Crossroads Worship | Run Your Race with Endurance
Will you be my light, when I cannot see? And when I can't take another step, oh, would you carry me? When I've lost my fight, will you be my strength? Will you set me a table in the presence of my enemies? I shall not walk. Come on, sing it. I shall not walk. My soul. Oh, my soul's got a shepherd in the valley, and I shall not walk. Sing it again. I shall not walk. I shall not walk. My cup. Because my cup's running over and over, and I shall not walk. I will lift my eyes to where my help comes from. And I won't be afraid of the shadows, because I've seen the sun. No, I will not stop when the waking's hard. Because you're with me, Lord. Because the green has only rose in the valley, and it's with you. Oh, my soul. I shall not walk. Come on, sing it. I shall not walk. My soul. Oh, my soul's got a shepherd in the valley, and I shall not walk. I shall not walk. I shall not walk. I shall not walk. My cup. Because my cup's running over and over, and I shall not walk.
Oh, I shall not. Yeah. I got everything that I need. Your goodness and your mercy. Come on, sing it, church. I got everything that I need. Your goodness and your mercy. Sing it again. I got everything that I need. Your goodness and your mercy. Oh, I got goodness. And I got mercy. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. Let me hear you say I got. I got goodness. And I got mercy. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. I got goodness. And I got mercy. And I got mercy. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. A good shepherd.
A good shepherd. He leads me to the water. He leads me to the water. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. He anoints me. He anoints me. He anoints me with his glory. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. And my hope is running over. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. I won't fear. I won't fear. Fear no evil. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. And we'll dwell in his house forever. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. Give him the highest praise. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory. Hallelujah. Come on, church. Let's do a shout of praise. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And I don't know what you came in carrying, but we want you to know you've got a Good Shepherd. A Good Shepherd that walks with you, protects you, provides for you. A Good Shepherd's name is Jesus. And we're getting ready to sing this song all about blood. All about the blood of Jesus. If you're brand new with us, let's just call it what it is. It might be weird to you that a group of people would sing about blood, but here's why. Because that good shepherd named Jesus ran his race that cost him blood, sweat, and tears. And I have found life because of his blood, because of his sacrifice. By his blood I'm more free. So why would we sing about blood? Because there's not death in it, there's life in it. My life's forever been changed by him. I've been washed from the inside. I've been washed from the inside out.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. Are you grateful for the blood this morning? I cannot explain, but nothing's more real than this. In the presence of God, what my heart experienced, where my shame hit the worst side, and my sin at the most high. I was washed from the inside. I was washed from the inside out. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. Thank you, Jesus. Does anybody want to be holy, righteous, purified of violence? Let me tell you, it's only by the blood. Does anybody want to be worthy, forgiven, justified, freely living? Let me tell you, it's only by the blood. Does anybody say, Hallelujah, Hallelujah? I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. Thank you for the blood. I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood. I know that the blood spills. Yes, I do. I know that the blood spills. I know that the blood spills. Today, today, Lord, I know that the blood spills. I know it was the blood. I know it was the blood. I know it was the blood that saved me. I know it was the blood that saved me. Hallelujah, hallelujah, I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood, hallelujah, hallelujah, I know it was the blood, could have only been the blood, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus for your blood, for the way that you have sacrificed for us, to have new
life, to have eternal life, to have forever life with you, that when we say yes to you we get to experience the way God that you've always designed and that's for us to be with you, that you're amazing, that you're worth our worship and our praise, we thank you, we say amen, amen. Come on, ain't it wonderful to sing in this room together? Yeah, come on. I'm sure somebody around you has been singing their heart out, won't you turn to them, introduce yourself, tell them your name, and then you can have a seat.
