Good Company | Week One
What really matters in life?
That’s a hefty question, yet it’s the topic we begin diving into within this
passage. Earlier in this chapter, the author just finished saying that working
hard to gain wealth is pointless…unless you have someone to share it with!
And now in verses 9-12, he’s digging deeper into the value of companionship.
Maybe you’ve already picked up on this, but companionship is not limited to
friendship. It can also include family members, work acquaintances, and many
other types of relationships. You may have even heard it put this way—life is less
about the destination and more about the journey. The people who journey with
us are just as important as the journey itself. Who we do life with matters!
