I was reading in Numbers last week, and the scripture just came back as we were singing that song. I'm going to read from the message, Numbers chapter 20 and verse 6. It's very simple. Moses and Aaron walked from the assembled congregation to the tent of meeting, the tabernacle, and threw themselves face down on the ground,

and they saw the glory of God. We are an assembled congregation today. We're in the tent of meeting. Actually, we are the tent of meeting. We are the temple of God. We are the tabernacle in which he dwells. And they wanted to see the glory of God so bad that they were willing to throw themselves face down. When is the last time you wanted to see the glory of God so bad that you didn't care what anybody thought about you? For a split second, you didn't think about your knees. You didn't care who was around you. You didn't care what your hair looked like, what clothes you had on because nothing mattered more than the glory of God. And I just want to know, is there anyone in the room today you're just willing, in a posture of worship, to throw yourself face down? We sing, He is worthy of it all, but what's our posture? How desperate are we to see the glory of God? In Chronicles, the priests, when they dedicated the temple, they couldn't even stand. They couldn't even stand to do their duties. There was just no room for them to minister because the glory of the Lord. When is the last time that there was no room for you in your life because it was consumed with the glory of God. Your desires went out the window,

your agenda left, because all that could be in this space was His glory. My God, oh, that a hunger would grip us. Oh, that a thirst would grip us, and we would want the glory of God. Getting ready to pray, but I leaned over to my friend, Tina, and I began to pray over her. And as I was praying over her, an image just came to my mind. I said, Lord, let the weight of your glory be what holds her prayer requests before your throne. And all I could think about is I have a napkin holder on my table, and there's napkins in the napkin holder, and on top of the napkin is a little weight, so they don't blow away, they don't make a mess, they stay neat and tidy on my table. And friend, that's what came into my mind, that my prayer requests have come before the Lord. Sometimes they're neat and tidy, and sometimes they're messy. Sometimes they're loud and spoken in anger, and sometimes they're not even able to be whispered, because I don't even know what to pray. Sometimes I'm so broken when I come before the Lord, I don't even know what to say,

so I just say, Jesus. Amen. But the weight of his glory comes into those moments, and the weight of his glory is just holding my prayer requests right before the throne. And I know that I know he will intervene on my behalf. Friend, he'll intervene on your behalf today too. If you'll just let the glory of the Lord come in, he'll meet you right where you're at. He'll minister to you right where you're at. If you'd be so kind as to join hands with the person beside you, the glory of the Lord, it's hovering. My mom talks about when they were younger, they were in a revival tent meeting one night, and all of a sudden someone said, I don't think they were in a tent, they were in the church, and all of a sudden, this is long before the haze that you see in the lights right now. And all of a sudden someone said, there's the glory cloud, and a glory cloud actually appeared in the church. The glory of the Lord is in this place, and he is worthy of our praise. As we go before the throne for our friends and our family, our neighbors, those sitting beside us that we may not even know, we're gonna beseech the throne of heaven, and we're gonna pray that the weight of his glory

just holds those requests before his throne. This is a corporate prayer, which means I want you to lift up your voice, and I want you to pray for the person beside you, and the prayers are already going up. I hear it all over the building. Prayers are already going up. I just want you to begin to pray one for another right now. Pray for your neighbor. Pray for the person beside you. You don't have to know what's going on in their life. You don't have to know the situation. You don't have to know the trial. You don't have to know the storm, but you do know that just as the enemy comes after you, the enemy's been coming after them. Just as much as you may have been weighed down by the cares of this life, they may be weighed down too. Just as you've been fighting a battle, they've been fighting a battle. So come on, church, lift your voice and pray one for another. That is scriptural right now. That is Bible. We are to pray one for another. Father, right now, all over this room, all over this room, every musician, every vocalist, every person in the altar area, every person still in their seat,

every production team member across this campus, Lord, we lift up every single person right now to you. Trusting you, God, to do what only you can do. Minister, Lord, to hearts and lives. Lord, let the weight of your glory just ascend. God and descend upon us right now. Let it descend upon us right now. Glory come. Glory come. Glory come. Right now in the name of Jesus. Saturate us Lord. Saturate us Lord. As we pray one for another Lord. Meet the needs of your people. Meet the needs of your people. Oh we offer up. And so now I want you to change your praise. I want you to release the hands beside you. And I just want you to lift up a worship. Lift up a praise. And thank Him. Thank Him. Thank Him. Thank Him. Thank Him. Oh we bring gratitude to you Lord.
