Just like diamonds are formed under intense heat and pressure, leaders are developed in seasons of trial. Pressure reveals three things:

Your Allegiances – Who or what you truly depend on when everything is on the line.

Your Character – What’s been formed in you when nobody was watching.

Your Skills – The preparation God has been building in your hidden seasons.

Joseph went from the pit to the palace, from forgotten to favored, because he allowed God to shape him through pressure. And the same can be true for you.

Instead of asking God to remove your pressure, ask Him what He wants to develop through it.

Leaders don’t produce in spite of pressure… they produce because of pressure.
