Grief Is Not a Problem to Solve | The Walk Out · Day 96
Nobody told you grief doesn’t have a finish line.
We were taught you feel bad for a while, then you feel better, then you’re done. That’s not how grief works. Jesus knew He was about to raise Lazarus, and He still wept (John 11:35). You have permission to do the same.
This one can stir things up. If it's heavy today, talk to a chaplain, a counselor, or someone you trust. You don't have to carry it alone.
TODAY’S TRUTH
Grief is not a problem to solve. It’s a thing to walk through.

John 11:35
THE MOVE
Give one grief permission to land. Sit with it for a minute. Don’t fix it. Don’t analyze it. Tell God you’re letting it land.
