El versículo lo encuentro fácilmente para traer una excusa a algo que yo quiero hacer. Pero mientras más oraba, más incómodo me sentía, y no fue que escuché una voz audible así del cielo, fue algo peor, fue la misma Palabra de Dios. ¿Algo peor no? Bueno, quizás para alguno diría sí. La Palabra comenzó a confrontar mis motivaciones, mi orgullo, mis excusas, esa necesidad de querer que Dios bendijera una decisión que yo ya le había rendido, bueno, que no la había rendido completamente. Y ahí entendí algo que cambió la manera en que yo oro. El problema no era que Dios no estaba hablando,

el problema era que estaba hablando demasiado claro, muy claro para mi corazón, porque hay momentos en que uno le pide dirección a Dios pensando que Él va a confirmar, confirmame Señor, si cae un rayo esta mañana, esta mañana en la lluvia, era el buen momento para decir, si cae un rayo es que tú quieres que yo me compre el carro que quiero, porque sabía que me llegó un texto que decía aviso de tormenta. O sea, uno se mueve a la dirección que uno quiera cuando a veces le conviene. Y de repente la Palabra te mira de frente y te dice, no, no, eso no es obediencia, eso es excusa.
