BT is back in the garage working on the 1952 Dodge Power Wagon restoration, and this time the lesson comes from the brakes.

On the outside, the old brake drums looked great. Fresh paint. Clean finish. Shiny black coating. But underneath the surface, they were damaged where it actually mattered. The inside imperfections made the truck unsafe and weakened its ability to function the way it was designed.

That’s when BT connects it to a hard truth about us.

Our culture is obsessed with appearances: physique, style, image, followers, likes, branding. Everything screams, “Make the outside look good.” But God has always been more concerned with what’s happening beneath the surface.

As BT rebuilds this old Power Wagon piece by piece, he reminds us of the same principle spoken over King David in the Bible: “Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

What’s happening inside you matters more than what people see outside of you.

This episode is about spiritual depth, character, integrity, and becoming the kind of person who’s solid where nobody else is looking.
