Guided Prayer for More of God a few quiet minutes to come back to God's presence when your heart has grown distant or dry. If you've been going through the motions, feeling spiritually empty, or longing for something deeper, this prayer is an invitation to seek Him again, because God delights in being found by those who seek Him.

You don't need to know how to pray. Just press play, breathe, and let this lead you.

This one is for anyone in a dry season, busy, distracted, or just missing the closeness you once had with God. Listen in the car, at work, or in a quiet moment alone. It's a prayer that asks not for more things or more answers, but simply for more of Him, to awaken your hunger, renew your first love, and make His presence your greatest pursuit.

In this prayer we'll slow down and become aware of God's presence, honestly tell Him where our passion has faded, release distraction and spiritual complacency, place a hand over our heart and pray "God, I want more of you," and declare a renewed desire for Him. Grounded in Psalm 63, James 4, and Jeremiah 29.

Hey, take a moment right now and just be still. Take a deep breath, in, and slowly exhale. Again, breathe in, exhale. Let the distractions of the day begin to fade. Let the noise settle. For the next few moments, simply become aware of God's presence. He is here, and he is inviting you closer. Sometimes our hearts become distracted. Life gets busy. Responsibilities power up. Schedules fill up. And without realizing it, our desire for God can begin to grow quiet. Maybe you felt spiritually dry. Maybe you felt distant from God. Maybe you've been going through the motions but longing for something deeper. If that's where you are today, you're not alone. And the beautiful thing is this. God is not hiding from you. He delights in being found by those who seek him. Listen to what God's word says in Psalm 63. Oh God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My whole being longs for you. And James, chapter 4 says, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." Jeremiah, chapter 29 says, "You will seek me and find me. When you seek me with all your heart, God responds to hungry hearts." Here's our prayer for the day. God, we come before you right now. Not asking for more things.

Not asking for more answers. But simply asking for more of you. You know the condition of our heart. You know where passion has faded. You know where distractions have taken over. And right now, I want you to quietly ask God to awaken your hunger for him. Tell him honestly where you've been. Tell him what you've been feeling. God stirs something fresh inside of us. Create a deeper desire for your presence. Create a greater love for your word. Create a greater passion for prayer. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale. As you're exhaling, release distractions. Release apathy. Release spiritual complacency. God, help us desire you more than comfort. More than entertainment. More than the temporary things that pull our attention away. Awaken our hearts again. Renew our first love for you. Let your presence become our greatest pursuit. Right now, place your hand over your heart. And simply pray. God, I want you more of you. Sit with that for a moment. Let that desire settle deeply within you. Now, let's declare what is true. Say this with me. I desire God's presence.

My heart belongs to God. I am growing closer to Him. God is drawing me deeper. My hunger for God is increasing. I want more of His presence. God is renewing my passion. Let us close. God, awaken our hearts again. Give us a deeper hunger for you, a deeper love for your presence and a deeper desire to know you. May we seek you above everything else. In Jesus' name, amen.
