Jumping in the Deep End

Hallelujah! Let's all stand together. Well, for those that weren't with us in the first service, the lights kept going out up there because they were overheating. They were singing so passionately. I don't know if that's the reason, but they were going out on the choir. What a blessing. How many of Jesus has turned you around? Amen? Well, what a joy to have every single one of you. What a blessing. This usually is the time that I'll not only welcome you, but also will begin to welcome all those watching live around the country and around the world. We're going to wait on that. I will mention your nation in the middle of the message. There's a reason why we're going to do it that way. We're always thankful. I just have such a burden, and I'll talk about it later on, about the universities that are joining us. So many universities in the first service. Also in this service, we welcome Stony Brook University, American University, Illinois State University, Arizona State University. We welcome Rutgers, Borough of Manhattan Community College, and the University of Connecticut. Would you welcome all those that are watching from our universities? God bless you. And I do want to just challenge all those that are watching from a university campus. Tonight is the beginning of our prayer and fasting, and tonight we're praying for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. With the age that we live in, we are so thankful for people to be water baptized. But folks, I'm telling you, in this time, you need what John the Baptist said. We need water and fire. Listen to what they said. It says, I baptize you. John said, I baptize you with water for repentance.

But after me comes one who's more powerful, and whose sandals I'm not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and what? That I believe you need water and fire these days. That water, that symbol, that commitment to Christ. But don't stop there. Allow the Holy Spirit just to come and do something very powerful. That's tonight. And we'll have Zoom rooms online that will be praying, as well as altar workers that will be down here. Now, I want to, in just a moment, Elder Vicki and our team, we're going to sing a song. But I want to share with you what we see. Celebrate what God has done in 2025. But I want to talk to you about 2026. The prerequisite for us, Cindy and I with our kids, I remember the prerequisite for swimming is we had to teach our kids to jump in the deep end, but we'd be catching them there. And they would jump into our arms. And I remember sitting in a, doing it with them in a hotel. And one of our girls, as I was saying, come on, jump. And she would do it just unabandonedly. She would just jump. And I asked her, I said, what, what is it? What made you jump fearlessly? This is what she said. She said, I knew you'd always catch me. I knew you'd always catch me. And folks, today, I'm going to ask you to jump into the deep end today. And here's my, here's the promise you're going to see in the Scriptures. He will catch you. He will

catch you. Just the chorus, we'll come back and sing it later. Elder Vicki, just close your eyes and sing this. Come on, sing this. Come on, you know it. Come on, Spirit lead me. Come on, lift your hands and sing it. Spirit lead me. One more time. One more time. Come on. Sing it one last time. Spirit lead me. And my faith will make me stronger in the presence of my Savior. So Father, set our hearts on fire today. Fill us with an unusual faith. Increase our faith today. And Father, give us The trust that we can jump in the deep and that we would understand that you work your wonders your miracles in the deep In the deep so father We need you to come today with your power come in these next few moments in Jesus name And everybody said amen and amen now listen before you're seated. What's your name again? Let me just meet you. I'm so happy to meet you, and then you may be seated Thank you quiet I Want to talk to you about vision 2026 but first I want to read to you a handwritten letter that I received along with a handwritten sermon From almost 50 60 years ago from David Wilkerson that's founder of Times Square Church it's right now hanging on the wall of my office and There is a line on it You'll hear it in the letter that has been so challenging to me The letter came to me a few months ago from his son Gary Wilkerson Who has been here, and I received this and my heart was stirred. I want to read it to you It wasn't just addressed to Cindy and I but you'll see it on the screen

I'm gonna have it printed out, but you could see it on the screen But it was written to all of us here at Times Square Church This is exactly what was written in the letter to us. Let me read it to you dear Tim and Cindy and the TSC family This is the quotes the first line of their handwritten sermon History is filled with story of those who lost the world but found a Savior That's the quote from one of his dad the dad sermon that hangs on my wall history is filled With stories of those who lost the world but found a Savior history will one day Tell of the billion souls you and the TSC led to the Savior Our shared history begins with our fathers and family who believed God for the impossible Who dared to risk what is more than most and as a result saw the amazing power of God? Psalm 107 says that they that go down into the seas and ships and do business in great waters these See the works of the Lord and his wonders in the deep You haven't allowed yourself to stay comfortable in the shallows You've launched into the great waters the deep and it is there you will see the works and the wonders of the Lord Those in the shallows never come near to it. It is hard. It takes everything sometimes. It's overwhelming And sometimes you will want to go back to the safe shores, but you will not turn back You will venture into the deep seeing even more wonders once you have seen what God does in the deep Nothing else will ever be acceptable Go deep go far go to all that God has called you to our Fathers started a legacy that we are building upon in our ever-increasing fashion with you in Christ Gary Wilkerson The Verse that Gary was quoting is Psalm 107 Verses 23 and 24. It was a challenge to me. It's a challenge for us It's for us to take not only a look at the deep of what took place last year, but even to go deeper Let me read to you what the psalmist says those who go down To the seas and ships who do business on great waters They have seen the works of the Lord and his wonders are in the deep. We'll read more of it later on God's miracles God's miracles according to this passage are in the deep end Those those who weighed close to the shore

Seen at times to think that our biggest sacrifice is that we made it through the snow to church We made it through some cold weather to church. That's not the deep There's something that God is calling us all to One of the men that I love to read from the past says it like this J. H. Jowett ministry that costs nothing Accomplishes nothing and it's a challenge for all it was the challenge in Luke chapter 5 to the Apostle Peter at the very Beginning of his calling at the very beginning of being called by Jesus Jesus gives these two charges, but let me read to you what happens here the Bible says he Jesus got into one of the boats which was Simon Simon Peter and Asked him to put out a little way from the land And he sat down and began teaching the people from the boat and when he had finished speaking He said to Simon put out into the deep water and let your dead nets down for a catch. Look at that for just a moment. Peter receives two challenges from Jesus. It really is the dock and the deep. The first one, he says, is put out a little way from the land. I think that happens with all of us that follow Jesus Christ. There's always that putting out away from the shoreline. And here, as we're looking at this, he then gives a second challenge, and he says to them, put out into the deep. That's the dock, and it was a challenge for the deep. Many who are here are in that boat, but not everyone is pushed out further. See, here's the part I want you to get, the picture I want you to see here. Staying close to the shore keeps us within earshots of the people that will discourage us from going any further. I want you to hear me for a second, because I don't want you to miss this picture. To put out into the shallows, you still get to hear friends and people that will begin to look at you, going like, really? You're going to do that? You're going to go to service at nighttime? Don't you know that Sundays is our day off? It's our only day of the week. And you're going to hear people from the land. And it's always this contradiction. In fact, let me put it to you this way. It is always a fight, because those that live in the shallows

will be able to hear the shore, but will be able to hear the master that's put out to the deep. It'll always be a contradiction. There'll be people, and there'll be people that are saying, come back to the shore, come back to what we're doing, because you even venturing out a little bit, you going to a Sunday night service, don't you know churches don't meet on Sunday nights anymore? For you to drive in, or to make it through the cold, or to get here like you are, to watch online, to be part of what God wants to do, not just here, but all over the world. It's amazing to me, because to not go to the deep, you stay close enough to hear what's coming from the shore, to hear what's coming. That's the problem today, even for those leaders that, like myself, if I don't go out far enough, it's easy to hear the peers, it's easy to hear the crowd, it's easy to hear everybody saying, stop, enough, you don't have to do this. But here's what I want you to understand. When you go into the deep, you will get storms, but you get Jesus also. And when you get Jesus, you also get a net full of fish, when you go that deep. That's the challenge. And make no mistake about it, the psalmist wasn't just simply saying, if you go out into the deep, you get, you'll get this, you'll see the wonders. But we have to read a little bit further in Psalm 107, because the challenge is that the wonders are in the deep, but there's a whole lot of other stuff that comes with it. Let me read it to you. Psalm 107, verse 24, where we left off, and his wonders are in the deep. Now watch this, next verse. For he spoke and raised up a stormy wind, which lifted up the waves of the sea. They rose up to the heavens, went down to the depths. Our soul melted away in misery. They reeled and staggered like a drunken man, and they were at their wits' end. But they cried to the Lord in their trouble. He brought them out of their distresses.

He caused the storm to be still, so that the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad, because they were quiet. So he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his loving kindness, and for his wonders to the sons of men. Did you see what the psalmist says? He said, they are in the deep, and they will see miracles. But that's not enough. There'll also come a time that you'll see a storm while you're in the deep. And while you see the storm, you'll find emotions bringing you to wits' end. But while you're at wits' end, you'll cry out to the Lord for miracles. And the Bible says they saw God calm the storm. And then, after God calmed the storm, they made it to the place that God told them to go initially, from the very beginning. It wasn't going to be easy, but they got there. And once they got there, the Bible says they lifted their hands, and they praised God for getting them through this entire operation, and saying, God was with us. It's a miracle. It's what God does to put out into the deep, to put out into those deep waters, to leave the shallows. You will be surprised, not only of the storms, but you'll be surprised at what God does when you least expect it. The miracles are in the deep. You know, two weeks ago, I shared with you. It just made me laugh, and I'm so glad I had witnesses there. I told you the story two weeks ago about my strawberry shortcake story, that where I heard about this great cake, and I'm, and that's, that's kind of a kryptonite for me, is cake. And so this, it's supposed to be the best, we ordered it. And I told you the story that when the door opened up, and the man was about to hand me the piece of cake that we ordered. Well, it wasn't one piece. There was multiple people, as he was handing it to us. I remember I was just about to grab it and he pulled away and he goes Times Square Church

He goes pray for me. I'm away from the Lord And so not only did I get cake but a convert and so it was amazing to watch That God that God did this thing. So I told you that two weeks ago on a Sunday. We leave church Me and three of our children were getting on the elevator at our apartment building and some guy gets on with us He has a wagon with diapers. It was delivering something from Target or Costco and he has a whole wagon of diapers and we're going up and with me and the the three kids were just talking and So he's walking. He must have heard us talking about church and he this is the day I told you about strawberry cake He walks out of the elevator and then like stop short holds the door and goes Times Square Church, and this is what he said to us. He goes, please pray for me I'm away from the Lord. I need to come back to God and my dad is a graduate from Teen Challenge and right there we held that door one one kid held the button the others laid hands on the guy and Prayed that God would do a work in John's life. You have no idea when God will show up That's why as we sang the song and we'll sing it later when he when the song ocean says you'll call me out upon the waters the great unknown where my feet may fail and there I find you in the mystery in Oceans deep my faith will stand and I will call upon your name spirit Lead me where my trust is without borders borders Let me walk on the waters wherever you would call me take me deeper than my feet would ever wander What he's saying is don't leave my future in my hands. Take me where you want me to go Take me to the deep places This is where God begins to challenge us. This is where God wants to do something inside of us This is God calling us to go further and to go deeper. My goodness I don't want to get stuck or flatline. I want to hear God calling me to where he wants to go I don't want to just be in church on Sunday and do whatever I want the other days That's an uncomfortable place to be because you're in the shallows and the rest of the week We think it belongs to us our whole life belongs to God everything does It all belongs to him. So to think that we're doing a favor by being here today. That's not Christianity That's religion Christianity says you're in charge. Call me wherever you want me to go

And that's why God has put it in our charge Something here at this church that I wanted to go God you're leading us to new places. There are three unique distinctions About Times Square Church that I kept thinking about and praying that God has entrusted to us First is its legacy. I have to tell you the sacrifice and ministry of Carter Conlon and David Wilkerson Folks make no mistake about it You're sitting in a seat that has been and you're sitting there because there's been amazing sacrifice by those two men For folks I've been here. It's it's hard to believe in a couple months. I've been here six years Six years. I told someone the other day. I said if you live in New York, the clocks are broken They just seem to go so fast But I'm sitting here thinking to myself 34 years folks. I'm no fool. I Know that I'm here today because of the sacrifice that these men and their wives Gwen Wilkerson and Teresa Conlon what they have done and given up to see God do something You're not sitting in a seat that is there simply by by by a resource. It is there because of sacrifice It's a miracle to see what God has done. But secondly God began to speak to me and said it's not just legacy It's location. Do you understand the sacrifice that happened to put a church right in the middle of Times Square? To take it right in the crossroads of the world where the nation's converge to take what is considered one of the one of the oldest and one of the biggest stages in all of Broadway and people who behind our backs were trying to buy this without any of us knowing what was going on It was put in the newspaper we we didn't even know that people were trying to buy this theater and trying to get it and finally in the theater the the One who did who did the Phantom of the Opera told one of the richest men and one of the richest Entrepreneurs in New York City said you're not gonna get that theater because if you try to get it It's like fighting God and so I'm telling you God wants a witness in this place God wants a witness right here in New York City God wants to do that. And then finally, it's reach. No other place has a real-time voice to the world as we begin to see what God is doing all over the world. We have to be stewards of what God has entrusted to us. David Wilkerson and Carter Conlon lived their lives in the deep end, and we are called

to continually go deeper and deeper, but there's always those land voices trying to call us back. Something in us feels the call from God to go deeper in the Word, deeper in sacrifice, deeper for our family, deeper in our marriage, deeper in the things of God. But there's always the land voices. There's always the peers. There's always the people. Because once you start going deeper, those voices begin to start to fade away. And so that's why the voices from the land will get louder. Listen, folks, I've heard it. I've heard it from people. I've heard it over the years that I've been here. You may have heard this. I've heard it from peers. I've heard it from New Yorkers and things like, that's just Times Square Church. That's crazy to meet when there's a blizzard that's here. I've heard it. They're so super spiritual. They don't want anything to do with other churches. They destroy… Folks, let me just help you. None of that's true. I just don't want to hang out with people on the land. That's just what it is. I just don't want to hang out. If you're in the deep water, I'm with you. Let's go all the way. Let's sit there and tread water and wait until God comes. It may be storming. We may be at width's end, but God is coming to show wonders in the deep. That's all that is. Make no mistake about it. It's not. It's deep talk. That's why I'm just telling you. I don't have much to start talking to people on the land. After a while, it gets boring to me. It's just after a while, you just go, like, all right. They did this in sports. They got this, and they got this. Then you're going to go here. Then you're going to buy this. All that's wonderful. But all of a sudden, they begin to become so accustomed to land talk. I want to talk about the things that God is doing and what he is accomplishing. That's why we've been called to deep globally. It's not about just doing things in the building or fighting for a billion souls. Just to see what God has done in the deep in 2025, I stand back just amazed to see how the year started off last year, in January. I'm not even sure if my faith was deep enough. We said, let's do a night of worship in London and begin to connect with our online people in Europe. We rented a room at a hotel right by Heathrow that we thought would be big enough for 500 people. We went over there to do a night of worship. Then we found out that it wasn't big enough, that it was going to be more than 500. 1,600 people showed up. We had to do three services. I told Pastor Carter, you've got to come. I can't do all this by myself. You've got to do something. Maybe he'll come. Pastor Carter just preached up a storm. Then we didn't even realize this would happen. We went over to Grenada, this island of amazing people in the Caribbean.

To see what God did there, we didn't know what to expect. We watched almost 1,000 people show up for a night of worship, to talk to the pastors, to be in the prisons, and to preach to those in the penitentiary. Folks, God is calling us to the deep, calling us to a deep in a city to be a lighthouse. Many of you, we never told you the story that we had this opportunity. They came to us right after the October 7 attacks from Hamas into Israel. The terrorists destroyed a clinic that served three kibbutzes right there. When they broke through the fence, they destroyed it. The clinic was gone. They came to us and said, would you guys rebuild that? We said yes. It cost us $125,000. Folks, it will be completed in the next few months. We went ahead and built that clinic. I'm just telling you, it is something that God just put on our heart. We understand when you bless Israel, God will bless you. God is so good. We began to watch our language channels expand to 13 by adding Italian, Korean, German, and Hebrew. It's been amazing to see what God has done through our language channels, which I'll tell you a little bit more a little bit later on. We launched our church broadcast into the prisons through the Pando app. Now we're available to 500,000 men and women that have been incarcerated in the United States. What is amazing, just as our first year, we saw 136,000 watch Times Square Church. We get letters every week from inmates, from death row to those that will be there just for a few years. It's been amazing to watch. Every time we have moved forward, God has provided. It hasn't been without a storm. But it hasn't been without God God showed up every single time You know the best way I can explain it is allow us to do this allow us to show you even by way of video We want to show you what God did and where we're going from 2025 into 2026 Would you just take a look at the screen? We want to show you what God has done I Want to go after things of the kingdom that matter for eternity If changing the world is our goal if a billion souls is our vision a TSC am I willing to pay the price? It's a challenge to chase after the right thing I just want to hear what God has to say 138 countries and 50 states listen every single week The messages

This church we can't operate as a new place the world is around us Thousands of children you feed weekly building water wells through child pride Thousands of salvations hundreds of water baptism All set free by the power of Jesus Christ online and in person You We're just gonna believe not tithes but offerings to be two million dollars for the 2025 vision fund that's it We'll take 500,000 and give it to summit summit is the young people that will change the nation We're hoping by God's grace to go from 9 to 12 language channels and add Italian Korean Japanese German and Hebrew this year The prison broadcast is only 25,000 a year that goes to 500,000 inmates and that is in place And that also includes doing a Christmas dinner at Rikers Island One that excites me. The most is the Ivy League schools We have already been invited to two and there's two that are waiting the most prestigious Education centers in the world and their God will be proclaimed Jesus is alive and he's active and he's moving on this campus And Then finally the Broadway LED wall. It's a million-dollar project that we have to do, but we'll let God do that We were gonna go through every chapter of the Bible you were gonna have from Genesis to Revelation And then it's gonna take five years. That's 1189 different podcasts and then we're gonna put it all into a Times Square Church devotional Bible It's gonna take us five years to get it done, but we start this year Church I don't want a resume. I want a eulogy. I want to win the world. I want to change the world A Few years ago I was in Germany and I was there for the 500th anniversary of the Reformation with Martin Luther We went through a city called Eisenach in Germany It's one of the it's known because it housed and was the home of one of the great Musical composers that has ever lived Bach Johann Sebastian Bach when I was there We went to his home just before we went we spent that for the lunchtime there

And then we drove to Buchenwald one of the concentration camps that wasn't far from there When I was in the house of Bach I was amazed because we saw not only the instruments that he used to compose some of the world's greatest Some of the world's greatest classical music, but there's something that caught my mind my eyes There are two very important initials on all Bach's work He had two moments where he would put these initials these letters and then these letters The first one was just obviously would be J.S. Johann Sebastian Bach. He would sign his own work at the very bottom, but just put his initials, J-S-B. But it was the second set of initials that really caught my spirit. Many people don't even realize Bach was a godly man and felt that the gift he had was from God alone. And at the end of every work, after it was all done, he would put these words at the, I'm sorry, at the top, S-D-G. Solio Deo Gloria, Latin for, to the only God be glory. He knew God gave him that. See, we say S-D-G, to God be the glory for everything he has done last year. To God be the glory for what he has done around the world. So many have gone deep into deep waters. You've even dug deep into pockets that have made all this possible. And I'm so thankful. And we say glory to God, all glory to God, S-D-G. Above this whole thing, God gets the glory. Now let me just say this. Now what I have longed to do in over 40 years of ministry, I get to do twice today. Some of you have no idea what this is. This is a big S-D-G moment. And I want to share it with you. When Moses was asked to build the tabernacle in the wilderness after the children of Israel left Egypt, he raised, the Bible says, a contribution for that project. Listen to what happens after he spoke to the people and what took place. After they raised the contribution, this is what happened. Moses gave the command and the message that he sent throughout the entire camp. Men and women don't prepare any more gifts for the sanctuary. We have enough. Wow. So the people stopped bringing their sacred, can you imagine that being said from a pulpit? We have enough. Their contributions were more than enough to complete the whole project. I get to tell you today with such joy, I get to tell you, number one, to stop giving for the fire alarm system. $600,000 came in and it's all covered. Stop giving to that. All glory to God. We told you back in November that we got hit with this thing, a hundred-year-old theater, and they came in and said, you will close this thing down if we don't put... God came through. It was a storm and God came through. Well, and I'm telling you, stop giving to that.

It's taken care of. You don't have to give any more. You don't have to put on their fire alarm system. There's other stuff to give to. Don't give to that anymore. And I have to tell you one more thing. Stop giving to it. And this is so exciting. Stop giving to the LED walls. We've got all the money to put up the gospel 24-7 in Times Square. Hallelujah. SDG, glory to God. I am telling you with joy, it looks like it'll be March or April. The marquee will be done. And after that, we start on the side of the building and then we start in Broadway. I want that thing. I want to be ready for New Year's Eve when they start putting stuff down there. We're going to be able to show who Jesus is on LED walls in Times Square. God is so good. Hallelujah. So stop giving to the LED wall. It's taken care of. Hallelujah. When you go into the deep, you'll see his wonders. But here are the lessons I've learned. Jot this down. These are the lessons I've learned in the deep. Number one, deep waters have intense doubts. Number two, when you get into the deep waters, you'll face fierce battles. We'll come back to these. And number three, you'll see phenomenal miracles. Let me say those again. You'll have intense doubts in the deep waters. You will get fierce battles in the deep waters and you will see phenomenal miracles. Deep waters have intense doubts. I knew what God spoke to me when COVID started. This is to me exciting. But when COVID started and everybody, we were shut down for 18 months here in New York City. We couldn't open until Broadway opened. 18 months. But I knew what God spoke to me. I said, well, I felt this from the Holy Spirit. While every church is trying to open up their front door, I felt the Holy Spirit say, you open up every door around the world. And so I knew we would have to gut this stage and put in the technology to reach out around the world and to see what God would want to do around the world. So that's what we did. By faith, we gutted this entire stage. And I'll never forget, not even recognizing that if you want to see the deep works you're going to face. You are going to face those storms, and you're going to be at wit's end, right there, right where our deaf ministry is, right where Wendy is. I put my head on that stage, I was at wit's end. In 30 days, we've already sent out the announcement, this church will open up, and there was nothing on the stage, it was blank, a floor,

and a brick wall in the back. Nothing was there, nothing. And they told me this, all your equipment is stuck in the ocean because they're not letting any boats come into the New York Harbor. I said, God, I got 30 days, I've got nothing. I'm gonna have people show up here, and there's nothing. We can maybe get like a banjo or a ukulele, but we don't have anything to have a service reach the nations, I was at wit's end. And I'm telling you, while we were stuck out, our equipment was stuck at sea, I was stuck in the deep, and we have 30 days to open up. But I have to tell you, God came through. God, that literally, there were people, subcontracts, going, how did this equipment get in? There were people not getting anything, somehow you got it. At wit's end, God showed up. God stilled the waters, and the wonders came out. So can I just tell you the places, just last year, this is why I didn't read the nations, because I would've been too tired. The places on the planet that TSC was viewed last year, can I just read this to you, you ready for this? I'll do it in alphabetical order, here we go. Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Austria, and Azerbaijan.

That's just A. B, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, and Burundi. Then it was also viewed in Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, the Caribbean Netherlands, Cayman Islands, Chad, Chile, China, Columbia, Congo, Brazzaville, and Congo, Bursasha, and also the Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Chechya, oh my goodness, whatever you said. And so we can go on. Denmark, Djibouti, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Eswatini, Ethiopia, the Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Guadalupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, and Ireland. Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jersey. I have no idea why Jersey is even up there. I don't even know. You guys aren't all that. I don't even know why that's even up there. You're not a nation.

How did they put that up there? It's always Jersey. Okay, let me just go on. Wow. So, so many people don't know this, but once in a while, if the screen, a confidence monitor, they'll put up this blood red notice to me that says something is wrong or something happens and they just said, Jersey, it is a British Commonwealth. It's not the state across the Hudson. Sorry, New Jersey, we love you. Sorry. I just thought you made it on the list somehow. Or someone who compiled the list was from Jersey. Deep waters have intense doubts. I sat right there and thought, how in the world? And God came through. God came through. You don't talk this way in shallow waters. You talk about, you can talk about all this other stuff that means nothing for the kingdom. Deep waters will have fierce battles. The boats have your equipment and deep waters will see phenomenal miracles. We have faced those fierce battles. In order to see wonders in the deep, we have, we have faced sickness, intense sickness and surgeries. Marriages under assault, whether it's a fire alarm system, fights in the deep. There are fights in the deep when you stand for Christ. I read the story just a few months ago, a University of Oklahoma student who received a zero out of 25 on an assignment regarding gender norms. She was targeted for a Christian belief and she was cited in her report gets a zero from the teacher who doled out the grade because she took a biblical stand. That's what happened. Folks, I'm just telling you, you would not believe the threats that we have gotten here at this church and all the things that have come against us because we stand on this word and stand for Christ. I'm just telling you right now and can I just be clear? I'm not grandstanding. I'm just telling you the truth. I want you to understand. I think, I think what Lisa Bevere said is so important. She said these words, I believe that the attacks on your life have much more to do with who you might be in the future than what you have been in your past. When you are attacked, it's because Satan sees something of where this is going. He sees the deep that you're answering. He's not afraid of shallow waters. Folks, it costs us to stand for biblical principles, but I want to be very clear. We will not budge on threats, protests, or popular

opinion. Let's just be clear about that. We will not budge and if you don't like to hear that kind of talk in the church going, I just want to come and I just want to sit down and sing a few hymns and just get out, that's fine. This is a battle for us. This is a battle. Don't, but understand, you don't have to live with the threats that you may have to shut down or all these things that begin to come against us, the protests and the popular opinion, but I want to be so out in the deep that those voices from land mean nothing to me, mean nothing to me. Folks, sometimes satanic opposition is greatest great confirmation that you're moving in the right direction. Listen to these words from the 19th century preacher J.C. Ryle. He says this, I fear much for many professing Christians. I see no sign of fighting in them, much less victory. They never strike one stroke on the side of Christ. They're at peace with his enemies. They have no quarrel with sin and I warn you, that's not Christianity. That's not the way to heaven. The first thing I have to say is this, true Christianity is a fight. It is like, man, welcome to God's family. Here's the sword. That's what it is. And C.S. Lewis said it best. He said, if you haven't met Satan recently, you're probably going his way. Deep waters have intense doubts. Deep waters will get fierce battles. Deep waters will see phenomenal miracles. So let me take you just to the deep as we get ready to finish here today. I'm gonna speak about money just for a moment. The vision projects are beyond your tithes. It's an offering. You give your tithes, your 10% to the church that you attend. Always keep that in mind. I wanted you to see that on the screen. If you watch or you attend here, you're from another church. Your tithes belong to that church. That's the 10%. Cindy and I, before we pay a bill, we go, this belongs to the Lord. There is no negotiations with tithes. The offerings are hearing what the voice of the Lord is saying to us. So whether you're here in person watching from around the country or around the world, it's what God speaks to you to do. And I'm gonna challenge the international group. Don't just be spectators. If you're part of those 214 nations, don't just be a spectator. Let God speak to you. And there will be a moment that I'm gonna challenge you to

give financially. Not in that way, but you'll understand. But it's way more than that. I'm gonna challenge you to the deep end. And there are people that I'm willing to be misunderstood and go, ah, the church is about money. I'm willing to take that. Because those that say such things don't even know us. Because you'll see, you'll see what we're talking about. Because they'll yell from their keyboards online, they comment on everything, going, ah, I told you, and they're typing away. And look at that man, his handkerchief fell down. And so they'll go through all that stuff. They're like keyboard warriors, just typing in stuff because they have an opinion. It's just, and that's okay. And then they meet in back rooms for coffee shops with those who are hurt just like they are and talk about the same injustice. And I wanna just say to you, I'm not angry with you, jump into the deep. Stop with shallow talk. Sitting on a keyboard, able to go ahead and critique everything, that's shallow waters. Go into the deep. You don't have time for chit-chatter. You wanna get what God wants you to do. Now the deep ask. Let me tell you about 2026 vision ask. I wanna tell you, because we saw almost everything accomplished, the only thing that we didn't get done,

I think when I started to look through all that God provided last year, we weren't able, we had to move money towards what we were gonna do, a project in Israel, and we moved it towards, and we were able to use some of that money for other items, which was the building of a clinic, but God provided even for that. But we had some money left over for Israel that we wanted to use, but we're still not done. Let me tell you what we're gonna do for 2026. Number one, we're gonna build a Nigerian orphanage with World Challenge. In one of the most, in one of the most, in the top 10 of one of the most persecuted countries for Christians in northern Nigeria, World Challenge came to us and said, would you help us build? It'll cost about $225,000. How about we partner with that? And we said a resounding yes. We're with you. We wanna be part of building. How could God not bless those that care for widows and orphans? We're gonna begin to do that. I'm so excited because we wanna begin

to take one of our child cry, we wanna open up a brand new child cry and do a night of worship in Puerto Rico this year. So we wanna go ahead and bring a child cry which feeds almost 20,000 children a week. We have not had one in Puerto Rico. We wanna open up a child cry that ministers to those children there, but we wanna do it with a night of worship. I wanna bring, at 87 years old, I want Nicky Cruz to go back to his home country and preach the gospel there in Puerto Rico. I wanna believe for God to do that. We're also gonna begin, because I believe in Summit, to change the next generation. Summit is our Bible school that you support. Do you understand 70% of our Summit students come from around the world and you help get them here with scholarships? And do you understand that beautiful campus that we'll end this prayer and fasting on on this Wednesday night, if you've never been up there, it is gorgeous and those students are incredible and they're being taught and discipled to go back to their country with the gospel. They're Holy Spirit-filled instructors and under Dr. Teresa Conlon, God is using them up there. We were gonna go now from 13 to 16 language channels, which I'm so excited about. We'll be adding Indonesia, Japanese, and Persian.

I want the gospel in Iran. I wanna get there. To do 16 will be about $500,000, close to that. But here's the exciting thing. Do you know those 16 channels represent close to six billion people on the earth? Do you know that if we have those 16 channels, it begins to touch almost six billion people on the earth? Folks, I'm so excited. Also, we're gonna put aside another 100,000 for Israel. We believe, we know if you bless Israel, God will bless you. And so there is something that's happening. They came to us after we built the clinic there. We already support ministries and they said, would you consider even being part of Aliyah? For those that don't know what that is, it is the immigration of Jews from around the world back to their homeland. Ethiopia has sent thousands of Jews right from Ethiopia there. And they came to me and said, we have found 5,000 Jews in India from one of the lost tribes. I think of Benjamin. Would you help get the first plane loads of them back to Israel and to get the people back to their homeland? If Israel's involved, I wanna be there. I wanna be part of whatever God is doing in that nation. Also, our prison broadcast is only 25,000

to reach a half a million inmates. I'm excited about our Ivy League schools and I'm believing for a college Holy Spirit night. Pastor Carter has already got the okay that this year we are getting a chance to be at UPenn and Cornell this year for a night of prayer on those campuses. Those amazing and beautiful campuses. I'm so thankful for the Christian organizations that said, would you come in and hold a prayer meeting here? Folks, God is doing something. And I also believe with all these universities, I'm believing that there's gonna be a night of water and fire, baptism in water and baptism in the Holy Ghost. And so we wanna be ready. We're also gonna put aside $100,000 for the most persecuted nations. This is so important. Those nations are North Korea, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, Eritrea, Syria, Nigeria, Pakistan, Libya, Iran, Afghanistan, and India. We're looking at working with organizations. We are involved with a number of things there, but we have just gotten the opportunity to work with somebody else. There's only two nations that we have not involved with, which is Libya and Sudan, and we already just got, this week, Treg and our team has just contacted someone

who's working in Sudan. We have the opportunity. These nations, where it will cost you your life to be a Christian, I wanna be part of helping the believers. I wanna be a part of being with them. Well, my other thing that I'm so excited about, for those that don't know, we, today, launched in Spanish, chapter by chapter in Spanish. We have the opportunity to see chapter by chapter of this 1,189. I know on the video, we said five years. It's gonna be four years, as we get chapter by chapter out. I asked our team, I said, what would it cost us, and what language would you put it in after Spanish? This is what they said. We would put it in Hebrew and Arabic. They said because we would go from Genesis, which they believe in, and show them the gospel strand from Genesis all the way to the cross and crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. So, folks, I would love, what we're gonna try is to get chapter by chapter in Hebrew and Arabic this year. The most unreached people group in America that nobody knows about, that we're starting this journey.

We have meetings coming up in the weeks to come. The most unreached people group in America is the deaf. We are going to begin to figure out a way to minister the best we can. I'm so thankful for Wendy and our team that's here every single service. But we wanna reach the deaf, not only in New York City, but around the country. This is going to be something that we're believing God is gonna begin to do something. Thank you. I know it's 1.6 million, and we're saying don't give to the LED and don't give to a fire alarm. But we have other stuff. There's other stuff that God is gonna do. And we're believing for God to begin to do something very special. Can I tell you some other cool things that are happening this year? Other things that are happening at 2026 at TSC? Don't forget next week, which I believe is a catalyst for revival in our city. The noon prayer meeting happens next Wednesday. We are meeting in this sanctuary every Wednesday to believe for revival for New York City from 12 to one. Starts next week. You know what I'm excited about? These amazing musicians and singers have written so many great songs.

We're getting ready to do a TSC live worship album right here in the sanctuary with you guys. Also, we said chapter by chapter launched in Spanish. One billion starts with one was released. We're doing a series on the nature and the character of God. 20 weeks we're gonna spend on the love of God, the justice of God, the faithfulness of God, the mercy of God, God's compassion. We're gonna take, because we want everyone to know the God of the Bible. That's what we want to see. And finally, the one that we're working on vigorously. I had someone come to me, as the musicians come, oh, and the musician is here, and the singers come. Let me just tell you, one of the ones that means so much to me, and it just kind of fell into our lap. I had one of our dear, dear saints come to me in the church and said, I have a friend that is in a hospital and I have another friend that is in a nursing home. Would you pray for them? He said, I'd like to record the prayer. And we put it on video, and I knew the name, and we started to pray for them. And they brought it, and they were able to hold that phone up and to see, I mean, me or it could be anybody, our leaders, our elders. And folks, we've been watching all over, people that are going, would you pray, would you pray for so-and-so?

I said, okay, put it on video, put it on video. Get your phone, let's videotape this. The Bible says in Acts 19, 11, and 12, God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul. And the Bible says, so handkerchiefs and aprons were even carried from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them, and the evil spirits went out. We're not talking about handkerchiefs and aprons, but that's kind of what it is. I wanna talk about from Acts 19, 12, kind of a ministry 19, 12. Handkerchiefs and aprons to us is not really handkerchiefs and aprons. It's, we're figuring out the technology that anybody who calls in, we're able then to video, myself, elders, our leaders, the singers, the choir members. We can sit there and look at you and go, Kevin, you're gonna send a video prayer. This person is in the hospital. Kareem, would you send a prayer for this person? Elder Vicky, we're gonna be able to send video prayers all over the world to people that are sick and need a miracle. It is just to believe and to connect with people. It's something that is so burdened on my heart that I wanna believe for God to begin to do that. Let me give you this final thought, and then we're gonna get ready to close because we have to know that God is able.

God can do this. Job, in the middle of his stormy sea, at wit's end, Job begins to, 11, verses 7 through 9, they pen these words. Can you fathom the mysteries of God? Can you probe the limits of the Almighty? They are higher than the heavens above. What can you do? And I like this part. They're deeper than the depths below. What can you know? Their measure is longer than the earth and wider than the sea. When I read that part, they are deeper than the depths. I think about Psalm 107, to go to the deep. You know what that tells me? God is deeper than the deepest parts, which means he's undergirding us. He won't let you sink. He's with you. God is able. He's able. He's able. He's able. He's able. He's able. He's able to do all that. He really is. Listen to Psalm 107 again. Those who go down to the sea and ships, who do business on great waters, they have seen the works of the Lord, and his wonders are in the deep. That's what God is calling us to. Stand with me. It's the challenge to every one of us that some have left the shore for the shallows, but now it's a challenge to go from the shallows into the deep. This is way more than just about 1.6 million dollars in offerings. This is way bigger than that. Can I just tell you what we have never done? You're not gonna fill out anything. No one's calling you. We may mention it two more times here the rest of the year. God always provides. This isn't high-pressure giving or anything like that. It's for those that just have a burden. That's why this is bigger than that. It's not about money. It is literally calling you to the deep parts. It's the challenge from God. Let me read to you something I've been praying. I found a 400 year old piece of prose. It really is a prayer. Let me just read to you the words that I got and challenged me. It starts up with this. Disturb us, O Lord, when we are too well pleased with ourselves,

when our dreams have come true because we have dreamed too little, when we arrive safely because we have sailed too close to the shore. Disturb us, Lord, when the abundance of things we possess, we have lost our thirst for the waters of life. Having fallen in love with life, we have ceased to dream of eternity. And in our efforts to build a new earth, we have allowed our vision of the new heaven to dim. Disturb us, O Lord, to dare more boldly, to venture on wider seas where storms will show your mastery. I love that part. To venture on wider seas where storms will show your mastery. We're losing sight of land. We shall find the stars. And we ask you to push back the horizons of our hopes and to push into the future in strength, courage, hope, and love. It's as if we forgot and we play the wrong game in his book, Giving It All Away. David Green says, he says, the church plays Monopoly when we should be playing Uno. Monopoly. You keep trying to get houses. I got rental properties. I've got this and I've got... And you keep trying to grab stuff. And we're secure here. We got this. And we keep... We're wheeling stuff. And he says, we're playing the wrong game. It should be Uno. We should be trying to get rid of our cards. And we're trying to amass and then be able to tell all of the land people, look what I got. Look what I drive. Look who I had dinner with. Look where I sat. And all of a sudden, you talk Monopoly. And all of a sudden, you talk Monopoly. But folks, the people on that boat in the deep, they play Uno. The people in the deep play Uno. Because they understand. That's what some of you... I look at your lives. That's what you've done. You've played Uno. You've given it all to do what God has called you. My heart, my heart was... It went back. I thought about Willie over here.

Willie, who leads all of our music up here. This is his one-year anniversary. He's been here one year. One year. Today. Today, right? Today. Him and Anna live. down south in a very warm place. I don't even think they use the heater in their car. And all of a sudden we go, come to the deep. It'll be sub-zero weather. And it's gonna be hard, it's gonna be tough, it's gonna be a battle. But what Willie and Ana did, you chose the deep end. And I have to believe that land people are going like, are you crazy? You got it made down here. You get to fly, you get to do this, you get to do all this stuff, and then you're gonna go there? You're gonna live in that small of an apartment? We're trying to get out of New York. And then they got this happening, and they have this in politics, and this thing that's happening, and all this stuff. Man, if you come down here you can get this kind of square footage on home. This man went to the deep. To the deep. That's what I'm asking God. You know what he was doing? He was throwing out his Uno cards. He goes, I don't want this one, I don't want this one, I don't want this one, I don't want this one. Well, everybody else was going, can I get that? Can I get that? Can I get that? Can I buy that? Can I get buy that? Folks, I want the deep. I want the deep. And you know what? I know there are folks that listen to this and going like, I can't. Talk to land people then. Talk to the land people. Not here. We're gonna go. And I can preach through land looks. I can preach them. Okay, look at me for a second. Everybody look me. Brother Dave, David Wilkerson used to say, give me your good eye. Like people have a bad eye. Look me, give me your good eye. Land looks never intimidate me. I'm just telling you. You could sit there and go, I've watched it. I've watched the gnashing of teeth. It's fine. It's fine. That doesn't, all I can say is this, while you're sitting on the land building sandcastles, we're going deeper and deeper and deeper where the looks and the comments mean nothing. But all that matters is this. This is all that matters to me. Not your, we're trying to get the approval of people that are going to hell. You're trying to get people to high five you. They're not even

saved. I want my supervisor. I want this person. I want this person. They don't even know God. I want to hear one thing. One thing. Well done. Good and faithful servant. That's it. It's the only thing I want to hear. I'm done. I'm finished. That's why nothing intimidates me. I just don't care. All I know is God called me to finish chapter by chapter. I told someone the other day, I said, I know I have four more years to live because I'm supposed to finish that. If he doesn't give me another assignment, sayonara. That's for our Japanese channel. Let me just tell you something because I just get to hear well done, good and faithful. And if he gives me another assignment, then I'm in. I'm telling you, I just want to keep going deeper. Just tell him, deeper in the word, deeper in the things of God, deeper in what your values are and your priorities.

Come on, just lift those hands and say, God, take me deeper. Come on, wherever you're at, just tell him, just say, God, I wanna go deeper. I wanna go where you lead me. Spirit lead me. Tell him right now. Spirit lead me. Not me lead me, spirit lead me today. Spirit lead me today. Hallelujah. Lord, I lift my hands and I'm saying, lead me. Don't let me be ever satisfied with the shallows. Send me deeper. Send me deeper, Lord God, send me deeper. And then there are some people here, if you put your hands down just before we close, I'll do this fast. It's a challenge from God. The first challenge is to jump from the shallows into the deep. But maybe there's some that have just been on the land that's just going, I need God in my life. And it starts with a journey of faith. And maybe that's the beginning for you. 20 plus hands go up to say, I need God in my life. I need to start a journey with God. I'm tired. I'm tired of the land. I'm tired of the same old, same old. Here it is, when all this is done,

it's still the same thing. I want God. I want joy. I want purpose. I want destiny. I wanna keep my eyes on eternity. If you're here today and say, Pastor Tim, I want God in my life. I wanna start a relationship with him. I wanna start a journey with him. With every head bowed and every eyes closed. If that's just you, just for a moment, and just say, just pray for me. Pray that God would come in and change me from the inside out. If that's you, raise your hand up and hold it up high. Hold it up high. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Balcony, let me see those hands. Yes, back there. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Thank you. Come on, can we pray this together? All of us pray this. Say, Jesus, I make the jump today. You're calling me away from the land into deep waters. I want that relationship with you. You came for me. You died for me.
