Good morning, men and women. Such an honor to come to you again from Life Fellowship Church here in McKinney, Texas on your screen on the Pando app in the facility that you're in. It's amazing. Man, I wish I had that technology when I was incarcerated. My name is Logan Williams and my TDC number is 1490218. I got four numbers after that and spent nine and a half years in and out, in and out, in and out. Couldn't seem to get this life thing right and just hopelessly addicted to drugs and all the stuff that that brings. I just want you to know that, man, when Jesus got ahold of me, he absolutely revolutionized and changed everything. I want to encourage you because I know some of you have been to prison four times. Some of you have been to prison more than that. Some of you are wondering, what in the world? Is this just my lot in life? And I want to tell you, no, I want to tell you to speak against that. I want you to pray against that line of thinking because anything is possible with God. Anything's possible. And it can start right now at this moment. I want you to encourage your family to get in with you on some of these teachings and some of the spiritual walk. They can download the same Pando app that you have on their phones and you can watch the same things and talk about it and grow together as a family, even though you're incarcerated. I know that may seem like a daunting task, but you can do that. You can lead your wife. You can lead your kids, even though you're incarcerated. You're part of my heart. My heart is for inmates who are struggling, that want a new life, want a better way, want Jesus, and just haven't been able to get a hold of him because that was me. And I want to tell you, man, that starting right now, it can be completely different. It can be completely different. I want to tell you about a story in the Old Testament. Many of you might have heard this story, but it's about a guy named Naaman, and it's in 2 Kings chapter 5, and I'll just pick it up. Verse 1, it says, the king of Aram had a great admiration for Naaman, the commander of his army, because though through him the Lord had given Aram great victories. But though Naaman was a mighty warrior, he suffered from leprosy. That was a really gnarly skin disease. So at the time, the Armenian raiders had invaded the land of Israel. So they're actually Israel's opponent, right? And among their captives was a young girl who had been given to Naaman's wife as a maid, as a servant. So they just roll in, take whoever they want, and like, okay, you're a servant. You're going to work for her now. But this girl, man, was really had the Spirit of God in her because she wasn't bitter. She wasn't playing the victim. She was like, one day the girl said to her mistress, I wish my master, talking about Naaman, would go see the prophet in Samaria. He would heal him of his leprosy. See, this girl knew that there was a prophet down there that could heal people. And even though she was taken and being held as a slave, she had a heart for this guy because he was suffering so much. And man, the Spirit of God was in that young girl because she cared about him and was like, hey man, if you go and see this guy, he'll heal you. So Naaman told the king what the young girl from Israel had said, go and visit the prophet. The king of Aram told him, I will send a letter of introduction for you to take to the king

of Israel. So he's like, hey, yeah, you can go down there if you want to. I'll send a letter and try to kind of smooth the way for you. But yeah, if you want to do that, do that. So Naaman started out carrying as gifts 750 pounds of silver, 150 pounds of gold, 10 sets of clothing, and the letter to the king of Israel, which said, with this letter, I present my servant Naaman. I want you to heal him of leprosy. I mean, if I was a king and I got that, what would you want me to do? And he did get a little angry. He says, when the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes in dismay and said, am I God that I can give life and take it away? Why is this man asking me to heal someone with leprosy? It's funny. Back in the day when they would get, when they would hear some really bad news or something that angered them, they would tear their clothes for whatever reason. I'm not gonna tear my clothes, but that's what they did. Says, I can see that he's just trying to pick a fight with me. So he totally misinterpreted the whole thing and tore his clothes. But when Elijah, this is the prophet, the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes in dismay, he sent him this message, said, why did you tear your clothes? Kind of what I would say. Why are you so upset?

Send Naaman to me and he will learn that there's a true prophet here in Israel. That's key. He wanted, because that they were enemies, he wanted God's power to be on display. And so he's like, now send him to me, send him to me. So Naaman went with his horses and chariots and waited at the door of Elijah's house. But Elijah sent a messenger out to him with this message, go wash yourself seven times in the Jordan River and your skin will be restored and you will be healed of leprosy. That angered Naaman. I wonder if he tore his clothes because he became angry and stalked away. He said, I thought he would certainly come out and meet me. I expected him to wave his hand over me, over the leprosy and call him the name of the Lord, his God and heal me. Aren't the rivers in Damascus and Abana and the far, far, I don't know, it's a weird, it's another, there's other rivers that he's talking about in his homeland and they're cleaner than the Jordan River. He's saying, aren't they better than the rivers of Israel? Why shouldn't I wash in them and be healed? So Naaman turned away, turned and went away in a rage. And so sometimes in our walk, most of the time God is gonna ask us to do some things that don't make sense to us. He's gonna ask us to lay down certain things.

He's gonna ask us to take certain things off the throne. He's gonna ask us to do some things that don't make sense. For example, maybe you're sitting in the county jail right now and you don't even know what you're gonna get. You don't know if you're gonna get probation or if they're gonna give you prison time or whatever. And you might think, man, what I need is a lawyer. But what you really need is something completely different. You need to get a relationship with Christ. You need to learn how to walk these spiritual principles because that's truly gonna fix your problem. That's gonna be the solution to the root of your problem. Yes, right in this moment, sure, you may need a lawyer, but that's not really what you need. But it doesn't make sense to us what God sometimes asks us to do. He says, but his officers tried to reason with him and say, sir, if the prophet would have told you to do something very difficult, wouldn't you have done it? So you should certainly obey him when he says, simply go wash and be cured. So they're like saying, hey, come on, man. Like you come all the way out here. I know it doesn't make sense, but why don't you just try it? It says, so Naaman went down to the Jordan River and dipped himself seven times as the man who God had instructed. And his skin became as healthy as the skin of a young child

and he was healed. I mean, can you imagine you go down there, dirty water, you get undressed, get in. One, still got leprosy. Two, let me look, still got leprosy. You know, during the process, you're probably thinking, man, what am I doing? Like, this doesn't make any sense. But that's exactly what the spiritual walk is sometimes. I know God, when I came, when I got saved and I laid down all those drugs, he asked me to lay down sexual sin. And I was thinking, no one really does that, do they? It's 2021, it was 2021 at the time. Does anyone really do that? Like, that's not gonna fix my problem. Like, my problem is I can't stop shooting meth. I can't stop doing drugs. Like, look, can I just focus on this? And he was like, no, I want all of you. I want you to get all the way in. And then shortly after that, he revealed to me that money was an idol in my life and he wanted me to start returning the first 10% of anything I made and I wasn't making much back to him. And it wasn't about the money, it was to honor him. That didn't make any sense, okay? I'm broke, living in a sober living home. I'm cleaning houses for a lady at the church and I'm making about 60 bucks a day.

And it's like, that doesn't make any sense to give 10% of it away, it just doesn't. But this is what he asked me to do. And he followed it up with a download of. Just imagine what your life could be like if you just got all the way in with me one time. And so, yes, the thing Elijah asked Naaman to do doesn't make sense, didn't make sense. He didn't wanna do it. He wanted a solution that made sense to him. He wanted him just to say, be healed in Jesus' name. I don't know what he wanted, but he humbled himself and he followed directions. And that's what my wife and I, we lead out a Overcomers 12-step recovery group. I'm big in prison and I'm big with working with drug addicts and alcoholics and people that are addicted to things, sexual sin and gambling and whatever is out of control in your life. And we practice the 12-step recovery with Jesus at the centerpiece. It's just Christianity for dummies is what it is. We just look at our lives. We say, man, is there something out of control in my life? Sometimes it's obvious if you're on drugs. Sometimes it's sin. Sometimes it can be codependency. Sometimes it can be whatever it is. And we're like, God, I think you can help me with that. I'm gonna make a decision to get all in with you.

And then we do an inventory, a personal inventory, and no one wants to do that because that doesn't make sense to us, right? It's like saying, go dip in the Jordan seven times and you'll be healed. I don't wanna sit here and write out an inventory of myself and then you gotta share it with somebody. But if you just follow through with that, we found freedom comes. James 5.16, admit your sins to one another, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another that you may be healed. Yes, and then we make amends to people that we wronged or harmed. We go to them and say, I was wrong, I regret it. What can I do to make it right? There's a process that we have that doesn't make sense when you're just coming in on drugs off the street or you're coming in and you're absolutely consumed with a sin or with something that's completely out of control in your life that you can't wish or will away. And maybe some of you in the facilities that you're at now are experiencing that. I know drugs are rampant here in Texas. Maybe you don't know how to stop. Maybe you need to seek out a recovery program that's not gonna make sense to you just like this didn't make sense to Naaman. But if we can just follow through with it,

even though it doesn't make sense, this is the spiritual walk. These things never make sense sometimes. The things that God asks us to do, the things that he asks us to lay down. And we have to have that belief system in our mind when we're doing this walk is, God, what do you have for me today? So I just wanna challenge you all to do some things that don't make sense, to seek God, hey man, what do you have for me? What are some practical things I can do? I don't care if you're in county jail and you just got there or maybe you've been in prison for 20 years. Today is a day you can start and it might not make sense. But I just wanna implore you to pray and move and do it anyway, do it anyway. Let me pray for you guys. Heavenly Father, we just lift up all the men and women that are watching, that are listening to us, our church family that we love, God, our heart breaks for the ones that are in bondage. And God, I just pray that you would meet them all right where they're at right now and let them know how much you love them, that you have a plan and a purpose for their life that may not make sense, but it's far greater than anything they can think, ask or imagine. And God, I pray that you would give them visions

and glimpses of that and that you would give them hope and that that would encourage them to keep taking these steps and doing these things, even though it might not make sense to them. I pray that you would give them just a sense of perseverance to persevere through things that don't make sense or things that they don't necessarily want to do, spiritual things, give them perseverance until they can see some fruits. And then once they see the fruits, man, that they would just jump in all the way in with all the desperation of a drowning man. God, we just want to chase after you with all our hearts and we just want more of you. And so God, I pray that you would bless them wherever they're at and that you would let them know you love them and that you would give them downloads and or speak to them through messages or songs and let them know what some things that they can do to grow closer to you, because we ultimately just want to enlarge your kingdom and make much of your name. And we love you so much. We give you all the praise and glory in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. I have to have one more question. for you. Whose house? God's house. Let's give him some praise. Good morning. Hi, my name is Stacey Hunter. I am a prison ministry volunteer here at Life Fellowship Church. My TDC number is 2377061. I have one more after that and this coming

16th next week, I'll be clean and sober for five years. So I've been where you're at and I get it and if I came out of it, God pulled me out of that pit, he can pull you out too. So this morning, I'm really grateful to be able to speak life into you guys today. I want to talk about Ezekiel 3626. It says a new heart also I will give you and a new spirit will I put within you and I will take away the stony heart of your flesh and I will give you a heart of flesh. So in this scripture, God says I will quite often and so many times we think that we can do it on our own and we try in our own merit and our own strength but right here he says that he will take out the stony heart the stony heart that's rebellious and resistant to change right and correction and instruction and even even being willing to be led by someone else. It's resistant to that. So God is the one who does the work and we usually we don't see the work. He does it behind the scenes usually until somebody else notices. Hey, you've really grown, right? So for myself, I was like, wow, if you know, if God removed my heart of stone and gave me this and gave me this this new heart of flesh, right? Which comes with the new birth, right? Being born again. I was like, why am I still like this? Why am I still struggling? And it's because I was still trying to perform and trying to do and trying to bring the behavior modification within myself before the change of heart before allowing the word of God, which was me getting in the word of God and spending time with God getting to know him and allowing the Holy Spirit and the word to do the work within my heart. That's where the struggle was and I still do that sometimes. I still try to try to take his rightful place right on the throne because somehow I think I can do a better job and if I fail every time, you know, we fail every single time. So every single move is a move of God. Every single transaction and something I want you guys to remember and for myself even is that a new heart is nothing that we can produce. The new spirit is nothing that we can produce, but we must become willing, right? To submit to right to submit to that process. It's a difficult process, but it's a necessary process because the whole ultimate goal is being changed into the image of Christ so we can love others, right? So we can serve others, right? So we can do everything as we're doing unto the Lord. So God removes and he replaces and gives us that heart of flesh. So it's moldable, it's pliable, it's submissive, it's more patient, it's more willing to surrender to that process and it's moldable, it's shapeable and it responds to the spirit of God. When before the stony heart, it's hard to break, right? It doesn't want to submit. It wants to do its own thing. So we have to have that new heart that God

replaces by removing that stone heart. He replaces us with a new heart so that he can bring about change and he can be the one that's in control and in charge. So this new heart gives us that ability to become submissive to his will. So this new heart that we're given is able to feel things. So it becomes willing to, um, and open to the emotional and the spiritual process that is necessary to, in this walk. Let me pray for you guys. Heavenly Father, Lord, we just thank you for today, Lord. We thank you, um, for your mercy and your grace. Lord, we thank you so much, Lord. We just wanna just thank you for who you are, God. Thank you for giving us another chance. Thank you for seeing us the way that Jesus sees us. Father God, thank you for chasing after us, Lord. Father, I pray right now that we each become pliable, become willing, Lord Jesus, to this new transformation, God, under the new covenant. We thank you, Lord. We love you, Lord. In Jesus' name, amen. We're so honored that you would watch and be edified and choose God, choose Jesus, choose a new path, choose a different thing. I know from my own experience that God can do anything. Nothing is impossible with him, and I just want to speak into the lives of the people who are discouraged, who are full of anxiety and fear and doubt, and maybe you're in a horrible place. Maybe you've got crazy people around you. Man, just cry out to God. He can turn all of that for the good if we let him, but he's a gentleman, and we need to invite him in. Speaking of inviting, you can invite your friends and family to download the same Pando app on their phone. They can watch the same messages, videos, teachings that you watch. You can actually attend church together because you can watch the same things, and when you see each other, you can talk about it. What did the Holy Spirit speak to you in that message, in that teaching, in that thing? And so invite them to do that.

It's really an honor and a privilege just to be on there, and so we're so grateful for Life Fellowship and the resources that they've put into all of this, allowing us to be on there and speaking to your life. God is so good, and I know there are some of you that are hearing me say that, and you're like, yes, yes, he is. God is good, and then there's others that hear that and it's like, man, I don't know. I don't know if he's good

because you're going through something. You're going through stuff. I just want to tell you, man, we all go through stuff. I was just talking to somebody earlier, and they had a family member die, and it's like, how could you do this, God? Guys, everybody dies. It's not that God is doing this to you. It's just life on planet Earth. We're all gonna be in the valley. We're all gonna wonder at times, is he good? Are you still good even in the midst of this? But guys, I'm telling you, if you just keep your eyes focused on him, fixed on him, and just keep walking, that's how you get out of a valley, and you just keep walking, and the next thing you know, you're on the mountaintop again. And so this morning, I want to speak to those of you who are kind of on the fence. Maybe you're, you haven't gotten all the way in. Maybe you go to church. Maybe you were like me when I was locked up. I would go to all the church. I'd check those boxes. I would go to the prayer call when they would do it in the dorm. I would get baptized if they offered it. I would do the Kairos if they offered it. I'd do the Bridges to Life if they offered it.

Whatever they had, I would do it, but it would just be checking the box, hoping that God would see my effort and he would change me. But the thing is, I didn't change anything in here. I kept living exactly how I wanted to live. I didn't wage war against my sin. I didn't try to live a righteous life. I just went to church and then just kept living the same way that I was living. And that's the thing that it doesn't work. Not only does it not work, but it causes people that look at you to say, see, man, look at those hypocrites. Look at those people over in church. But be encouraged, like many people do that. That's why the scripture says there's a wide road that leads to destruction and many find that road. And that road runs right through the middle of the American church, okay? This is people that come to church, people that are saved, people that would call themselves Christians. There's a wide road that leads to destruction. And then he talks about a narrow road that many search for, but few find that leads to life. And so it's pretty common to see people just checking boxes and continuing to live however they wanna live.

In my experience, that didn't work for me. I'd get out, I'd get deceived, back on drugs, back doing crime, living in hotels, doing all the life, and then I'd get locked up again. And this just happened over and over and over and over. And it's quite frustrating to the point where I wanted to give up on him. I had a radical experience with Christ in a hotel room in August of 2021 in Irving, Texas. He just, the Holy Spirit hit me so hard in the midst of the darkest dark, man. And he simply said to me, hey man, if you wanna stop, just get up and leave this room and I got you. But don't do it if you don't want to. But if you want to, if you wanna stop, if you wanna not go back to prison again, if you wanna have a different life, just get up and leave this room. And it took me a few days because I'm high, I haven't slept, I'm wondering is this even real? Is this even God? But he just kept on, kept on, kept on knocking on the door of my heart. You know, there's a scripture that says I stand at the door and knock. I had to meet him though. I had to get up and I had to leave that room. And I remember when I gave all those drugs away and just walked out of that room, something changed.

Something changed. But the thing that I wanna tell you is he was true to his word when he said, I've got you. And he has had me ever since August 11th of 2021. He's opened door after door, after door, after door. I wound up in an Oxford house, a transitional living, sober living type place and started coming back to Life Fellowship, started serving, went on a retreat, had a radical experience on a retreat just a few weeks later. And I just showed up anytime the doors were open. I came to the men's group, started answering letters on the prison ministry team. Took me a while to get approved to be, to go into the prisons. But when I finally did, they were looking to hire someone here to help the prison ministry pastor. And that was almost three years ago. And now it's, now I get to lead this. It's such an honor and a privilege. Guys, God has you, man, but he wants your yes. He wants you to get all in, not just straddle the fence, not just give him some of these things. Yeah, I'll give you this, but I still wanna do this stuff. Over here, we have to wage war against ourselves. We have to lay it all down. Now, does that mean we're gonna be perfect? No, we're humans. We're not gonna be perfect. But what do we do when we do stumble?

That's what's important. Do we run to him or do we run away from him? Do we confess our sins to one another and pray for one another so that we can be healed? That's the number one tool, number one weapon in this walk for me this time since August of 2021 is that, confessing to one another. Get people around you, man, like-minded people. Seek them out. Ask them, hey man, can we have this accountability partnership thing as we do this walk? If you can figure out how to do it in there, you'll be miles ahead when you get out because it's easier out here. There's a whole church full. people here that'll do that with you. There's not that many people in some of the places that you're at that will do that. But if you pray and ask God to bring that person into your life, he will. He's got you. And he not only wants to change and transform you and set you free, he wants to use you right now in the place that you're at. He wants to use you to have God conversations. He wants to use you to have divine appointments, to speak life into people, to pray for people, to be salt and light in a tasteless and dark place. And he will use you, but he's looking for your yes. He wants us to meet him there.

You know, in the prodigal son in Luke 15, the son was in the pig pen and it says he came to himself. He's like, man, I don't know, even my father's servants have more than enough food. I know I'll arise, I'll go to my father, I'll tell him, father, I've sinned against you and against God and I'm no longer worthy to be called your son, but just let me come back as one of your hired servants. And after he got up and he took a few steps, it says the father ran to him. He's just looking for you to take a few steps, man. Like you don't have to be Billy Graham and have the Bible memorized. You just have to be willing to lay it all down. God, what do you have for me? God, search me out. What is it that grieves your heart? What is it that's in me that you don't like? What is it that's in me that's driving my actions? What are some belief systems that are not of you that I need to come against, that I need to wage war against? This is what I'm talking about. We all inherently know if we're engaging in something that God doesn't like, maybe it's real subtle. Maybe it's not just a blatant sin, but maybe it's just something that we like. Maybe, like I know when I was in there, I would watch sports, man.

If it was football season, bro, I was posted up, had my spot, I had the USA Today, I had all the point spreads. I'm gambling on all the games and I would spend 10, 12 hours, man, watching sports with all these bets. And when we had to rack up for count time, man, I've got my radio, I'm listening to them. That was an idol in my life. Like I couldn't take 10 minutes to pray, but I would take 12 hours and do this. Is there anything inherently wrong with sports? No, but when it becomes ultimate in our life, then it's an idol and this is what I'm talking about. These little subtle things, these little subtle things, but that doesn't mean you have to cut out all of that at once and now pray for 12 hours a day, but we just have to take steps towards that. Man, maybe can I not watch all day? Maybe can I take an hour in the morning and read the word and pray, which is way more than I did yesterday. We just have to take steps, guys. We just have to be willing. Take a few steps out of that pig pen and he'll run to you and embrace you and put a ring on your finger and shoes on your feet. Guys, he loves you. I just got a real life revelation of God's love for me. I don't know if I've shared this with you guys or not,

but my wife and I, we've been married three years. We're old, right? We're not having kids, but I have a pit bull. And so we had puppies. We had little pit bull puppies, had seven of them. We bred my dog and it's one of those things that sounds good, hey, let's have puppies until that day comes and she spits out seven little babies. It's like, oh my gosh, what have we done? But it's been really cool. It's been a joy to have them. We're only keeping one though, babe. And she picks a blue female and wants to keep the blue female. Okay, cool, we'll keep her. But man, there was this other little dog that was the rut of the litter, and he would get pushed off the milk and they would bully him. And he was smaller and he was weaker. And man, I just felt bad for him. And so I'd scoop up that little guy. We named him Bruce and I would take little Bruce. I'd get him his own little milk bowl and mix him up some milk and let him eat it. And he would sit right here and breathe on me. And man, I just fell in love with this little rut dog. I just did. And to the point where when it was time to give the dogs away, I had to tell my wife,

babe, we're gonna have to keep Bruce too, because I love him. And I just love him. I have him on my phone as my screen. You can't see it, but I just like looking. When I see him, I just love him. He has this really worried, sad look on his face all the time. It's funny, but when I see him, I just love him. Now, Bruce is a mess. He poops on my floor, he chews up my shoes. I was feeding him turkey at Thanksgiving and giving them to the dogs, you know, and he jumps up and he gets a hold of my finger and it was pretty bad, like to the bone. He cut me, almost bit my finger off, you know, but it doesn't matter, I just love him. I just look at him and I love him. And to be honest, little Bruce, he likes my wife better than he likes me, honestly. He'll run to her before he runs to me. And I'm like, dang, dude, I'm the one that saved you. We weren't even gonna keep you until I, you know, picked you. But, you know, it doesn't matter. I still love Bruce. And occasionally he'll choose to look my way. He'll choose to come crawl up in my lap. And when he does, man, I'm just so happy. I'm just so grateful that he's there because I love him.

I don't sit there and tell him, well, you know, sorry, Bruce, you chewed up my shoes, you pooped on my floor, you haven't, you've been ignoring me. No, I just love him. And so doesn't that sound like us with God? We just run around the world that he created, making messes, ignoring him. But God still loves us. Just like I love that little dog. I don't care what he does. I just love him. And when he does choose to come up and sit in my lap, man, I don't sit there and hold all that against him. I don't say, hey buddy, what about the mess you made last week? Hey buddy, what about my shoes that you chewed up? Hey man, you've been ignoring me for three days. No, I'm just so happy that he chose to come sit in my lap. And that just gave me this picture of God's love for us. That if we can love, if I can love a dog like that, man, how much more does he love us? Like he's not holding anything against us. He's not disappointed in us. He's not just tolerating us, man. He's just hoping that we look his way. He's just hoping that we'll choose to come crawl up in his lap. And he's so happy when we do. And so guys, I want you to know that God loves you and he wants a relationship with you so bad.

So let me pray for you guys. Father, I just thank you for all the men and women that you've brought to this, to the tablets. God, we thank you for the tablets. We thank you that men and women can fill their lives now with positivity and life and your word and teachings and such a blessing, God. We just give you praise for that. We just give you praise, glory, honor. We just exalt your name, God, just for all that you have done in the prison system. God, we are so grateful. And God, I just pray that you would meet these men and women right where they're at. Let them know how much you love them. Let them know that, man, you just want them to look your way. You're just waiting. You're on the edge of your seat. You have their picture as the wallpaper on your phone, just like I have the little dog on my phone. God, I love that you're like that, man. And I pray, man, that all of these inmates in the various facilities that they're at, man, that they could get that revelation in their heart, that it wouldn't just be information in their head, but a revelation in their heart that would change them, that would make them run to you and not away from you, that would cause them to want to crawl up in your lap, to take some moments throughout the day

and acknowledge you and talk to you and pray with you. God, I pray that for these men and women. God, hear our cries today, God, that they would know that you just want them a relationship with them so bad, so bad. So God, we thank you for all you're doing, God. I pray that this message that they're about to watch just lands on fertile soil, God, that you would bring the increase in their lives, that they would take root and grow, God. We love you so much, and we give you all the praise and glory. In Jesus' name, amen. In whose house? God's house. Let's give them some praise. ♪♪
