get education because they didn't need it because God was coming. What if I told you he's already come? You said what do you mean pastor? Do I believe the Lord's coming back? Absolutely. He's coming back in us guys because he's in us now. He's living in us. He's breathing in us. He's having his life in us. He we live and move and have our being in him. He loves us. He's absolutely crazy about us. It's Ephesians chapter 9, 3, 17, 1, 5. He's dancing and singing around me. Can you hear it? No because we're so focused on all help that letter. Pastor, it's just a rough time. And you know, it's dark. And listen to me. Listen to me. I'm going to give you a prophetic word. You ain't got to pile up no food and stack you up no water and pile you up no cash and get you a bunch of stuff

ready for the tribulation. God's going to look after you. He said, you won't find my seed, big and bread. And when there was a famine in Egypt and Isaac begin to sow, God gave him a hundred fold return right in the middle of a famine. God's going to look after his people. If the 2nd Corinthians 1 and 7 said, I'm giving you a spirit of fear, but a power and a sound mind. Let me tell you something. The rapture and all that stuff scares the pure tealy-mortly hell out of folks. Amen? It scares them and it brings fear. And if that's the way God works then why did he said, I didn't give you the spirit of fear, but a power and a love and a sound mind. Well, pastor, if you're ready, you ain't got enough fear. I can tell you a bunch of folks that's ready and that's got fear. Because they think they're going to be without, they think they're going to be broke, they think they're going to be busted, economy. I don't care what the economy does. If it goes under, I'm going over. Amen? Because this word says, my beloved brother, we should bow by all things, if it's possible, be in health even if it's just all prosperous. See, the way you thinks what's going to show up in your life, the hidden man on the inside of you will give you peace and situations and circumstances. Look at Ephesians chapter 2 verse 6 and raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places. We're at, in Christ. Now guys, think about that just a minute. And he raised you up and sit you together. He raised you up. Romans 4 and 25, who was delivered up on the count of our offenses and was raised on the count of our justification. How many of you know, don't you get a visual picture of this? How many of you have been Jesus on the cross took all the sins of the whole world? He took everyone Pete Norris would ever commit and everyone Matt would ever

commit and everyone Carolyn would ever commit. He took them on him. Now he died with all those sins on him. They didn't kill him. He gave it up. What did he give up? His spirit. Because his spirit took the sin. The Bible says in 1 Timothy chapter 3 verse 16 that he was justified in the spirit. So that's somewhere along the way he died in the spirit to be justified in the spirit, correct? So when Jesus died with all those sins, he stayed in the ground until the sin thing was made. Now what's this? Everybody in the entire world with sins were removed. They no longer had any more sins and when we became absolutely justified in declared righteous, he God, that's what got him up. God, you know how powerful his death and resurrection was. His resurrection, if he had just died, your sins would not still be there. It was when he got up that you become sons.
