When we pray this prayer, we are inviting God into our day. We are asking Him to take our efforts – no matter how flimsy they may be – and use them to advance His Kingdom. We can pray with the hope and with the expectation that God is going to take this temporary slice of time and use it for His eternal Kingdom.
