The Armor of God: Episode 14
Hebrews 4:12 NKJV “For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword…”
The sword is called “two-edged” because of the Greek word it is translated from. Two-edged is “di,” meaning two, and “stomos,” meaning mouths. The Greek “Distomos” literally means “two-mouths.”
