You did it. Thirty days of identity work.

TODAY’S TRUTH You are not who they said you were. You are who God says you are. Stand in it.

THE READ “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

You’re not the same person who started Volume 2. Even if it doesn’t feel like it.

In your own words — what's this saying to you?

THE REAL For 30 days, you’ve been pulling apart the names that have been laid on you. The ones from your parents. From your peers. From the system. From your own internal voice. From the worst things you did. From the things that were done to you.

Underneath all of it, there’s the name God has for you. Beloved. Chosen. Mine. His. Made on purpose. Held. Adopted. Free.

You don’t have to feel all of those today. You probably don’t believe all of them yet. That’s OK. The work was to start the unraveling. The standing-in-the-new-name is going to take the rest of your life.

But here’s what’s different now than 30 days ago: you can see the difference. You can see the names that were laid on you and weren’t yours. You can see the names God has for you instead. You have language for both. You can fight back when the wrong name shows up.

That’s a real change.

Volume 3 is called RECKONING. It’s the hardest volume in the series. It’s about facing your past honestly — what you did, what was done to you — and doing the forgiveness work that has to happen. You can’t go further into the rest of life until you’ve done that.

Take today as a real day off. Look back at what you wrote. Look at the names you let go. Look at the new name God’s been giving you. Sit with it.

Then come back tomorrow for Volume 3. Or in a week. Or whenever. The book will wait. So will God.

You’re not who they said you were. You never were.

PULL UP What name is God giving you now that you didn’t have 30 days ago?

Write it out — don't just think it:

THE MOVE Take a deep breath. Say out loud: “My name is [whatever God’s name for you is becoming]. I’m standing in it.”

Did it today?  ☐ Yes   ☐ Not yet — what happened when you did?
