Just in the day of God, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - I'm gonna be talking a little bit about one of the raw things that God invites us into is obedience, obedience. Those are things that man, I'm not sure I wanna do it. We do it because we just wanna honor Him in obedience. But the important thing is there's a context for why that is. It's because as people of God, you can trust Him. Before God tells people about the Ten Commandments and He wants them to be obeyed,

He gives a ton of context for it right before. In Exodus chapter 20, He says this. He said, "I am the Lord your God, "who brought you out of the land of Egypt, "out of the house of slavery." So before you hear these things, I want you to understand who I am. I'm the Lord of God who has you standing where you are today. Is anybody in here going, I can't believe I'm still alive. I can't, I can't believe I'm alive. Anybody in here all going, I can't believe some of the things God's done for me. Anybody in here going, I can't believe I'm still going. I'm still going, I'm still here. That is the context for why we wanna honor God because He's proven because God has brought us from a place and now we're saying, God, I'm ready to go some place else because you've proven yourself trust-worthy.
