Naming Your Pain Without Becoming It | The Walk Out · Day 95
There’s a difference between naming your pain and making it your identity.
Most of us do one of two things. We never name it at all, or we name it so much it becomes who we are. Lamentations is the Bible’s long, honest look at pain, and nobody in there is pretending. Name it accurately. Then name something else that’s true about you.
TODAY’S TRUTH
You can name your pain accurately without letting it define you.

THE MOVE
