Well, brothers and sisters, This is part two of the message from Project Pat, a dear friend of mine. He's an ex-Grammy Award winner, rap star. Got saved. But the thing is, it's like this, it's like, say I don't think I'm worthy for it. I got to suffer like Job did. I don't know. I mean, we think we being like, I get humble. We think we humbling ourselves. Well, I'm just being humble. No, God wants you to be bold. He wants you to reach out and grab past the moon, because that's what he got for you. And see, God is a big old ocean of blessings and revelation and understanding about life. But ain't nobody like coming to him. They thinking, oh, yeah, I got to suffer about a few years, then God will bless me. Because I ain't been good. So God can't bless me. I ain't been good. That's not true. That's not true. That's not God.

See, see, one thing the devil do is, your mind is the connection with your spirit and your body. The battle is in the mind. I know y'all heard that George Myers book, Battlefield of the Mind. The mind is where the battle is. That ain't where you believe. Belief comes from your spirit. Everybody in this room is a spirit. You a spirit. Everybody a spirit. But the mind is like the gold seller, the suggestion box, you know, ideas. What the devil do is, out of what he did, he's got access to your mind. Now, he can't read it, but he can make a suggestion, and what he does is he makes us think it's us thinking it. You see what I'm saying? He makes us think it's us thinking it. And what it is behind these thoughts, you can even have feelings. You know how you say, I'm just having a bad day. That's not a good confession. No. No, that's not, no, no. Even when we talk about the past, man, I remember I was out there, I had that money, boy, I was, I had all them boys, them dudes was chasing me, and, see, that's cool to, you know, reminisce here and there, but you don't want to talk about that. See, God is a right now God. What about right now? What are you claiming for yourself right now? What are you claiming for your children right now? What are you claiming about your finances right now? Nobody right now, because I promise you, if you're saying something negative about

you, the devil's sitting here, he's just waiting, he's in here now, he's just waiting, he's just waiting, he's just waiting, he'll even tell somebody, don't, I got some books I'm going to give you, don't read them books, you ain't got no time for that. See, you know, what's going to happen is going to happen anyway. Deuteronomy 30, 19 said, I said before you life and death choose life, if I choose to talk negative about myself, who am I choosing? I'm not choosing life, I'm choosing death. And when you, see, let me show you all something, it's spirits behind these thoughts, because these thoughts come with feelings and everything. It's just like right now, now, don't do this, don't do this, but you think about one of them, you know, a drug you like, say some weed, and you think about that weed, and you get to say, oh, man, I didn't taste that weed, you see what I'm saying? Because, see, that came with a feeling, but the thing is, you know that weed going to take you down a rabbit hole. You really don't want that. So why would you be thinking that? Suggestion from the devil of your body, you know what I'm saying, it could be your body, you know what I'm saying? But the thing is, who, you know, I've heard women say this a lot, I've not heard no dudes say this, I just can't stop thinking about it. I've heard women say this. Am I right or wrong? Am I right? Am I wrong? That's a shame. That's a shame. Because I first heard ladies mainly saying that, oh, that's messed up. But when a person says that, man or woman, you're claiming that you can't do it, but whose mind is your mind? Your mind is your mind.

You know, somebody say, oh, when I see that or I hear that, it just burns me up. Grinds my ears. Just grinds my ears. She just grinds my gears. What? Grinds my gears. It's just, oh, gears. Gears. Grind, grind. OK, I'm catching on. It just grinds my gears. That's meemaw in the world talk. See, you don't want to talk like the world. See, in Joshua 1a, they said, keep this book of the law in your mouth and meditate day and night. You want to keep God's words in your mouth. Because, see, you heard the preacher say, let the word fall on good ground, right? Words are seeds, and they contain thoughts and images. And when you start saying, I got an anger problem, you'll never get rid of it because you're claiming it. So you got to take what God said about us. In Jeremiah 29 11, he says, I got to go back to these notes because I ain't no Bible scholar. I just thought about it. I ain't no Bible scholar. I just thought about it. I just thought about it. I ain't no Bible scholar.

I don't want to say the wrong thing. For I know the thoughts I have towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end. The NLV version says, for I know the plans I have for you, saith the Lord, they are plans for good and not for disaster. To give you a future and a hope. So if somebody said, you know, you call home right now, and you say, well, God had to sit you down. It's all in his plan. This ain't God's plan. No, no, no, no, no. See, you'll never find God had to sit you down in the Bible. And if this was God's plan, that's saying this. Why would God sit y'all in here and force y'all to act right and serve him when you're going to be free one day? What you going to do when you get out of there? He could have just told you. He could have just straightened you up out there then, couldn't he? Well, if I'd have stayed out there, I'd have died. How you would have died? Can't God keep you on the street just as well as in here? To say that means God ain't got no power. That's saying, like, well, I know me. I could have did the way. You can get out and do it. What you talking about? You can get out in the same bullet the devil got for you he'll have waiting on you when you get out

of here. The devil's trying to kill you every day. You can't say that, oh, I would have OD'd. Well, quit thinking about OD. What about counsel? What about some random shooting? Ain't nobody shooting at you. They shooting at somebody else, and you get hit in the head. That can't happen. See, the devil's after us every day. It don't matter if you're in here or out there. You keep thinking that, OK, your mind will be on that, and he going to blindside you with something else. See, God is your protector. He's your healer. He's your comforter. He going to take care of everything. But the main thing we got to do is, we can't believe these sayings, because if we do, according to your faith, it's going to be done on you. Whatever's going to happen is going to happen anyway. That's not true. It's two roads. It's the road you choose. That's what's going to happen. If you choose to do illegal, to do wrong, to do drugs, well, then you're choosing death. And who's doing the choosing? You are, because you're doing the choosing. Now, I know somebody's saying this,

because I'm not in here trying to act like, oh, I understand everything you're going through. That's so fake. I don't know why people do that. You've been to school all your life. Good boy, good house, shut up. But I can't come to you, if you popping 40, 20, 30s a day and say, you've got a problem. I think you know that already, right? I need to be giving you the answer. You know what I'm saying? That ain't the answer. And if I was to say, oh, just stop that, huh? If I could, fool, I would. You know what I'm saying? Like, what are you talking about? So that ain't what I'm saying. But I'm going to tell you all what the answer is. The answer to everything is like you're going, y'all going back to court right now, right? Give you an example. Go to God today and ask him to give you the wisdom on how to get out of here. See, people ain't thinking like that. We're using this. And then you do need to use your brain. You've got a brain. But go to God and ask him, Lord, what should I be praying for my kids or for my life? And trust that he have faith that he going to give you that.

And start out with the Lord's prayer and keep it moving. And then once you pray, pray in faith. And after that, it hits your head. Because the devil ain't going to let you just have what you pray for. He going to come to make you think, oh, you bad. Oh, it's not going to work. Oh, it's this, this, this. You just thank God every time that it hits your head. You say, Lord, I thank you for answering prayer in this situation, this situation, whatever you're praying for. You know what I'm saying? Because you want to pray in faith. You don't want to constantly ask God the same thing. You don't have to ask God the same thing. You ask him one time, he heard you. Daniel he said I heard you the first time when you prayed the devil was holding the angel up with the answer 21 days and the reason why it's because the devil's gonna fight you every year, but you don't be afraid of him He'll suck up. He really is a lame. He really the dumbest person in the universe He went against God he a fool and everybody that rode with him is a fool and everybody that's riding with him and his evil Spirit that's human. It's just lost and don't know no better God wants you to win. He wants you to win big because see it's like say out of everybody in your family You have all and I'm serious when I say that you got all the money the big house and all that But you all glory going to God Then it's gonna bring them people in your family to the Lord cuz they're gonna be like, wow They're gonna start looking They're gonna start looking like wow. How'd you do that? How'd that happen for you? Because see y'all know when you get out you probably those who've been locked up more than once, you know, when you get out of a watching You're not

Mm-hmm you back over there with them friends again Me my watch for your team But you know what you have to do is you have to prove them wrong in the Lord's strength See see see God see thing is you can't get the glory It ain't just about you Yeah, I know you was messed up situation Verbally sexually abused all this stuff. It happens. God didn't seen it all. I mean he done seen it all And it saddens his heart. He hates it person's person may say well, why was I born into this family? Well, you gotta understand something I mean if if I got a mama and she's a good mama, but she she don't know God and she don't know God And she get on drugs. I mean, is it gonna be good in the house? No And who's who's over me? Huh? So whatever flats coming I'm finna I'm finna get it That's why you have to pray for your children because you got the minion over now when they get grown you can pray for him But you don't have the minion over like that No, they have to make their own decision Then you just pray that the Lord keep them and have mercy on them Y'all just know that God really love you. He's gonna love you. He's gonna love you God's love don't change cuz we mess up it don't change cuz we mess up what what what what God does is He he he he steps in and he fixes things. See God's the fix-up. He fixes stuff up He don't he don't want to sit around here and see you see you go down the drain Because see if you were such a bad person say you was gonna be such a bad person I'm God I can see past present future Well, if you're a rotten egg, let's say you're a rotten egg You see what I'm saying, like why would I do that? Why are you here then? You know, and I know you know, you're about to talk bad to my teacher or even a loved one or something like that Oh, you should be like them. Who's oh, you ain't nothing. Oh you You have to turn a dead ear to negativity And get in God's Word and take that and put that in your mouth

Which is his seed. This is God. See God's seed is the seed of the world And it's gonna go in your inner ears and it's gonna go in your ground Which is your spirit who you really are and it's gonna change you It's gonna take the desires of things that you wanted that you used to do It's just gonna leave. It's just gonna go. It's just gonna be out of here You I don't even care for that no more. You're gonna actually lose interest in this stuff and then see You know, I'm not saying you can't do it But if you're unable to do it You're gonna lose interest in this and then see Don't let what somebody i'm talking about forgiveness right fast. We're gonna pray Don't be in unforgiveness because he unforgiveness clogs up your spirit Clogs it up putting ragweeds in there and you can't you can't grow like that Don't let what somebody done to you in the past affect what god got for you in the future I got crossed by somebody one time i'm trying to give me 30 years. I look Look, I know a best best friend. I'd killed the neighborhood about but I was blind because I was in that darkness You know i'm saying when you're in that darkness, you just make mistakes You just yeah that you did people right that was even when you was in the street, but they done you wrong. It's the street It's the darkness. It's the devil's playground. He it can't it can't be good for you It just can't you can't listen. You cannot get good out of bad. You can't get a banana out of apple seed cake Well, you can't get good out of bad. You just can't do it. It's not gonna happen. It's not gonna happen So Unforgiveness grudges and all that crap that clogs your spirit up God's trying to get a blessing through to you, but he can't He's trying to make you grow or help you to grow But he can't do it because you didn't put the ragweeds in your in your ground you done messed it up, you know kind of like when you flushing the toilet and there's boo-boo in there and Yeah, the toilet's topped up You need a you need a word from god, which is the plunger

That stopped you up and see it's like god's trying to get his Blessings to you, but he can't don't let the past and you know women ladies y'all hold them Yeah, me and hold them, but y'all hold Y'all hold them secretly and hold them and hold them and you know, I got a lot of trauma. Listen God can take all that away. That's a spiritual scar trauma number two spiritual scar God can take all that away But I had to go to God and I had to say Lord this person I'll tell you those give trying to be 30 years That's why I would kill neighborhood about I said look I said Lord I choose to forgive this person Help me to forgive see if you choose to do it and ask God to help you to do it. Whatever it is He gonna do it Why wouldn't he do it? God love you more than He do he's gonna than grandma he love you more So if grandma don't if she had the power to get you out of it right now and you would have no charges I'm just being honest. What you think he gonna do? Well, I did bad. My mama. No, you did bad. Well, I'm almost she good It ain't God. No No, grandmama. Love you more than God. No You wouldn't even be here if it weren't for God. You wouldn't woke up. It wasn't for God grandma. Can't do that for you You see what I'm saying? So put your confidence in him because Jesus suffered a price He didn't suffer the price so you could just say oh, let me suffer like Joe Wow, he go down there and do all that suffering He already suffered every scene you ever did all the stuff you ain't gonna tell about he already suffered for that He did it so because it's paid for I Got this guy who's a neighbor of mine. He told me this right here This is why I was studying about the death barrier and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I told the Lord I said Lord, I want to know more about the death barrier and resurrection of Jesus Christ And man, he just started giving me a lot of stuff and one day I met this wife not met the guy But I knew this guy that my neighbor he came out. I walked my dog. He said hey man, I had a dream He said I had a dream did they did some people took me in a courtroom? He said the judge came in He said didn't start getting ready to read off some charges for about for me. And he said then Jesus came in

And he said he saw Jesus And Then he said they start reading off his charges And every time they read the charges off you did this this this this this he said he knew he was guilty of what they Say he said the demons start beating on Jesus. He said he was like, hey, wait a minute. He didn't do it I did it. He didn't do it. I did it. He said every charge come out the judge mouth. They beating on Jesus That's a perfect Illustration of what Jesus the death that on the cross the burial death of resurrection. That's the perfect illustration Jesus paid for all your sins because everything you do lie. No, that's all just sin All you gotta do is just repent Get in with him and just man. Look Lord help me. I see you can't Person I would say you can't people say this I hope ain't nobody told you I did but if you probably you probably have heard it's just so hard to live a Christian life I Mean To be Christian you mean save right? Yeah. Okay. Okay, so I can't save myself So God who began the good work in you that's who sees it complete That's why you got to turn to him. He got to be the source of it all He wants because he it's only two kingdoms you can grow in the kingdom of light or the kingdom of darkness and if we choose Life or death, whatever we choosing if we choose something that's connected with death. What happens is When the devil put them thoughts in your mind and we yield to them thoughts of smoking weed and getting high again and all that What you're doing? It's like when you cut stars on you can stream BMF the movie the TV series You streaming death in you Streaming death in you ain't doing number putting death in you and and you connected with the devil's kingdom now It's like it's like your Wi-Fi done connected to the devil's Say you got you got a wife. I say Satan you got wife. I say Jesus And it's like you can connect it to the Satan Wi-Fi nine number streaming death in your life death Death inside of you just death and what the devil do is what happens is you'll grow in that mess I'm gonna show you where I'm getting this from

He'll be planted by the rivers of the tree but like a tree by the rivers of water Bring in for fruit and see that's in Psalms You see those I see if you if you go on God's if you on God's Word The Word is what's gonna grow you up. You got to keep your mouth on God what God say You got to keep your eyes on what God say your ears What God say hey ain't somebody 24-7. You just read every script. Don't be no fool. You know, you're like man. She kind of weird But but but throughout the day listen, listen, but throughout the day you can do this right here He who began a good work in me gonna see a complete Lord. I thank you See you constantly giving God praise with your lips. That's that's that's important to God I was praying this morning Lord showed me something. He said he said he said always praise me See God is he gotta have his praise and that's just that's that's throughout the day Lord I just thank you for another day while you're playing cars To yourself man Lord. I just thank you that you just taking care of me and you with me praise God That's giving God praise throughout the day Them thoughts the devil put try to put in your mind is negative the devil gonna run from pray He can't stand no praise from God. He like oh, no, they over there pray. I'm straight on that Messing with them now They gonna see what's gonna happen is it's just gonna keep you full of praise full of praise It's gonna build you up and you'll just grow right on into God right on into the kingdom of light Instead of their kingdom of darkness. I don't nobody want that crap. I mean, come on, man. We come on, man Y'all look like some ladies that you know, once y'all let y'all her down. They all coming in You got some pretty eyes you are You good to go But but what I'm saying is what I'm saying is this the thing we can't you don't want to be Mess up mess up again, right? So you get out there you mess up. Do you all sad and sorrowful? No, you keep praising God You keep your hand to the plow. You stay focused. See you don't do like Adam Adam messed up. What'd he do? He hid himself. He did the same thing we doing right now. That's the same thing. We do it. We mess up We get sad for ourselves. So I got a bad day. No, you alive, ain't it? Come on. I know some of y'all got a situation where y'all could have died old deed or something

What you talking about? You having a bad day? How's that? You know, we don't we get there from the world So we talk like the world when you talk like the world you get world was us in your life Cuz you claiming what the world claim blessed is the man. They walk on not into the council on the ungodly That's in Psalms When you walking like the council of ungodly the ungodly is the world If you talking and moving like the world you your world was us in your life You can't talk like them. You gotta see you gotta be a light So when somebody see you having a bad day say I know she gotta be mad be like, yeah I don't like it. But hey man, praise God Can you praise God and that heifer stepped on your shoe She look like wait a minute my knocking them out now But you gotta praise God, but guess what you hit in the mouth you stick praise God But you gotta just keep you got to keep your focus. You got to keep your focus on the Lord You got to keep your focus Not only nobody you got to keep your focus on the Lord, that's the main thing That's the only thing that's gonna get us get us, right Everything else is just irrelevant and that's what's gonna count in the end Anyway, I mean come on everybody in here after about a hundred out of the honey He is everybody in this room gonna be on the other side and you gonna be somewhere you gonna live forever somewhere You don't you don't want this crap. It's just so much better like today the best day of my life right now I mean, you know, I'm missing my Beijing and stuff like that, but You know good thing I can wear a hat, you know but Today is the best day of my life And I'm not saying that like to be saying that cuz you know I had to tell people because they didn't like what you probably paid me you read look man Listen, I still do music and all that but but I don't glorify the devil's kingdom. I'm not I'm not doing that That's not happening. Now. I can't I can get on the song with you and I can't tell you how to rap But you know, hey, hopefully what I do will inspire you. So you'd be like I got it I can say I can say it was somebody I know somebody I know I did some songs with him

And they said no. No, you heard this yet cuz it came out It's a gas. Well, you probably heard one of them other ones. It's a guy. No, did I work with he told somebody? He said he said He was like, you know, yeah, man, you know what I think I ain't gonna cuss next time Now what if I would have never did song with you don't say I tell people a lot of time don't just be late on What you do, you know, you don't want to be right here God to deliver me off crystal meth being two days later. You and uh in the meth house You might be back on the meth, you know saying don't don't don't do that You know you be late on whatever you're doing you pray about what you're doing You know I'm saying because when you pray about what you're doing first, that's putting God first You see I'm saying seek his kingdom first put him first like when you wake up in the morning thank him every day for another day You know what I'm saying? Thank him. Say, Lord, I thank you for the grace to get past this day and for your love, your joy, and your peace. I say it every day to myself. You've got to say it every day and receive that. And then go about your day. I bet your day going to be different now. Because see, you put God first, you know? And then you can cut on Jelly Roll old CD. You know what I'm saying? Ain't nothing wrong with bumping Jelly Roll old CD up. I'd rather bump his new stuff. His new stuff is more bumping ass than me personally. You know what I'm saying? But I'm just saying, like, you know, don't think in your mind, oh, I got to be like, look, I got to be strict in my life like Meemaw. Listen, man.

What God got for you, you got to go to God and find out what he got for you. What he had for Meemaw and them, he had for Meemaw and them. That's fine. It wouldn't be no us if it weren't for them. But what God got for you, he got for you. So don't never think like, oh, man, it's so hard. Don't never. Why is it going to be hard? Don't you got God? No, God don't want it hard for you. Now, you're going to have to put your best foot forward. You got to work with God. You know, you got to be a doer of the word, you know? You can't let the girl step on your toes and then you turn around and don't forgive her. You got to choose to forgive. You got to choose to walk in love. You know what I'm saying? You got to choose to say something nice to somebody instead of cussing them out. OK. Uh-oh. Me? Me? No, me. We're going to go ahead and pray, man. I ain't going to hold y'all up. What y'all got for lunch today? Did y'all already eat?

We had a Salisbury steak. Well, at least it's over with. Huh? Oh, Salisbury steak? All right, look, we're going to go ahead. We can stand up. We're going to go ahead and pray. Everybody who, I believe everybody here is probably saved, which is good. But there's nothing wrong with reaffirming our faith. We can just go ahead and just pray and reaffirm our faith. Let's just, everybody, repeat this after me. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you that you've forgiven me of my sins. And I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and went to hell in my place. And I receive him as my Lord and Savior. And now, Lord, give me the grace, the strength to want to do and obey your perfect will and open my understanding more to who you truly are and where you want me to be in your kingdom. And Lord, grace my interest to be interested in your things, to put your kingdom first in my life. In Jesus' name, amen. Well, that's that on that.
