Fresh Start

We are at the beginning of a new year. It's a time for fresh starts. Even just saying that word, fresh, it's like taking a deep breath. Fresh is what we all need sometimes. Letting go of last year is easy; by January 1, we are so ready for the next year to begin. But letting go of the past isn't so easy. Our sin, our regrets, our shame, our mistakes, we let them keep us from having that fresh start. But doesn't God say "I am making all things new?" What does a new beginning mean for you?
