The Pathway To Success Pt. 6
Zion Church | The Pathway To Success Pt. 6 | Senior Pastor Keith Battle
Summary
In this sixth installment of the Pathway to Success series, the message is clear: the road to genuine success is marked by challenges meant to build strength, character, and generosity. Like broken glass on a path signaling the need for a breakthrough, our obstacles often point to divine growth. Joshua’s transition into leadership after Moses’ death illustrates this truth—God’s work continues even when seasons change, and moving forward requires releasing what once was. What we lose belonged to God first, and He leads us into new chapters with purpose.
Yet many of us hesitate, feeling inadequate or overwhelmed by comparison. Scripture reminds us that God uses what we already have—even when it seems too small or too broken—to accomplish great things, just as Jesus multiplied a boy’s simple lunch. Success also requires caring for our physical health and honoring the rhythms of rest God designed for us. Hard work alone is not enough; wise habits, spiritual rest, and trust in God sustain the longevity and joy of true success.
