It has been bestowed upon the believer because of the spirit of God and that's why he said I've got to leave because I'm gonna send back my spirit and my spirit's gonna lead in you the same spirit that I won't run on the earth with is gonna live in you And now the only thing the enemy can do is come against your head and come against your body because he has no power With your spirit being because your spirit man has been recreating this on you creature and all things have passed away And now you're so kind of something because of what he did in you Welcome to power in the Word So many of us struggle with our past sometimes haunted by guilt and condemnation Well today Dr. Nars has good news that God has removed your past through Jesus Christ And you're free to live in the future that God has planned for you. It's a great message of freedom So you stay with us I want you to take your bibles I want you to turn with me to Hebrews chapter 6 verse 1 in the amplified and I want to talk about something tonight Becoming who you already are therefore let us go on and get past the elementary stage and the teachings and the doctrines of Christ The Messiah advances steadily toward the completeness and perfection that belong to spiritual maturity Let us not again be laying the foundation of our pendants and abandonment of dead works dead Formalism and of the faith by which you turned To God and I said Lord you got it. You got it. You got to help me And he said son, there's so many people turning back To the works to the to formals to the to the way that we did it We're going back in time back into the things that we ought to be maturing and growing and going forward in the things of God In the perfection realizing who we are the doctrine of Christ and and that's a powerful word because most people don't understand what the doctrine of Christ is Now people will tell you to death bear on the resurrection But but it's more than that guys we got to understand what the doctrine of Christ really is because that's becoming who you already are In other words, you've gotten to become who you are you can't act like who you were And the church is still acting like who they were because they don't understand that guy died Or that person died and if we're gonna if we're gonna get a hold of this I want you to go with me the first john chapter four verse 18 Because we got to understand there is no fear in love dread

does not exist Now let me say something to you if there's anything that's happened in america in the last three years is fear it's fear oriented it's fear driven it's fear Structured everything about what the enemies trying to do in the body of Christ right now is bring fear But full grown complete perfect love turns fear out the door and expels every trace of terror Now listen to me and this is a powerful thing that you need to get it the first gifts of the of the spirit is what Love love is the first Food of the spirit now. That's not something you come up with the holy spirit puts that in you The holy spirit accomplishes love joy peace generalism in these dampers all the food of the spirit And non-fruity is accomplished by the holy spirit not by you The bible said the love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts. How? By the holy spirit so if the holy spirit if perfect love turns away fear then what brings fear Not operating in that fruit of the spirit not operating in that love It turns out the doors and expels every trace of terror for fear brings with the thought of punishment See what fear does is shows you the opposite side of what's trying to happen to you How many of you are going to be honest just for a minute if the very thing that's coming at you is fear driven Because we don't understand how love we are If we understood how much we were loved we wouldn't have a we wouldn't be dealing with so much fear in the world Because fear expels and removes the trace of terror. How many of you know in 9/11 started with terror a terrorist attack It's been going on since that what's the enemy trying to do to you? He's trying to bring terror He's trying to bring up tax. He's trying to bring fear He's trying to bring all these things will keep you from walking in that perfect love and understanding Because when you're walking in fear you're not walking in Christ when you're walking in fear you're not walking in the faith Okay, you're walking in a different arena. So when you open that door to fear what happens And so he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love and is not yet grown into loves Perfect perfection. Now watch this go to Proverbs 29 The fear of people Brings a snare now. Let me ask you a question. Do you ever get around somebody and you're a little bit intimidated Now somebody you're gonna say no

Because nobody intimidates you, but you really ain't telling the truth Most of the machoism is really hiding behind a self-image issue Because what happens is the fear of man is going to bring him what? is set up on high. Well now one or two things is true here guys either way is when you're confident in the Lord you're set up in heavenly places in Christ you use the features to in six. I mean you're set up in heavenly places in Christ you what he said Deuteronomy 28 he said I'm gonna set you up above all nations. What's he talking about? Set you up above the fears and the crisis and the situations and the structure of this world when you're confident you're safe and you're set up in high. When you put your trust in God you don't put your trust in the system on the earth. You don't put your trust in what the preacher says you put your faith in your trust in what the word says because the fear of man brings a snare but whoever leans on trust and it puts his confidence in the Lord is set up safe and let me know you're safe. But in the middle of the night you're still safe. Come on now get with me get in the ball game here because in the middle of the night when all things are coming you're still safe. Let me the second Corinthians 5 and 17 in the New American Standard. I like that New American Standard. Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creature. Now have you know once I was I got born again I was 5 foot 4. Have you have you know I'm still 5 foot 4. So the the body of Pete Norris is not a new creature right. So the Spirit has become a new creature and old things have passed away and now I think everything's become new. New things have come what's the new things. Well I'm still 5 foot but my heart has been transformed. My Spirit has been recreated and now I'm a new creature. So why do I deal with the old creature if I'm a new creature because I don't understand who I am in the new creature. I'm still living in the old creature and I'm still dealing with the same thing the old creature used to deal with because I don't understand I'm a new creature and it's not a solid foundation I'm not safe in the new creature so I go back and I live in the old creature. So many of you listen to the old creature talking over and over and over because you don't understand your

new creature and yourself will pass through that simple is it. When you're hearing those voices in the middle of the night who's what creature they talking to that cannot be your Spirit talking to you. Correct? So who's talking? Where are you hearing that voice from from that soul each man and that physical man and that old man not that new man because that new man is a new creature. See all things have passed but we're some kind of something because of Jesus right. Now go meet of Colossians chapter 2 verse 9 and 10 in the Amplified. I wish she is. For in him the whole fullness of deity the Godhead continues to dwell in bodily form giving complete expression of his divine nature. God you have already seen amplified. Giving complete expression of his divine nature. In other words the Godhead is living on the inside of us the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. We're in the New Testament right? So the Godhead what's the Godhead the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. It's living inside of me in bodily form. Giving complete expression of his divine nature. I can't be a sinner because I don't have a sinful nature. So the only way the enemy can come at you is through the old nature that you don't have. So look at verse 10. Stay with me and you're in him made full and having come to the fullness of life in Christ. You too are filled with the Godhead the Father, Son of the Holy Spirit and reach full spiritual stature. And he is the head of all rule and authority in every angelic, principality, power. So you and I have reached. Listen to me. I know the church wants to teach it but I'm telling you it's not biblical. We're not growing in the Lord. I'm as fully like crosses I'm ever going to be. Now do I get in revelation of a different arena of God? Absolutely. But I'm as fully. Listen. So let me get this right. If I got saved today and I've been saved 13 hours and this brother right here pastor Tim gets saved and he's been saved 25 years and then pastor Ron there he gets saved and he's been saved 50 years. We all go into a different heaven. Now are we going to go before the Lord and get crowns? But am I saved because I've been saved 13 seconds? Is this guy saved because he's been saved 25 years? Is this guy saved because he's been saved 50 years? Where we're going to separate us? So the

process of us growing in Christ is not true. We get a revelation of Christ of who he is in us. And once we get a revelation of who he is in us I'm telling you this come to me Monday night in the middle of the night and I begin to understand that I'm a spiritual being first and foremost and all the anyone to do is oppose who I am. That's all he has the power to do oppose who you are and if you don't know who you are he'll always tell you who you ain't. The enemy don't have no power over us. He don't have any power over us guys. Go to me to John chapter 19 verse 30 and I'll tell you what I saw here. Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine he said was finished and he bowed his head and he gave us. It's the same Greek word. What really happened, guys? All the authority, all the power, and when he bowed his head and it said it's finished, it has been bestowed upon the believer because of the spirit of God. And that's why he said, "I've got to leave because I'm going to send back my spirit and my spirit's going to live in you the same spirit that I walked around on the earth. It's going to live in you. And now the only thing the enemy can do is come against your head and come against your body because he has no power with your spirit being because your spirit man has been recreating this on you creature and all things have passed away. And now you're some kind of something because of what he did in you. But so the enemy pressures you, pressures you, pressures you, brings strife, brings stuff, brings stuff, brings stuff, brings your old man back up. I want him to talk to you, but you've got to understand that you've got to tell him the old man is dead. And I'm a new creature. You shouldn't have any lack in your life. God is a prosperous and a blessing and a favor God. Listen to me guys, I'm telling you now, your problem is not perfectionism. You know, people say, "Well, I'm just, I'm trying to live too perfect." No, you're absolutely living perfect. You can't live any other way. Listen to me. You don't walk in righteousness and then all of a sudden you fall off the boat and you walk in unrighteousness. Come on guys. The new creature is righteous every minute. The spirit man is righteous every minute. The spirit man is perfect every minute. If God comes today, comes tomorrow, comes next week, wait till you chamber. I'm still going to be righteous with him but standing before God because I'm in Christ. He crosses in me and we're one because he gave up his spirit so I can listen. You don't, you don't get it. You don't get it. I'm seeing it. He gave

up his spirit so I can have it. It couldn't take it. He gave it up. He said, "I commend my spirit unto the what?" You don't understand what that means. That means I released my spirit into fatherhood for everybody. In other words, the fatherhood came on the earth by re-releasing my spirit. Now everybody has the spirit of the Father in Christ. Glory. So your problem is not your perfectionism. It's your focus on your imperfections that you need, that you used to be. Think about it. What you look in the mirror for? Oh, that don't look good. It's white. You know, I went to mirror one day and I looked up and my hair was white. And then I looked at some old pictures and it was black. What happened? I become a new creature. The Bible said, "A hurry here, the man has got wisdom." So I went to bed and one night and woke up and said, "I'm full of wisdom." How low? You've got to see yourself in righteousness. You've got to see yourself in who you are. So your imperfections is seeing who you used to be because we haven't discovered who we are. Guys, we've got to get a hold of this thing. Listen, the spiritual warfare in your life would be to a minimum if you discover who you are. Well, Pastor, now we're just in the world. Stuff's going to happen. Well, I don't believe that. I believe we had the righteousness of God that no matter what comes our way, God's going to work some good stuff out in Pete's life. It's going to Matthew 4 and 18 in the New American Standard Version. And as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, who was called Peter and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea for they were fishermen. Listen to me, guys. Let me have you know that it was a time in Peter's life he wanted to go back to fishing. You've got to understand something. We're trying to fix our past. You need to listen to me. Some of you are trying to fix your past. Your past doesn't exist because the past died in the old man and now you're a new creature. If you're still trying to fix your, that's what psychologists do in psychiatry. They try to fix you, soulishly, help you cope if you deal. If the old man's dead, there ain't nothing to deal with. Jesus dealt with it on the cross and never because of that peace. Oh man, died and his new creature is alive forevermore and going to live forever and become a glorious and glorious and glorious and glorious and glorious. And the weapons of my warfare are cornered yet not they don't have the power. I can pull them down when they can't become strongholds. It's the only thing the enemy has power over you with, guys. It's when you don't know who you are and you answer to what you ate. Look at Proverbs chapter 27,

what say we need? So we becoming who we really are. As in the face water, in the water, face reflects face. So a man's heart reveals a man. Now how do you remember when Jesus looked over to balcony any You know, he looked and everything was dark, but if you notice, Jesus didn't speak the dark. He spoke light. Glory. Why did he speak light? Because everything he thought become what it was because he saw what he was speaking. So when you look in the water, how many of you see a reflection of his self? How many of you know gold is only perfect when you see a reflection of it, then you can put it in a mold mold, something with it, but it can't be used until you see your reflection in it. God, until Jesus could hear the reflection in you, he couldn't come off the cross. That's why the joint it was set before him. He could endure the cross because of the joint set of four. Why? Because when he was on the cross, he saw me, he saw you, and he saw a reflection of what we will be, not what we are. He doesn't see how you were. He sees who you are in the new creation. Guys, we're so kind of some. Why? So the water reflects the face. Think about it a minute. The water reflects the face, and a man's heart reveals the man. What did he tell him all the time? Peter, who did they say that I am, brother? See, you got to get this revelation. Peter, who did they say that? Somebody like Jeremiah, some say you the problem.

Who do you say that I am? Oh, you're the Christ. See, you got to understand something. You're never going to find you to you find Christ because you're in Christ. Some people ain't got that. Some people ain't got it because somebody would be shouting. If you realize that you couldn't find you until you found Christ because Christ is who you are, Jesus didn't die, so you're not a lolligag through life and things would work out and they'd fall and they'd struggle and we'd have all kinds of problems. He died so that you and I become a new creature and have his spirit walk inside of us, leading us, guiding us, erecting us. We'd know all things and all things would come to us, and the anointing of God would rest on us, and he'd teach us all things and bring all things to the emergency he said unto us before we ever got here. We would be some kind of something. Why? Because we're becoming who we really are. That's what the church is trying to do. That's what Jesus has been trying to do. The Bible said in John chapter 1 verse 18 that he only come to reveal the Father. Glory. Who are you revealing? Let's go to 2nd Corinthians 3 and 18 in the Amplified. And all of us, as with an unveiled face because we continue to behold in the Word of God as in a mirror of the glory of the Lord and a constantly transfigured, oh my glory, a constantly transfigured, into his very image and in everlasting splendor and from one degree of glory to another for this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. You know, what did I say? When you can look in the mirror and see him, you can see you because you're hidden in him and he lives in moving.

We have our being in him because listen to me, we are changing from glory to glory to glory. Why? Because we're becoming just like him in every area of our life. We look just like him. We act just like him. He looked down and said, I want you to see him. He'd show us us. We're heavily beings on the earth with a remnant operating on the spiritual revelation. Do you understand the same spirit that was in crisis living in us? Listen, his spirit kind of lived us if he was still here. Jesus left, but Christ didn't, man, he's living in us. Glory. Get a hold of that. You can't separate the bread from the loath. You turn it, do you ever turn that brown paper part off the bread? He's still bread. You're still in Christ, regardless. Amen? Amen. Now watch this. God sees you just like he sees us. He sees himself. We are so addicted to our emotional behavior that we act like who we were and we can't become who we already are. See, think about it. Why would you talk about your past if you didn't have one? Think about it. If you didn't have one, what would you talk about? Listen to the church.

A testimony is not where you been, a testimony is where you act because you can't live on where you're being or where you're at didn't exist. So you can't live in the past if you exist in the future. If you're in the now, you can't live in the past. So if you're in the now, you can't have a past because there ain't no past in the now. So then you don't have a past, but the church still lives in the past. Well, pastor, I went through this. I went through this. I went through this. And I went through this. And we've all had our tales. Because we don't understand it, we're rising above it. And we're sitting in heavenly places and then we're operating in Christ Jesus and the spirit of God that it resonated him out of the tombs living on the inside of us. And now we some kind of something. No, because of us, because of him. He's glorious, man. You're some kind of something. You ought to be happy tonight to be here. Everybody ain't hearing this. You don't worry about hearing this because we ain't got nothing to say. If you ain't learning, you can't grow. How do we grow? You grow by becoming. Who are you? He said you're the cross. He said flesh and blood didn't reveal that to you, brother. But the moment he said he was cross, what happened? The spirit got him born again. Now watch this.

Watch this. This is good. The whole battle is fought between fear and love. You ever seen the movie The Good and the Bad? of times the Indian was the bad and the cowboy was the good. Long Ranger and Tonto, they were good and the other goose was bad. We got some long rangers and Tonto's. We need some super men in the church again. Amen. We need some super heroes in the church. Watch what he said here. Watch what he said. "Unhealthy fears block you from experience, wholeness and life. It's very limited. You can be stuck in an unhealthy or an oppressed fear for years." Listen guys, don't care what people think of your past because you don't have one. When people start talking about the reason that everyone talks about your past is because you don't have anything in your future. Why don't you listen to them talk about your way you did this and you did this. This is why you're like this and the enemy loves that because they can keep you in your past. You can't never have your future. You're somewhere in the future and you look right now. And if you can discover who you are, you operate in a different level. Why? Because the Holy Spirit wants you to say the Holy Spirit wants me to. Let's go to Luke chapter 4 verse 18 in the Amplified. Everybody knows this. He said this is Jesus talking. You mean when you come out, he went to the church and mess the church up because they didn't know anything about the Spirit and all of a sudden he said the Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he's anointing me. He's anointing me. He's anointing me. Listen, here's Jesus. He found a place that was written in the book. You know the story and I was in 61. He said he's written in the place. He found a place that was written in the book and he said the Spirit of the Lord is upon me. He wasn't sure of the place once he knew he was the place. So you don't have to find a place in the book if you are the book. So we're concerned about it. Is it Matthew 6, 13, 14, 14, 21, 16. So he didn't have to say all that. He didn't know really what it was that. He knew he was what he was talking about though. You are too. So the Spirit of the Lord is upon me and he's anointing me and the anointing one, the Messiah to preach the good news of the gospel to the poor. He didn't mean that everybody is going to stay poor. He said when they get this message they ain't going to remain poor. It don't matter if you live in Hong Kong, Philippines, Turkey,

wherever. The Spirit of the same Jesus is alive evermore, amen. He has sent me to announce the release of the captains of the covenant of sight to the blind and sent forth as delivered those who are oppressed, who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed and broken down by calamity. God says that sounds like the world. That sounds like the church. They are oppressed, they are broken down, they are downtrodden, they are crushed, they are broken-hearted with calamity. And he said I come to free everybody from that. Turn to say I am free. I am free. I am afraid to reach out and build a new relationship because I will only get hurt again. Because I remember in the past, the past got hurt. I grew up with pain. I grew up with struggle. I grew up told I wouldn't win every mountain. I grew up with all that. But now all of a sudden coming out of God comes along and tells you some kind of something and God has got a plan and your abundant, your walking in favor, your walking in goodness. And you want to live in the past because that's the only place you feel comfortable because you get in the new future. You might just get some of that past again because you don't understand the past is gone. So you are going to talk about the past so you don't have to worry about the future. Because if you step in the future, the past is gone. You don't have a past because they are only in the future because you are somewhere in the future. How you going to get to heaven if you take your past? Because your past can't go into the future. Glory. Whatever I said. You can't go into the future if you stay in your past. And you will get to heaven. Listen. Your old man can't go to heaven. Everybody thinks they are going but your old man can't go to heaven because the new man is the only one going to go in there. So why are you dealing with the past when you don't have one? So who do you say that I am? So I am afraid to reach out. I am afraid to build new relationships because I will only get hurt again. Let me tell you something. That's just a defense mechanism. The more you try to avoid fear to protect yourself, the more you protect the fear and expose yourself to the thing. Listen to me. Stop hiding behind what you were and tell everybody who you are. If you notice Jesus, he asked him, who do you say that I am? I know who I am. Why was he telling Peter that? He said, Peter, if you can ever discover who I am, you'll discover who you are because you're in me, Peter. Guys, you're not what you were. You can't be what you were if you are what you are. And you can't be in the past if you live in the future because you're some kind of nail. Nail faith is. Well, you

don't understand Pastor, I've had a terrible life because you know why? Because you drug your past into your future and you won't be excited about your future. Your future is only an open door for your pastor to be removed. But you know what people do? We build up walls. I'll attack you before you can attack me. I'll do something to remove you from my life because I know that you've been sending them. Listen, 90% of the people removed the people in their life that they need in their life because people come into your life for a reason. That God has prepared you for divine appointments to transform people's lives. How many mothers remember the very pain that you went through to give birth to yours. See your obstacles in life are not so the enemy can destroy you. It's so God can reveal to you who you are. Now, you may not wanna be a prince and you may not wanna be a king and you may not wanna be a priest, but the Bible says you are king and a priest and you go rain on the earth, Revelation 5 and 10 and Revelation 1 and 6. So if you wanna set around and be a pomper, be a pomper, but you're really a priest and a king. Because to be king of kings, you gotta be some little kings and Lord and Lord, they gotta be some little lords and that's us. The Bible says in Galatians 4 and 1, your Lord of all things, Master, one translation says, but even though you don't know it, you act as a child. The church is still serving. Servant mentality takes you to the law. It makes demands on you. Grace is a supplier and doesn't make grace.

Doesn't make demands on you. Listen to me a minute, don't you understand this? Grace, law, I'll show you how to treat your wife. It'll tell you what's wrong with your marriage, but the Holy Spirit will teach you how to love your wife. Grace supplies law demands. Some of you in here tonight, you're still struggling with who am I? Well, I don't measure up, it ain't about you. Reason it's about you is 'cause old man ain't dying, you become a new creature, so when it's about you, anything that has to deal with you is about the law. If it has to deal with him, well, pastor, we got to act right. How's that working for you? Let's go to Ephesians chapter six, verse 13 and 14. I'm almost through. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all. It is a fight. See, your spiritual warfare is you maintaining what God obtained. You maintaining what God obtained. Now, pastor Tim here, he's been a pastor a long time. He hasn't worked for his salvation. If he did, it wasn't a gift. He didn't have to do anything but just receive what God had already done. Amen. Now, did God just wake him up one day

and pour all the revelation of the Bible in him? No, he had to study. Study to show the other proof. He has to season out of season. But listen, you don't get revelation like that, guys. You get revelation when you discover who you are. Discover who you are and pouring out who you are reveals more revelation to you. So, Paul said, when you've done all you can do to stand, just stand and see the goodness of the Lord. Look at verse 14. Therefore, stand therefore having gird your ways with truth. Guys, what's he saying here? With truth, what's Jesus? I'm the way the truth in the life, John 14 is six. Grace and truth came through Jesus, John 1 18. Think about it a minute. Having put on the breastplate of righteousness. Now, I'm not gonna read all those things. But have me of you know you're righteous because of what he did.
